Abstract

This research is backgorund by the low of parents interest to send their children to the Miftahul Ilmi PAUD Institute. This is suspected because the lack of learning infrastructure available at Miftahul Ilmi PAUD. The purpose of this research is to describe: (1) availability of learning infrastructure, (2) parents' interests, and (3) the relation between the availability of learning infrastructure and the interest of parents to send their children to the Miftahul Ilmi PAUD Institute, Pancung Soal district. This research was quantitative correlational . The population in this research amounted of 122 persons which 55 persons of sampel. Using area random sampling technique. Techniques of data collection with questonanaire sheet statement. Data analysis techniques using percentage formulas and product momment correlation formulas. The result showed that: (1) The availability of learning infrastructure at Miftahul Ilmi PAUD is still low, (2) The interest of parents to send their children to Miftahul Ilmi PAUD is low, (3) There is a significant relationship between the availability of learning infrastructure and parents' interest. send their children to the Miftahul Ilmi PAUD Institute. Based of the result, it is suggested for Miftahul Ilmi PAUD institute to improve learning infrastructure, because it can attract parents to send their children to Miftahul Ilmi PAUD Institute.Keywords: learning infrastructure, parents interest

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low level of creativity of young children in the Sago Salido district, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This type of research is correlational using a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 117 parents who had children aged 5-6 years by taking a sample of 30% of the population, namely 35 people using the Disproportionate Cluster random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use percentage formulas and product moment formulas. The results of the research show that: (1) The family support system for children at home in Nagari Sago Salido can be said to be not good, this can be seen from the percentage of respondents' answers dominated by rare answers, (2) Early childhood creativity in Nagari Sago can be said to be not good This can be seen from the percentage of respondents' answers dominated by rare answers. (3) There is a significant relationship between the family support system and early childhood creativity in Nagari Sago Salido, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This can be seen from the results of the analysis using the product moment formula, that the value r = 0.974 > 0.334. So the researcher's hypothesis was accepted.Keywords: Family support system, early childhood creativity

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of the Permata Bunda Binubu Baru PAUD institution in recent years. This is presumably due to the institutional management strategy carried out by the manager. Therefore the public interest in this institution is also very good. This study aims (1) to describe the management plan for PAUD Permata Bunda. (2) to describe the organization of Permata Bunda PAUD management. (3) to describe the implementation of the management of Permata Bunda PAUD. (4) to describe the oversight of Permata Bunda PAUD management. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The setting of this research was conducted at Permata Bunda Binubu Baru PAUD, Nagari Sontang Cubadak, Padang Gelugur District, Pasaman Regency. Sources of data for this research were obtained from school principals, educators and also guardians of Permata Bunda PAUD students. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data obtained from this study is the triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results of the study show that (1) there is a planning for PAUD Permata Bunda in the form of a long-term work plan and a short-term work plan. (2) the organization of Permata Bunda PAUD takes the form of selecting and recruiting prospective educators, organizing educator training, organizing educator salaries. (3) the implementation of PAUD Permata Bunda in the form of PAUD accreditation, religious activities, and renewal of PAUD buildings. (4) supervision of Permata Bunda PAUD in the form of supervising dropping off and picking up young children using the school bus, as well as supervision while at school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatar belakang pada rendahnya kepercayaan diri anak usia dini di KB Kenanga, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Hal ini diduga penyebabnya yaitu kurangnya dukungan orang tua. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna mendeskripsikan dukungan orang tua, kepercayaan diri anak usia dini dan hubungan dukungan orang tua dengan kepercayaan diri anak usia dini di KB Kenanga, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Pendekatan penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan tipe korelasional. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 38 orang. Total sampel yang diambil yakni 75% dari jumlah populasi yakni 28 orang dengan menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data dengan angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase serta untuk mencari korelasinya menggunakan rumus Spearman Rho. Penelitian ini memberitahu: (1) dukungan orang tua kepada anak dikategorikan rendah, (2) kepercayaan diri anak usia dini dikategorikan rendah, dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan orang tua dengan kepercayaan diri anak usia dini di KB Kenanga, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar orang tua memberikan dukungan yang lebih intensif kepada anak bertujuan untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the low academic performance of the Paket B learners, as evidenced by their report card grades which are still below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), with the KKM set at 80. It is suspected that the low academic performance of Paket B learners is related to the less effective interpersonal communication between tutors and students. This study is a quantitative correlational research. The population of this research consists of all learners in Paket B, Grade IX at PKBM Farilla Ilmi Padang, totaling 45 learners for the 2022/2023 academic year. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling, which involves randomly selecting a sample of 32 individuals, or 71% of the 45 participants. The data collection technique employed is a questionnaire, with the research instrument being a questionnaire as well. Data analysis is performed using percentage formulas. The research findings are as follows: 1) The interpersonal communication of tutors with learners in the IPS subject at PKBM Farilla Ilmi is categorized as good; 2) The academic performance of Paket B learners in Grade IX in the IPS subject at PKBM Farilla Ilmi is categorized as poor; 3) There is no relationship between the interpersonal communication of tutors and the academic performance of Paket B learners in Grade IX in the IPS subject at PKBM Farilla Ilmi.

Abstract

Penelitian di latar belakangi oleh maraknya fenomena screen time pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di Kelurahan Kubu Dalam Kota Padang. Hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh kurangnya kontrol orang tua pada anak. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui hubungan kontrol orang tua dengan fenomena screen time pada anak usia dini di kelurahan kubu dalam parak karakah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian yakni orang tua yang memiliki anak usia 4-5 tahun yang berjumlah 33 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel ialah Stratified Random Sampling pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase serta korelasi rank spearman.Hasil penelitian yakni: (1) Kontrol Orang tua belum terlaksana dengan baik, (2) Fenomena Screen Time pada anak usia dini digolongkan tinggi, (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kontrol orang tua dengan fenomena screen time pada anak usia dini di Kelurahan Kubu Dalam Kota Padang. Disarankan untuk orang tua perlu mengontrol dan mengawasi penggunaan screen time pada anak usia dini usia 4-5 tahun yang berlebihan oleh karena itu orang tua harus memberi batasan waktu agar anak tidak menggunakan screen time yang berlebihan.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the world of education is undergoing significant changes that require tutors to master content andragogy technology. Adult learners have unique characteristics compared to children, such as rich life experiences, family and work responsibilities, and different motivations for learning. Therefore, training in content andragogy technology is crucial for tutors to design and deliver material that is relevant, flexible, and tailored to the needs of adult learners. This technology enables the use of interactive and engaging digital tools that can enhance learning engagement and motivation. Additionally, such training helps tutors develop the digital skills of learners, which are highly necessary in today's workforce. Technology also enables increased accessibility and flexibility in learning, allowing learners to study anytime and anywhere. Collaboration and communication between tutors and learners, as well as among the learners themselves, can be enhanced through online platforms and digital collaboration tools. With a deep understanding of content andragogy technology, tutors can create more effective, efficient, and engaging learning experiences, helping adult learners better achieve their learning goals.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the reduction of aggressive behavior through group counseling using aversion conditioning techniques in class VIII students at MTs Darul Huffaz. This research used the guidance and counseling action research (PTBK) method with subjects of 10 students selected using purposive sampling. The results of the research showed that in the actions from cycle I to cycle II there was a decrease in students' aggressive behavior. Group counseling service activities in reducing the aggressive behavior of class VIII students at MTs Darul Huffaz had been carried out well. This is proven by the results of the achievement of cycle II results which show a decrease in students' aggressive behavior, namely by 8 students or equal to 80% and these results have achieved the target set by researchers, namely 6 students. Results of the student aggressive behavior questionnaire instrument with group counseling services This research shows that starting from the activities before the action until the research ended, the results were quite satisfactory because there was a decrease in each cycle, namely in cycle I after the service was provided, the average score obtained by students only decreased for 3 students, while students who still experienced behavior aggressive is the same as 7 students. And after the service was carried out in cycle II, the average score obtained by students decreased in aggressive behavior by 8 students, while the students who still experienced aggressive behavior in the moderate category were the same as 2 students and had reached the expected target. Keywords: Group Counseling, Aversion, Aggressive Behavior

Abstract

Playgrounds have an important role in supporting early childhood development (AUD) holistically, including physical, cognitive, social and emotional aspects. As a space for exploration and play, playgrounds are designed to stimulate children's gross and fine motor skills, creativity, problem solving and social skills. However, safety is the main factor that must be considered when designing a playground. The safety play concept is applied to minimize the risk of physical injury and psychological trauma to children while playing. Implementation of safety play includes the use of safe surface materials, play equipment according to safety standards, adult supervision, separation of areas based on age groups, and safety education for children. With a safe and functional design, playgrounds not only provide a sense of security for children but also support their optimal development. This research highlights the importance of playgrounds as a means of learning and developing AUD as well as examining the application of safety play to create an ideal playing environment.
