Abstract

This study examines digital transformation and human resource (HR) development in the halal industry through a systematic approach. The main objective of this study is to understand how digital technology and HR development are implemented in the halal industry sector, as well as the challenges and opportunities that arise in the process. The research method uses qualitative with a literature study approach, including searching for relevant literature in various academic databases, critical analysis of the collected literature, and synthesizing the resulting findings. This study found that although digital transformation provides many opportunities, the success of its implementation is highly dependent on the development of employee digital skills and changes in organizational culture that support innovation. Thus, the results of this study are expected to provide new insights for the development of effective digital transformation strategies in increasing the competitiveness of the halal industry at the global level. Keywords: Digital transformation, Halal industry, Human Resources.

Abstract

Waqf is one of the sources of funds that has the potential to develop the people's economy. Even history proves that waqf that is maintained and developed productively is very helpful for the interests of the community.This study aims to determine the waqf management system in Tawakua Village, Angkona District, East Luwu Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques through interview studies to 5 informants. The results of this study indicate that the management of waqf assets is managed directly by the village, and administration of the waqf pledge deed is carried out at KUA Angkona District. However, the role of waqf as a socio-economic development has not been optimal due to the lack of public knowledge and a lack of qualified human resources in the field of waqf. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize the management of waqf so that the function of waqf as an instrument of economic development can be achieved. Wakaf menjadi salah satu sumber dana yang memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan ekonomi umat. Bahkan sejarah membuktikan bahwa wakaf yang dipelihara dan dikembangkan secara produktifsangat membantu kepentingan masyarakat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan wakaf di Desa Tawakua Kecamatan Angkona Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengambilan data melalui studi wawancara kepada 5 informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan harta benda wakaf dikelola secara langsung oleh desa, dan pengurusan administrasi akta ikrar wakaf dilakukan di KUA Kecamatan Angkona. Namun peran wakaf sebagai pembangunan sosial ekonomi belum optimal karena minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang mumpuni di bidang wakaf. Oleh karena itu revitalisasi pengelolaan wakaf perlu dilakukan agar fungsi wakaf sebagai instrumen pembangunan ekonomi dapat tercapai.

Abstract

Islam does not only teach how to worship rituals alone, but Islam also teaches how to deal with others, including buying and selling in installments or credit. This study aims to find out how the implementation of murabahah contracts on Al-Fazza Islamic credit. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that seeks to provide an overview of the phenomena and conditions occurring at the research location based on natural conditions. Sources of data in this study are divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. This primary data was obtained through direct observation and interviews with related parties, while secondary data was data obtained from sources other than the respondents in the form of documents or archives. The results of this study indicate that AL-fazza mummy uses a sale and purchase contract or a murabahah contract. Islam tidak hanya mengajarkan bagaimana ritual ibadah semata, tetapi islam juga mengajarkan bagaimana tatacara bermuamalah dengan sesama termaksud dalam jual beli secara angsuran atau kredit. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi akad murabahah pada Al-Fazza kredit syariah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang berupaya memberikan gambaran mengenai fenomena dan keadaan terjadi di lokasi penelitian berdasarkan kondisi alamiah. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer ini diperoleh melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait, sedangkan data sekunder data yang diperoleh dari sumber lain di luar responden berupa dokumen atau arsip. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa AL-fazza murni menggunakan akad jual beli atau akad murabahah.

Abstract

Sharia economic and financial literacy plays a crucial role in shaping the mindset and financial decision-making of the younger generation, especially in Indonesia as a country with a Muslim majority population. However, the level of sharia financial literacy among the younger generation is still relatively low, which can have an impact on their understanding and participation in the sharia-based financial system. This study highlights efforts to improve sharia financial literacy through socialization activities at SMKN 1 Kalosi Enrekang, which involve lectures, interactive discussions, and educational approaches. This program aims to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of sharia financial principles and products, so that they can make financial decisions that are in accordance with Islamic values. In addition, the integration of sharia financial literacy in the education curriculum and the use of digital technology are expected to strengthen sharia financial inclusion and support sharia-based economic growth.

Abstract

Waste management in Makassar City is an increasingly pressing issue along with rapid population growth and urbanization. In this context, the main challenges faced are low public awareness, limited waste management infrastructure, and weak enforcement of regulations related to waste processing. This study aims to provide a better understanding to the public about the importance of sustainable waste management and to study waste management policies and practices in Indonesia and Malaysia. Through community service activities including field observations, interviews with stakeholders, counseling, and preparation of recommendations, it is hoped that applicable solutions can be found to overcome waste management problems. One of the proposed solutions is the development of a Waste Bank which functions as a means to manage and recycle waste more effectively. The results of the study indicate that active community participation, government support, and collaboration between various parties are essential to create a sustainable waste management system. The recommendations produced include increasing public awareness, utilizing technology in waste management, and strengthening policies that support community initiatives.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative study conducted at the Amil, Zakat, Infaq, and Alms Institution of the Sky Courier Mosque in Barru Regency. The approach used is phenomenological, with the aim of exploring and explaining individual experiences related to economic empowerment carried out by mosques. The results of the study show that the role of mosques in economic empowerment does not significantly reduce poverty levels if assessed only in terms of economic results, but succeeds in carrying out their main functions. The BMT (Baitul Maal wat Tamwil) program is the most accessed by the public compared to other economic programs.

Abstract

The development of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia continues to increase. But, the development of Islamic finance institutions is hindered due to the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak. In particular, Islamic non-bank financial institutions include Islamic microfinance institutions (IMFI). SMEs that become the market segment of IMFI are affected by the Covid-19. Amid this condition, IMFI still has survived and developed and provides excellent service to customers. This study aims to determine the development of IMFI and to know the pattern of service excellence for IMFI in the condition of the Covid-19 outbreak. This research is qualitative and uses library research. Data sources obtained from several sources are considered relevant themes, especially sources of certain institutions that provide data relating to the development of IMFI. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive overview of the development of IMFI and service excellent pattern for amid the Covid-19 outbreak. Results showed the growth of IMFI in March 2021, whose assets experienced growth of 6.8 percent and financing growth of 13.66 percent. IMFI can do the excellent service pattern amid the Covid-19 outbreak, continues services as usually by following existing rules, increasing intensity of communication with customers, cooperating with other Islamic financial institutions, and improving service indirectly giving customers access.

Abstract

Dalam praktik Kerjasama bagi hasil di bidang peternakan di Desa Tubbi Kecamatan Tubbi Taramanu, seseorang yang memiliki jumlah sapi yang lumayan banyak terkadang memberikan sebagian sapinya kepada orang lain untuk dipelihara, dalam kerjasama antara pemodal/pemilik sapi dan pemelihara ini menjadikan tradisi secara turun temurun menjadi landasan utama dalam praktek kerjasama hewan ternak sapi, Dalam prakteknya pada saat perjanjian kerjasama hanya dilakukan secara lisan dan batas waktu kerjasama yang tidak ditentukan. Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Implementasi kerjasama antara pemodal dan pemelihara ternak sapi di Desa Tubbi Kecamatan Tutar dan Untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem kerjasama bagi hasil antara Pa Ambi (Pemelihara) dan pemodal di Desa Tubbi Kecamatan Tubbi Taramanu dalam perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Praktik kerjasama bagi hasil Ternak Sapi di Desa Tubbi telah memenuhi rukun yang terdapat dalam akad mudharabah yaitu pemilik modal, modal yang diserahkan, ijab dan qabul, dimana antar individu terjalin ikatan ijab qabul yang menimbulkan akibat hukum dari kegiatannya. Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of the work environment, motivation, and religion on Amil's loyalty towards employment in zakat management organisations in Makassar City. This study employs a quantitative methodology. The population for this study consists of the amil/employees/staff members of OPZ Makassar City, namely BMM, Dompet Duafah, and Baznas Makassar City. The sampling approach employs a saturated sampling method that encompasses non-probability sampling. The data analysis approach used is the Classic Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test using the SPSS 23 software. The research results show that: 1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on amil's work loyalty in zakat management organizations in Makassar City. 2) motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on Amil's work loyalty in the zakat management organization in Makassar City. 3) religiosity has a positive and significant effect on Amil's work loyalty in the Makassar City zakat management organization. 4) work environment, work motivation, and religiosity together have a positive and simultaneous influence on amil's work loyalty in zakat management organizations

Abstract

The pattern of waqf property management in Indonesia still tends to be in the management traditional pattern. Waqf in Indonesia still has narrowed of its meaning and purpose, the mosques and prayer rooms that were built have not been able to act as a center for driving community activities, and are only used as places of worship. In the city of Makassar, Jami Islahuddin Mosque is one of the Mosque that has been built on waqf land. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to conduct a study of how the management of waqf assets at the Jami Islahuddin mosque. This study uses a qualitative method with field research to describe the existing facts related to the management of waqf land at the Jami Islahuddin Mosque. The data collection technique used is through literature review, observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study are: The management of the Jami Islahuddin Mosque Waqf Land has been carried out productively. This can be seen from the mosque which is not only used as a place of worship but is also used as an Al-Qur'an Education Center (TPA), Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT), and the Mosque Business Entity (BUM) Jami Islahuddin Mosque.
