Abstract

This study aimed to develop and test the feasibility, attractiveness, and effectiveness of textbooks based on quantum teaching with the help of augmented reality material on Diversity as the National Identity of the Indonesian Nation. The procedure used was research and development based on the steps proposed by Borg and Gall. The product produced in this development study is a quantum teaching-based textbook assisted by augmented reality on Diversity as the National Identity of the Indonesian Nation, which is appropriate, attractive, and effective. The product feasibility test is based on the validation results of material experts by 83.7 percent, media expert validation by 92.9 percent, and learning expert validation by 89.4 percent. The product attractiveness test was based on the results of the small group trial of 85.9 percent and the results of the large group trial of 87.1 percent. The product effectiveness test was based on the results of the large group trials: the average pretest value of 64.9 and the post-test of 84.1. It shows an increase in the average value obtained by students, equal to 19.2.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the determination of inter-village integrated growth centers based on Article 12 of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 51 of 2007 and analyze the formation of integrated agricultural areas based on the analysis of rural areas in the determination of inter-village integrated growth centers. This study used an empirical juridical method with a statutory and conceptual approach. The data in this study were obtained through observation, documentation, interviews, focus group discussions and conventional and electronic literature studies, which were analyzed using juridical qualitative methods. Determination of integrated growth centers between villages based on Article 12 of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 51 of 2007 was carried out by analyzing rural areas, both in terms of topography, natural resources, human resources, and facilities and infrastructure owned. The establishment of integrated agricultural areas based on the analysis of rural areas in determining the integrated growth centers between villages was carried out through four stages, namely the proposal of development plans, formulation of strategies and policies, planning of supporting programs, and legalization of integrated agricultural areas.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the similarities and differences in the systems of thinking among and the Montessori method. This study uses a historical-comparative research approach. The results obtained are the basic equations of the system among and Montessori regarding the concept of education for an independent spirit and access to education for people from various socio-economic strata. The background for the formulation of the Among system is to achieve Indonesian independence through education. Montessori created a method of renewing education for Rome’s poorest children. The difference between the two is a classical concept. The among system uses a classical system like schools in general with the same methods, materials, and activities carried out by children. The Montessori method makes the class just a gathering place, children are free to carry out various activities according to their interests. The among system is developed for children, adolescents, and adults to train their senses and play their own children. The Montessori method was developed for early childhood education, which is more concerned with the development of the senses.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the implementation of the preparation and determination of the Village Medium Term Development Plan and the Village Government Work Plan and the factors that influenced their preparation and stipulation. This research used an empirical juridical legal approach or sociological legal research, with a sociological juridical research type. The types of data in this study include primary, secondary, and tertiary data obtained through observation, documentation, interviews, focus group discussions, and conventional and electronic literature studies. The data were analyzed using qualitative juridical methods. The implementation of the preparation and stipulation of Village Mid-Term Development Plans and Village Government Work Plans in most villages was still “legally flawed and sociologically flawed”, starting from the formation of a compilation team, data collection, assessing potential and problems, aligning policy directions for district development planning, drafting designs, discussions, and the stipulation had not been implemented as instructed by the statutory regulation on villages. Factors that influenced the formulation and determination were categorized into factors that cause formal and material defects and factors that cause juridical-sociological defects. The factors that were causing formal and material defects include juridical, political, human resources, and community culture factors. The factors that were causing juridical-sociological defects include political, juridical, lack of facilities, technology, and culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in nationalism in terms of various types of extracurricular activities and the relationship between the intensity of extracurricular participation and student nationalism. This research is comparative and correlational quantitative research. With a sample of 355 students in 7 state senior high schools in Malang City. The data was taken using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the normality test, different test, regression test, and correlation test. There are significant differences in the attitude toward nationalism in terms of various kinds of extracurricular activities due to the Amounting to 0.014 or 0.05. Data on the intensity of participation in extracurricular activities has a smaller value than the respective r table. It can be concluded that there is no relationship between the intensity of participation in extracurricular activities and attitudes toward nationalism.

Abstract

This study delves into the historical evolution and significance of Indonesia's Constitutional Court, focusing on its speculated super authority and independent interpretation of the Constitution. Rooted in the global context of judicial review, the research traces the court's pivotal role back to discussions during the Draft Constitution at BPUPKI and its prominence in the 1945 reform era. With the primary goal of providing a comprehensive understanding of the Constitutional Court's journey, the study sheds light on its distinctive authority and pivotal role within Indonesia's legal and constitutional framework. The research explores the court's exclusive jurisdiction, making its decisions final and binding and limiting legal recourse for dissatisfied parties. By examining the court's historical development and legal foundations, the study elucidates the Constitutional Court's role as a guardian of the constitution. The research reveals that the court's significance stems from its establishment as a constitutional guardian during the 1945 reform era, gaining prominence with the Third Amendment to the 1945 Constitution. The court's exclusive jurisdiction solidifies its position as a final arbiter in constitutional matters, shaping the legal landscape and restricting avenues for legal redress. In conclusion, the Constitutional Court has evolved into a central player in constitutional interpretation, wielding exclusive jurisdiction and serving as a final arbiter, emphasizing its unique authority and indispensable role in shaping Indonesia's legal and constitutional framework.

Abstract

The government has initiated the smart village concept as an effort to realize the ideals of a developed Indonesia. Senggreng Village is one of the villages that is trying to create a smart village. Through assistance with website-based village information system governance, it is hoped that it can facilitate the Senggreng Village government to produce a village system to improve digital-based public services with the principle of openness. Implementation of service is carried out by analyzing the stages of the community situation, identifying problems, determining goals, making problem-solving plans and agreements with partners, and determining activity agendas. The service activity agenda includes socialization and delivery of material, website creation training, mentoring, evaluation and follow-up. The results of the activities include the creation of website-based village information system governance, digitalization of information and services, utilization of village websites as a means of promoting and village tourism so that there is an opportunity to collaborate with external parties to develop Senggreng Village as a Smart Village.

Abstract

Implementasi Model PBL Berbasis TGT untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Pemahaman PPKn di SMPN 8 Malang merupakan bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PPKn di tingkat SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan mengombinasikan studi literatur dari penelitian terdahulu, analisis kebutuhan program, serta implementasi kegiatan inti program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model PBL berbasis TGT efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi PPKn. Langkah-langkah konkret dalam implementasi model ini, seperti pembukaan pembelajaran yang mengedepankan nilai religius, nasionalisme, dan disiplin, serta kegiatan inti yang melibatkan kerja kelompok, permainan, dan evaluasi pengalaman belajar, berkontribusi positif dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif dan dinamis. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan pembelajaran yang aktif, responsif, dan kolaboratif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan informasi yang pesat telah membawa konsekuensi baik berupa dampak positif dan negatif bagi warga negara. Guna mengurangi dampak negatif tersebut, dibutuhkan cara untuk menciptakan warga negara yang cerdas dan baik dalam menggunakan teknologi digital. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu menambah wawasan dan keterampilan guru serta peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam memahami literasi digital. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini terdiri dari 1) analisis situasi dengan melakukan pre-test terhadap guru-guru mengenai pembelajaran abad 21, literasi digital dan kompetensi professional guru, 2) perencanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang memfokuskan pada sosialisasi dan praktik kerja, 3) pelaksanaan pengabdian yang berbasis proyek dan 4) evaluasi pengabdian dengan mengadakan refleksi tim. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pihak sekolah khususnya dewan guru mendapatkan penguatan kompetensi literasi digital berupa wawasan dan keterampilan guna menghindari media dan konten digital yang tidak sehat sehingga para guru tidak terjebak dengan hal tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Primary school education plays an important role in developing students' critical thinking skills, which are essential for understanding lessons and dealing with everyday situations. Challenges arise from teaching methods that are less supportive of critical thinking skills, where students often memorise without deep understanding. The application of guided inquiry learning model offers an effective solution. By encouraging students to question, explore and find answers on their own, this model creates an interactive learning environment and enhances critical thinking skills. This study will evaluate the effectiveness of guided inquiry in improving critical thinking skills of grade IV students of SDI Lasiana. This study also aims to improve students' critical thinking skills in Pancasila Education class IV SDI Lasiana through the application of guided inquiry learning model. This research uses a class action research method which consists of various action cycles used. Planning, implementation, observation, and reflection are phases included in each cycle. This research was designed in two cycles of the Kemmis and McTaggart PTK model. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SDI Lasiana. The number of students was 17 people consisting of 7 boys and 10 girls. The results showed that (1) The application of the guided inquiry learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills in class IV Pancasila education subjects. (2) The application of the guided inquiry learning model can increase student activeness in the classroom so that they can better understand the material provided by the teacher. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the guided inquiry model can improve students' critical thinking skills in Pancasila Education subjects in class IV SDI Lasiana.
