IMPROVING TEACHER WORK EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCY STRENGTHENING AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AT PRIVATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN CIBINONG, KABUPATEN BOGOR This study aimed to determine empirically the enhancement of teacher work effectiveness. The sampling in the study was 146 teachers who were determined by using proportional technique. The method used was the correlation method. Hypothetical testing was carried out by using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple and multiple linear regression analysis, where a significance level of α = 0.05. The research came up with three conclusions. Firstly, there was a positive and significant relationship between pedagogical competence and teacher work effectiveness where a random sampling correlation coefficient of ry1= 0.75. Secondly, there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate and teacher work effectiveness where its correlation coefficient of ry2 = 0.56. Thirdly, there was a positive and significant relationship between pedagogic competence and organizational climate together with teacher work effectiveness where its correlation coefficient of ry.12 = 0.79. It could be concluded that teacher work effectiveness might be enhanced by strengthening the pedagogic competence and organizational climate.

The different roles of teacher behavior or organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) can be a lifesaver for schools. This study aims to find strategies to improve such behaviors. This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis using SMART PLS. The population and sample of this study were 243 junior high school teachers in Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The main findings of this study are that improving teacher OCB will be faster and more effective if it is done with improved Servant leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational justice. Strategies to enhance teacher OCB are: strengthening forward-looking insights, committing to teacher progress, building community, increasing self-confidence, building a good perception of the strengths possessed, the virtues of the organization, love for the organization, and improving organizational integrity.

This research aims to assess the impacts of implementing Transformational Leadership (TL) and Information Communication and Technology (ICT) in the education sector to increase Customer Satisfaction especially during uncertainties and in pandemic situations. Using the quantitative approach, this research argues the importance of customer satisfaction in education influenced by the communication skills implemented in Transformational Leadership and ICT. The research setting is in a private school located in Jakarta. Data from 286 respondents using stratified data sampling are gathered and analysed using SMART PLS. The results showed that TL has a stronger influence than ICT in improving customer satisfaction with a value of 0.547 and 0.329, respectively, especially to overcome problems in the learning process during pandemic times. Therefore, we can conclude that both Transformational Leadership and ICT are vital to increase Customer Satisfaction with a higher strength on Leadership. This study indicates the importance of Communication to build relationships in Transformational Leadership to improve Customer Satisfaction in education. Customer Satisfaction is also an essential focus in education, and the correct type of Leadership is needed. With transformational Leadership and the application of ICT, educational institutions can provide better service and, as an implication, can improve Customer Satisfaction.

This study has the aim of describing the results of research on multiculturalism in Indonesia. The findings of the research papers will be used as the basis for finding new ways, especially for the implementation of multicultural education in the context of basic education that can be used to solve problems in education. The research method used a content analysis of 12 articles in English from 2018-2022 using the keyword "multicultural Indonesia". Research findings indicate that teachers in primary education need to adapt to multicultural developments in Indonesia to solve educational problems. New ways for teachers to promote multiculturalism include: increasing philosophical and sociological understanding of Indonesia; strengthening understanding of policies and curriculum, as well as increasing learning (pedagogy) with a multicultural orientation in the Indonesian context. The recommendation from this research is to apply the multicultural learning model in the primary education classroom.

Increasing The Creativity of Educators through Self-Efficiency and TrainingThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and training with the creativity of educators at the Setukpa Lemdiklat Polri Sukabumi. The research population was 149 educators and a sample of 109 educators. Collecting data for each variable studied uses a questionnaire with a rating scale. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results showed: a) there was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and creativity of educators where the correlation coefficient was ry. 1 = 0.358, and the regression equation = 64,494 + 0.627X1. The contribution of self-efficacy to the creativity of educators is 12%, b) there was a significant positive relationship between personality and creativity of educators where the correlation coefficient was ry. 2 = 0.435 and the regression equation = 59.594 + 0.632X2, the contribution of personality to the creativity of educators was 18.2%, and c) there was a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and personality together with the creativity of educators where the correlation coefficient was R = 0.456 and the regression equation = 79.552 + 0.682.X1 + 1.161.X2. The contribution of self-efficacy and personality together to the creativity of educators is 19.3%.

Increasing Innovative Work Behavior Through Strengthening Team Learning and Knowledge Sharing.This study examines the relationship between team learning and knowledge sharing with innovative work behavior. The research was conducted at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School in West Bogor District, Bogor City. The population of this study amounted to 357 teachers. The number of samples was 189 teachers who were determined using proportional random sampling collecting data for each variable studied using a questionnaire with a Rating scale. The analysis technique uses simple regression and multiple regression. The results showed that; there was a positive relationship between team learning and innovative work behavior (ry1 = 0.398, ρ0,01), there was a positive relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior (ry2 = 0.687, ρ0,01), and there was a positive and very significant relationship between team learning and knowledge sharing with innovative work behavior (ry12 = 0.671, ρ0,01). Thus, it can be concluded that team learning and knowledge sharing are able to improve innovative work behavior either partially or together.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan tingkat keeratan hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru dengan Komitmen Organisasional Guru. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik korelasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru sekolah dasar negeri yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil dengan sampel sebanyak 40. Temuan penelitian yaitu: (1) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan komitmen organisasional guru; (2) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja guru dengan komitmen organisasional guru; (3) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja guru secara bersama-sama dengan komitmen organisasional guru. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa komitmen organisasional guru dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan sejalan dengan perbaikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja guru.

The research is aimed at finding out the quality improvement and learning outcome of social science subject of the fifth grade students through Cooperative Learning Inside Outside Circle. The subjects of the research were the fifth grade students of an elementary school. There were 59 students with the composition of 28 males and 31 females. The study was conducted in the odd semester in 2015/2016. The research result shows that the learning outcome in the first cycle reached 70,48 or the percentage of passing grade was 46,55% while in the second cycle, it reached 78,62 or the percentage of passing grade was 84,48%; it means that the treatment was successful. For the quality of the learning, in the first cycle it reached 76%, and in the second cycle it was 86%. The observational result shows that students’ behavior improved. In the first cycle it reached 70%, while in the second it was 90%. Based on the research result above, it can be inferred that the implementation of Cooperative Learning Inside Outside Circle could improve the learning outcome of social science subject. Besides that, it could also improve the learning quality, students, participation and behavior.

. Penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa kelas 4 IPA. Rendahnya capaian pembelajaran IPA di Indonesia ditunjukkan dengan hasil TIMMS. Problem Based Learning (PBL) Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) tampaknya menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar sains siswa. Dari hasil kajian/tinjauan literatur, penerapan PBL dan IBL membutuhkan persiapan yang matang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan PBL dan IBL dalam pembelajaran materi Gaya dan Gerak pada kelas IPA kelas IV SD Negeri Cibeureum 2 Kecamatan Bogor Selatan Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control group design (pre-test dan post-test tidak setara). Besar sampel penelitian adalah 31 siswa yang belajar menggunakan PBL dan 30 siswa yang belajar menggunakan IBL. Data dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa lebih bergantung pada penggunaan IBL daripada PBL, dan terdapat perbedaan efektivitas penggunaan PBL dan IBL terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV IPA.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) menguji hubungan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah dengan Komitmen Organisasi Guru; (2) menguji hubungan Motivasi Kerja Guru dengan Komitmen Organisasi Guru; dan (3) menguji hubungan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Guru dengan Komitmen Organisasi Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Pamulang. Jenis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Sampel penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode slovin berjumlah 86 guru. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah angket tertutup. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan metode angket. Uji validitas dengan teknik analisis data Product Moment dan Uji Reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji Korelasi Parsial diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (Correlation) r hitung Kepemimpinan Transformasional sebesar 0,771 (positif) dan Motivasi Kerja sebesar 0,750 (positif) > r tabel sebesar 0,2133 artinya kedua variabel tersebut memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan Komitmen Organisasi Guru. Hasil uji nilai signifikansi F change sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan F change 85, 717 > F tabel 3, 10 artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional Kepala Sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru dengan komitmen organisasi guru. Adapun tingkat keeratan hubungan tersebut adalah 0,821 dengan kategori korelasi tinggi. Temuan pada penelitian ini adalah guru PNS lebih mendapatkan prioritas perhatian dari pemerintah dalam hal peningkatan kemampuan profesionalnya melalui pendidikan dan juga pelatihan-pelatihan dibandingkan guru non-PNS.
