Abstract

Perilaku seksual berisiko menjadi masalah utama dalam kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada penurunan produktivitas dan kesehatan remaja di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model prediksi regresi logistik biner pada determinan perilaku seksual berisiko remaja di Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian non reactive research yang dilakukan pada 370 remaja usia 10-24 tahun dari data sekunder yakni data SKAP 2019. Data dianalisis dengan regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa umur, pengetahuan penyakit IMS, sikap terhadap perilaku seksual berpengaruh signifikan dengan perilaku seksual berisiko remaja di Kalimantan Timur. Hasil regresi logistik biner menunjukkan variabel umur, pengetahuan penyakiy IMS dan sikap terhadap perilaku seksual memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko remaja di Kalimantan Timur. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan meningkatkan pengawasan orang tua pada remaja

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work culture and transformational leadership style on intrinsic motivation and their impact on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Strategic Center (SSI) South Jakarta. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. The Indonesian Strategic Center (SSI) South Jakarta as the respondent. The results showed that compensation and transformative leadership style directly had a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work culture has a direct positive and insignificant effect on intrinsic motivation. Transformational leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Compensation, work culture and transformational leadership style indirectly through intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Abstract

Running Message atau Running Text adalah teknik elektronik menampilkan teks bergerak atau berjalan yang terdiri dari susunan LED (light emitting diodes) kemudian dihubungkan dalam matriks dengan kombinasi LED antara baris dan kolom. Running Announcement merupakan salah satu bentuk penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat melalui lampu LED. Penulis sebagai anggota tim presentasi menggunakan software khususnya software instalasi Arduino 1.8.0, serta hardware yaitu seperangkat elektronik yang digunakan untuk membuat running Text sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi. Praktek langsung persiapan perangkat lunak (instalasi), perakitan peralatan dan pemrograman hingga pesan ditampilkan. Hasil ujicoba sebelum dilakukan workshop dalam  membangun running text di papan LED dot matrix berbasis IoT yang diikuti sekitar 15 guru ditambah beberapa siswa yang berpartisipasi diketahui tingkat pengetahuan mereka akan pemrograman dan instalasi perangkat tergolong rendah, tetapi setelah mengikuti pelatihan persentase ini meningkat hingga 70%. Pemahaman tersebut dicapai dengan melakukan serangkaian pengujian yaitu menginstal perangkat lunak, merakit perangkat, menulis program dan terakhir mengunggahnya ke mikrokontroler. Pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh tim Universitas Potensi Utama juga merupakan ungkapan Kebijaksanaan Pembicara, yaitu Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to partially and simultaneously determine the influence of financial literacy and the influence of self-control on financial behavior among MSMEs in Harjosari I Village, Medan. This type of research uses associative research. In this research, quantitative methods were used with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study was all 33 MSMEs in Harajosari I Medan Village. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique used which means all members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression method using SPSS version 29 software. The results of this research partially show that financial literacy (X1) has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior (Y). Partially, self-control (X2) has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior (Y). And simultaneously financial literacy (X1) and self-control (X2) have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior (Y). Harjosari I Village, Medan.

Abstract

The learning process in education today tends to be focused on developing a memory of the content of information. Few educational institutions still apply learning methods that can train students' thinking skills to find solutions to solving a problem or making a decision. This research aims to identify learning in building the thinking skills of students at Pondok Pesantren (PP) Darussalam Kunir Subang. This pesantren applies the Kuliyyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) which combines a system of educational methodology and pesantren teaching (salaf/traditional) with modern education. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive methods to identify, describe, and analyze information needs regarding learning in the pesantren. The subjects in this research were four administrators, four teachers, and thirty students at PP Darussalam Kunir Subang. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that learning at PP Darussalam Kunir Subang in the form of turats deliberation activities could train students' thinking skills. Th Beside that, project-based teaching and problem-based teaching also can help students develop their thinking skills.

Abstract

AbstrakPassing off mengakibatkan kerugian bagi pemilik merek sesungguhnya seperti menurunnya reputasi perusahaan, omset penjualan yang menurun, dan tuntutan dari konsumen yang merasa tertipu karena kualitas produk tidak sesuai dengan merek aslinya. Rumusan masalah yang akanpenulis bahas dalam penelitian penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi kosumen atas tindakan passing off yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha?dan2) Bagaimana penyelesaian secara hukum bagi pengusana yang melakukan pemalsuan merek dengan tindakan passing off atas merek terkenal ?. Adapun metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode yuridis normatif, yaitu yaitu menganalisis kaitan antara peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dengan teori-teori hukum dan praktek pelaksanaan hukum positif yang menyangkut permasalahan yang dibahas denganmengutamakan data kepustakaan yaitu penelitian terhadap data sekunder. Data sekunder tersebut dapat berupa bahan hukum primer,sekunder maupun tersier. Akhirnya berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa perlindungan hukum bagi kosumen atas tindakan passing off yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha, yaitu : a) Perlindungan konsumen dari barang tiruan, artinya, konsumen diberikan jaminan atas keamanan dan keselamatan kepada konsumen dalam penggunaan, pemakaian dan pemanfaatan barang dan atau jasa yang dikonsumsi atau digunakan. Jadi para pengguna produk atau konsumen tidak merasa dirugikan oleh pihak pelaku usaha ; b) Perlindungan atas tanggungjawab pelaku usaha terhadap konsumen yang membeli barang tiruan, artinya tiap perbuatan melanggar hukum, yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi orang lain mewajibkan orang yang karena kesalahannya mengakibatkan kerugian itu, mengganti kerugian.” Ketentuan ini memberi perlindungan kepada seseorang terhadap perbuatan melawan hukum (onrechtmatige daad)Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Konsumen, Merek Palsu AbstractPassing off results in losses for the real brand owner such as declining company reputation, declining sales turnover, and demands from consumers who feel deceived because the quality of the product does not match the original brand. The formulation of the problems that the author will discuss in this research is: 1) How is the legal protection for consumers for passing off actions carried out by entrepreneurs?and2) How is the legal settlement for the proposer who commits brand counterfeiting with the act of passing off the famous brand ?. The research method that the author uses is a normative juridical method, namely analyzing the relationship between applicable laws and regulations and legal theories and the practice of implementing positive law which concerns the problems discussed by prioritizing literature data, namely research on secondary data. The secondary data can be in the form of primary, secondary or tertiary legal materials. Finally, based on the results of the study, the author concludes that the legal protection for consumers for the act of passing off carried out by entrepreneurs, namely: a) Consumer protection from counterfeit goods, that is, consumers are given guarantees for security and safety to consumers in the use, use and utilization of goods and or services consumed or used. So product users or consumers do not feel disadvantaged by business actors; b) Protection of the responsibility of the business actor against consumers who purchase counterfeit goods, meaning that any unlawful act, which causes harm to others, obliges the person who by his fault resulted in the loss, to compensate." Abstract

This study aims to enhance web accessibility for individuals with hand disabilities by leveraging eye-blinking technology and a deep learning model based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). The primary focus is on developing a system that enables interaction with web interfaces through eye blinks. The CNN model is used to detect key elements on web pages, such as buttons and links, which can then be accessed via eye blink input. The dataset includes images of web interfaces and eye blink data used to train and test the model. Results demonstrate that the system significantly improves web accessibility with high detection accuracy and responsive interaction. User evaluations indicate that the system effectively facilitates access for those with hand limitations, offering a valuable alternative to enhance their web experience. This research contributes to the development of more inclusive digital accessibility solutions and has the potential to improve the quality of life for individuals with hand disabilities.

Abstract

Religious moderation serves as a pillar of unity and diversity, a glue and unifier of the nation. It helps prevent conflicts that may arise due to differences in religious beliefs and practices. This study uses content analysis and survey methods, with data collection through interview techniques, literature studies, and surveys of teachers and students at the Madrasah Aliyah in the city of Bandung. This study aims to determine the moderation material in the Quran Hadith book and the responses of teachers and students to the application of learning materials based on religious moderation. The results of the study indicate that the religious moderation education material at Madrasah Aliyah in the Quran Hadith textbook is more associated with the values contained in the holy texts, as well as the understanding and practice of moderation based on the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah, covering several themes, namely balance (tawazun), religious tolerance (tasamuh), responsible attitude, and maintaining trust. The concept of religious moderation is easy to understand and implement in life as students’ attitudes are more open to accepting opinions and respecting differences. One effort to instill an attitude of religious moderation among students can be made by integrating the values of religious moderation into the teaching materials of the Quran and Hadith.

Abstract

This training aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to develop web-based exam question applications using PHP and AJAX technologies. The activity is designed to enhance participants' capacity in developing dynamic and responsive applications that can be utilized in various educational institutions. The training involves theoretical sessions and hands-on practice, allowing participants to understand basic concepts and implement simple exam question applications with features such as question creation, answer management, and automatic grading.

Abstract

Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di MIN 2 Kota Bandung, masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat belajar siswa dalam pelajaran tarkīb. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya penguasaan tarkīb dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Adapun dalam proses belajar, dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa fakta,  diantaranya (a) pada proses pembelajaran hanya guru yang aktif, (b) minat siswa kurang dalam pembelajaran tarkīb, (c) mayoritas siswa memandang bahasa Arab tidak mudah terutama dalam pembelajaran tarkīb. Dalam menanggapi hal ini, maka perlu adanya dorongan dan teknik pembelajaran yang menarik siswa agar memiliki minat untuk mempelajarinya. Untuk itu penulis mencoba menggunakan teknik permainan berburu tarkīb dalam pembelajaran Tarkīb, melalui penelitian eksperimen terhadap 39 orang siswa sebagai siswa yang menggunakan teknik ini dengan menggunakan analisis data one group pre-test dan post-test design. Hasil eksperimen memiliki signifikasi dengan nilai t hitung 0,003 < dari t tabel -2,21.
