Abstract

This research was conducted in Kotabaru Village Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency with the aim to obtain information about school efforts in resolving conflict in SMAN 1 Keritang. Some of the problems in this research are (1) How is the effort of school to overcome conflict between student in SMAN 1 Keritang Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency? (2) What are the constraints faced by schools in the effort to solve conflicts between students in SMA Negeri 1 Keritang Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir regency? the title of this research is "Analysis of School Efforts in Overcoming Inter-Student Conflicts at SMAN 1 Keritang Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency." The research aimed to find out how the school efforts in resolving conflict among students in SMAN 1 Keritang Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency. To find out what constraints faced by schools in an effort to resolve conflicts between students in SMAN 1 Keritang Keritang District Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research is a qualitative research because it is case-shaped, the subject of this research is the teacher at SMAN 1 Keritang and the students directly involved in the conflict in the form of brawl and fight in SMAN 1 Keritang as many as 8 subjects. In doing data collection using observation, interview, and documentation. To analyze the problems in this study using qualitative analysis and will be described descriptively in writing. After doing this research, the result of this research is known that school effort in resolving conflict between students at SMAN 1 Keritang is by making various policies such as: making of school order, extracurricular activity, giving sanction which is assertive but educational. With the policy, the intensity of fighting decreased though not optimal.Keywords : school efforts, resolve, student conflict

Abstract

Among the interesting phenomena that occur today is the start of the community will be riba. Since the year 2017, then the campaign about usury is done, ranging from lectures in mosques, social media, and large billboards that are scattered at some of the street points of Pekanbaru City, the Da'wah billboards invites people to stay away from riba. This shows the start of the Society of Pekanbaru City will be the danger of riba in life, and this is also driven by the desire of a bertanwitness in accordance with the principle of the rulings in Islam which is of course contrary to Conventional Pawnshops that provide capital rent (interest) to the borrower. Although the people of Pekanbaru have literate about riba, we can not say that there are still many Muslim people who choose to use the service or pawn valuables in the Conventional Pawnshop rather than the Sharia Pawn. The problem is why the Muslim community in the city of Pekanbaru chose the Conventional Pawnshop. Informant of 10 customers of the conventional Pawnshop Pekanbaru city branch is Muslim, in determining the informants the authors studied using accidental sampling technique. Data collection is conducted using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this research show that customers choose Conventional Pawnshops because Conventional Pawnshops has more product variations, the amount of loan funds provided, low capital rental rates, procedures and rapid disbursement of borrowing funds, and ease of transaction requirements. This is followed by the knowledge of customers who know more about Conventional Pawnshop, customers understanding that equates between Conventional and Sharia Pawnshop, as well as weak norms believed by customers. Although the customer knows that borrowing funds in Conventional Pawnshop there are capital leases give rise to usury, but because the norm is weak then for him to do such transactions including things done. Keywords: Conventional Pawnshop Selection, Muslim Society

Abstract

This research is motivated KB Low participation of men with vasectomies in some areas in Kampar, but not so for the District of Tapung Downstream vasectomy acceptors numbers increasing from year to year. The success of family planning programs in Kampar affected by these individual motivation to do their best in order to achieve the desired objectives. The research method used in the study authors are descriptive research method. Furthermore, the driving factor in the District Tapung Downstream men to join KB vasectomy is a factor that pushed for the occurrence of a particular behavior, in which there are opinions, support, good criticism of the family, especially his wife, co-workers, community leaders, religious leaders, as well as from health workers themselves. All of these factors are determinants of a man to act as a family planning vasectomy. Abstract

Motorcycle community is a social group that occurs in modern societies. In this case the role of social groups should have the capital to maintain and develop the social group, where the role of such capital must be owned by every member of the social group, in this case it is a social group motorcycle community. Motorcycle community in this case is a social phenomenon to exist in modern society. This study analyzes the activities / events and the role of capital in the motorcycle community Supermoto Owner Group (SMOG) in Siak. Where the role will be discussed by the economic capital, social capital, symbolic capital, and cultural capital, will then discuss how the strategy to develop the motorcycle community and discuss public perceptions surrounding the motorcycle community, especially motorcycle community Supermoto Owner Group (SMOG) Siak. The theory used in this study is of capital (Economic, Social, and Cultural Symbolic) habitus and Arena. The data analysis was done in answer to the problem is to use qualitative research with descriptive analysis in order to deepen a social phenomenon and then draw conclusions. This research is presented in narrative form qualitatively. Sources of data obtained through the study of literature, books, magazines, newspapers, as well as the articles. Data collection techniques used in this research is the direct observation, interviews and documentation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Where the amount informants about 10 people were divided into two parts so that five informants came from motorcycle community members Supermoto Owner Group (SMOG) Siak, then 5 from the surrounding community. From these results motorcycle communitySupermoto Owner Group (SMOG) Siak activities that are positive for them and also the surrounding community. Then motorcycle communitySupermoto Owner Group (SMOG) Siak have also shown the role of capitals, where the economic capital, social, symbolic and cultural which has been owned by each member or the community itself. Then the motorcycle community presence Supermoto Owner Group (SMOG) Siak it also presents the pro and contra in the eyes of the surrounding community. Abstract

This research was conducted in Baturijal Hulu Village, Peranap Sub-district of Indragiri Hulu Regency, whose research objects are first graders (1), two (2) and three (3) who attend school at Secondary School 2 Peranap. This study aims to see and know what factors internal and external factors of students continuing education in Secondary School Second Rice. This study looks at the theory of rational action. The population of this study are children who are sitting in first grade (1), two (2), and three (3) Senior Secondary School 2 Rice, Sampling using Probability Sampling. Then the data is analyzed by using descriptive quantitative method. Based on the result of the analysis found that students choose school in Secondary School 2 Roles consisting of internal and external factors are dominant on external factors based on family factors, school environment and their playmate compared with internal based on their own desires, ideals and talents. Abstract

In addition, the study also aims to determine the factors that affect people's political participation and the level of satisfaction of the people in the process of implementation of the General Election in 2013 by using the theory according to participation. Abstract

This study aims to see and find out how the campus bus service to students. The population of this research is Student bus users campuses, research was conducted at the University of Riau Pekanbaru object of study is the Student bus users campus, average per / week as many as 2464 sample of this research is Student bus users campus, method used Quota sampling with consideration average per / day fluctuate, the number of bus stops are in the main, the average bus capacity 3x 90, ability Writer. sample size of this study are 96 students at the University of Riau. Then the data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive. Based on the analysis, it was found that student users Bus dominated by FAPERIKA with percentages26% this is because the farthest distance from the bus ride to reach faculty FAPERIKA and views from the campus bus user forces dominated by force in 2015 with a percentage of 39.58%, this is due to for force generation 2015 is classified as dense lecture schedule, not many peer networks, mostly parents of students have not facilitate private vehicles, therefore the students often use the campus bus for personal use. facilities and infrastructure of the bus to facilities bus by category comfortably as many as 48 people with a percentage of 50%, response facilities stop choosing less comfortable are 72 people with a percentage of 75% due to overcrowding at the shelter, sometimes do not have a place to sit while waiting for the bus to arrive because bus turnaround quite long, and if the rain splash hujan.hal this which causes less comfortable students. We recommend that facilities need to be added/enlarged his stops. for the fleet of bus user states do not need the addition of a fleet of 65 people with a percentage of 67.70%. Student responses to the Operational hour bus stating unfavorable approximately as many as 59 people with a percentage of 61.46%, this is due to a less than optimal operational hours therefore critical operations clock needs to be improved.Keywords : Campus Bus Service, Students

Abstract

Lifestyle of woman dugem in Pekanbaru city. This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru more precisely in MP Club. The purpose of this study is to find out how the lifestyle of women who follow the lifestyle of dugem other than that to know and get the overall data about the factors that form a person following the lifestyle dugem. Subjects in this study amounted to 5 people ie women who follow the lifestyle of dugem. The author uses descriptive qualitative methods and the data are analyzed qualitatively and using observational data collection techniques which include documentation and interviews. From the results of research conducted the authors found that lovers dugem identical with the people who hightclass because dugem require a lot of money. To be able to really enjoy the atmosphere of clubbing informants consuming cigarettes, liquor and narcotics. In addition they like to look glamorous and open to look beautiful and sexy. Can be concluded clubbing activity is a lifestyle with a high level of consumptive, just to just get fun for a moment. To realize the lifestyle of dugem in need of some capital, ranging from social capital, economic, cultural and symbolic. This study was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru province of Riau. The purposeof this research is To know how the consumption of the life of the student City’sPekanbaru. This study titled “Pola Konsumtif Life Student City’s Pekanbaruprovince of Riau”. The focus of this research is How the impact of the behavior ofkonsumtif students against the value of academic as well as the lecture bersistemactivities in the city of Pekanbaru. The writer just taking a sample of Researchtake as much as 5 people students. The writer use a technique Snowball Samplingin determine the respondents in the study. Students who studied is students whohave a tendency to make fun of as the purpose of life (hedonism), make acollection of personal as the primary (shopaholic) and the pattern of who knowsno bounds (seksualisme). The writer using the thedescriptive kualitatif.Instruments data is observations, the interview, and the documentation. Theresults of research suggests that In research conducted the researchers foundsome patterns behavior konsumtif students Riau University namely PolaKonsumtif Shopaholic (On this pattern student is an individual who is veryexcessive in the use of money, time and of them. Informants dreadfullyextravagant in shopping. Not only in belana, informant also involved in the ofyoung people who waste of time for the sake of personal pleasures. Abstract

This research was conducted at Jl. H. R. Soebrantas, Kecamatan Tampan, Pekanbaru City with the aim to find out the socio-economic life of AMPERA stall traders and to find out the involvement of family worker as well as the family workers wage distribution of AMPERA night stall traders. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study amounted to 4 people as informants and the selection of the informants was carried out using purposive sampling techniques which means determining the informants based on certain considerations. Researcher was looking for subjects who have been selling and become the owners of AMPERA night stalls for more than 5 years and above and the subjects that the researchers took are also the informants who were willing to be interviewed. In collecting data, researchers used the observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. This study uses the theory of rational choice by James Coleman, that the existence of an individual action leads to a goal and that goal is an action which is determined by norms and values and preferences (choices). In running a business, it is necessary to have actors and supporting resources. The owner of AMPERA night stall which is the main actor of this economic activity also needs other supporting resources which are usually called workers/labors. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the socio-economic living conditions of the AMPERA night stall traders along Jl. H.R. Soebrantas, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City has the level of education that disable them to be in the formal sector, so they try to open their own businesses even though these businesses are only categorized as small-scaled businesses. The involvement of family workers or close relatives in the informal sectoris quite common even though the employees/laborers who assist in running the business are family to the owners or are having close family relations, they certainly do not escape the desire to get paid even though not as much.Key Words : Socio-Economic, Family Workers, AMPERA Stall Traders.
