Abstract

Abstrak:Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) telah resmi mulai diterapkan sejak tahun 2015. Hal ini membuat perpindahan atau pergerakan informasi, barang, pelajar, dan tenaga kerja profesional di wilayah negara-negara ASEAN semakin lebih luas. Pada hakekatnya Indonesia telah menyiapkan sistem pendidikan untuk siap dan berkompetisi dalam MEA dengan mempersiapkan SDM yang professional. Namun masih terdapat kendala yang ditemui dalam membangun SDM berbasis kompetensi untuk borkompetisi dalam MEA. Untuk mencapai Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) dibidang jasa konstruksi diperlukan sinergi stakeholder baik dari pemerintah, industri, dunia pendidikan, dan asosiasi untuk melatih dan mempersiapkan setiap individu menjadi tenaga profesional yang dapat bersaing di era MEA.Kata-kata kunci: MEA, Mutual Recognition Arrangement, Sinergi KelembagaanAbstract: The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) has been officially implemented since 2015. This has made the movement of information, goods, students, and professional workers in the ASEAN countries increasingly wider. In essence, Indonesia has prepared an education system to be ready and compete in the MEA by preparing professional human resources. However, there are still obstacles encountered in building competency-based human resources for competition in the MEA. To achieve a Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) in the field of construction services, a synergy of stakeholders from the government, industry, education, and associations is needed to train and prepare each individual to become a professional who can compete in the MEA era.Keywords: MEA, Mutual Recognition Arrangement, Institutional Synergy

Abstract

Petung Sewu Village, which is located in Dau District, Malang Regency, has cultural customs that are still very strong and have aboge community communities. In addition, the topography of this village is on the slopes of the sleeping princess mountain with an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. This village has 294.720 hectares of plantation area, 1.650 hectares of waqf land and 261.402 hectares of production forest. Petung Sewu Village, which is still beautiful with many trees, bamboo and a lot of local wisdom, is a suitable combination to introduce tourism in Petung Sewu Village further. Based on the potential of Petung Sewu Village, the Malang State University service team implemented a Family Fun Camp (FFC) as a Tourist Spot at the Petung Sewu Village Campground, Dau District. This service aims to develop the tourism potential of Petung Sewu Village to improve the surrounding community's economy. The stages of the procurement process include surveys and needs analysis, site measurement, design planning, presentation to the public, finalizing the design, evaluating the implementation of activities, and reporting. The indicator of the success of this community service is the formation of a new tourist spot that can become an icon of Petung Sewu Village and improve the economy of the surrounding community. Desa Petung Sewu yang berada di Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang, memiliki adat budaya yang masih sangat kental dan memiliki komunitas masyarakat aboge. Selain itu, topografi desa ini berada di lereng gunung putri tidur dengan ketinggian 700 meter di atas permukaan laut. Desa ini memiliki 294,720 Ha area perkebunan, 1,650 Ha tanah wakaf dan 261,402 Ha hutan produksi. Desa Petung Sewu yang masih asri dengan masih banyaknya pepohonan, bambu serta banyaknya kearifan lokal ini menjadi perpaduan yang cocok untuk lebih mengenalkan pariwisata di Desa Petung Sewu. Berdasarkan potensi Desa Petung Sewu, tim pengabdian Universitas Negeri Malang melakukan implementasi Family Fun Camp (FFC) Sebagai Spot Wisata di Bumi Perkemahan Desa Petung Sewu Kecamatan Dau. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan potensi pariwisata Desa Petung Sewu sebagai salah satu upaya peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Tahapan proses pengadaan ini meliputi survey dan analisa kebutuhan, pengukuran lokasi, pembuatan desain rencana, pemaparan kepada masyarakat, finalisasi desain, evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan pelaporan. Indikator keberhasilan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa terbentuknya spot wisata baru yang dapat menjadi ikon Desa Petung Sewu dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Economic development strategies often target high-skill, high-wage industries and jobs. However, the relationship between skills and wages is not always balanced. The skills needed by workers in industry today include dimensions of skills for the benefit of the industry in the future. The aim of this research is to analyze the dimensions of workers' current skills related to the competencies they possess and the position they occupy so that the relationship between the two is known. This research was conducted by doctoral education students majoring in vocational education. The method used is quantitative to understand the dimensions of skills possessed by vocational education graduates who are currently working in industry. The results of this research show that all of these competency dimensions are very much needed because all workers, managers and positions within the company agree 66.7% that these dimensions are very important and needed in the future. Dimensions of competency in individuals such as task skills, task management skills, contingency management skills, job role environment skills and transfer skills are very important for employees and workers in industry to have. ABSTRAKStrategi pembangunan ekonomi seringkali menyasar industri dan pekerjaan yang berketerampilan dan berupah tinggi. Namun hubungan antara keterampilan dan upah tidak selalu seimbang. Keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh pekerja di industri saat ini mencakup dimensi keterampilan untuk kepentingan industri dimasa depan. Tujuan penelitian  ini adalah menganalisis dimensi keterampilan pekerja saat yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki dan jabatan yang diduduki sehinga diketahui keterkaitan antara keduanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh mahasiswa pendidikan doktor jurusan pendidikan vokasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif untuk memahami dimensi skill yang dimiliki lulusan pendidikan kejuruan yag sedang bekerja di industri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi kompetensi tersebut sangat dibutuhkan karena semua pekerja dan pegawai manager maupun posisi jabatan dalam perusahaan setuju 66,7% bahwa dimensi tersebut sangat penting dan dibutuhkan dimasa depan. Dimensi kompetensi dalam individu seperti task-skills, task management skills, contingency management skills, job role environment skills dan transfer skill sangat penting untuk dimiliki oleh pegawai maupun karyawan di industri.

Abstract

One aspect that needs attention in dental and oral health is bacterial infection, including infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Staphylococcus aureus is a type of gram-positive bacteria that can be found in various parts of the human body, including the skin and nasal mucus. These bacteria usually do not cause problems if they remain within normal limits. However, when Staphylococcus aureus enters the oral cavity or surrounding tissue, it can cause various dental and oral health conditions. Gambas fruit (Luffa acutangula (L.) Roxb.), which is also known as Oyong fruit from the Cucurbitaceae family, has an antibacterial effect. This study aimed to determine the antibacterial activity of the ethanol extract of Gambas fruit (Luffa acutangula (l.) roxb.) on bacterial growth of Staphylococcus aureus in vitro. This type of research is a laboratory experimental design post-test only control group. Research data were analyzed using testone-way ANOVA with post-hoc LSD. The results showed that there was an inhibition diameter at each concentration of Gambas fruit extract. 25% Gambas fruit extract has an average diameter of 10.8 mm, 12.5% Gambas fruit extract has an average diameter of 9.4 mm, 6.25% Gambas fruit extract has an average diameter of 8 mm, l Gambas fruit extract 3.125% has an average diameter of 6.9 mm. Gambas fruit extract has antibacterial properties with a minimum inhibition level of 25% against the bacterial growth of Staphylococcus aureus.

Abstract

Staphylococcus aureus can cause several health problems in the oral cavity, including stomatitis, tooth abscess, soft tissue infections, gingivitis, and periodontitis. The exploration of new therapeutic modalities for Staphylococcus aureus infection is urgent. Staphylococcus aureus has developed resistance to many of the antibiotics commonly used to treat bacterial infections. This study aimed to determine the antibacterial effectiveness of avocado seed extract (Persea americana Mill.) in inhibiting bacterial growth of Staphylococcus aureus in vitro. This study is an in vitro study in which 28 petri dishes have been added with 1-2 oses of bacterial culture Staphylococcus aureus and MHA (Mueller Hinton Agar) were used in this study. There were 7 test groups, namely 0.2% chlorhexidine as a positive control (K1), negative control, DMSO (K2), avocado seed extract treatment group 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% respectively as K3-K7. Treatment of avocado seed extract with a concentration of 6% has the ability to grow bacteria Staphylococcus aureus better than the bacterial growth ability of the positive control, chlorhexidine. The increase in extract concentration was in line with the increase in the diameter of the bacterial inhibition zone Staphylococcus aureus. Avocado seed extract (Persea americana mill.) showed effectiveness in inhibiting bacterial growth of Staphylococcus aureus in vitro.

Abstract

As a consequence of the rapid development of infrastructures, there is a scarcity of availability of skilled labor in construction services, so efforts are needed to accelerate the preparation of experts in the field of construction services. Intensive apprenticeship pattern is a program to accelerate the preparation of construction service workers in increasing the relevance of higher education to the world of work as a purpose in this study. Data analysis used comparative analysis and descriptive statistics. The results of the study show that the existing pattern of internship in the field carried out by the sample universities is that there are two things that have not been widely implemented, namely the provision of insurance and special facilities. While other items related to the implementation of internships have a percentage of more than 50 percent. The apprenticeship patterns that can be implemented include through the process of collaboration, socialization, participant registration, self assessment, matriculation, implementation of internships, appraisal, and granting certificates from the Construction Services Business Entity (CSBE/ BUJK). Whereas Certification is carried out in general through Pre-Internship, Internships, Judicium, Post-Judiciary, Graduation and Certification of Young Experts.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools are expected to produce graduates able to create job vacancies and produce competitive job seekers. For this purpose, they need a special curriculum. One of the applicable learning methods relevant to the need is the creation of production units. By having practical experience in a business unit, vocational students are expected to have a motivation to make entrepreneurial endeavors so that vocational graduates are able to work professionally in the industrial world and work independently as entrepreneurs. This research was a descriptive using the qualitative approach. The data were collected by holding interviews to describe the effectiveness of the production unit of a welding workshop in indicating the entrepreneurial preparedness of the students of Public Vocational High School (PVHS) 2 Tulungagung. The research result showed that the implementation of the learning model for welding production unit affected students’ interest in entrepreneurship and preparedness for it. As many as 55.88 percent of respondents expressed their readiness for entrepreneurship after graduation. However, the welding production unit of PVHS 2 Tulungagung still needed evaluation and improvement especially in their marketing, students’ involvement and the management of financial administration

Abstract

Abstrak : penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis Android dengan menggunakan aplikasi Planner 5D terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi APLPIG di SMK Negeri 1 Glagah Banyuwangi T.A. 2022/2023. Penelitian dilakukan mengingat tantangan digitalisasi di sekolah, dimana upaya pemerintah dalam pengembangan digitalisasi pada sekolah masih kontradiktif di lapangan. Hal yang menjadi pokok masalah sebagai berikut: a) belum ada pemanfaatan media Android yang telah tersedia pada siswa, b) media pembelajaran yang digunakan sekolah telah usang dan tidak memadai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan membagi siswa menjadi dua kelas. Kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis Android dengan aplikasi Planner 5D dan kelas kontrol menggunakan media dengan aplikasi SketchUp. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian DPIB 1 dan DPIB 2. Kemudian dilakukan uji pretest dan posttest pada masing-masing kelas. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan data tidak berdistribusi normal tetapi menunjukkan homogen. Maka digunakan uji hipotesis Mann-Whitney didapatkan harga sig sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai asymp.sig.(2-tailed) kurangdari sama dengan α dengan taraf signifikansi α sama dengan 0,05 berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis Android dengan menggunakan aplikasi Planner 5D terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the Teaching Factory (TEFA) program using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The program is implemented in vocational schools, which refers to the standards and procedures applicable in the current industry. In this study, Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Vocational School will be the research subject. The CIPP evaluation model was carried out by collecting data using observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and then it will analyzed using a percentage descriptive system. The research results show that the TEFA program is in good criteria in all four aspects. However, its implementation can improve several points, such as the infrastructure, laboratories, or practical workshops.

Abstract

Rendahnya pemahaman soal HOTS guru disebabkan karena kurangnya pengalaman penggunaan soal HOTS. Pada tataran yang lebih awal, mahasiswa calon guru juga perlu memiliki pemahaman soal HOTS yang mumpuni dan pasti agar ketika menjadi guru nantinya sudah siap dalam menerapkan penilaian dan pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perbedaan pemahaman soal HOTS mahasiswa antara sebelum dan sesudah menempuh mata kuliah yang terkait dengan pengalaman penggunaan soal HOTS, yaitu mata kuliah evaluasi pembelajaran yang mempelajari mengenai soal HOTS secara teoritis, dan mata kuliah PLP (Pengalaman Lapangan Persekolahan) yang mempelajari soal HOTS secara praktis. Dimana nantinya dengan adanya penelitian ini akan memungkinkan diadakan tindakan-tindakan pengoptimalan pemahaman soal HOTS mahasiswa dengan lebih terfokus dan terarah. Metode yang diterapkan untuk penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik komparatif dengan metode one way anova dengan pengujian lanjutan metode scheffe. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan ada perbedaan pemahaman soal HOTS yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah mendapat teori serta praktik penggunaan soal HOTS. Dimana nilai pemahaman soal HOTS rata-rata mahasiswa sebelum menempuh mata kuliah evaluasi pembelajaran sebesar 27,52 dan berada pada kriteria kurang, sedangkan nilai rata-rata mahasiswa sesudah menempuh mata kuliah evaluasi pembelajaran sebesar 32,78 dan berada pada kriteria cukup, serta nilai rata-rata mahasiswa sesudah menempuh mata kuliah PLP sebesar 49,52 dan berada pada kriteria baik.
