Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of students' critical thinking skills on mathematics learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative method with a causal approach. The research subjects were fifth grade students of SDN Karadenan with a sample of 47 students from 90 students obtained using the Taro Yamane formula. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Testing prerequisite analysis in the form of the Liliefors test and Fisher's exact test. The results showed that there was an influence between Critical Thinking Ability (X) on Mathematics Learning Outcomes (Y) statistically proven by the results of the significance test and the regression equation = - 14,4 + (0,98X). This means that for every one unit increase in the critical thinking ability variable, student learning outcomes will also increase by 0.98 units. The strength between Critical Thinking Ability (X) on Mathematics Learning Outcomes (Y) is evidenced by a correlation coefficient of (rxy) 0,97 with a determination coefficient of 0,9467. This shows that there is a significant positive influence between students' critical thinking skills on mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Hasil analisis rapor Pendidikan Kabupaten Bogor menunjukkan kualitas pembelajaran perlu ditingkatkan. Analisis rapor satuan Pendidikan SD Negeri Gorowong 02 pada tahun 2023, mengindikatorkan kemampuan literasi 60% serta kemampuan numerasi 50% dan statusnya berwarna kuning. Sehingga perlu adanya inovasi baru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi serta kemampuan komunikasi peserta didik sekolah dasar. Sehingga penelitian berfokus pada implementasi Model Pembelajaran RADEC (Read-Answer-Discuss-Explain-Create) terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi HOTS dan Keterampilan Kemampuan Komunikasi Peserta Didik Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan Desain Pretest-posttest control group design. Instrumen Penelitian berupa tes kemampuan HOTS, Lembar Observasi Aktivitas RADEC, Wawancara dan Angket Kuesioner. Sedangkan analis data penelitian menggunakan Uji Normalitas, Uji Peningkatan (n-Gain), dan Uji hipotesis (Uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Nilai rata-rata kemampuan HOTS dan Kemampuan komunikasi peserta didik eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional, (2) Hasil N-gain kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi kelas eksperimen dikategorikan tinggi, sedangkan kelas kontrol dikategorikan sedang. Sedangkan hasil N-gain kemampuan komunikasi kelas eksperimen dikategorikan sedang, sedangkan kelas kontrol dikategorikan rendah. Temuan dalam penelitian terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan implementasi model pembelajaran RADEC terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi HOTS dan kemampuan komunikasi peserta didik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the competencies that principals must have in the 21st Century. Writing this article uses the literature review method, is there a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique by looking for theoretical references relevant to the cases or problems found. Based on the results of the analysis, the conclusions that answer the problem of this research are (1) the principal is someone who is given the task of leading a school, (2) the intended leadership is the ability to influence organizational resources to move to follow orders to achieve goals (4) effective principal's leadership in terms of entrepreneurial leadership, exemplary, intelligent, and democratic, (4) the 21st century is the era of technological advances in the fields of information, communication, and transportation, (5) the characteristics of the 21st century which are available access anytime, faster computing, and communication that can be done from anywhere and anywhere, (6) Competencies that principals must have to face the 21st century, namely dimensions of personality, managerial, entrepreneurial, supervision, and social competence

Abstract

Pengukuran Kinerja penting dilakukan khususnya pada organisasi sektor pendidikan sebagai gambaran keberhasilan strategi yang telah ditetapkan baik pada aspek finansial dan nonfinansial. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi metode balanced scorecard sebagai strategi pada organisasi pendidikan di salah satu SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Serang pada perspektif keuangan (Financial Perspective); perspektif pelanggan (Customer perspective); perspektif proses internal (Internal Business Perspective); dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan (Learning-Growth Perspective). Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya penilaian kinerja pada sektor publik serta semakin maraknya pengukuran kinerja organisasi sektor publik menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa angket, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknis analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi metode Balanced Scorecard menunjukkan kinerja yang baik pada perspektif kepuasan pelanggan, keuangan, dan bisnis internal. Sementara pada perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan cukup baik.

Nisa Haya Hanifah. 037118043. The effect of implementing the project based learning model on learning outcomes for the environmental change subtheme. Thesis. Pakuan University. Under the guidance of Dr. Rais Hidayat, M.Pd. And Rini Sri Indriani, M. Pd. This research aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning model on student learning outcomes on the environmental change subtheme. This research was carried out at SD Negeri Rancabungur 01, Bogor Regency, Classes V-A and V-B from May to June, even semester. The N-Gain calculation for the project based learning model is 64 with medium criteria and the N-Gain value for the conventional model is 43 with medium criteria. So the N-Gain in the experimental class with the Project Based Learning model is greater than the conventional class. Researchers also carried out a normality test with the Liliefors test for both normal distribution samples. Then in the hypothesis test there is a tcount of 2.327 which is greater than the ttable of 1.712, indicating that HO (null hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis is accepted. Based on the results of the research above, it can be stated that the Project Based Learning model has an influence on learning outcomes for the sub-theme of changing the classroom environment V at SD Negeri Rancabungur 01 Bogor Regency.

Abstract

The decreasing number of student admissions, especially when the Covid-19 pandemic hit and the increasing number of universities in Jakarta, the competition is getting tighter. For this reason, implementing the Blue Ocean Strategy by opening a Digital Business major is the right way to get out of the competition and find new, unexplored opportunities and markets. The aim of this research is to describe the process of implementing BOS at the opening of the Digital Business major. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach using interviews, observation and documentation studies as data collection techniques. The research results show that the formulation of the blue ocean strategy is going well, especially the decision to open a Digital Business major through the stages of market boundary reconstruction, ERRC scheme, 3 non-consumer levels and strategic series. This is proven by the number of students who choose this major amounting to approximately 300 people with a class size of 10. Relevant curriculum development, industrial collaboration, use of technology in learning, lecturer training and effective promotion are suggestions that should be considered for the success of this implementation in long-term

Abstract

The creativity of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers plays a crucial role in improving the quality of learning, as children require innovative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate stimuli. However, many PAUD teachers still face obstacles in developing creativity due to limited organizational support, reward systems, and the low integration of local wisdom values into the learning process. The purpose of this study is to develop a model for PAUD teacher creativity based on local wisdom and organizational support. The POP-SDM (Modeling and Optimization of Resource Management) method was used in this study. Data collection in the simple qualitative research phase employed direct interviews, recorded and stored via WhatsApp voice notes. In this study, data were also collected using a questionnaire. Model and hypothesis testing were conducted using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results indicate that improving PAUD teacher creativity in Tasikmalaya City can be achieved through a research constellation model identified through field exploration, supported by strategies derived from SEM analysis and improvement measures based on SITOREM analysis. The research findings confirm that the optimal solution for improving teacher creativity lies in prioritizing indicators that need improvement. Directly, teamwork and organizational climate were shown to have a significant positive effect on teacher creativity, while trust and personality showed little effect. However, indirectly, trust provided a significant positive effect through organizational climate, while teamwork and personality remained insignificant through this pathway.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the impacts of implementing Transformational Leadership (TL) and Information Communication and Technology (ICT) in the education sector to increase Customer Satisfaction especially during uncertainties. Using the quantitative approach, this research argues the importance of customer satisfaction in education business influenced by the communication skills implemented in Transformational Leadership and ICT. Data from 286 respondents using stratified data sampling are gathered and analysed using PLS. The results showed that TL has a stronger influence than ICT in improving customer satisfaction with a value of 0.547 and 0.329, respectively. This study indicates the importance of Communication to build relationships with customers in Transformational Leadership to improve Customer Satisfaction in education. With transformational Leadership and the application of ICT, educational institutions as business units can provide better service and, as an implication, can improve company’s profit

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Elektronik (E-LKPD) menggunakan Wordwall pada materi Keragaman Budaya Indonesiaku. Pendekatan ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE, yakni (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation) di SDN Panaragan 3 pada kelas V. Hasil penelitian pengembangan LKPD elektronik menggunakan wordwall pada materi keragaman budaya indonesiakuyang dikembangkan memperoleh validitas dari dosen ahli materi 94%, guru ahli materi 100%, ahli bahasa 98%, serta ahli media 100% dengan rata-rata hasil 98% yang dikategorikan sebagai kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Serta berdasarkan hasil angket respon peserta didik memperoleh Persentasi kepraktisan 94,5%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD elektronik menggunakan wordwall pada materi Keragaman Budaya Indonesiaku dinyatakan layak dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran
