Abstract

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technology has opened new opportunities for developing intelligent communication systems through chatbots. This study explores how the integration of n8n, a fair-code workflow automation tool, with AI can create autonomous chatbots that not only interact automatically with users but also analyze and report conversation outcomes in a structured manner. We propose a methodology that combines natural language processing (NLP) with automated workflows to build a chatbot capable of storing user interaction data, processing it into insights, and generating analytical reports that support service evaluation and business decision-making. This approach not only enhances user service efficiency but also adds analytical capabilities that would typically require separate manual processes. The findings of this study indicate that such a solution is highly applicable in areas such as customer service, online education, and internal system analysis

Abstract

This article discusses Buya Hamka's perspective on disease and its prevention efforts based on the interpretation of several verses of the Qur'an, and compares it with Ibn Katsir's interpretation. The main focus of the study is the interpretation of Q.S. Al-Anbiya' verse 83 about the story of the Prophet Ayyub who suffered from illness, Q.S. An-Nahl verse 69 about the benefits of honey as medicine, and Q.S. Al-Maidah verse 6 which is related to ablution as a form of personal hygiene. Buya Hamka interprets that the illness that afflicted the Prophet Ayyub came from the interference of the devil, although this interpretation does not have a strong sanad. In disease prevention, Hamka emphasized the importance of honey which has been recognized traditionally and medically as having properties as an antibacterial and natural healer. In addition, ablution is also associated with health benefits, especially in preventing infectious diseases. This article also reviews the similarities and differences in interpretation of Buya Hamka and Ibn Katsir. Both agreed that honey and ablution have health value, but differed in interpreting the origin of the Prophet Ayyub's disease. This study shows that the spiritual values in the Qur'an can make an important contribution to the understanding of physical health and its prevention

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how reading learning results affect learning outcomes for primary school pupils using mind mapping techniques. One of the linguistic skills that pupils need to develop is reading. In contrast, the mind mapping technique is a method for learning how to use ideas or thoughts in a creative way. By looking at past events, quantitative research employing an ex-post facto methodology is the kind of study that is being conducted. Twenty-five third-graders from SD 101780 Percut Sei Tuan made up the study's sample. Purposive sampling was the method of sampling employed in this investigation. Test methods employing instruments in the form of questions are used to gather data on reading ability learning outcomes. Descriptive analysis is the data analysis method employed to test hypotheses with the aid of the Microsoft Excel application. The following are the findings from this study: 1) Mind mapping approaches for third-grade elementary school pupils have an impact on their reading learning results (sig = 0,017). 2) The experimental class that used mind mapping techniques outperformed the control class in terms of average learning results. Therefore, the findings of this study demonstrate that the mind mapping technique can impact students' learning results in reading.

Abstract

This research was carried out to clearly determine the influence of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model on students' social literacy. This research was conducted at SDS IT DELISHA in class IV which was carried out on two experimental and control groups whose samples were from classes IV-A and IV -B. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research design used is pretest and posttest which is guided by the research instrument. The results of the research show that research on the influence of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition learning model on students' social literacy based on the activities carried out by students is in the very good category. This analysis data is obtained from student learning results before and after the test. Apart from that, Normality test analysis, Homogeneity test, and continued with sample T-test were also carried out. The average score obtained when carrying out the pretest for each group of students in class IV A as a whole was 69.75 and in class IV B as a whole was 64.2. After implementation, it was discovered that the average posttest score on social literacy for class IV A students using the CIRC model as a whole was 81.15. And in class IV B using the conventional model the overall score was 76.75. So the conclusion is that the learning outcomes in experimental class IV A were higher than those in control class IV B.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi individu dan organisasi di era konektivitas tanpa batas, ketika teknologi digital memengaruhi hampir seluruh aspek kehidupan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai strategi bertahan dan berkembang dalam menghadapi disrupsi digital yang semakin kompleks. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi pustaka, dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari literatur ilmiah, laporan industri, dan dokumentasi digital lima tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga tantangan utama: kebanjiran informasi, ancaman terhadap keamanan data, dan ketidakseimbangan antara kerja dan kehidupan pribadi. Sebagai respons terhadap tantangan ini, ditemukan strategi adaptif seperti pengembangan literasi digital, manajemen informasi yang efektif, dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Selain itu, artikel ini menyoroti peluang besar dalam ekonomi digital, inovasi sosial berbasis teknologi, serta pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental digital. Kesimpulannya, agar mampu bertahan dan berkembang di tengah transformasi digital yang terus berlangsung, individu dan organisasi perlu membentuk budaya digital yang sehat, adaptif, dan inovatif.

Abstract

Absensi merupakan bagian penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) di berbagai instansi. Namun, sistem absensi manual atau terpusat masih banyak digunakan, sehingga sering menimbulkan masalah seperti keterlambatan pencatatan, kurangnya transparansi, dan keterbatasan akses data secara real-time. Permasalahan tersebut dapat menghambat efektivitas pengelolaan kehadiran pegawai. Untuk mengatasinya, penelitian ini menghadirkan inovasi berupa pengembangan aplikasi absensi web terdistribusi berbasis arsitektur microservices. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan sistem absensi yang lebih fleksibel, skalabel, serta mudah dipelihara dengan membagi fungsi utama sistem ke dalam layanan independen, seperti autentikasi, manajemen karyawan, dan pencatatan absensi. Pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan menerapkan prinsip microservices, di mana setiap layanan berjalan secara mandiri dan saling terhubung melalui protokol HTTP REST. Metode pengujian yang digunakan meliputi black-box testing untuk memastikan setiap fitur berjalan sesuai fungsinya, serta User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk menilai kenyamanan dan penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem. Pengujian juga dilakukan pada skenario ketahanan layanan jika salah satu service mengalami gangguan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi arsitektur microservices pada aplikasi absensi web mampu meningkatkan fleksibilitas pengelolaan data, kemudahan pengembangan, dan pemeliharaan sistem. Sistem yang dibangun juga terbukti tangguh terhadap kegagalan sebagian layanan dan mendukung kontrol akses berbasis peran, pelacakan absensi real-time, serta pelaporan absensi yang terstruktur. Temuan ini penting karena dapat memberikan solusi efektif bagi instansi yang membutuhkan sistem absensi digital yang efisien, transparan, dan mudah dikembangkan ke skala lebih besar di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Pilkades is one of the crucial issues that will determine the future of a village, including in this case the village of Sei Serdang. In this study, the authors wanted to find out what forms of political participation were carried out by the community in village head elections in Sei Serdang Village and what was the background for community political participation to win the same candidate for 3 consecutive periods. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method using data collection methods in the form of unstructured interviews with informants from Sei Serdang village residents. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the form of political participation carried out during the pilkades in the Sei Serdang village area was carried out in two forms, both in terms of conventional and non-conventional forms of political participation. The background is related to the victory of the same candidate for three times related to how power and intimidation were carried out by the village head of candidate number 1 and also some of the residents who helped him.

Abstract

Penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan dikalangan mahasiswa telah menjadi perhatian serius karena berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan fisik dan mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif dampak tersebut serta merumuskan strategi intervensi yang efektif dalam konteks mahasiswa Institut Bakti Nusantara (IBN) Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed-method, yaitu kombinasi pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei dan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa menggunakan gadget lebih dari 5 jam per hari, yang berdampak pada gangguan penglihatan, nyeri otot dan sendi, gangguan tidur, serta masalah kesehatan mental seperti stres, kecemasan, dan depresi. Selain itu, penggunaan gadget secara berlebihan juga menurunkan kemampuan konsentrasi dan kualitas interaksi sosial mahasiswa. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan strategi intervensi berbasis bukti, seperti edukasi literasi digital, pengaturan waktu penggunaan gadget, penyediaan fasilitas ergonomis, dan layanan kesehatan mental dilingkungan kampus. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan gadget yang tidak terkontrol berdampak multidimensional terhadap mahasiswa, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan holistik untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang sehat dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture adalah perusahaan manufaktur makanan ringan seperti biskuit, wafer, dan astor, yang saat ini menghadapi penurunan kinerja karyawan. Beberapa karyawan bekerja lambat, hasilnya tidak sesuai harapan, dan waktu penyelesaian sering terlambat. Penurunan ini diduga disebabkan oleh rendahnya kualitas kerja, lingkungan kerja yang kurang nyaman, dan beban kerja berlebih. Karyawan sering kurang teliti, membuat kesalahan dalam pekerjaan dan pencatatan penting, serta kurang inisiatif. Lingkungan kerja tidak mendukung, seperti ruang kerja sempit, berbau, dan tidak kedap suara. Selain itu, beban kerja dianggap melebihi deskripsi tugas tanpa kompensasi lembur, membuat karyawan merasa tertekan dan mempertimbangkan pindah kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 139 karyawan PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. Teknik penentuan menggunakan rumus slovin dimana jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 103 karyawan PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture. Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture. Secara serempak Kualitas Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation through Scouting activities at SMK Negeri 1 Tukak Sadai and OSIS (student council) activities at SMK Swasta Yapentob Bangka Selatan. Using a qualitative method with interviews, observations, and document analysis, the study found that religious moderation was successfully implemented through programs such as the Moderation Block Camp, community service, communal work at places of worship, and celebrations of religious holidays for Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, and Confucianism. These activities support the development of students' character, fostering virtuous, religious individuals who can maintain harmonious relationships across different religions, ethnicities, and social groups.
