Abstract

Globally 33% of the population aged 30-70 years will suffer from hypertension in 202. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design. The research sample of 400 respondents used the consecutive sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using questionnaire instruments and medical record data. The samples taken were respondents aged >15 years who took blood pressure measurements at the Telogosari Kulon, Telogosari Wetan and Kedungmundu Health Centers. Data analysis using chi-square test and logistic regression with SPSS and path analysis using JASP. Most of the respondents in this study were female, elderly, and had high education levels, low knowledge, and bad behavior. The results of the study stated that statistically there was a direct influence of education level (p-value =<0.001), income (p-value =<0.001) and lifestyle behavior (p-value =<0.001) on the incidence of hypertension. Statistically, there is an indirect influence of knowledge (p-value=<0.001), education level (p-value=0.001), income (p value =<0.001) through lifestyle behaviors on the incidence of hypertension in Semarang City. Variables of knowledge about hypertension (p-value=0.772) has no direct effect on the incidence of hypertension. Lifestyle behavior has the greatest effect (25%) in influencing the incidence of hypertension in Semarang City. The conclusion of this study is that there is a direct influence of education, income and lifestyle on the incidence of hypertension, and there is an indirect influence between knowledge, education level, and income through behavior on the incidence of hypertension in Semarang City.Suggestions for agencies and the community to increase preventive efforts, especially lifestyle behavior.

Abstract

Several measurements of female teenager undernutrition risk factors have been carried out, but the data are limited and not collected well. Technology approach needed to solve at this problem. This research was conducted to develop Prokes rematri web-based app and analysis CFA and EFA as construct validity. The variables and items as content of beta version were obtained from literature reviews and in-depth interviews who stake holder stunting program as subjects. In this study we limit the science scope about public health, nutrition, and statistic. Data analysis using explanatory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). In conclusion, we had developed Prokes Rematri We-Based app and have blackbox tested. In the other hand, 40 items question as end result of construct validated by EFA and CFA. The scope of questionnaire consist of four topics, that are youth nutrition practice, community support, youth nutrition knowledge, and internal factor of youth nutrition.

Abstract

Stunting remains a major public health concern in Indonesia, including in densely populated urban areas such as Bandarharjo, Semarang. Stunting is caused by chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections during the first 1,000 days of life (WHO, 2015). This study aims to evaluate the implementation of health promotion programs in reducing stunting rates in the Bandarharjo Community Health Center (Puskesmas) service area. This study employs a qualitative approach using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product) to assess the extent to which the program is implemented and effective in practice. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants and triangulation, including health promotion officers, nutritionists, midwives, environmental health workers, Posyandu cadres, and mothers of infants. The results indicate that the program is functioning reasonably well in terms of education and cross-sectoral collaboration; however, challenges remain, including low community awareness, physical environmental barriers, and limitations in personnel and facilities. Innovations such as “Srigunting” add value to program implementation. The CIPP evaluation revealed that interventions are occurring at all stages; however, strengthening is needed in the process and monitoring aspects to ensure more optimal and sustainable outcomes.
