Abstract

Pemasaran digital telah menjadi salah satu strategi utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing bisnis di era digital. PT Wisata Jelajah Insani mengadopsi pendekatan ini dengan mengadakan pelatihan digital marketing bagi karyawannya guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka dalam pemasaran berbasis teknologi. Pelatihan ini mencakup berbagai teknik pemasaran digital, seperti Website Marketing, Email Marketing, dan Social Media Marketing, yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan visibilitas bisnis serta keterlibatan pelanggan (Customer Engagement). Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi sesi teori, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi berbasis kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mengukur efektivitas program. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman digital marketing sebesar 85%, peningkatan keterampilan merancang strategi pemasaran digital sebesar 80%, serta dampak positif terhadap interaksi media sosial (35% peningkatan dalam tiga bulan) dan peningkatan kunjungan situs web perusahaan sebesar 25%.Dengan hasil tersebut, pelatihan digital marketing terbukti memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi PT Wisata Jelajah Insani dalam memperkuat kehadiran digitalnya dan meningkatkan daya saing bisnis. Kerangka kerja yang diterapkan dalam program ini dapat menjadi model bagi perusahaan lain yang ingin mengembangkan strategi pemasaran digital secara efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the people's market of the Motaain PLBN acts as a social space that supports post-conflict reconciliation between Indonesian and Timor Leste citizens. Using a qualitative approach and Pierre Bourdieu's theory of social practice, this study analyzes four main aspects: habitus, capital, arena, and social practice. The findings show that the market is not only an economic space, but also a place where new, more open, and harmonious social relations are built. Buying and selling activities in the market bring together citizens of the two countries regularly, strengthen existing social and cultural capital, and create social practices that support a peaceful and sustainable life together.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan serius yang tidak hanya memengaruhi pertumbuhan fisik, tetapi juga perkembangan anak secara keseluruhan. Salah satu upaya penting untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang anak adalah melalui pemantauan di posyandu. Peran aktif kader posyandu menjadi bagian penting dalam memberikan layanan dasar. Proses pemantauan status gizi anak ini juga didukung oleh partisipasi masyarakat yang berkunjung ke posyandu dan berkolaborasi dengan kader. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader tentang stunting, deteksi tumbuh kembang dan pemberian menu seimbang pada balita dalam mencegah stunting. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Mandong, Trucuk ,Klaten meliputi 1) Kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan kepada kader posyandu kesehatan, 2) Peningkatan keterampilan deteksi tumbang, 3) peningkatan keterampilan E-nutrisi 5000 Makanan Seimbang Berbasis Bahan Pangan Lokal Untuk Kelompok Balita. Hasil pengabdian adalah 1) terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan pada kader tentang stunting dan tumbuh kembang pada anak, 2) terdapat peningkatan nilai pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader setelah diberikan pelatihan tentang deteksi dini tumbuh kembang anak, 3) Kader aktif dan antusias selama mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan. Kader dapat berperan sebagai edukator, dimana kader memberikan informasi pengetahuan yang sudah didapat baik dari kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan atau pelatihan kepada masyarakat khususnya ibu balita. Edukasi kesehatan tentang stunting meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader, terbukti dari kenaikan skor pretest 76,75 menjadi 88,64. Kader memperoleh pemahaman lebih baik terkait deteksi tumbuh kembang dan penyusunan menu gizi seimbang. Peningkatan ini mendukung kader dalam melakukan deteksi dini secara efektif untuk mengidentifikasi stunting pada anak.

Abstract

Food security is a crucial issue, especially in areas with challenging geographical and climatic conditions such as Retraen Village, Amarasi Selatan Subdistrict, Kupang Regency. To address this issue, the Demonstration Garden Program was designed as an educational effort to increase community awareness and understanding of the importance of local food security. This program aims to provide practical knowledge to villagers on appropriate, sustainable crop cultivation techniques that suit the local environment. The implementation of the program consists of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Activities were carried out using a participatory approach to ensure community involvement in every process. The results showed an increase in community participation, improved understanding of cultivation techniques, and the emergence of local initiatives to develop gardens independently. This program is expected to serve as a learning model that can be replicated in other areas and to promote local food self-sufficiency in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

A bullying prevention outreach initiative was implemented at SMPN 3 Amarasi Selatan-Satap, located in Kupang Regency, in response to the ongoing issue of bullying that has not been systematically tackled. The need for this initiative was highlighted by initial observations revealing a lack of awareness among students regarding different forms of bullying, coupled with the report from five students who identified themselves as victims of physical bullying. The program involved 30 students from the seventh and eighth grades, utilizing lectures, discussions, and questionnaires. Evaluation results indicated a substantial increase in students' comprehension of bullying, rising from 20% to 93.33%. Although the revelation that five students had faced physical bullying should have been a main focus for developing additional interventions, it was not thoroughly examined during this event. Nevertheless, students showed great enthusiasm throughout the program. This initiative is anticipated to be a preliminary step towards fostering a safer school environment through continuous collaboration among the school, parents, and the community.

Abstract

The low level of non-academic skills such as creativity, cooperation, and environmental awareness among students at SDI Buraen 2 demonstrates the importance of developing soft skills from an early age. Furthermore, household waste, which has the potential to be a learning medium, has not been optimally utilized. This community service program aims to improve students' soft skills through recycling education based on the use of used goods. The activity was implemented in three stages: socialization of the importance of recycling, training in creating crafts from used goods, and evaluation of student skills using observation and an assessment rubric. The results of the activity showed improvements in students' creativity, collaboration skills, and awareness of environmental cleanliness. This program serves as an example of contextual learning that is relevant to local conditions and effective in instilling character values and environmental awareness in elementary school students.

Abstract

Environmental hygiene conditions in rural areas of eastern Indonesia face complex challenges due to limited infrastructure and low community participation in environmental management. Baseline data in Nekmese Village shows that only 6.2% (20 out of 325 heads of families) are active in routine cleaning activities, while three strategic locations (village office, spring, and sports field) experience degradation in cleanliness quality that threatens public health. This study analyzes the effectiveness of socio-ecological interventions through the Clean Friday program based on the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach in improving environmental quality and strengthening social cohesion. Implementation was carried out for four weeks (April 9-29, 2025) involving 325 heads of families through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and systematic documentation. The results show a measurable increase in community participation from 20 participants (6.2%) in the first week to 50 participants (15.4%) in the fourth week, with a growth rate of 150% and statistical significance p0.05. Environmental quality evaluation using the Environmental Quality Index (EQI) showed an increase in scores from 2.1 to 3.8 (on a scale of 1-5) at all three target locations. These findings confirm the Social Learning Theory, which posits that collective participation can change environmental behavior through observational learning and social reinforcement. The practical contribution of this research lies in the development of a community-based intervention model that can be replicated in areas with similar geographic and socio-economic characteristics, particularly in the context of sustainable socio-ecological capacity development.

Abstract

Naimata Village Office Apparatus currently, there is a gap between the low competence of apparatus related to regional government innovation and the demands of implementing one innovation model in the implementation of public services. Therefore, a program is needed to increase the capacity of regional governments, including Village or Sub-district Governments. Community service activities through socialization and assistance of regional innovation technology at the Naimata Village Office, Kupang City, aim to increase the competence of apparatus in innovating in the field of public services. The method of implementing the activity begins with a situation analysis to map existing conditions, preparation, implementation of activities through material presentation, and interactive discussions, and ends with an evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in insight and knowledge of apparatus related to regional innovation. This can be measured from the understanding of regulations, definitions, types and models of regional government innovation, so that the leadership of the Naimata Village Office decided to choose digital-based population administration innovation. As a follow-up, it was agreed that periodic assistance would be provided for the implementation of the population administration service innovation.

Abstract

The conflict of interest that occurs between online taxis and taxis of El Tari Kupang airport is one example of business competition in the field of transportation. This is an important issue that requires effective handling from policy makers. The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify conflicts between two different types of transportation services using the functional theory of conflict initiated by Lewis A. Coser using indicators of social change and adjustment, social stability, encouraging awareness and group identity, and problem solving and negotiation. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative conducted with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation data collection. Based on the results of the research, the handling of conflicts that occur between online taxis and taxis at El Tari Kupang airport has not been carried out effectively, the regulations made have not provided full answers to consumer needs, and regulations related to limiting the operational zone of online taxis at the airport have not been fully accepted by the community both from the users of online transportation services and as the business actors of onine taxis and are considered monopolistic. In relation to the above research results, this study provides recommendations for policy makers to consider the needs of the three targets of this policy such as airport taxis, online taxis and the public as users of transportation services.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop hypotheses regarding factors that influence employee turnover, with a particular focus on the land transportation sector in Indonesia. The land transportation industry is characterized by high employee mobility and operational demands, making turnover a critical issue that directly affects service quality, safety, and organizational sustainability. Understanding the underlying factors is therefore essential for designing effective human resource policies and reducing workforce instability. Methodology: This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review. Descriptive qualitative studies aim to systematically synthesize and interpret findings from previous research without relying on statistical data analysis (Creswell & Poth, 2018). Comparative analysis was used to identify patterns and relationships across multiple studies. The data were collected from academic sources such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Q2–Q4 Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta 2–5 Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar, Copernicus, and digital reference books. Results: The review identifies ten key findings: work engagement, remuneration, and leadership directly affect both career path and turnover; career path itself strongly influences turnover; and work engagement and remuneration indirectly affect turnover through career path. Conclusions: Employee turnover depends on engagement, leadership, and career opportunities; strengthening these reduces turnover and enhances workforce stability in transportation. Limitations: Future research should include transportation data to strengthen findings. Contribution: This study enhances understanding of employee turnover by examining work engagement, remuneration, leadership, and career path.
