Abstract

The development of virtual technology encourages the innovation of learning media that is more interactive and contextual. The limitation of existing learning media in integrating spatial aspects creates an opportunity to develop media that meets learning needs. The objective of this research is to develop virtual learning media integrated with Spatial Data Science to enhance the geocapability of students in the Social Sciences Teacher Professional Program (PPG IPS). The development was carried out by utilizing Microsoft Power BI as a virtual dashboard development application capable of visualizing spatial data. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data were collected through three main types of instruments: validation sheets, a closed user trial questionnaire, and a user response questionnaire. Validation sheets were addressed to material, language, and media experts to obtain feasibility scores, comments, and suggestions for product improvement before the trial. The user trial questionnaire consisted of a closed multiple-choice questionnaire using a Likert scale and a user response questionnaire.The collected data were analyzed using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis techniques. Quantitative data, which contained feasibility scores, were presented in tables, while qualitative data were presented through descriptive narratives. The research findings indicate that the developed learning media obtained an "excellent" feasibility score from both experts and users. Direct classroom implementation has not yet been carried out, so its effectiveness cannot be measured. Further research is recommended to test the media's implementation in a real learning situation to obtain a more comprehensive picture of its impact on improving the geocapability of PPG IPS students.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of website-based learning media Harmoni Nusantara with a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach in improving critical thinking skills of students at SMAN 9 Malang. The study uses the Research and Development (RD) development method with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) model. This model was chosen because the process is systematic, structured, and provides evaluation at each stage of development, making it suitable for producing valid and effective learning media products, both for online and offline learning. The development process involved interviews with PPKn teachers for needs analysis, as well as validation by media experts, material experts, and students. Data collection was carried out through product validation questionnaires and formative tests (pretest and posttest). Data analysis used a quantitative approach with a Likert scale for media validation, as well as normality, homogeneity, and t-test tests for the effectiveness of learning outcomes. The Harmoni Nusantara website is designed with interactive features such as learning materials, educational videos, quizzes, and educational games. The results of the effectiveness test showed a significant increase in students' critical thinking skills after using this media. The normality test showed that the data was normally distributed (pretest significance 0.251 and posttest 0.170), the homogeneity test showed homogeneous data (significance 0.124), and the t-test showed a significant value (0.00 0.05) with a t-count value of -10.785. This proves that the Harmoni Nusantara website-based learning media is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study delves into the historical evolution and significance of Indonesia's Constitutional Court, focusing on its speculated super authority and independent interpretation of the Constitution. Rooted in the global context of judicial review, the research traces the court's pivotal role back to discussions during the Draft Constitution at BPUPKI and its prominence in the 1945 reform era. With the primary goal of providing a comprehensive understanding of the Constitutional Court's journey, the study sheds light on its distinctive authority and pivotal role within Indonesia's legal and constitutional framework. The research explores the court's exclusive jurisdiction, making its decisions final and binding and limiting legal recourse for dissatisfied parties. By examining the court's historical development and legal foundations, the study elucidates the Constitutional Court's role as a guardian of the constitution. The research reveals that the court's significance stems from its establishment as a constitutional guardian during the 1945 reform era, gaining prominence with the Third Amendment to the 1945 Constitution. The court's exclusive jurisdiction solidifies its position as a final arbiter in constitutional matters, shaping the legal landscape and restricting avenues for legal redress. In conclusion, the Constitutional Court has evolved into a central player in constitutional interpretation, wielding exclusive jurisdiction and serving as a final arbiter, emphasizing its unique authority and indispensable role in shaping Indonesia's legal and constitutional framework.

Abstract

The government has initiated the smart village concept as an effort to realize the ideals of a developed Indonesia. Senggreng Village is one of the villages that is trying to create a smart village. Through assistance with website-based village information system governance, it is hoped that it can facilitate the Senggreng Village government to produce a village system to improve digital-based public services with the principle of openness. Implementation of service is carried out by analyzing the stages of the community situation, identifying problems, determining goals, making problem-solving plans and agreements with partners, and determining activity agendas. The service activity agenda includes socialization and delivery of material, website creation training, mentoring, evaluation and follow-up. The results of the activities include the creation of website-based village information system governance, digitalization of information and services, utilization of village websites as a means of promoting and village tourism so that there is an opportunity to collaborate with external parties to develop Senggreng Village as a Smart Village.

Abstract

This study was driven by the limited interest and understanding of students regarding the history of the birth of Pancasila, which had long been taught through conventional methods. To address this issue, the research developed and assessed the E-Card Quartet learning media based on the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model as a more interactive alternative. Using a Research and Development approach with the ADDIE model covering analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation the study involved 32 seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 7 Kota Kediri. Data were collected through observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. The results indicated that the media achieved a high level of validity, with a material expert validation score of 92.5% and media expert scores of 88% and 85%. Its practicality was also confirmed through a 92% positive student response. The effectiveness of the media appeared in the significant improvement in learning outcomes, shown by an increase in the average score from 68.13 on the pre-test to 90 on the post-test. Overall, the TGT-based E-Card Quartet proved effective in enhancing students’ comprehension of the history of Pancasila’s birth.

Abstract

Desa Pujon Lor memiliki potensi ekonomi lokal yang besar dan strategis akibat posisinya sebagai jalur penghubung antar wilayah serta kedekatannya dengan kawasan wisata unggulan di Malang Raya. Namun, potensi tersebut belum teroptimalkan sebagai Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADes) karena lemahnya dasar hukum kebijakan dan masih dominannya praktik pengelolaan pendapatan desa secara informal melalui mekanisme iuran dan infaq. Kondisi ini turut berkaitan dengan keterbatasan kapasitas legal drafting dan perlunya penguatan kolaborasi kelembagaan antara Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dan Pemerintah Desa. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat kolaborasi kelembagaan dalam perumusan regulasi desa yang berorientasi pada optimalisasi PADes melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Metode PAR diterapkan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan tindakan kolaboratif, pelaksanaan penguatan kapasitas dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), evaluasi, serta refleksi bersama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran kritis mitra mengenai pentingnya regulasi desa sebagai instrumen legal pengelolaan PADes. Selain itu, terbentuk kesepakatan kolaboratif antara BPD dan Pemerintah Desa, dilakukan inventarisasi pungutan dan aset desa, serta disusun agenda penyusunan naskah akademik dan draft peraturan desa. Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah awal strategis dalam membangun tata kelola PADes yang legal, transparan, akuntabel, dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study aims to describe BJ. Habibie’s political thought in democratization in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research type. Data collecttion tehnique used in this study is a research tehnique using the domumentation method. Data analysis using content analysis. The result of study show that BJ. Habibie’s political thought began to appear when he became the president of Rebublic Indonesia, where these thought were embodied in his policies. Several policies of the presiden BJ.  Habibie during his reign included: (1) economic reform; (2) restoration of political legitimacy; (3) the fisrt amendment to the 1945 constitution; (4) democratization of the press and human right enforcement; and (5) the East-Timor referendum.  The role of BJ. Habibie in democratization in Indonesia can be seen from hos leadership style which changes the authoritarian leadership style of presiden Soeharto to be more democratic such as the release of political prisoners, freedom of the press, freedom to express opinions in public and many more.

Abstract

Berdasarkan kajian empiris diketahui bahwa pembelajaran PPKn dinyatakan membosankan bagi siswa karena PPKn membahas konsep abstrak dan kurangnya media pembelajaran yang menarik serta guru hanya bersifat teoritis, kurang menyentuh implementasi dalam kehidupan atau terpisah dari pengalaman nyata siswa di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu diperlukan media pembelajaran yang inovatif sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran kartun animasi locart yang sudah teruji kevalidan, keefektivan dan kepraktisan dalam mengembangkan toleransi sosial. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan dari Borg & Gall. Subjek penelitiannya yaitu siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Malang dengan prosedur pelaksanaanya diawali pretest, melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan media kartun animasi locart kemudian diakhiri posttest. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket,lembar observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu deskriptif dan statistik (uji t). Hasil penelitian antara lain : (1) produk kartun animasi locart yang berisikan sebuah cerita tentang gotong royong di hajatan sebagai salah satu bentuk kearifan lokal yang dapat menimbulkan toleransi sosial. Toleransi sosial dalam kartun, tampak pada pemahaman masyarakat terkait penggunaan sound system dengan volume yang keras dan tenda hajatan di sebagian jalan; (2) uji validasi ahli media dan ahli materi dari produk dinyatakan sangat layak; (3) uji kepraktisan terhadap penggunaan kartun animasi locart mendapatkan respon positif dari siswa maupun guru dan dinyatakan sangat praktis; 4) Uji keefektivan dengan rata-rata nilai di uji coba awal 43,48 (pretest) dan 63,50 (postest). Uji coba lapangan, rata-rata posttest 81,21 dan pre-test 47,35. Sesuai hasil uji t, nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah 0,000. Nilai ini lebih kecil dari batas signifikansi yang ditetapkan, yaitu 0,050, sehingga mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest (sebelum menggunakan kartun animasi locart) dan posttest (setelah menggunakan kartun animasi locart).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa website yang bernama “Class of Pancasila” serta mengevaluasi kelayakan, kemenarikan, dan keefektifannya dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model Borg & Gall. Penelitian ini dibatasi hingga tahap kesembilan, yaitu Final Product Revision karena keterbatasan waktu dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Turen pada materi Merawat Keutuhan Bangsa dan Negaraku mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, dengan peserta didik kelas VIII sebagai subjek. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner validasi, angket, dan observasi. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli pembelajaran menyatakan bahwa website “Class of Pancasila” layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi tersebut. Uji coba kelompok kecil menunjukkan skor rata-rata aspek kemenarikan yaitu sebesar 94%, sedangkan kelompok besar memperoleh skor rata-rata yaitu 89,60%. Kesimpulan dari kedua tes yang telah dilakukan tersebut bahwa “Class of Pancasila” merupakan media pembelajaran yang sangat menarik.

Abstract

Pengunaan teori pembelajaran behavioristik memiliki potensi terjadi kejenuhan sepertihalya yang terjadi pada siswa Kls X SMAN 6 kota kediri, Dengan pendekatan konstruktivistik yang mendorong kolaborasi dan analisis mendalam pada siswa. Integrasi QR code yang dihubungkan dengan sumber belajar, tujuannya meningkatkan minat siswa untuk belajar, khususnya di kelas X SMA, komponen inti yang dikembangkan adalah Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RnD dengan prosedur Dick dan Carey 10 tahapan. Data yang digunakan diantaranya observasi, materi, dan efektivitas hasil pengembaganan. Prngujian dilaksanakan sebanyak 3 kali dengan responden 35 siswa yang terbagimenjadi individu, kelompok kecil, dan kelompok besar. Hasil uji bahan ajar menunjukan bahwa, Qr Code juga cukup membantu siswa dalam belajar, siswa mengalami peningkatan pada komponen Bhinneka Tunggal Ika sebesar 10%. Sedangkan komponen model PBL tidak ada peningkatan yang besar namun pesebaran skor lebih setabil dibanding sebelumya. Komponen Nasionalisme juga mengalami peningkatan sebrsar 20%. Keterbatasan hasil pengembangan sangat komplek, jika dirubah salah satu bagian maka akan dibutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama kaena banyak penyesuaian pada bahan ajar. Kelebihan bahan ajar bisa diapilkasikan pada kondisi lapangan yang begitu beragam, hal ini dikarenakan bahan ajar bisa di akses berupa cetak ataupun secara daring melalui Qr code yang sudah disediakan. Sumber belajar bisa didesain ulang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa.
