Abstract

Stereotip gender dalam kepemimpinan masih menjadi isu yang relevan untuk dikaji di lingkungan akademik. Masalah penelitian dalam studi ini berfokus pada praktik stereotip gender dalam pemilihan ketua kelas di kalangan mahasiswa baru Sosiologi UNESA. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis praktik stereotip gender dalam pemilihan ketua kelas pada mahasiswa baru Sosiologi UNESA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teori praktik sosial Bourdieu dan fenomenologi Husserl, subjek dalam penelitian ini berfokus paða mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan delapan informan karena peneliti data yang di dapatkan dirasa telah konsisten, observasi partisipatif di lima kelas, dan studi dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian meliputi pedoman wawancara semi-terstruktur, lembar observasi terstruktur, dan panduan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil menunjukkan dominasi kepemimpinan laki-laki (80%) meskipun mahasiswa mayoritas perempuan (70%). Analisis mengungkap internalisasi habitus patriarkal melalui stereotip tentang ketidakmampuan perempuan dalam memimpin dan praktik diskriminatif dalam proses pemilihan. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada perlunya pengembangan program pendidikan kritis gender, reformasi sistem pemilihan kepemimpinan yang inklusif, dan penguatan kapasitas kepemimpinan mahasiswa perempuan. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam mengenai bagaimana stereotip gender masih memengaruhi proses pemilihan pemimpin dalam lingkungan akademik, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa baru Sosiologi.

Abstract

This study develops an outdoor learning model utilizing cultural heritage sites to enhance students’ cultural literacy. Several nearby sites such as Pamotan Temple 1 and 2, Lemah Duwur Temple, Pari Temple, and Sumur Temple serve as contextual learning resources. Using a design- based research (DBR) approach, the development process includes analysis, design, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through literature review, expert review, and model validation. The resulting model comprises five core components: impact, syntax, teacher roles, support systems, and learning principles. The model is deemed feasible for implementation and relevant to promoting meaningful, contextual cultural learning.

Abstract

This study aims to explore in detail the structural mechanisms that reinforce inequality, focusing on the interaction between economic (class), social status (prestige) and power (authority) dimensions and analyzing how social stratification produces and reproduces inequality in access to public services in Surabaya City, Malang City and Sidoarjo Regency using a conflictual approach based on Marxian and Weberian theories. The study adopted a qualitative method with a multicluster case study design, combining in-depth interview techniques, participatory observation and documentation analysis. The research shows that inequality in access to education, health and public administration services is significantly influenced by unequal structures of social class, status and power. In the Marxian perspective, such inequality is a reflection of the dominance of the capitalist class in accessing and controlling public resources, while the Weberian approach reveals that social status and bureaucracy create systematic differentiation of opportunities. This study makes a theoretical contribution by synergizing two classic approaches in explaining the phenomenon of urban social inequality in Indonesia and filling the void in stratification studies that have tended to be descriptive. Practically, the results of this study recommend the need to reform the public service system based on the principles of distributive justice and equal access. The findings also imply that without substantial structural changes, inequality in public services will continue to reproduce the cycle of social injustice in urban spaces.

Abstract

Changes in learning patterns from face-to-face to technology-based (online) cause problems, one of which is felt by parents. During the Covid-19 pandemic, parents are required to continue to carry out student character building during online learning and complete the family economy. In line with the problems that occur, the purpose of this study is to provide strategies in solving problems related to the formation of student character during online learning. This research design uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research was conducted on parents of UPT SMPN 6 Gresik students. The data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews and the data were analyzed using the Socialization theory of Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckman. The results of the study indicate that the strategy referred to in this study is a series of efforts made by parents to solve problems that occur in the formation of students' character during online learning. The strategy in question includes two ways, namely external and internal. Externally, parents are expected to optimize social capital in the school environment such as teachers, principals, school residents, and the community in solving any problems including the formation of student character during online learning. Internally, parents must also be willing to be actively involved during the learning evaluation process and social control during online learning. It is important to provide reports on student progress when studying from home to teachers at school. Keywords: Parents Strategy, Character Building, Online Learning, Covid-19

Abstract

The viral phenomenon of the #KaburAjaDulu catchphrase on social media during 2024–2025 reflects the emergence of anomie in digital society. This study aims to analyze the meaning of the catchphrase in digital interactions and interpret it through Durkheim’s theory of anomie and Merton’s strain adaptation. A qualitative approach was employed, using social media content analysis, in-depth interviews with 20 active users, and focus group discussions with students and young workers. The findings reveal that #KaburAjaDulu is not merely a humorous trend but a symbolic expression of escape from socio-economic pressures, as well as a creative form of criticism toward weak social systems. Two dominant patterns emerged: retreatism, representing symbolic withdrawal, and innovation, representing creative ways of criticizing social structures. Moreover, the catchphrase fosters digital solidarity, enabling young people to share collective emotional experiences online. This study concludes that Durkheim’s classical concept of anomie remains relevant in analyzing contemporary phenomena, while digital sociology perspectives are necessary to further capture the dynamics of modern society. Abstract

In fact, education is a must for every human being on this earth. Without education, we cannot know many things that exist in the hemisphere and can add to all existing knowledge. In education, a person is able to hone the brain's ability to think and reason and hone the brain is sharp in memory to accommodate all forms of educational material and knowledge so that it can be used in the future. In this study, it was found in the city of Surabaya which tends to be included in the urban education system, but not infrequently this education can only be accessed by the economy class the upper class who tend to have a good economy than the lower class who have difficulty in their economy, this case is something that needs to be explored deeper into the problems of existing social inequality, where education does not require that only the economic class is allowed to take education while there are The lower economic class is not the opinion of existing educational rights. The purpose of this research is to see whether the education system in Surabaya still views whether the upper economic class gets better facilities than the lower economic class and looks at the side of the Surabaya government itself in dealing with cases that occur. The method used to produce this research is a descriptive qualitative research where researchers dig up information through existing.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a new color in learning activities and also as a means of improving the quality of education after the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation is based on Permendikbudristek number 56 of 2022. The characteristic of the independent curriculum is the cultivation of character values of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project whose actualization is packaged in Project-based learning. The learning is a Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students in which there are several themes, one of which is the theme of local literacy. This study aims to see how the implementation of the Teaching Module of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project on the Theme of Local Wisdom in improving students' cultural literacy skills at SMA Negeri 1 Babat, Lamongan which has the status of an independent school has changed. As a result, the implementation showed that the teaching module of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project with the theme of local wisdom was able to improve cultural literacy skills by looking at the average score gain, namely before treatment of 77 and after treatment of 88.3. Then the percentage of implementation that has been carried out well and the positive response of students to these learning activities.

Abstract

Budaya merupakan sebuah pola perilaku atau sikap dan pengetahuan yang merupakan sebuah kebiasaan yang berasal dari warisan nenek moyang serta dimiliki oleh suatu anggota masyarakat tertentu. Budaya dapat menjadi simbol, norma, dan sistem dalam masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah Bbudaya Grebeg Pancasila yang berasal dari Blitar dan upacara adat ini digelas untuk memperingati hari lahirnya Pancasila yaitu pada tanggal 1 Juni. Upacara adat in merupakan sebuah warisan budaya yang di selenggarakan untuk pelestarisan budaya dan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui kandungan nilai Pancasila dalam Upacara Adat Grebeg Pancasila serta menganalisis Upacara Adat Grebeg Pancasila dengen menggunakan teori Fungsionalisme dari Emile Durkheim. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam rangkain-rangkain upacara adat terdapat nilai-nilai Pancasila.

Abstract

Pedesaan identik dengan rasa toleransi dan gotong royong yang sangat tinggi. Mata pencaharian utama masyarakat di pedesaan adalah bertani, berkebun atau beternak. Karakteristik masyarakat pedesaan juga berbeda dengan masyarakat perkotaan. Namun seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman yang memasuki era globalisasi, sebagian besar masyarakat pedesaan terbawa oleh arus globalisasi. Hal ini berdampak pada banyak aspek seperti aspek ekonomi, teknologi, infrastruktur, budaya, dan masih banyak lagi. Artikel penelitian ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana pola perubahan yang terjadi pada masyarakat pedesaan dan strategi apa yang dapat diterapkan dalam menghadapi globalisasi. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan studi literatur atau studi literatur untuk mencari berbagai referensi dari berbagai jurnal dan literatur lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah seiring berjalannya waktu dan perkembangan zaman yang semakin modern, banyak terjadi perubahan yang terjadi pada masyarakat pedesaan. Hal ini berdampak pada beberapa aspek yaitu dari aspek ekonomi, pembangunan infrastruktur, budaya, dan gaya hidup. Salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat pedesaan dalam menghadapi globalisasi adalah masyarakat pedesaan dapat memilih informasi-informasi positif untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan mengesampingkan informasi dan tren yang mungkin berdampak negatif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penguatan norma dan budaya juga perlu dilakukan agar tidak terbawa arus globalisasi.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang kaya akan budaya dan seninya di berbagai wilayah. Salah satunya yakni budaya akan permainan tradisional. Permainan tradisional merupakan salah satu seni budaya yang berkembang di Indonesia dan ditujukan sebagai hiburan, khususnya untuk anak-anak. Jenis-jenis permainan tradisional sangat beragam dan di setiap wilayah memiliki seni permainan tradisional tersendiri. Kini, permainan tradisional yang seharusnya mampu mendukung pertumbuhan anak, hampir lenyap ditelan perkembangan zaman. Banyak anak-anak sekarang yang melupakan budaya permainan tradisional karena dianggap kuno dan ketinggalan zaman. Adanya gadget bagi anak-anak juga merupakan salah satu tantangan globalisasi yang harus di perhatikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan kajian literatur terkait dengan teori Alfred Schutz mengenai Teori Fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa adanya perubahan sosial budaya pada seni permainan tradisional di kalangan anak-anak di Desa Banjarmlati Kota Kediri akibat dari adanya pengaruh modernitas yakni globalisasi.
