Abstract

Non-formal education has a strategic role in increasing access to learning for people who are not covered by the formal education system. One of the main challenges in Package B learning at PKBM Suka Maju Sejahtera, Padang City is the low involvement and understanding of students in the Indonesian language material. This study aims to explore the implementation of Padlet digital learning media in increasing the involvement and understanding of students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation analysis. The results of the study indicate that the use of Padlet increases the involvement of students through more active interactions, dynamic discussions, and the use of content in various formats that support conceptual understanding. However, the study also found several obstacles, such as limited internet access and lack of digital literacy. Therefore, a strategy is needed to strengthen technological infrastructure and training for tutors and students to ensure the effectiveness of using Padlet in learning. This study recommends a blended learning approach as a solution to overcome limited access and improve the learning experience of Package B residents more comprehensively

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbekangi oleh Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) merupakan tahap penting dalam pengembangan karakter dan kecerdasan anak. Salah satu aspek yang perlu dikembangkan adalah kecerdasan naturalis, yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan anak untuk mengenali dan menghargai lingkungan alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aktivitas bercocok tanam bunga terhadap peningkatan kecerdasan naturalis anak usia dini di kelompok bermain. Melalui studi literatur, ditemukan bahwa kegiatan bercocok tanam tidak hanya memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam menanam dan merawat tanaman, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran anak terhadap lingkungan, keterampilan motorik halus, dan kemampuan sosial. Aktivitas ini mendorong anak untuk memahami siklus hidup tanaman, serta pentingnya menjaga kelestarian alam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anak dalam kegiatan bercocok tanam dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kecerdasan naturalis mereka, serta membentuk sikap peduli terhadap lingkungan. Dengan demikian, bercocok tanam bunga di kelompok bermain dapat menjadi metode efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan kecerdasan naturalis anak usia dini, sekaligus mempersiapkan generasi yang lebih peduli dan bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan. .

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan peserta pelatihan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, hal ini diduga berhubungan dengan keaktifan belajar dalam mengikuti pelatihan pembukuan laporan keuangan berbasis IT. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran keaktifan belajar, kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan peserta pelatihan dan melihat gambaran hubungan keaktifan belajar dengan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan peserta pelatihan di UPTD Balai Diklat Koperasi Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 42 orang peserta pelatihan yang mengikuti pelatihan pembukuan laporan keuangan berbasis IT di UPTD Balai Diklat Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dengan pengambilan 60% sampel dari populasi 42 orang yaitu sebanyak 25 peserta pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan pengelolaan data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus presentase serta korelasional dengan rumus spearmen rho untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) keaktifan belajar peserta pelatihan di UPTD Balai Diklat Koperasi Provinsi Sumatera Barat dikategorikan sedang, (2) kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan peserta pelatihan juga berada pada kategori sedang dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keaktifan belajar dengan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan peserta pelatihan di UPTD Balai Diklat Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

The background of this study is based on the low social behavior of early childhood children found in Jorong Kuranji, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The low social behavior of early childhood children is thought to be related to the lack of interaction between children and their peers. This study aims to: 1) describe the social interaction with peers of early childhood children in Jorong Kuranji, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, 2) describe the social behavior of early childhood children in Jorong Kuranji, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, 3) see the relationship between peer interaction and social behavior of early childhood children in Jorong Kuranji, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study uses a correlational approach with a correlational type. The population in this study consisted of 63 mothers who have children aged 4-5 years with a total sample of 44. The sample in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire, while data analysis used percentage calculations and product moment methods to measure the relationship between variables. The results of the study show that: 1) Social interaction with peers of early childhood children in Jorong Kuranji, Lima Puluh Kota Regency is still low; 2) the social behavior of early childhood aged 4-5 years in Jorong Kuranji, Lima Puluh Kota Regency is still low; and 3) there is a significant relationship between peer interaction and the social behavior of early childhood aged 4-5 years in Jorong Kuranji, Lima Puluh Kota Regency.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an of students at RTQ Mujahidin Nagari Api-Api. This is thought to be due to a lack of parental involvement. This is due to the low involvement of parents in students' memorization abilities. This research aims to; find out the description of parental involvement, the description of students' memorization abilities and the relationship between parental involvement and students' Al-Qur'an memorization abilities in RTQ Mujahidin Nagari Api-Api, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population in this study were 37 parents of santri at RTQ Mujahidin while the sample was 30 parents of santri. This research sample was taken using area random sampling. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with the tool being a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use percentage and product moment formulas. The results of this research show that: (1) parental involvement is in the low category, (2) the students' ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an is also in the low category, and (3) there is a significant relationship between parental involvement and the students' Al-Qur'an memorization ability in RTQ Mujahidin Nagari Api-Api, Pesisir Selatan Regency. It is recommended for parents to: (1) improve children's memorization abilities by listening to children learn, (2) establish harmonious communication with children so as to support the optimal development of children's memorization abilities, (3) As well as for other researchers to look at additional phenomena related to children's memorization development by using different variables.Keywords: Parental Involvement, Al-Qur'an Memorizing Ability, Santri.

Abstract

This research is behind the low participation rate of parents in Posyandu activities in Kenagarian Jinang, Kampung Pansur, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This is suspected because the quality of cadre services in Posyandu activities has not been sufficient. This research aims to describe the quality of cadre services, parents' participation, and the relationship between cadre service quality and parents' participation in posyandu activities in Kenagarian Jinang Kampung Pansur, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational approach. The population in this study was 40 mothers, and a sample of 34 mothers. Samples are taken using random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula and product moment. The results of this study show that: (1) cadre service quality is in the low category, (2) parents participation is also in the low category, and (3) there is a significant relationship between cadre service quality and parents participation in posyandu activities in Kenagarian Jinang, Kampung Pansur, Pesisir Selatan Regency. It is recommended that (1) Kader is expected to improve the quality of Posyandu services, (2) Parents are expected to participate more actively in all Posyandu activities, (3) Further researchers are expected to expand their research by exploring other variables.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low moral development of children, this is thought to be caused by parents are less involved in their child’s development. This study aims to (1) describe parental involvement (2) describe moral development of children (3) describe the relationship between parental involvement and the moral development of children in PAUD Asmaul Husna Kota Padang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population of this study were parents whose children attended PAUD Asmaul Husna Padang City, totaling 21 people. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling was taken 75% of the population, namely 16 people. Dta collection techniques and data collection tools in the form a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use percentage and rank orders. The result of this study indicate that (1) parental involvement in children in PAUD Asmaul Husna Padang City is categorized as low. (2) Moral development of children in PAUD Asmaul Husna Padang City is categorized as low. (3) The result of data processing show that there is a significant relationship between parental involvement and children’s moral development in PAUD Asmaul Husna Padang City, this is proven and it is found that the results of rcount are greater than rtabel.Keywords: parental involvement, moral development children

Abstract

The turbulence of Coronaviruses sometime this past raises fear and anxiety for everyone. Moreover, the spread of this virus has penetrated all over the country so it is expressed as a pandemic condition. One of the solutions highly recommended by the WHO and supported by health experts and government policy is to keep social distance physically. These conditions include the impact on the application of the program at home only. In the educational world, social distancing policies also impact child education, which leads to the role of education in returning to the family. For the stimulation of children's education is not stopped, parents need to use creative models to stimulate children's abilities. One model that can be used in stimulating the ability of children, especially the ability to read early children is to use a family-based environmental Print model. Abstract

This research was motivated by the poor discipline of students at the TPQ/TQA Al-Muhajirin PasirPutih Tabing Mosque, Padang City. This is thought to be due to poor attention from educators,resulting in poor student discipline at the TPQ/TQA Al-Muhajirin Mosque. The purpose of thisresearch is to: 1) See a picture of educators' attention in disciplining students at the TPQ/TQA AlMuhajirin Pasir Putih Tabing Mosque, Padang City. 2) See the picture of student discipline at theTPQ/TQA Al-Muhajirin Pasir Putih Tabing Mosque, Padang City. 3) Seeing the relationship betweeneducators' attention and student discipline at the TPQ/TQA Al-Muhajirin Pasir Putih TabingMosque, Padang City. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type of research.The population in this study was 60 people and the sample taken was 30 people or 50% with samplingusing a stratified random sampling technique. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool,and data analysis used percentage and product moment formulas.The results of the research showthat: 1) The description of educators' attention at the TPQ/TQA Al-Muhajirin Pasir Putih TabingMosque, Padang City, is categorized as poor; 2) The description of student discipline at theTPQ/TQA Al-Muhajirin Pasir Putih Tabing Mosque, Padang City, is categorized as poor; 3) There isa significant relationship between educators' attention and student discipline at the TPQ/TQA AlMuhajirin Pasir Putih Tabing Mosque, Padang City. Abstract

A healthy, intelligent and noble child is the dream of all parents. But to create a healthy generation, there are various problems, including many cases of stunting that occur in children, especially early childhood. Stunting is a problem of chronic malnutrition which results in growth disorders in children. Stunting factors include food patterns, parenting, and sanitation patterns. One solution to overcome the problem of stunting in children is the need for knowledge and skills in processing food ingredients and food displays. Armed with the knowledge and skills of processing and displaying food, housewives can serve nutritious and attractive food for children's consumption.
