Pengembangan alat sensor ini dibuat untuk membantu wasit dalam hal pengamatan servis double event, membantu atlet dan pelatih untuk lebih percaya dengan keputusan wasit. Agar tidak terjadi perdebatan dan perbedaan penilaian terhadap pelaksanaan servis double event. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif Research and Development menurut Sugiyono. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan: observasi awal, pembuatan alat sensor, validasi ahli (sensor dan sepak takraw), uji coba lapangan. Uji coba lapangan kelompok kecil dilakukan di Persatuan Sepak Takraw Indonesia Kabupaten Magelang. Uji coba kelompok besar dilakukan di Pusat Pendidikan Latihan Pelajar Sepak Takraw Jawa Tenggah, dan Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang. Hasil validasi ahli sensor dan sepak takraw secara keseluruhan Ã¢â‚¬Å“sangat baikÃ¢â‚¬Â dengan rerata skor 4,5. Hasil pada uji coba kelompok kecil penilaian atlet, wasit dan pelatih Ã¢â‚¬Å“sangat baikÃ¢â‚¬Â dengan rerata persentase 98,6%. Hasil pada uji coba kelompok besar penilaian atlet, wasit, pelatih Ã¢â‚¬Å“sangat baikÃ¢â‚¬Â dengan rerata persentase 99,45%. Simpulan dari penelitian dan pengembangan alat sensor ini menggahasilkan alat sensor gerak pada garis servis double event dalam permainan sepak takraw yang layak digunakan dalam pertandingan sepak takraw nomor double event.Development of sensors is made to assist the refree in case of observation services double event, helping athletes and coaches to have more confidence with the decision of the refree. So there happen debate and differences in assessment of the implementation of the double event service. Methods in this stdy using qualititative and quantitative research methods Research and development according to Sugiyono. The steps used: early observations, creation tools, expert validation sensor (sensors and sepak takraw), field trials. Field trials conduktec in small groups the Union of Sepak Takraw Indonesia Magelang Regency. A large group of trial performed in Student Practice Education Center Sepak Takraw Central Java, Student Aktivities and units of State University of Semarang. the results of a validation expert sensors and sepak takraw overall Ã¢â‚¬Å“very goodÃ¢â‚¬Â with a mean score 4,5. Test results on small group assessment af athletes, refrees and coach Ã¢â‚¬Å“very goodÃ¢â‚¬Â with the average percentage of 98,6%. Test results on large group assessment of athletes, refrees and coach Ã¢â‚¬Å“very goodÃ¢â‚¬Â with the average percentage of 99,45%. Summary of the research an development of these tools get the tool motion sensors on the line of the double event services in a decent game of sepak takraw used in sepak takraw match number double event.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: Bagaimana program pembinaan atlet cabang olahraga bulutangkis yang dipersiapkan untuk kejuaraan pekan olahraga nasional tahun 2016 di Jawa Barat dan apa yang menyebabkan kegagalan atlet pekan olahraga nasional cabang olahraga bulutangkis provinsi sumatera selatan saat mengikuti kejuaraan pekan olahraga nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan model countence dari Stake yang meliputi tiga aspek yakni antecendents, transaction dan outcomes,Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus KONI Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Pengurus PBSI Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Atlet Pekan olahraga nasional cabang olahraga bulutangkis provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Pelatih Pekan Olahraga Nasional cabang olahraga bulutangkis Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan orang tua atlet. Hasil penelitian: berdasarkan instrument penelitian yakni dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi terhadap evaluasi pembinaan atlet pekan olahraga nasional cabang olahraga bulutangkis provinsi sumatera selatan menunjukan bahwa penyebab kegagalan atlet pekan olahraga nasional cabang olahraga bulutangkis provinsi sumatera selatan yakni karena faktor pendanaan, program latihan, kesejahteraan, konsumsi dan prestasi atlet sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa program pembinaan atlet pekan olahraga nasional cabang olahraga bulutangkis provinsi sumatera selatan tidak begitu baik dan seharusnya di revisi agar dapat dipersiapkan dengan baik menjelang pekan olahraga nasional tahun 2020.The purpose of this research is to knowIing how is the coaching program of badminton sport athletes prepared for national sporting championship year 2016 in West Java and what caused the failure of national sporting championship badminton sport of south sumatera province while joining national sport. This research use method descriptive quantitative with the countence model from Stake which includes three aspects namely antecendents, transactions and outcomes, informants in this research is KONI board of South Sumatera Province, Management of PBSI of South Sumatera Province, national sporting competition atlet of badminton sport of South Sumatera province, Badminton sport coaching of South Sumatra Province and parents of athletes. Result of research: based on research instrument that is documentation, interview and observation toward evaluation of athlete training of national sport event badminton sport province of south sumatra indicate that cause of failure of athlete of national sport event of badminton sport of south sumatera province that is due to funding factor, training program, welfare, consumption And athlete achievement so it can be concluded that the athlete training program of the national sports athletics event of badminton sport of province south sumatera is not so good and should be revised in order to be well prepared ahead of the national sports championship in 2020.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan metode permainan ice breaking dan problem solving terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif; (2) perbedaan pengaruh antara siswa yang memiliki intelligence quotient tinggi dan rendah terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif; (3) interaksi antara metode permainan dan tingkat intelligence quotient kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dalam rancangan dengan desain faktorial 2x2. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 20 orang dari total populasi 35 orang. Teknik analisis data digunakan uji anava dua jalur dengan program SPSS 20 dan taraf signifikansi 5% ,dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Hasil analisis data diperoleh jawaban hipotesis 1 yaitu terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara metode permainan ice breaking dan problem solving terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif. Hipotesis 2 yaitu terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara siswa yang memiliki intelligence quotient tinggi dan rendah terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulative. Hipotesis 3 yaitu terdapat interaksi antara metode permainan dan intelligence quotient siswa terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) metode permainan problem solving memberikan pengaruh lebih baik terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif dari pada metode permainan ice breaking; (2) siswa dengan intelligence quotient tinggi memberikan pengaruh lebih baik terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif dari pada siswa dengan intelligence quotient rendah; (3) terdapat interaksi antara metode permainan latihan dan intelligence quotient siswa terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif.This research aimed to know: (1) the difference of ice breaking game method and problem solving against basic motion manipulative ability; (2) the difference of the effect betwen students who had great IQ and the poor ones against basic motion manipulative ability; (3) interaction between game method and level of IQ on basic motion manipulative ability. This research used experiment method in the draft with a 2x2 factorial design. Sampling technique method used purposive sampling and got the samples as much 20 children of 35 children as population. Data analyzed technique used ANOVA test two lanes with SPSS 20.0 and significance level of 5 % , followed by Tukey's test. Results of data analyszed obtained answer hypothesis 1st) there was a difference between the effects of ice breaking game method and problem solving against basic motion manipulative ability. Hypothesis 2nd) there was a difference of the effect betwen students who had great IQ and the poor ones against basic motion manipulative ability. The 3rd) Hyphothesis there was a interaction between game method and level of IQ on basic motion manipulative ability. The conclusions of this research were: (1) a method of problem solving games gave better effect to the basic motion manipulative ability of the ice breaking game method; (2) students with high intelligence quotient gave better effect to the basic motion manipulative ability of the students with lower intelligence quotient; (3) there was interaction between the method of training games and intelligence quotient of students to the basic motion manipulative ability.

Penelitian pembinaan bola voli pantai putri Klub Ivojo Kudus bertujuan: (1) mengevaluasi latar belakang, visi, misi dan tujuan pembinaan, (2) mengevaluasi Sumber Daya Manusia (atlet dan pelatih), sarana prasarana dan sumber dana, (3) mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program latihan, penerimaan atlet dan pelatih, penyediaan, penggunaan dan pemeliharaan sarana prasarana, perencanaan dan penggunaan dana, (4) mengevaluasi prestasi yang dicapai dan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan evaluasi program model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Subyek penelitian ini meliputi pengurus, pelatih, atlet serta masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan data, (2) reduksi data, (3) penyajian data, dan (4) penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian pembinaan bola voli pantai putri Klub Ivojo Kudus dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Context yang terdiri dari aspek visi, misi, latar belakang pembinaan dan tujuan pembinaan sangat baik, (2) Input yang terdiri dari pelatih dan atlet kategori cukup, sarana dan prasarana dalam ketegori sangat baik, serta sumber dana dalam katergori cukup. (3) Process yang terdiri dari pelaksanaan program latihan kategori sangat baik, proses penerimaan pelatih kategori cukup dan atlet kategori kurang sekali, penyediaan, penggunaan, pemeliharaan sarana prasarana kategori cukup, perencanaan dan penggunaan dana kategori cukup. (4) Product yang terdiri dari prestasi yang didapatkan kurang, kesejahteraan cukup. Saran yang diberikan peneliti adalah pengurus agar lebih selektif dalam sistem perekrutan atlet maupun pelatih, pelatih harus terus mengembangkan ilmu pelatihannya, atlet agar lebih semangat untuk berprestasi tinggi.Research coaching beach volleyball women's club Ivojo Holy aims (1) to evaluate the background, vision, mission and goals of development, (2) evaluate the process of admission of athletes and coaches, facilities and funds, (3) evaluate the implementation of the exercise program, the implementation of the admission of athletes and coaches, infrastructure and funds, (4) evaluate the achievements and wellbeing. This study used a qualitative approach using a model program evaluation CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). The subjects of the study include administrators, coaches, and athletes. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively with the steps as follows: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data, and (4) conclusion. Research coaching beach volleyball women's club Ivojo Holy concluded that (1) Context which is comprised of aspects of the vision, mission, background coaching and purpose of coaching is very good, (2) Input composed of coaches and athletes enough categories, facilities and infrastructure to the category of very well, as well as sufficient funding in the category. (3) Process which consists of the implementation of the training program is very good category, the admissions process and athlete coaches enough categories all categories less, sufficient facilities and infrastructure category, and sufficient funding category. (4) Product consisting of the achievements earned less category, welfare enough. The advice given by researchers is the board is expected to be more selective in the recruitment of athletes and coaches, coaches are expected to continue to develop the science of training, athletes to be more passion for excellence.

Sport psychology especially regarding athlete mental processes becomes an increasingly decive contributor in the coaching and improvement of athlete achievement. An athlete should be viewed individually since the personality of each athlete is different. This research used quantitative non-Experimental method. The data analysis technique used MANOVA, at the signifiant level (ÃŽÂ±) 0,05. The population was 214 badminton athletes and the samples was 35 athletes upper 17 years old, it was used purposive sampling technique based on characteristics (goal setted by the researcher). The instrument of the research used questionnaire from SPQ 20 (Sport Personality Quesitonnaire). The result of Manova analysis showed that there was a relationship between personality of single and double athletes toward their achievement on personality aspects: achievement, conscientiousness, visualization, self-efficacy, self-talk, self-awareness, and ethics. There was a difference personality between single and double athletes, the value of seven personality aspects has sig value, 0,05. The conclusion of the research was there was a reationship between personality of single and double athletes of badminton in PB.Djarum. The researcherÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s suggestion is the result of the relationship personality between single and double athletes toward their achievement in PB.Djarum is expected to be continued by other researchers and sportmen with different problem so it can obtain better research result.

The android app on the smartphone makes it easy for a user to communicate and get access to various information. The purpose of this research is to design an android based application in the form of mind mapping. This application is a form of transformation from the manual form (book, e-book, module, etc.) to digital form in the form of an application containing Core Competence & Basic Competence, materials, and learning model for teacher guidance of Physical Education, Sport, & Health Subject Xth grade Vocational High School. This research uses ADDIE model which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the product trial at first stage curriculum experts with the average score of 3.4 (67%) included the "adequate" category and second stage with the average score of 4.5 (90%) including the "excellent" category. The trial of the product at first stage multimedia / IT expert with an average score of 3.4 (68%) included the "adequate" category and second stage with an average score of 4.5 (89%) included in the "excellent" category. The test of product effectiveness on a small scale with an average rating of 4.24 (84.7%) was rated "excellent". The test of product effectiveness on a large scale with an average rating of 4.18 (83.5%) is categorized as "excellent". Conclusion, that the android application product My Mind Mapping (M3) Physical Education, Sport, & Health Subject Curriculum 2013 is effective used for teacher guidance Xth grade Vocational High School.

This development research aims to produce multimedia-based multimedia learning products that are valid and effective against the improvement of material understanding on the students of Basketball Coaching of Sports Education Department of Semarang State University. Research development is done through the steps: potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials, product revisions, usage trials, product revisions, and mass production. The developed learning media contains basketball arbitration material that is a violation and foul signals, violation moves, fouls practiced by visuals, as well as games equipped with videos and quizzes. The result of the assessment effective learning media to increase students' understanding. In small groups, there was an increase from 75.26 to 84.74 with tvalue = 4.869 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. After the media revision and tested in large groups, material understanding increased from 75.33 to 89.33 with tvalue = 6.548 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. It was concluded that multimedia-based learning media developed pertained valid and effective as well as learning media can be accessed by using the laptop by installing adobe flash first and smartphone because this media already equipped with APK application so that direct can be used a smartphone by installing it.

Maternal mortality merupakan indicator utama kesehatan. Maternal mortality di Indonesia masih jauh dari target MDGs tahun 2015, yaitu 102/100.000 KH. Pelayanan kesehatan berkelanjutan merupakan pendekatan penting untuk mengurangi kematian ibu. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pelayanan kesehatan maternal dalam akselerasi penurunan maternal mortality di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Karanganyar II. Jenis penelitian kualitatif, difokuskan pada pelayanan kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas. Informan penelitian ditentukan dengan teknikpurposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Aspek input pelayanan kesehatan maternal meliputi SDM, sumberdana, sarana prasarana, dan SOP tersediadenganbaik. Proses pelayanan kesehatan maternal sudah sesuai standar pelayanan kebidanan, namun output belum optimal karena ada kesenjangan antara cakupan K1 dan K4. Supervisi, bimbingan teknis, monitoring dan evaluasi pelayanan kesehatan maternal dilakukan secara rutin oleh bidan koordinator. Perlu optimalisasi kemitraan dengan berbagai pihak dalam upaya akselerasi penurunan maternal mortality.Maternal mortality is a key indicator of health. Maternal mortality in Indonesia is still far from the target of the Millennium Development Goals by 2015, that is 102/100.000 live birth. Sustainable health care is an important approach to reducing maternal deaths. Purpose of the research was to analyzed the maternal health services to acceleration of decline maternal mortality in Public Health Center of Karanganyar II. The research was a qualitative study, was focused on pregnancy, delivery and post-partum. Informant determined by purposive sampling and snowball sampling technique. Data collection technique was in-depth interviews. Data analysis was done descriptively and presented in narrative form. Aspects input of maternal health services include human resources, financial resources, infrastructure, and standard operating procedure have provided well. Maternal health care process has been standardized midwifery services, but the output was not optimal because there was a gap between K1 and K4 coverage. Supervision, technical guidance, monitoring and evaluation of maternal health services has been done routinely by the coordinator of the midwife. Need to optimize partnerships with various parties in an effort to accelerate a decrease in maternal mortality.

Prevalensi disabilitas termasuk retardasi mental di Indonesia meningkat pada tahun 2003 sampai 2012, yaitu 0,69 % menjadi 2,45 % dari total jumlah penduduk di Indonesia. Meningkatnya jumlah kasus ini menyebabkan sumber daya manusia menurun dan kualitas penduduk di Indonesia juga menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan kognitif anak retardasi mental berdasarkan status gizi di SLB Yakut-C Purwokerto 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif didukung data kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui pengukuran langsung dan wawancara. Hasil: Anak retardasi mental di SLB Yakut-C Purwokerto sebagian besar memiliki status gizi normal, asupan energi dan karbohidrat baik, kemampuan kognitif mampu didik. Tidak ada hubungan antara status gizi, asupan energi dengan kemampuan kognitif anak retardasi mental. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan karbohidrat dengan kemampuan kognitif anak retardasi mental. Kesimpulan: Kemampuan kognitif anak retardasi mental dengan kategori status gizi kurus, normal, gemuk, dan obesitas berada pada kategori mampu latih yaitu IQ 40-54.The prevalence of disabilities including mental retardation in Indonesia increased from 2003 to 2012, namely 0.69% to 2.45% of the total population in Indonesia. Results: Children with mental retardation in SLB Yakut-C Purwokerto mostly have a normal nutritional status, good energy and carbohydrates intake, cognitive ability capable learners. There was no association between nutritional status, energy intake with cognitive abilities of children with mental retardation. There was a significant correlation between carbohydrate intake with cognitive abilities of children with mental retardation. Conclusion: Cognitive ability mentally retarded children with nutritional status category underweight, normal, obese, and obesity was the category that was capable of practicing (IQ 40-54).Â

Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Tanjungpinang jumlah ibu hamil yang melakukan skrening HIV di Puskesmas se-kota Tanjungpinang tahun 2013 jumlah 6.697 orang, yang melakukan skrening HIV sebanyak 1977. Program PMTCT ini telah berjalan sejak tahun 2008, sehingga diperlukan penguatan program baikdariefisiensi, efektifitasdan lain-lain. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan UntukmengevaluasiPelaksanaan Kegiatan PMTCT Pada Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Kota Tanjungpinang.Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam pada informan utama Kepala puskesmas , Kepala KIA, Bidan, perawat, ibu hamil, dan informan triangulasi Kepala puskesmas, Bidan Pelaksana, dan Kepala P2PL Dinas Kesehatan Kota.Hasil penelitian dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pelaksanaan PMTCT sudah baik, hal ini terlihat dari standar input ( jumlah tenaga sudah memenuhi, tenaga kesehatan sudah terampil, fasilitas memadai, peralatan terpenuhi namun belum terkalibrasi, sudah adanya kebijakan baik dalam bentuk SOP, SK ataupun protap), standar proses ( tahap persiapan sudah baik, namun dalam pengembangan staf perlu terprogram secara pasti, pengorganisasian perlu disusun, pelaksanaan sudah berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan, Standar output (cakupankunjungan ANC meningkat, serta penularan bayi dengan HIV kecil). Diharapkan Dinas Kesehatan mengalokasikan alat pemeriksaan yang telah terkalibrasi, serta dibuatkan jadwal untuk pengembangan staf, dan untuk puskesmas tersedianya struktur organisasi kegiatan.Based on the data from Public Health CenterTanjungpinang, the number of pregnant women who went through screenings for HIV in public health centers throughout Tanjungpinang in 2013 reached up to 6697 people, 1977 of them were screened for HIV. The PMTCT has been running since 2008, so it needs more reinforcement for this program in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and so on. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Implementation PMTCT On Pregnant Women in Public Health Centers in Tanjungpinang. This study is a descriptive study that adopts qualitative method. Data was collected using in-depth interviews on key informants; the head of the Public Health Center, the chief of KIA (Mother and Child healthcare), midwives, nurses, pregnant women, and the triangular informants; the head of the public health center, the executive midwife, and the chief of P2PL. The results showed the implementation of PMTCT activities was good, it can be seen from the input standard (the number of health workers that already met the standard, highly skilled health workers, adequate facilities, health equipments that met the standard, however, they were not well calibrated, they already had their policies in the form of either SOP or SK ), process standard (preparation was good, however, the staff development needs to be programmed more properly, the PMTCT activity organizing was already carried out, the implementation of PMTCT activities was already underway in accordance with the established procedures, while the Standard output (increasing ANC visit coverage, and the small number of infants infected with HIV). DKK needs to allocate calibrated health screening equipments and needs to program a schedule and Public Health Centers need to create a necessary organizational structure.
