Abstract

Nisa Haya Hanifah. 037118043. The effect of implementing the project based learning model on learning outcomes for the environmental change subtheme. Thesis. Pakuan University. Under the guidance of Dr. Rais Hidayat, M.Pd. And Rini Sri Indriani, M. Pd. This research aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning model on student learning outcomes on the environmental change subtheme. This research was carried out at SD Negeri Rancabungur 01, Bogor Regency, Classes V-A and V-B from May to June, even semester. The N-Gain calculation for the project based learning model is 64 with medium criteria and the N-Gain value for the conventional model is 43 with medium criteria. So the N-Gain in the experimental class with the Project Based Learning model is greater than the conventional class. Researchers also carried out a normality test with the Liliefors test for both normal distribution samples. Then in the hypothesis test there is a tcount of 2.327 which is greater than the ttable of 1.712, indicating that HO (null hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis is accepted. Based on the results of the research above, it can be stated that the Project Based Learning model has an influence on learning outcomes for the sub-theme of changing the classroom environment V at SD Negeri Rancabungur 01 Bogor Regency.

Abstract

The decreasing number of student admissions, especially when the Covid-19 pandemic hit and the increasing number of universities in Jakarta, the competition is getting tighter. For this reason, implementing the Blue Ocean Strategy by opening a Digital Business major is the right way to get out of the competition and find new, unexplored opportunities and markets. The aim of this research is to describe the process of implementing BOS at the opening of the Digital Business major. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach using interviews, observation and documentation studies as data collection techniques. The research results show that the formulation of the blue ocean strategy is going well, especially the decision to open a Digital Business major through the stages of market boundary reconstruction, ERRC scheme, 3 non-consumer levels and strategic series. This is proven by the number of students who choose this major amounting to approximately 300 people with a class size of 10. Relevant curriculum development, industrial collaboration, use of technology in learning, lecturer training and effective promotion are suggestions that should be considered for the success of this implementation in long-term

Abstract

The creativity of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers plays a crucial role in improving the quality of learning, as children require innovative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate stimuli. However, many PAUD teachers still face obstacles in developing creativity due to limited organizational support, reward systems, and the low integration of local wisdom values into the learning process. The purpose of this study is to develop a model for PAUD teacher creativity based on local wisdom and organizational support. The POP-SDM (Modeling and Optimization of Resource Management) method was used in this study. Data collection in the simple qualitative research phase employed direct interviews, recorded and stored via WhatsApp voice notes. In this study, data were also collected using a questionnaire. Model and hypothesis testing were conducted using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results indicate that improving PAUD teacher creativity in Tasikmalaya City can be achieved through a research constellation model identified through field exploration, supported by strategies derived from SEM analysis and improvement measures based on SITOREM analysis. The research findings confirm that the optimal solution for improving teacher creativity lies in prioritizing indicators that need improvement. Directly, teamwork and organizational climate were shown to have a significant positive effect on teacher creativity, while trust and personality showed little effect. However, indirectly, trust provided a significant positive effect through organizational climate, while teamwork and personality remained insignificant through this pathway.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the impacts of implementing Transformational Leadership (TL) and Information Communication and Technology (ICT) in the education sector to increase Customer Satisfaction especially during uncertainties. Using the quantitative approach, this research argues the importance of customer satisfaction in education business influenced by the communication skills implemented in Transformational Leadership and ICT. Data from 286 respondents using stratified data sampling are gathered and analysed using PLS. The results showed that TL has a stronger influence than ICT in improving customer satisfaction with a value of 0.547 and 0.329, respectively. This study indicates the importance of Communication to build relationships with customers in Transformational Leadership to improve Customer Satisfaction in education. With transformational Leadership and the application of ICT, educational institutions as business units can provide better service and, as an implication, can improve company’s profit

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Elektronik (E-LKPD) menggunakan Wordwall pada materi Keragaman Budaya Indonesiaku. Pendekatan ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE, yakni (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation) di SDN Panaragan 3 pada kelas V. Hasil penelitian pengembangan LKPD elektronik menggunakan wordwall pada materi keragaman budaya indonesiakuyang dikembangkan memperoleh validitas dari dosen ahli materi 94%, guru ahli materi 100%, ahli bahasa 98%, serta ahli media 100% dengan rata-rata hasil 98% yang dikategorikan sebagai kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Serta berdasarkan hasil angket respon peserta didik memperoleh Persentasi kepraktisan 94,5%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD elektronik menggunakan wordwall pada materi Keragaman Budaya Indonesiaku dinyatakan layak dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Teacher performance plays a critical role in improving educational quality, particularly in vocational schools facing rapid curricular and technological changes. This study examines the direct and indirect effects of organizational climate, teacher empowerment, work motivation, and ICT effectiveness on teacher performance in private vocational schools. A quantitative survey design was employed involving 156 permanent teachers from private vocational schools in Pontianak City, Indonesia. Data were collected using validated questionnaires and analyzed through path analysis and Sobel tests to identify mediating effects. The findings indicate that organizational climate, teacher empowerment, work motivation, and ICT effectiveness have significant direct effects on teacher performance. Furthermore, work motivation and ICT effectiveness mediate the relationships between organizational climate and teacher empowerment on teacher performance. The Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management (SITOREM) method was applied to determine priority indicators for improvement. This study contributes to educational management literature by proposing an integrated model of teacher performance and providing strategic recommendations for vocational education institutions

Abstract

Purpose: This study develops a hybrid digital solution named BASRI (Best Academic Supervision with Recommendation using Intelligence) to resolve administrative inefficiencies and delayed feedback in the conventional academic supervision framework at SMK PGRI 1 Kota Bogor. Methods: Methodologically, an algorithmic Research and Development (R&D) pathway framed within the ADDIE framework was executed based on a preliminary needs assessment of 34 educators. Findings: Product validation confirmed the application is highly feasible, scoring 90.0% for material substance and 93.8% for media engineering. Subsequent field testing demonstrated exceptional operational practicality, achieving satisfaction ratings of 95.0% from the principal and 95.6% from 20 participating teachers. Furthermore, a Paired Sample T-Test revealed significant structural improvements in teaching outputs, with Learning Effectiveness increasing from 4.30 to 4.65, and Management Efficiency advancing from 4.32 to 4.73 (Sig. 2-tailed = 0.000 < 0.05).  Research Implications: In conclusion, integrating an automated expert logic matrix within the supervisory workflow successfully shifts institutional administrative culture from passive, retrospective reporting to a responsive, real-time mentorship dynamic. Originality: Unlike conventional digital forms that merely digitize paperwork, BASRI introduces a novel Rule-Based AI expert system that automatically analyzes observation scores to diagnose pedagogical weaknesses and instantly delivers personalized professional development video recommendations to teachers. This system provides vocational institutions with an adaptable architectural blueprint to sustain micro-level continuous professional development and high-scientific advancement.

Abstract

Science and social studies (IPAS) instruction in Grade IV-A of SDN Cimpaeun 3, Depok City, still relies mainly on printed textbooks, while the use of digital technology remains limited, resulting in suboptimal student engagement and learning outcomes. This study aims to develop, validate, and test the effectiveness of a Heyzine Flipbook-assisted e-module on the topic of "Aku dan Kebutuhanku" (Me and My Needs) to improve elementary students' learning outcomes. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects consisted of one media expert, one linguist, one material expert, one fourth-grade teacher, and 26 fourth-grade students of SDN Cimpaeun 3, Depok City. Data were collected through observation, interviews, validation questionnaires, response questionnaires, and pretest-posttest scores, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive and quantitative techniques. The results show that the e-module achieved a "Very Feasible" category, with validation scores of 94.67% from the media expert, 100% from the linguist, 96% from the lecturer material expert, and 98.67% from the teacher material expert. Teacher response reached 96% and student response 88.46%, both categorized as "Very Good". The product's effectiveness was demonstrated by an increase in students' average scores from 67.50 in the pretest to 93.08 in the posttest, with an N-Gain value of 0.79 (high category). These findings confirm that the Heyzine Flipbook-assisted e-module is feasible, practical, and effective as a digital teaching material for IPAS learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya mutu pendidikan di wilayah 3T, khususnya di Kecamatan Singkup, Kalimantan Barat, yang disebabkan oleh rapuhnya ekosistem pendidikan dan degradasi mentalitas para pendidik. Berdasarkan observasi, permasalahan utama terletak pada ketidaksinergian empat elemen Pendidikan manusia, lingkungan fisik, kurikulum, dan teknologi serta hilangnya penghargaan dan motivasi guru yang berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memperkuat kapasitas guru dan kepala sekolah melalui pendekatan manajemen dan kepemimpinan kelas untuk mendorong deep learning dan pendidikan multikultural, serta menumbuhkan kembali mentalitas berdampak sebagai fondasi perubahan pendidikan dari akar rumput. Metode yang digunakan adalah workshop partisipatif dengan pendekatan ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi, dan refleksi terbimbing, yang dilaksanakan pada 8–9 April 2026 di Gedung Serba Guna Kecamatan Singkup dan diikuti oleh guru dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa workshop berhasil membangkitkan kesadaran kolektif peserta akan pentingnya peran mereka sebagai agen perubahan, mendorong refleksi kritis terhadap praktik mengajar, serta membangun komitmen nyata untuk menyinergikan elemen ekosistem pendidikan dalam pembelajaran kontekstual. Implikasi dari pengabdian ini adalah perlunya penguatan berkelanjutan terhadap mentalitas pendidik dan kolaborasi multipihak untuk menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang terintegrasi, serta pentingnya kebijakan yang berpihak pada guru di daerah terpencil guna mewujudkan pendidikan yang berdampak dan berkeadilan.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate effective strategies for improving teacher service quality through a multi-factor approach, namely Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), interpersonal communication, organizational climate, and work motivation. Teacher service quality is an important indicator in the continuous improvement of education quality. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory causal design. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to teachers from various educational levels and analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that OCB, interpersonal communication, organizational climate, and work motivation significantly and simultaneously influence the improvement of teacher service quality. OCB acts as a mediating factor that strengthens the influence of other variables on service quality. The practical implications of these findings highlight the importance of strengthening organizational culture, interpersonal communication training, and reward and motivation systems to promote teacher professionalism. An integrative strategy based on strengthening organizational behavior and a humanistic approach is recommended as a model for improving teacher service quality in the Indonesian educational context.
