Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa kelas V SDIT Bina Insan Kamil Kota Depok Kota Depok. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 82 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa ditunjukan dengan analisis ststistik yang menghasilkan koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,93. Ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh antara efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa, sedang koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,86 atau sebesar 86%. Sisanya sebanyak 14% ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Rat-rata kemandirian belajar pada siswa sebesar 86% ditentukan oleh efikasi diri melalui persamaan regresi , artinya setiap kenaikan unit nilai efikasi diri akan menyebabkan kenaikan kemandirian belajar siswa sebesar 1,7 unit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa.

Abstract

Application of Problem Based Learning model to improve the learning outcomes proudly in the area where I live. Thesis study program of elementary school teacher education faculty teacher and education Pakuan Bogor Univercity 2018. This study with the design and model of Classroom Action Research (CAR) Conducted Collaboratively Between Researchess and observer and the subject studied. The purpose proud subtheme learning outcomes to my area of reasidence in grade 4 through the application of Problem Based Learning model. The subject of this research is the 4th grader of the public elementary school 01 Nagrak Gunung Putri district of Bogor Consisting of 39 students the implementation of this research is carried 2017/2018. The results showed that the average value of the learning process assessment in the cycle I of 78,25, cycle II 83,5 and the cycle III 90 with success indicators that is 81, observation cycle I of 60,9, cycle II 76,09 and cycle III 93,17 achievement indicator that is 81. Completeness of students learning result cycle I reach 36%, cycle II 64,11% and cycle III equal to 92%indicator of success 75% KKM value 75 based on the results of this studies, it can be concluded that the application of problem based learning model can improve the process of learning process and improve learning outcomes on proud subtema to my residence in grade 4 student of the public elementary school 01 Nagrak Gunung Putri district of bogor in the even semester of the academic year 2017/2018. Abstract

ABSTRACTTeachers' organizational commitment is the key to the implementation of quality education. Without high organizational commitment of teacher, the implementation of quality education is unlikely to materialize. Therefore, a clear description and conception of teachers' organizational commitment is needed. The purpose of this research is to describe the teachers' organizational commitment in depth decription. This research uses literature review method. The results of the research were then presented to answer the 3 research problems: the nature of teachers organizational commitment, the processes and factors that shaped the organizational commitment of teachers, and the ways to develop and enhance the organizational commitment of teachers.Keywords: organizational commitment, theoretical review, literature methodABSTRAKKomitmen organisasi guru merupakan kunci pelaksanaan pendidikan yang bermutu. Tanpa komitmen organisasi yang tinggi, pelaksanaan pendidikan bermutu tidak mungkin terwujud. Oleh karena itu, deskripsi dan konsepsi yang jelas tentang komitmen organisasi guru sangat diperlukan. Tujuan penelitin ini untuk mendeskripsikan komitmen organisasi guru secara lebih mendalam. Kajian teoretik ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur. Abstract

The Influence of Learning Discipline on Students Independent Learning. Primary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pakuan University, Bogor 2020. This research is a quantitative study with a causal approach. This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline on the learning independence of fifth grade students at Gunung Gede State Elementary School, North Bogor District, Bogor City. The population of this study was 117 students with a total sample of 54 students. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The results of the study show that the influence of learning discipline on student learning independence is shown by statistical analysis that shows produce a correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.38. This shows that there is an influence between learning discipline on student learning independence, while the coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.14 or 14%. The remaining 86% is determined by another factor. The average student learning independence of 14% is determined by the discipline of learning through the regression equation = 54.93+(0.41X), meaning that each unit increase in the value of learning discipline will cause an increase in student learning independence by 0.41 units. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between learning discipline on student learning independence in fifth grade students of Gunung Gede State Elementary School, North Bogor District, Bogor City, Even Semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendapatkan gambaran tentang pengaruh manajemen kepala sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa; (2) Mendapatkan gambaran tentang pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap minat belajar siswa; (3) Mendapatkan gambaran tentang pengaruh manajemen kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap minat belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VI, Guru kelas VI dan Kepala Sekolah berjumlah 705 dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 255 dengan teknik Proporsional Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket. Uji validitas dengan teknik analisis Product Moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan AlphaCronbach. Uji persyaratan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas,linearitas, dan multikolinieritas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1)terdapat pengaruh antara variabel manajemen kepala sekolah terhadap minat belajar dengan menunjukkan besarnya nilai probabilitas atau sig. (2-tiled) adalah 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima; (2) terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kinerja guru terhadap minat belajar dengan menunjukkanbesarnya nilai probabilitas atau sig. (2-tiled) adalah 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima; (3) terdapat pengaruh antara variabel manajemen kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap minat belajar dengan menunjukkan signifikansi tabel ANOVA 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Pejagoan; (2) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Pejagoan; (3) menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Pejagoan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah semua guru sekolah negeri pada jenjang SD yang bertugas diwilayah Kecamatan Pejagoan Kabupaten Kebumen, yang berjumlah 161 orang dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 114 dengan teknik Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket. Uji validitas dengan teknik analisis Product Moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Uji persyaratan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, linearitas, dan multikolinieritas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif antara supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05; (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif antara supervisi akademik dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan Nilai R2 atau R Square sebesar 0,581 menunjukan bahwa variabel supervisi akademik dan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi variabel kinerja guru sebesar 58,1% sedangkan sisanya 41,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain

Abstract

The research is conducted at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of DKI Jakarta III to obtain information on the effect of training, quality assurance, pedagogic competence, and self-efficacy towards lecturers’ job effectiveness. The research used 60 out of 145 lecturers as the population selected using simple random sampling. The research is conducted by using a method of causal with path analysis. The result of the research showed that: (1). there is a direct positive effect of training on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (2) there is a direct effect quality assurance on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (3) there is a direct effect of pedagogic competence on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (4) there is a direct effect of self-efficacy on lecturers’ job effectiveness. Therefore, job effectiveness of Health Polytechnic lecturers of the Ministry of Health Jakarta III can be enhanced by carrying out training, quality assurance, pedagogic competence, and self-efficacy.

Abstract

Work immersion, for lecturers, is a crucial element to the development of a university. Efforts to foster their contributions have to be continuously improved. This research aims to investigate the best way to advance lecturer’s work participation by examining causal relationship between lecturer’s work involvement with leadership variables, organizational justice and organizational trust. This research employs quantitative approach using path analysis, and was conducted in three private universities in Bogor. Total population of this research is 707 lecturers, whereas the sample taken was 130 people. The research found that: (1) there is a significant direct positive impact of leadership toward lecturer’s work involvement; (2) there is a significant positive impact of organizational justice toward lecturer’s work participation; and (3) there is a significant direct impact between trust toward organization and lecturer’s work contribution. Based on that findings, effective leadership, justice, and trust to the organization would improve lecturer’s work involvement in private university.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the quality of the learning process and the result of learning process Thisresearch is a quasi experimental study. This research subject is class gared IV-A, IV-B and IV-C Public Elementary School Manggis Cicurug Sukabumi. Analysis technique used for pre-requisites analysis test which includes normality test, homogenity test, and hypothesis test using t-test. In the normality test with liliefors test showed that the class experiment 1 Ltestvalue is (0,144) with Ltable of (0,149), the class experiment 2 Ltestvalueis (0,074) with Ltable of (0,154), while the control class Ltestvalue is (0,151) with Ltable of (0,161), so that the value of Ltestfor all data ≤ than the value of Ltable with the significant standard is α= 0,05%, all data gives normal distribution. In the homogeneity with bartlett test Xtest value is (3,208) ≤ with Xtable of (5,991). In the hypothesis test with t-test showed that the class experiment 1 and the control class ttestvalue is (14,12) ≥ than ttable of (1,99394), the class experiment 2 ant the control class ttestvalue is (9,96) ≥ than ttable of (1,99962), while the class experiment 1 and the class experiment 2 ttestvalue is (2,83)≥ than ttable of (1,99656), therefore all the data showed that H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Based on this research, it can be concludedthat there are differences of result between the using cooperative learning model guided inquiry and student teams achievement divisions.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find statement items that can measure accurately and at the same time find statement items that can be submitted as materials for improving educational leadership in schools. This study used a quantitative research design with data obtained through a research instrument filled with 449 teachers from Indonesia through purposive sampling method and data analysis techniques using Rasch modeling. Before the questionnaire is used, it first gets input from the expert and it tested on 10 teachers. The findings of this research are: (1) There are 11 items are stated to measure accurately the variable of the principal's educational leadership; (2) There are priorities for improving educational leadership in schools, namely: (i) increasing respect for all differences (diversity) in schools; (ii) the principal should provide inspiration in implementing the best education; (iii) school principals should be more collaborative in the success of school programs; (iv) the principal should be better able to resolve internal conflicts in schoolsKeywords: leadership behavior; educational leadership; Rasch Model Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menemukan butir-butir pernyataan yang dapat mengukur dengan tepat sekaligus menemukan butir pernyataan yang dapat diajukan sebagai bahan perbaikan kepemimpinan pendidikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data diperoleh melalui instrumen penelitian yang diisi oleh 449 guru dari wilayah Indonesia melalui metode purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan Pemodelan Rasch. Sebelum instrumen digunakan terlebih dahulu mendapat masukan dari ahli (expert judgement) dan  diujicobakan kepada 10 guru. Adapun temuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Sebanyak 11 butir dinyatakan dapat mengukur dengan tepat (fit) variable kepemimpinan pendidikan kepala sekolah; (2) Prioritas tindakan untuk memperbaiki kepemimpinan pendidikan di sekolah yaitu: (i) meningkatkan penghormatan pada segala perbedaan (keberagaman) di sekolah; (ii) kepala sekolah hendaknya memberikan inspirasi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan terbaik; (iii) kepala sekolah hendaknya lebih kolaboratif dalam menyukseskan program-program sekolah; (iv) kepala sekolah hendaknya lebih mampu menyelesaikan konflik internal di sekolah dengan baik Kata kunci: perilaku kepemimpinan; kepemimpian pendidikan; Rasch Model
