Teachers ' commitment is the main driving force behind establishing pesantren education services. This research aims to identify a model of teacher commitment to curriculum enhancement. The study is qualitative, utilizing descriptive survey methodologies. According to the study's findings, data was collected through interviews with five informants, including Leaders, Coordinators, and various senior instructors. Pesantren's curriculum is structured around five orientations: holistic, skill development, based on local wisdom, character-oriented, and field-project-based. This perspective appears in the official and hidden curricula and is implemented through direct learning methods. Teachers' commitment to this pesantren is divided into three categories: affective commitment, which has an emotional influence; normative commitment, which demonstrates pedagogical characteristics; and continuous commitment, which prioritizes the pesantren's interests. Combining all of these factors leads to the efficacy of the educational program. The close bond among instructors at the Ar Raudlatul Hasanah and Darul Arafah Islamic Boarding School in Medan increases their dedication to the organization and improves the quality of education delivered to pupils. According to research conducted on these pesantren, social support, a sense of belonging, participation in professional growth, and a mentorship system all play a vital role in building a happy and effective educational environment. The study has implications for developing group activities that create friendship among teachers to foster commitment and the spirit of togetherness.

The development dimension refers to managerial concept of education strategies. Analysis on the implementation of strategic management at school was conducted using SWOT analysis. This research aims to determine the education strategic management model applied at School Based Pesantren in Aceh Province. This research used qualitative approach with survey method and analytic study. The results show that the organizational development begins with the high ideals of teachers abilitty that supported by institutional independence in school management. The finding revealed that the effectiveness of school development refers to the instilling of the values of pesantren, namely the spirit of sincerity; hence the teachers did not depend on school for their lives. As for the stabilization of the ubudiyyah of the students, it helps in increasing academic achievement. Keywords: Dimensional Analysis, Islamic Based-School, Design Development Pesantren

The religious aspect served as a fundamental foundation in developing students' character. In this context, educational institutions played a critical role in character formation by systematically integrating the curriculum. This study was significant as it formulated a curriculum model that enhanced religiosity within vocational schools. The study employed a qualitative research approach and utilized descriptive survey techniques. The primary informants included the school principal, the vice principal of curriculum, and the coordinator of religious activities. Informant selection was conducted using snowball sampling methodology. The research findings indicated that curriculum management implementation was achieved through optimizing managerial functions, spanning from the planning phase to evaluation. Policies were operationalized through workshops, subjects aligned with teachers' competencies, and structured evaluations of students' performance. The proposed curriculum achievement model emphasized cultivating students' religiosity through religiously oriented extracurricular activities, assessed through practical evaluations. Monitoring the enhancement of students' religiosity was evidenced by observable changes in student behavior and improvements in examination results in religious studies.

The implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in educational institutions is expected to be carried out in accordance with established regulations. However, in practice, it often falls short of expectations. Common problems include limited budgets, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, low-quality human resources, and insufficient integration of educational technology. This study specifically aims to analyze the challenges of educational autonomy within the framework of SBM. A qualitative approach with a descriptive survey method was employed. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Muara Batu, with data collected through interviews and observations. The informants consisted of the school principal and several individuals directly involved in managing SBM. Interviews were conducted online via the WhatsApp application to adapt to field conditions, while observations were carried out at the school to examine both the implementation process and the progress achieved after adopting SBM. The findings indicate that the school has implemented programs designed to improve institutional quality. Through the application of SBM, the school strives to become more effective by exercising educational autonomy. Moreover, the study highlights that an effective school must incorporate efficient elements to enhance not only the institution’s overall quality but also the professional competence of teachers.

This study aims to develop a model for the implementation of academic supervision to enhance teacher empowerment and its impact on the implementation of innovative learning. The research was conducted at Islamic Senior High School 4 East Aceh in Aceh Province. and employed a qualitative approach with descriptive survey techniques. The key informants included the head of the madrasah, the deputy head of the curriculum department, and several teachers. The findings indicate that the collaborative implementation of academic supervision through teacher empowerment significantly contributes to the development of innovative programs aimed at fostering effective learning. These elements collectively lead to a substantial improvement in the quality of education. Teacher empowerment emerges as a pivotal factor in advancing educational objectives. This research makes a significant contribution to the nuanced understanding of the intricate interplay between academic supervision, teacher empowerment, and innovative learning. The efficacy of academic supervision is demonstrated in the successful implementation of innovative learning at MAN 4 East Aceh. Despite challenges related to the availability of information technology, the madrasah is actively endeavoring to enhance its infrastructure and provide training to teachers for the seamless integration of technology into the learning process.

The study aims to determine the significant influence of leadership policies, innovation and communication skills on the quality of madrasah; The study used quantitative research methods using path analysis techniques. The study population amounted to 158 teachers from 8 public madrasah ibtidaiyah in Pidie Jaya district. Sample determination using purposive sampling with the Slovin formula. The results showed that: The innovation of the madrasah principal does not have a significant effect on the quality of madrasah with a P-Value of 0.075 > 0.05, while the leadership policy obtained a P-Value of 0.050 ? 0.05 and communication skills P-Value of 0.036 < 0.05, where there is a significant effect on the quality of madrasah. Identification of other factors that are thought to have an impact on the quality of madrasah include madrasah culture, professionalism, facilities and infrastructure. These variables are recommended to be researched. The social implications of the research results explain that there is no gender dichotomy in the concept of quality madrasah.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of performance evaluation in educational management at Dayah Darul Falah, Dewantara Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency. Performance evaluation is an essential tool in improving the quality of education, particularly in assessing the performance of teachers and educational staff. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The research participants include the headmaster, teachers, and educational staff involved in the performance evaluation process at Dayah Darul Falah. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns, themes, and meanings within the performance evaluation processes implemented. The findings indicate that Dayah Darul Falah applies various types of performance evaluation, including traditional evaluation, 360-degree evaluation, and competency-based evaluation. These evaluation processes aim to enhance the quality of teaching, motivation, and the professional development of teachers and staff. The performance evaluation conducted in a systematic and objective manner has proven to contribute to improving individual and institutional performance. This study contributes to the development of educational management in Islamic educational institutions, with recommendations for improving and optimizing the existing performance evaluation system to enhance the effectiveness of teaching in the future.

This study aims to investigate how educational institution managers encounter challenges in managing learning organization values and the reasons for these challenges. This qualitative case study aimed to apply knowledge of educational institutions and organizational development by implementing an integrated educational management design process and a learning organization. The investigation was conducted at the Sukma Bangsa School in Lhokseumawe. The case study method was used in this qualitative study, with analysis focused on the integrative design of organizational development in the context of educational management and learning organizations. A culture of strict discipline is deeply ingrained in both the fluidity of the fast-paced workplace and academic achievements. The findings of this study outline the following technical steps involved in the implementation of a learning school program: (1) the effectiveness of the leadership; (2) an understanding of the situation and the formulation of policies; (3) an alignment of the organizational structure and the logic of the program; (4) the prioritization of activities; (5) work that is both practical and reflective; (6) the development of organizational learning capabilities; and (7) the integration of organizational learning capabilities. In a nutshell, the findings indicate that implementing the concept of a learning organization ensures the organization's continued viability and the improvement of its educational offerings. The principles outline how research on the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational interventions can be conducted to maximize the impact of those interventions in both the real world and the scientific community.

This study aims to determine the implementation of managerial supervision by the madrasah head to improve the performance of administrative staff. The type of research used is qualitative with descriptive survey techniques. The data presentation is done using comparative analysis. Data from research conducted at MAS Ihyaaussunnah Lhokseumawe City. The results showed that the implementation of managerial supervision of the madrasah head could improve the performance of administrative staff. One of the successes of implementing managerial supervision is that the madrasah head conducts Islamic-based digitalization supervision. The various innovations made by the madrasah head are also a form of transformation of the managerial supervision implementation system in improving the performance of administrative staff. Implementation is carried out through several stages of managerial supervision carried out having commitment, directive functions, administrative supervision, performance improvement, providing solutions and self-reflection. The performance implications generated through this research are the performance of administrative staff as facilitators of academic services and learning evaluation, facilitators of teacher and staff data collection on emis, facilitators of student data collection on emis and student attendance, facilitators of madrasah facilities and inventory, facilitators of budgeting madrasah needs and reports on the use of BOS funds and facilitators of archives and madrasah files.

This writing is a report study for the development of a learner school management model as well as the acceleration of educational completion with the goal of achieving sustainable education development at the Sukma Nation School of Lhokseumawe. The research focuses on the profile of the school of learners in Sukma Nation, as well as the programâ€™s achievement and problems in its implementation. The research is qualitative in nature and employs survey methods. In terms of data gathered through documentation and interviews with relevant authorities, including focused group observations. The study also presents various manifestations of the Sukma Bangsa School innovations. The results specifically show that institution management refers to the implementation of five primordial grades of learner schools, namely personal mastery, dividing vision, mental models, sitem thinking, and group learning. According to the system, the succession of implementations is seen in changes in individual behavior ranging from knowledge mastery, information distribution, interpretation, and knowledge reminder. Furthermore, the school of learnersâ€™ leadership model has become a critical component of achieving school effectiveness.Penulisan ini merupakan kajian laporan pengembangan model manajemen sekolah peserta didik sekaligus percepatan penyelesaian pendidikan dengan tujuan tercapainya pembangunan pendidikan berkelanjutan di Sekolah Bangsa Sukma Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini berfokus pada profil sekolah peserta didik di Bangsa Sukma, serta capaian program dan permasalahan dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan menggunakan metode survei. Dalam hal pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan otoritas terkait, termasuk observasi kelompok terfokus. Kajian ini juga menghadirkan berbagai manifestasi inovasi Sekolah Sukma Bangsa. Hasil penelitian secara khusus menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan lembaga mengacu pada penerapan lima nilai primordial sekolah peserta didik, yaitu penguasaan pribadi, visi membagi, model mental, pemikiran sistem, dan pembelajaran kelompok. Menurut sistem, suksesi implementasi terlihat pada perubahan perilaku individu mulai dari penguasaan pengetahuan, distribusi informasi, interpretasi, dan pengingat pengetahuan. Lebih jauh lagi, model kepemimpinan siswa sekolah telah menjadi komponen penting untuk mencapai efektivitas sekolah.Â
