Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the uniqueness of a family in Jorong Kayu Manang. Where in the family have children who memorize the whole Al-quran. This is of course based on parental care so that children are able to memorize the Al-quran. The focus of this research is 1) How is the time that is applied in the parenting of Al-Qur'an memorizing in X family. 2) What is the method used in parenting. 3) How is the material taught in Parenting. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study method using data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation then analyzed using triangulation techniques. The results of this study are 1) the time that is applied in the parenting of the Al-quran memorizing family in X family is divided into three. First the morning before and after the dawn prayer, the second afternoon or evening along with the recitation schedule and finally after sunset prayer and at bedtime. 2) The method used in the parenting of the Al-quran memorizing family in the X family is no specific method. All steps or methods are adjusted according to what is contained in the context of the Al-quran. 3) The material taught in the parenting of the Al-quran memorizing family in X family also has no special material. All the material taught is in accordance with what is found in the Al-quran.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of uniqueness. a different training method system because it works with studios, Padang 12 Public Middle School and extracurricular members who benefit financially. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of dance extracurriculars at Padang 12 Public Middle School so that they can excel, and appear in many competitions, official events, and even the West Sumatra television station. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data sources from this study are dance extracurricular coaches, vice principal for student affairs, curriculum assistant teachers, students who are members of dance extracurricular sales at SMP Negeri 12 Padang, and students who are not involved in dance extracurricular activities. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While the data validity technique uses method triangulation, source triangulation, and theory triangulation. The results of this study indicate that (1) in dance extracurricular activities set goals in advance, create strategies so that activities are carried out well, create strategies so that students can excel, involve all residents in carrying out activities, determine activity budgets and determine activity schedules. (2) In dance extracurricular organizing activities, a management structure has been created even for members, recruiting members, providing the necessary infrastructure. (3) for dance extracurricular movement activities, they have carried out activities well, and provided motivation to dance extracurricular members (4) during dance extracurricular supervision activities, they have evaluated activities even though they are not yet formal and have also carried out problem analysis and ways to solve them (5) benefits What is gained by dance extracurricular members is to increase their self-confidence, to be able to develop their potential, and to gain financial benefits.Keywords: Pengelolaan Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Tari

Abstract

The background to writing this article is the low number of students participating in the scout extracurricular program at SMKN 1 Payakumbuh. This study aims to: describe students' perceptions of the program, describe students' involvement in participating in the program, and look at the relationship between students' perceptions of the program and student involvement in the scout extracurricular elective program at SMKN 1 Payakumbuh. The present study employs a quantitative research approach utilizing correlational descriptive techniques. The study's target populace consisted of all registered scout members during the 2022/2023 academic year, amounting to 20 individuals, of which a sample size of 15 people was selected. The method utilized for collecting data involves the deployment of a tool designed for such a purpose, which takes on the form of a terminal. The data analysis methodology employs a combination of the proportion formula and Spearman's Rank Correlation Coefficient, commonly known as Spearman's rho.The results showed that: (1) the perceptions of students participating in the scout extracurricular options towards the concentration program were very good, (2) student involvement in the selected scout extracurricular activities was included well and (3) there was a significant relationship between the perceptions of students participating in scout extracurricular activities towards the program with the involvement of students following the selected scout extracurricular program at SMKN 1 Payakumbuh. It is hoped that the Payakumbuh Vocational School 1 school will socialize the selected scout extracurricular program to all students so that they have good knowledge of the program, to coaches and selected scout extracurricular members it is hoped that together they can realize a good perception of the program by increasing knowledge and skills in scouting science and techniques so that the number of students participating in scout extracurriculars increases every year, other researchers are encouraged to search for additional variables that impact the participation of extracurricular members in scouting activities.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of the residents studying Package C at PKBM Farilla Ilmi Padang. This is presumably due to the lack of running of the family's role in supporting the successful achievement of learning citizens. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is a relevant relationship between family support and achievement motivation of residents studying Package C at PKBM Farilla Ilmi Padang. This type of research is quantitative correlational. The population in this study were all residents studying Package C at PKBM Farilla Ilmi Padang in 2022, totaling 63 people, with a sample size of 32 people and to collect data using questionnaires or questionnaires that have completed validity and reliability testing. The data analysis technique used bivariate correlation analysis technique. The statistical formula used is the percentage formula and the Spearman rank/range order correlation formula. Research results 1). Family support is categorized as less supportive; 2). Achievement motivation of learning residents is categorized as lacking; 3). There is a significant relationship between the relationship between family support and achievement motivation of learning residents. The results of the statistical test of the spearman rho formula obtained rcount = 0.875, the value of 0.875 is declared strong.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low language skills of children. This is evidenced by the number of children who cannot provide answers to complex and clear questions, children are not able to communicate in simple and easy-to-understand sentences, suspected of lack of communication in the family. This study aims to: 1) see the picture of communication in the family. 2) Look at the picture of the language development of children aged 5-6 years. 3) Seeing the relationship of family communication with language development in children aged 5-6 years. The method used in this research is a correlational type quantitative approach. The population in this study are mothers who have children aged 5-6 years in RW 03 Air Tawar Barat Village as many as 56 people. The sample used by the researcher is cluster random sampling. The data collection technique used is in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and product moment. The results showed: 1) The description of family communication in RW 03 was considered good. 2) The description of the language development of children aged 5-6 years in RW 03 is not good. 3) There is a relationship of communication in the family with the language development of children aged 5-6 years in RW 03. Keyword: Communication, Speech development

Abstract

Perilaku bullying yang dilakukan oleh anak usia prasekolah atau taman kanak-kanak banyak dari orangtua yang salah mengartikannya dan menganggap bahwa itu merupakan kenakalan biasa. Kesalahpahaman yang dilakukan oleh anak atas tindakan (bullying) ini juga sering terjadi dalam kelas, dan kebanyakan orang tua menganggap anak tidak memahami perbuatannya. Cara pandang orangtua hanyalah kenakalan yang biasa karena anak masih berada dalam rentang usia dini menjadi awal bencana. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk merubah cara pandang untuk mencegah anak usia dini dari bullying. Tulisan ini menggunakan studi literature, dengan memanfaatkan berbagai referensi relevan baik berupa jurnal ilmiah, buku dan lainnya.Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa; usia dini merupakan fase kehidupan yang sangat unik, sedang menuju proses berubah seperti pertumbuhan, perkembangan, penyempurnaan, pematangan, dalam aspek jasmani dan rohani. Bullying memberikan dampak yang sangat buruk bagi korbannya, misalnya dapat membuat kondisi mental korban menjadi rusak akibat perbuatan pelaku. Kondisi ini menyebabkan rendahnya rasa percaya diri, trauma, pemalu, tidak bisa menyerang balik, sering merasa sendiri, dan tidak ingin pergi ke sekolah karena takut, dan anak merasa tidak mendapatkan pertolongan dari orang sekitarnya. Diharapkan pihak-pihak yang terkait seperti sekolah dan orangtua berupaya meminimalisir agar anak terhindar dari tindakan bullying ini.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the poor behavior of husband and wife in the family, which resulted in an increase in the divorce rate in Batipuh District, Tanah Datar Regency from 2020 - 2021, which was 291 cases. The increase in the divorce rate was caused by the husband and wife having attended a premarital course program. This is presumably due to the low understanding of the husband and wife on the premarital course material. This study aims to see a picture of a married couple's understanding of the premarital course material, to see the behavior of a married couple in a family, and to see the relationship between the two. This type of research is correlational with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 250 married couples who had received a Prenuptial Course at the KUA, Batipuah District. The sample is taken as much as 20% of the sample is as many as 50 husband and wife couples. The sampling technique uses a convenient type of probability sampling. The collection technique uses a questionnaire, while the data collection tool is a list of statements. The data analysis technique of this research uses percentage and product moment. The results of this study can be seen that: (1) The understanding of married couples about premarital course material in Batipuh sub-district, Tanah Datar Regency is quite adequate, (2) The behavior of husband and wife in family life in Batipuh District, Tanah Datar Regency is classified as poor. , (3) There is a significant relationship between the understanding of married couples on premarital course material with their behavior in the family. Suggestions from this study are addressed to premarital course participants in order to improve the application of premarital course materials in families, to premarital course managers to add and develop materials that are really needed by married couples in building a harmonious family, and to further researchers in order to deepen this study with different variables.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of trainees in the pratical office advance program at BLK Attitude, which was allegedly due to the low learning independence of trainees in the pratical office advance program at BLK Attitude. This study aims to reveal a description of the relationship between learning independence and learning outcomes in the practical office advance program at BLK Attitude. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population in this study were all 32 participants of the second wave of practical office advance training for the 2022 period. While the sample was taken using simple random sampling as many as 75% as many as 24 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the rank order correlation formula. The results showed that: 1) the learning independence of the trainees in the practical office advance program at BLK Attitude was still low; 2) the learning outcomes of the practical office advance program training participants are still low; 3) there is a significant relationship between learning independence and learning outcomes in the practical office advance program at BLK Attitude

Abstract

The digital divide in Indonesia demands that digital literacy education be delivered through several knowledge transfer mechanisms. The purpose of this research is to look at the relationship between parental control and digital literacy skills in children in Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is quantitative correlational. Sources of data in this study are parents and children. The population in this study amounted to 30 parents and the sampling technique was Simple Random Sampling and 70% were taken, namely 21 children. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a statement list format as a data collection tool, data analysis techniques use a percentage formula and to find correlations use the Rank Order formula. The results of the study found: 1) Parental control of this child was classified in the unfavorable category. 2) digital literacy skills in children are classified in the low category. 3) There is a significant relationship between parental control and digital literacy skills in children in Pesisir Selatan. Furthermore, some suggestions are: 1) According to the respondents' assessment, parental control over children is still much that has not been implemented, when viewed from the duties and responsibilities of parents, it is suggested to parents to better understand their duties and responsibilities so that they are able to protect children from the dangers of digital media. 2) It is necessary for children to be aware of how important it is to understand increasingly sophisticated digital media that can develop various potentials in children so that they have knowledge and experience. 3) It is hoped that other studies will be able to see several other factors that have not been studied in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh belum optimalnya prestasi pengelolaan PKBM di Kota Padang. Hal ini diduga karena mereka kurang terlibat sepenuhnya saat pelatihan manajemen diadakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) untuk menggambarkan keterlibatan pengelola dalam kegiatan pelatihan manajemen PKBM di Kota Padang; 2)untuk menggambarkan kemampuan manajemen pengelola PKBM di kota Padang; 3)untuk menggambarkan hubungan keterlibatan pengelola dalam pelatihan manajemen dengan kemampuan pengelolaan program PKBM di Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu pengelola PKBM se-Kota Padang berjumlah 28 orang, dan dijadikan sampel 75% yaitu 21orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara, dengan teknik analisis data korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1)keterlibatan pengelola dalam pelatihan manajemen dikategorikan sangat terlibat; 2)kemampuan pengelola dalam pengelolaan program PKBM di Kota Padang dikategorikan rendah; 3)tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan keterlibatan pengelola dalam pelatihan manajemen dengan kemampuan pengelolaan program PKBM di Kota Padang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan rhitung < rtabel. Saran untuk pengelola agar dapat menimba ilmu kepengelolaan dalam bentuk yang lainnya, misalnya dengan ikut study banding ke PKBM yang sudah berhasil, membaca banyak buku-buku referensi manajemen, dan lain sebagainya.
