Abstract

امين عارفين, تعليم الشخصية فى تعليم اللغة العربية أثناء جائحة كوفيد -19 فى XI-MIPA 2 بالمدرسة العالية نور الأمة عام الدراسي 2021/2020. البحث العلمى. يوكياكرتا: قسم تعليم اللغة العربية بكلية علوم التربوية وتأهيل المعلمين بجامعة سونان كاليجاكا الإسلامية, 2021. إن خليفة المشكلة لهذا البحث العلمى هي الافتقار إلى الحد الأقصى من تعليم الشخصية أثناء جائحة كوفيد-19.يواجه المعلمون صعوبة فى تطبيق تعليم الشخصية في هذه الجائحة. من اجل ذلك يهدف هذه البحث ليفيض مدى تطبيق تعليم الشخصية في تعلم اللغة العربية أثناء حقبة جائحة كوفيد -19 فى XI-MIPA 2 بالمدرسة العالية نور الأمة عام الدراسي 2021/2020. نوع البحث الذي يستخدم فى هذا البحث هو بحث كيفي يعني بحث ميداني بنهج الظواهر. ويستخدم طريقة جمع البيانات بالمقابلة والملاحظة والتوثيق. بعد ان تتم البيانات فتحليلها بالمرحلتين. المرحلة الأولى هي تحليل قبل الميدان، المرحلة الثانية هي تحليل بطريق Milles and Huberman. ونتائج هذا البحث تدل على القيم التي تطبق في المدرسة العالية نور الأمة هي قيم اجتماعية وقيم روحية وقيم معرفية وقيم مهارية. بالنسبة لتطبيق ذلك، لم ينتظم تطبيق تعليم الشخصية بعدم اعداد عملية التدريس وفي الميداني، المعلم قادر على ارشاد الطلاب وتحضيضهم. وفي التقويم، المعلم يلاحظ مواقف الطلاب فيستخلص النتائج. ولو كان تعليم الشخصية لم يتم لكنه يستطيع ان يجعل طلاب على استمرار نشاطهم فى تعلم خاصة فى تعليم قواعد وعندهم صبر وديني وابتكار وتعطف. الكلمات الرئيسية : تعليم الشخصية, تعلم اللغة العربية, جائحة كوفيد -19 Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan pendidikan menjadi berlangsung secara daring. Hal ini membuat pendidikan karakter kurang maksimal. Oleh karena ituو penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas sejuah mana pendidikan karakter diterapkan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada era pandemi Covid-19 di XI-MIPA 2 Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ummahtahunajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif berupa lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul lalu dianalisis dengan dua tahap. Tahap pertama menggunakan analisis sebelum lapangan serta tahap kedua menggunakan analisis model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai-nilai yang diterapkan di MA Nurul Ummah berupa nilai sosial, nilai spiritual, nilai pengetahuan, dan nilai keterampilan. Dalam penerapan lapangan, pendidikan karakter belum terlaksana secara sistematis karena belum ada RPP, namun dalam pelaksanaanya guru mampu membimbing dan memotivasi peserta didik. Sedangkan untuk evaluasi, guru hanya melakukan observasi sikap peserta didik lalu menarik kesimpulan. Meski pendidikan karakter belum terlaksana secara maksimal, pendidikan tersebut mampu membuat peserta didik tetap semangat dalam belajar khususnya dalam pembelajaran kaidah bahasa. Peserta didik juga memiliki kesabaran, religius, kreatif, dan simpati. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan karakter, Pembelajaran bahasa Arab, Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Protest demonstrations are legal by Laws of the Republic of Indonesia Number 9 Year 1998 about Freedom to Convey Opinions in front of the Public. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the moral values of the student activists’ protest demonstrations in Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta regarding the causes, demands, and processions. The study was done using the principles of field research, the qualitative approach, by the case-study method. The researcher holistically looked into the activities and processes of the students’ protest demonstrations. Data were elicited by the techniques of in-depth interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using the NVivo 12 Plus software. Findings show that student activists’ protest demonstrations generally focus on the single university fee policy and other campus and Government policies that are not pro-students and citizens. Students’ protest demonstrations in Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University (SIU) Yogyakarta carry along 28 good moral values and 15 bad moral values. It is shown that students’ demonstrations have more good moral values than bad, with a difference of 13 moral values. It can be concluded that it is not appropriate to verdict students’ protest demonstrations to all inflict neither bad nor all good moral values.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the Arabic materials in the traditional Pondok Pesantren Al-Ansor and the Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasyimiyah Darul Ulum in North Sumatera. It is qualitative descriptive and comparative field research. Observation, interviews, and documentation were utilized to collect data for this study. This study's validity is examined using a triangulation of data sources. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion are the three phases of the data analysis technique. This study’s data analysis is inductive, with the researcher actively seeking for data, examining, analyzing, interpreting, and deriving conclusions from the observed phenomena. This study indicates that traditional Pondok Pesantren Al-Ansor and Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasyimiyah Darul Ulum Arabic language learning materials have similarities and differences. In the form of qawā’id, the material aspect of anāśir al-lugah is comparable. The distinction is whether the Arabic material is taught through a program or not, and the learning outcomes that result. The Arabic language material on the mufradāt and aṣwāt learning aspects are not explicitly stated in the learning program at Pondok Pesantren Al-Ansor as a traditional pondok pesantren, but the qawaid learning material aspect is the primary focus at Ponpes Al-Ansor. In terms of mufradāt and aṣwāt learning materials, Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasyimiyah produces students with superior kalām and istimā’ skills. The qawā’id material aspect, meanwhile, is not a priority program because learning is limited to what is in the textbook.

Abstract

Islamic identity politics is often used as a means of struggle used by a group to support the campaign period. Not a few end up choosing leaders because of the doctrine of religious equality. Students in identity politics have a big role and participation in carrying out the struggle to help resolve cases of intolerance and discrimination that occur. This study uses a qualitative method. Based on the research results, it can be understood that the existence of Islamic identity politics in general elections will have the potential to create conflict and division in society. If Islamic identity politics is allowed to grow and develop in the daily lives of community groups and bring down one another, then the big impact can damage diversity. The general election is a good opportunity for all Indonesian people, especially for students. It is not only the election of wise leaders, but the success of democracy is the hope to look forward to. This role is not only borne by students, but also for all Indonesian people. The importance of cooperation in creating the perception and implementation of politics that is free from group interests and realizing quality general elections.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBisnis dengan semua hal yang terjadi dalam kehidupan orang setiap hari secara luas. Banyaknya bisnis dan beragamnya motif dan orientasi bisnis serta semakin kompleksnya masalah bisnis, terkadang membuat bisnis terjebak untuk mencoba apa saja untuk mencapai tujuannya, apalagi jika tujuannya hanya untuk mencari keuntungan dan keuntungan semata. Sehingga sering terjadi tindakan negatif, yang akhirnya menjadi kebiasaan dalam perilaku bisnis. Jika demikian, tidak jarang bisnis diidentikkan dengan perbuatan kotor, karena terdapat perilaku berbohong, khianat, ingkar janji, menipu dan menipu orang lain. Artikel ini menjelaskan bagaimana hubungan antara dunia bisnis dengan etika bisnis Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian kepustakaan atau library research. Kesimpulan dalam artikel ini yaitu konsep bisnis secara Islami harus didasarkan pada etika Islam yang bersumber dari Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah Nabi Muhammad. Secara umum, etika bisnis adalah disiplin normatif, di mana standar etika tertentu dirumuskan dan kemudian diterapkan. Itu membuat penilaian khusus tentang apa yang benar atau salah, artinya, itu membuat klaim tentang apa yang harus dilakukan atau apa yang tidak boleh dilakukan.ABSTRACTBusiness with all the things that happen in people's lives every day at large. The number of businesses and the variety of motives and business orientations as well as the increasingly complex business problems, sometimes make businesses trapped to try anything to achieve their goals, especially if the goal is only to seek profit and profit. So negative actions often occur, which eventually become habits in business behavior. If so, it is not uncommon for businesses to be identified with dirty deeds, because there are behaviors of lying, treason, breaking promises, deceiving, and deceiving others. This article describes the relationship between the business world and Islamic business ethics. The method used in this article is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The conclusion in this article is that the concept of Islamic business must be based on Islamic ethics derived from the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. In general, business ethics is a normative discipline, in which certain ethical standards are formulated and then applied. It makes specific judgments about what is right or wrong, that is to say, it makes claims about what to do or what not to do.

Abstract

This study examines Julian Rotter's approach to behaviorism on the locus of control related to its application in learning Arabic. This study seeks to complement the shortcomings of previous studies that were not discussed, namely the behaviorism approach in learning Arabic from the perspective of Julian Rotter's theory. The theory of behaviors by Julian Rotter suggests that there are four aspects of Locus of Control, namely: potential behavior, expectations, values of reinforcing elements, and psychological situations. This research uses a qualitative approach with the literature review method. A literature review is a method of studying library sources to obtain research data. The results of this study show that all aspects of Locus of Control can be applied to motivate students further to learn Arabic. Regarding learning, locus of control can be an alternative to enrich perspectives in learning guidance procedures to address students' learning difficulties. This is inseparable from two factors influencing students' learning difficulties: internal (psycho-physical) and external (social) factors. Following the described findings, reorienting the locus of control in managing student learning difficulties systematically and comprehensively can be an expected format to help accurately diagnose students' learning difficulties so that programmed intervention steps can effectively assist students in solving their problems. The process includes case identification, problem identification, diagnosis, prognosis, remedial/referral, evaluation, and follow-up. All these stages are carried out by integrating the locus of control system

Abstract

This research is motivated by discovering translation errors related to morphology and syntax and aims to obtain a profound understanding of grammatical errors in translation texts. These errors are repeated from generation to generation because they have become a habit. In this regard, the researcher presents various errors in morphology, syntax, and semantics resulting from the translation of Indonesian-Arabic texts by UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta students majoring in Arabic Language Education. The results of these errors are determined by distributing written tests to students. This research uses a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive research method. The results show that students' errors include morphological errors at the level of words and verbs and syntactic errors at the level of clauses, sentences, clauses, and preposition letters. There are several factors causing translation errors, namely interference between Indonesian and Arabic or its influence, lack of Arabic language rules and vocabulary mastery, and lack of translation practice outside the classroom. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ditemukannya kesalahan penerjemahan terkait morfologi dan sintaksis serta bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kesalahan tata bahasa dalam teks terjemahan. Kesalahan ini diulang dari generasi ke generasi karena sudah menjadi kebiasaan. Dalam hal ini, peneliti memaparkan berbagai kesalahan yang terjadi pada aspek morfologi, sintaksis, dan semantik yang dihasilkan dari penerjemahan teks bahasa Indonesia-Arab oleh mahasiswa UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta peminatan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab. Hasil kesalahan ini ditentukan dengan membagikan tes tertulis kepada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan siswa meliputi kesalahan morfologi pada tataran kata dan verba, dan kesalahan sintaksis pada tataran klausa, kalimat, klausa, dan huruf preposisi. Ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan penerjemahan, yaitu: Interferensi antara bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Arab atau pengaruhnya, kurangnya aturan bahasa Arab dan penguasaan kata, dan kurangnya praktik penerjemahan di luar kelas.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to discuss the ideological form of contemporary Islamic education in Indonesia. This study investigates the phenomenology of three Yogyakarta school institutions. Design/methods/approach – This is a qualitative study with a phenomenological pedagogical approach. This study focuses on three Islamic educational institutions in the Special Region of Yogyakarta: Madrasah Aliyah Unggulan (MAU) Al-Imdad Bantul Yogyakarta, Madrasah Mu’allimin Muhammadiyah (M3) Yogyakarta, and SMAIT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta. Purposive sampling and snowball techniques were used to select the informants. Findings – This study found that Al-Imdad Superior Madrasah Aliyah was an educational advancement from Nadlotul Ulama. The educational ideology of the Al-Imdad Superior Aliyah Madrasah is conservative-religious. Madrasah Mu’allimin Muhammadiyah is a Muhammadiyah cadre school with a fundamental conservatism ideology. SMAIT Abu Bakar has a fundamentalist-conservative ideology and a formalistic-revivalist religious attitude. Research implications/limitations – This study only looks at the ideological perspectives of Islamic educational institutions. The results of this study can be used to make recommendations to policymakers, particularly the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, in determining the direction of future development of Islamic educational institutions. However, this study only looks at the aspect of thinking. Further research can concentrate on the managerial aspects of each Islamic educational institution. Practical implications – The results of this study shed light on the various characteristics of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. In theory, this research has implications for developing an Islamic thought map regarding existing Islamic educational institutions. This study also provides insight into Indonesia’s ideological diversity of Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to provide a comprehensive and novel conceptual analysis, revealing the relationship between “moral,” “morality,” “akhlaq,” and “character,” examining their similarities and differences to provide a more comprehensive understanding of their role in Islamic Religious Education (IRE). Design/methods/approach – This study uses an in-depth conceptual analysis approach, dissecting these terms through a multi-stage process: 1) an extensive literature review to understand historical and contemporary definitions, 2) a comparison of these definitions to identify similarities and discrepancies, 3) contextual exploration that considers cultural and linguistic uses in different societies, and 4) theoretical applications based on insights from functionalist theory,  Sufi psychology, and Tazkiyah theory. Findings – The study used an in-depth conceptual analysis approach, dissecting these terms through a multi-stage process: 1) an extensive literature review to understand historical and contemporary definitions, 2) a comparison of these definitions to identify similarities and discrepancies, 3) a contextual exploration that considers cultural and linguistic uses in different societies, and 4) theoretical applications based on insights from functionalist theory, Sufi psychology,  and the theory of Tazkiyah. Research implications/limitations – The study used an in-depth conceptual analysis approach, dissecting these terms through a multi-stage process: 1) an extensive literature review to understand historical and contemporary definitions, 2) a comparison of these definitions to identify similarities and discrepancies, 3) a contextual exploration that considers cultural and linguistic uses in different societies, and 4) theoretical applications based on insights from functionalist theory, Sufi psychology,  and the theory of Tazkiyah. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the instructional materials for speaking skills in the book Al-Arabiyyah Baina Yadaik for first-year students, parts one and two. This library research uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive method, with documentation used as the data collection technique. The method of data analysis employed is content analysis. The primary data sources are the book Al-Arabiyyah Baina Yadaik for first-year students, parts one and two, and the book Pembelajaran Konstruktivisme, Teori dan Aplikasi Pembelajaran dalam Pembentukan Karakter by Sigit Mangun Wardoyo. Secondary sources include books, previous research findings, and scientific articles related to the topic. The findings of this study show that the instructional materials for speaking skills are presented in the form of dialogues between two or more people, covering 16 dialogue topics. Each unit contains three dialogues, except for the first unit, which contains six dialogues. The materials align with two out of the seven characteristics of constructivist theory but are less aligned or not aligned with the others.
