Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai strategi pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Tanah Rendah, Kecamatan Air Putih,Kabupaten Batu Bara, Provinsi Sumatera Utara untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa. Desa ini memiliki potensi UMKM yang signifikan, seperti produk keripik pisang, pepaya, dan singkong. Namun, UMKM di desa ini menghadapi berbagai kendala, termasuk akses pembiayaan yang terbatas, peralatan produksi sederhana, dan strategi pemasaran yang lemah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis tantangan dan strategi pengembangan UMKM. Hasil menunjukkan perlunya dukungan pemerintah melalui akses pembiayaan, pelatihan, penyederhanaan regulasi, dan teknologi. Strategi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM meliputi pelatihan keterampilan, adopsi teknologi, pemasaran efektif, serta pembangunan jaringan bisnis. Penyederhanaan regulasi dan dukungan teknologi diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM di Desa Tanah Rendah berkembang dan memperkuat perekonomian lokal.

Abstract

Maqashid sharia is the goal and secret that has been established by Allah SWT as the creator of legal rules that humans must obey as creatures who have been created with the aim of being caliphs on this earth. Good Corporate Governance is a system of good corporate governance in managing the company's resources efficiently, effectively, economically and productively using the principles of openness, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness in an effort to achieve the goals of establishing the company. The aim of this research is to determine the integration strategy for maqashid sharia in good corporate governance policies in maintaining sharia banking operations. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type of research. The results of the research are the application of maqashid sharia values ​​in products and operational activities in sharia banking, namely protecting religion, protecting the soul, protecting the mind of both the customer and the bank, protecting property and protecting offspring. In order to increase sharia maqashid values ​​in accordance with the principles that must be implemented by sharia banking, good corporate governance policies must carry out two stages, namely: The need to make the rules and recognition mechanism (endorsement) from the fatwa authority more effective and the supervisory system that supervises it more effective. Bank financial transactions are in accordance with the fatwa issued by the banking fatwa authority.

Abstract

Human resource issues are still a highlight and priority for an organization or company to survive and develop in the current era of globalization. The existence of human resources is a determining factor in the successful implementation of an effective organization. Company activities will not be completed properly without being supported by the potential and effective and efficient performance of its human resources. To achieve this success, the existence of human resource management is an absolute thing that must be done optimally so that the purpose of the organization can be achieved. This research aims to examine further the function of human resource management in general, as well as compare it with Islamic rules regarding human resource management contained in the Qur’an so that it can add to the development of human resource management functions both in general and when associated with human resource management in Islam which views humans as having 2 functions, namely as servants and caliphs on earth. This research on Human Resource Management is also the result of the author's observations of human resource management when viewed from an Islamic perspective. This writing is to answer the question of how the human resource management system is viewed from an Islamic point of view. This research method is library research and is included in the category of qualitative research. With thematic method (maudu’iy), namely collecting and analyzing the verses of the Qur'an that talk about the function of human resource management. The results showed that many verses of the Qur'an that examine human resources can be used for the development of human resource management functions and add contributions to the development of Sharia human resource management functions. This research can be continued by studying and deepening the verses of the Koran in subsequent studies so that Islamic human resources have specific advantages.

Abstract

Sekolah MASTER atau akronim dari Sekolah Masjid Terminal adalah sebuah sekolah gratis yang didirikan untuk anak-anak jalanan, masyarakat tidak mampu, pemulung, pengamen, gelandangan dan sebagainya yang berlokasi di area Terminal Kota Depok Jawa Barat. Sekolah ini merupakan sekolah gratis di bawah naungan Yayasan Bina Insan Mandiri (YABIM) yang diperuntukkan bagi anak-anak yatim piatu, kaum dhuafa dan fakir miskin di sekitar terminal Depok. Hasil Observasi dan wawancara dengan koordinator sekolah dasar Master memiliki kendala keterbatasan relawan guru pengajar serta terdapat laporan bahwa anak-anak di sekolah dasar banyak yang mengalami sakit akibat jajanan tidak sehat serta  kurangnya kesadaran mereka tentang makanan sehat dan bergizi. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan bertujuan memberikan pendampingan pembelajaran khususnya di belajar Bahasa Inggris serta peningkatan  pengetahuan pada anak-anak sekolah dengan metode pembelajaran edukatif dan interaktif melalui penyuluhan kesehatan tentang konsumsi jajanan sehat bergizi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran untuk mengkonsumsi jajanan sehat bergizi dan membiasakan hidup sehat sejak dini. Dengan memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan pengajaran berbasis audiovisual, diharapkan terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan sebelum diberikan edukasi sebanyak 60%, setelah diberikan edukasi terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebanyak 96%.

Abstract

Objective:  The purpose of this writing is to analyze hadhanah from the perspective of Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection. Method: The writing of this research is based on library research, namely using library materials as the main data source. Results: There is no law that explicitly and clearly regulates the obligation of child custody to be given to the biological mother or biological father after a divorce. In Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 3 states that child protection aims to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights so that they can live, grow, develop, and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity and dignity, and receive protection from violence and discrimination, in order to realize Indonesian children who are qualified, have noble morals, and are prosperous. There are various reasons that may make parents unable or unwilling to provide for their children. Some common causes or factors that cause parents not to fulfill their obligations to their children include economic factors, personal relationships, or other legal problems. Parenting has a very urgent role in shaping children's development and well-being. One of these urgencies is the formation of children's character so that they become children who are useful for their nation and state. Novelty: Every child has the right to receive health services and social security according to their physical, mental, spiritual and social needs. Fulfillment of children's basic rights is an integral part of implementing the fulfillment of human rights.
