Abstract

The study investigates the effects of product quality and price on the purchasing decisions of Bonpatis Danish pastry sheets, with brand image acting as a mediator. Indonesia's food and beverage industry, mainly retail, is experiencing significant growth as modern retailers like Hypermart introduce competitive products. A quantitative approach was used, applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) to data collected from 83 respondents, mainly Hypermart bakery employees in DKI Jakarta. Results indicate that product quality and price positively influence brand image and purchasing decisions. Specifically, product quality boosts brand image and directly affects purchase decisions, whereas price influences purchase decisions directly but not via brand image. The study emphasizes the role of product appearance and packaging in shaping brand perceptions and suggests improving these elements to attract more consumers. Due to a limited sample size, the study recommends future research to explore broader aspects like customer satisfaction and loyalty. Abstract

ABSTRAK Masjid Jami’ An-Nawier merupakan salah satu masjid tertua di DKI Jakarta. Terdapat makam keramat yang terletak di dalam kompleks Masjid Jami’ An-Nawier yang banyak dikunjungi oleh peziarah.  Masjid Jami’ An-Nawier memiliki potensi wisata religi terutama wisata ziarah yang besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komponen produk wisata Masjid Jami’ An-Nawier sebagai wisata ziarah di Jakarta Barat. Peneliti menggunakan konsep komponen produk wisata 3A+H yang meliputi attraction, accessibilities, amenities, dan hospitality.  Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur menemukan bahwa Masjid Jami’ An-Nawier merupakan bangunan cagar budaya bersejarah yang memiliki potensi besar sebagai daya tarik wisata ziarah di Jakarta Barat. Namun, diperlukan adanya pengembangan serta persiapan terhadap komponen produk wisata tersebut. Jika, dikembangkan Masjid Jami’ An-Nawier sebagai wisata ziarah berpotensi dapat mendukung pengembangan destinasi Kota Jakarta yaitu kawasan Kota Tua sebagai destinasi tujuan utama wisatawan. Keywords: Produk Wisata, Daya Tarik Wisata, Wisata Ziarah, Masjid Jami’ An-Nawier, Pekojan ABSTRACT The Jami' An-Nawier Mosque is one of the oldest mosques in DKI Jakarta. There lies a sacred tomb inside Jami' An-Nawier Mosque, which many pilgrims have visited. The Jami' An-Nawier Mosque has the potential for religious tourism, mainly big pilgrimage tours. The study aimed to determine the elements of the Jami' An-Nawier Mosque tourism product as a pilgrimage tourism in West Jakarta. Researchers use the concept of 3A + H tourism product components which include attractions, accessibilities, amenities, and hospitality. Descriptive qualitative research using the methods of observation, interviews, and literature studies found that the Jami' An-Nawier Mosque is a historic cultural heritage building possess potential as a pilgrimage tourist attraction. However, it is necessary to develop and prepare the elements of the tourism product. Abstract

ABSTRAK Atraksi dan fasilitas yang menarik di Danau Cipondoh meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan dan memberi dampak positif pada para pelaku usaha kecil, terutama warung makan. Meskipun demikian, pelaku usaha kecil belum mampu berinovasi dengan baik dalam menciptakan produk makanan yang unik dan berbeda.Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh atraksi dan fasilitas terhadap minat berkunjung dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan jumlah pelaku usaha warung makan di Danau Cipondoh.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung yang datang ke Danau Cipondoh, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dengan skala likert dari 1 sampai dengan 5. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Atraksi wisata dan fasilitas wisata berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung ; (2) Minat berkunjung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah pelaku wirausaha. Danau Cipondoh memiliki pemandangan danau yang hijau dan indah serta memiliki berbagai atraksi buatan seperti memancing, berkemah, sepeda air, wahana bebekan dan berperahu serta. Danau Cipondoh memiliki fasilitas yang memadai  seperti area parkir, mushola, tempat istirahat, toilet, dan tempat sampah serta warung makan. Minat berkunjung berpengaruh berdampak pada meningkatnya jumlah pelaku usaha warung makan disebabkan banyaknya permintaan kebutuhan  makanan dan minuman para pengunjung. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah para pengelola Danau Cipondoh diharapkan dapat mempromosikan  Danau Cipondoh melalui media sosial seperti Website, Instagram, dan Facebook. Kata Kunci : Atraksi, Fasilitas, Minat Berkunjung, Pelaku Wirausaha ABSTRACT Interesting attractions and facilities at Lake Cipondoh increase tourist visits and have a positive impact on small business actors, especially food stalls. Even so, small business actors have not been able to innovate properly in creating unique and different food products. This study aims to eliminate the influence of entertainment and convenience on interest in visiting and its impact on increasing the number of food stalls in Lake Cipondoh. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with path analysis method. The population in this study were all visitors who came to Lake Cipondoh, while the sample in this study was 150 respondents. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale from 1 to 5. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The results of the study show that: (1) tourist attractions and tourist facilities have a significant effect on visiting intentions; (2) Interest has a significant effect on increasing the number of entrepreneurs. Lake Cipondoh has a green and beautiful view of the lake and has various man-made attractions such as fishing, camping, water bikes, duck rides and boating as well. Lake Cipondoh has adequate facilities such as parking areas, prayer rooms, rest areas, toilets and trash cans as well as food stalls. Interest has an impact on the increasing number of food stall business actors due to the large number of requests for food and beverage needs from visitors. The suggestion from this research is that the managers of Lake Cipondoh are expected to be able to promote Lake Cipondoh through social media such as Websites, Instagram and Facebook. Keywords: Attractions, Facilities, Visit Interest, Entrepreneurial Actors

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam menjalankan usaha pelayanan terutama jasa perhotelan tentu sangat terkait dengan sumber daya manusia maka faktor lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja untuk kualitas kinerja yang baik sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, 2) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, 3) Pengaruh. lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 5) Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 6) Pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja, 7) Pengaruh tidak langsung disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuaitatif dengan menjadikan 102 karyawan sebagai responden, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan memberikan kuesioner, serta melihat dokumen yang diperlukan. kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan SEM PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka disarankan bagi perusahaan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja pegawai, mengadakan kegiatan gathering rutin untuk mempererat hubungan antar karyawan, perlu meninjau kembali fasilitas jaminan kesejahteraan karyawan dan memberikan teguran, peringatan bahkan hukuman tegas kepada karyawan yang tidak disiplin Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Displin Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja ABSTRACT In running a service business, especially hospitality services, of course it is very much related to human resources, so work environment factors, work discipline and work motivation for good quality performance are very necessary. This study aims to 1) analyze the effect of the work environment on work motivation, 2) the effect of work discipline on work motivation, 3) influence. work environment on employee performance, 4) Effect of work discipline on employee performance, 5) Effect of work motivation on employee performance, 6) Indirect effect of work environment on employee performance through work motivation, 7) Indirect effect of work discipline on employee performance through motivation Work. The method used is qualitative by making 102 employees as respondents, collecting data through interviews and giving questionnaires, as well as viewing the required documents. then the data is processed using SEM PLS. Based on the research results, it is recommended for companies to provide training to employees to support employee performance improvement, hold regular gathering activities to strengthen relations between employees. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of the variables Service Quality, Trust, Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with primary andsecondary data collection techniques, including observation, questionnaires and literature study. The number of respondents involved in this research was 115 people, and data collection was carried out using instruments that focused on the variables studied. Data analysis was carried out using Smart-PLS software. Based on the results showed that satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty Apart from that, trust also has a significant influence on satisfaction, and the influence of trust on customer loyalty through satisfaction shows significant results. Trust and satisfaction are important factors that influence customer loyalty in three-star hotels in Palembang City. The results of this research also show that the other four variables, namely the direct influence of service quality on customer loyalty, as well as the influence of service quality on trust and satisfaction, have an insignificant influence. Therefore, to increase customer loyalty to three-star hotels in Palembang, it is necessary to look for other factors that have a stronger and more significant influence.

Abstract

Smart tourism destinations (STDs) aim to improve the travelers’ experience and the local residents’ quality of life. However, existing research mainly focuses on the perspectives of tourists and ignores the attitudes of residents. Residents' attitudes signify their support for local smart tourism development. Without residents' support, STD-related projects may experience failure. This study fills this gap by exploring how perceived impact of smart travel/tourism (IST) and sense of leisure of well-being (SLW) contributed to residents’ overall quality of life (QoL). This study adopts quantitative method with questionnaire. The finding confirms the residents’ positive impact on smart travel/tourism in Zhuhai, China. Similarly, they residents also showed their approval on the leisure well-being. Additionally, the findings highlight significant relationships between the perceived impact of smart travel/tourism (X1), sense of leisure well-being (X2), and overall quality of life (Y). Residents' quality of life is significantly improved by positive perceptions of smart tourism impacts and leisure well-being. This underscores the importance of the local perspective in STD success. STD initiatives should prioritize enhancing these specific aspects for residents. This paper suggests that engaging the community and focusing on their perceived benefits regarding smart travel and leisure well-being will foster crucial support and ensure project viability. Abstract

This study examines the potential use of immersive technology, especially Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR), in qualitative research design. As technology advances, VR and AR open up new opportunities to improve the quality and depth of data collection and analysis in qualitative research. Through a systematic literature review and case studies, this study explores various applications of immersive technology in the context of qualitative research, including environmental simulations for observation, immersive interviews, and analysis of enriched visual data. The findings suggest that VR and AR can increase participant engagement, expand the reach of data collection, and provide a new perspective in the analysis of social phenomena. However, the study also identifies ethical and methodological challenges that need to be addressed, such as data privacy issues and the validity of results in a virtual environment. The study concludes that the integration of immersive technologies in qualitative research has significant potential to enrich research methodologies while emphasizing the importance of a careful and ethical approach in its implementation. The implications for the development of qualitative research methodologies in the digital era are also discussed.

Abstract

Glamping is a nature-based accommodation alternative popular in various parts of the world. Glamping is developing rapidly in all parts of the world, but research on the keyword glamping has yet to be widely discussed. Researchers use bibliometric analysis methods to present visualizations and knowledge about glamping. Researchers searched for SCOPUS and SINTA indexed articles published between 2019-2024 via Publish or Perish (PoP) software application. There were 245 published documents found, and only 26 published documents successfully passed the exception selection. Researchers formulated two problem statements: "What are the research trends on glamping?" and "Is the topic of glamping amenable to further research?". This research aims to determine trends in glamping research from 2019-2024 and to determine the development of glamping research to provide recommendations for glamping research in the future. Researcher found ten keyword trends on glamping: glamping, camping, tourism, sustainable tourism, accommodation, experience, accommodation environment, glamping tourism, word of mouth, and tourist resources. The study found that Glamping is a stimulating topic because the glamping trend has become relevant to the tourist profile after the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

This research examines the role of digitalization in sustainable tourism marketing in the Creative Tourism Village of Terong. The primary focus of this study is on how the use of digital technology enhances operational efficiency, expands market reach, and strengthens sustainable practices within the tourism context. The findings indicate that the adoption of digital technology, such as websites, mobile applications, and social media, plays a crucial role in promoting the Creative Tourism Village of Terong to a broader audience. Digitalization has enabled more effective communication with tourists, more efficient reservation management, and rapid and accurate information dissemination. Additionally, digital technology supports innovation in delivering engaging and interactive tourism content, thereby enhancing the tourist experience. In conclusion, the implementation of digital-based marketing strategies in the Creative Tourism Village of Terong has significantly contributed to achieving sustainable tourism development goals by leveraging technology to support economic, social, and environmental sustainability. Ongoing collaboration among all stakeholders and adaptation to technological changes are key to successfully marketing tourist destinations in the digital era.

Abstract

Digital developments in Indonesia currently also affect the tourism sector, with the growth of digitalization having an impact, increasing competitiveness in the Online Travel Agent (OTA) industry. The existence of this competitiveness makes competitors innovate to provide the best service in order to attract purchases. The purpose of this study is to analyze customer interest in purchasing Explore Mister Aladin products, on the current Mister Aladin Platform, analyze the current digital marketing strategy of Explore Mister Aladin products, and build and develop a digital marketing strategy for Explore Mister Aladin products through the right social media channels to increase purchases at Mister Aladin. The approach to this research is qualitative with descriptive and SWOT analysis methods. The results of the study show that customer interest is influenced by trust and promotion, the current strategy is to use social media but is not yet optimal, and the resulting strategy is an aggressive strategy by developing technology that makes it easier for customers and building cooperation with vendors and business partners. To strengthen competitiveness, Mister Aladin must intensify digital advertising, expand partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and improve social listening strategies and data-based customer loyalty programs.
