Abstract

Learning mathematics is a type of learning that is quite difficult. However, learning will be easier for students to understand if the material presented uses the students' daily context. Learning modules will help students to understand learning in depth. This research aims to develop a mathematics module based on the Banyumasan context. This development research was adapted from the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. Data collection methods were carried out through questionnaires and mathematical literacy tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The research results concluded that: validation results show that the Banyumasan context-based module meets the feasibility standards and is included in the very good category. The results of developing the Banyumasan context-based module were declared practical to use, with a practicality score included in the good category. The results of the development of the Banyumasan context-based module were declared effective in use with the result t-obs = 8.2140 with a critical area of t > 2.030, which means that the mathematical literacy of students who used the Banyumasan context. The context-based module was better than the mathematical literacy of students before using the Banyumasan context-based module. Banyumasan context.

Abstract

Abstrak:Keberadaan soal HOTS sangat penting sebagai salah satu alat mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Namun demikian sebagian guru masih ada kendala dalam membuat soal HOTS. Mahasiswa calon guru secara bertahap disiapkan untuk mampu membuat soal HOTS yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan dan peningkatan pemahaman soal HOTS mahasiswa sebelum, sesudah menempuh mata kuliah pedagogic, dan sesudah praktik lapangan mata kuliah pedagogik. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif dengan oneway anova danuji scheffe dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman soal HOTS mahasiswa sebelum menempuh mata kuliah pedagogik sebesar 27,52 berada pada kategori kurang, sesudah menempuh mata kuliah pedagogik pemahaman mahasiswa sebesar 32,78 berada pada kategori cukup, dan sesudah menempuh praktik lapangan mata kuliah pedagogik pemahaman mahasiswa sebesar 49,52 pada kriteria baik. Terjadi peningkatan pemahaman soal HOTS mahasiswa secara signifikan setelah melaksanakan praktik lapangan mata kuliah pedagogic. Keikutsertaan kuliah teori pedagogic saja belum mampu meningkatkan pemahaman soal HOTS mahasiswa secara signifikan. Kata-kata kunci: pemahaman, soal hots, pedagogic. Abstract: The existence of HOTS questions is very important as one of the tools to achieve national education goals. However, some teachers still have obstacles in making HOTS questions. Teacher candidates are gradually prepared to be able to make good HOTS questions. This study aims to determine the stages and increase students’ understanding of HOTS before, after taking pedagogic courses, and after field practice of pedagogic courses. The analysis technique in this study is comparative descriptive with oneway anova and scheffe test with a significance level of 0.05. The results of thestudy showed that the understanding of HOTS problems of students before taking the pedagogic course was 27.52 in the poor category, after taking the pedagogic course the student understanding of 32.78 was in the sufficient category, and after taking the field practice of the pedagogical course the student understanding was 49.52 in the good criterion. There was a significant increase in students’ understanding of HOTS after carrying out field practice of pedagogic courses. Participation in pedagogic theory lectures alone has not been able to significantly improve students’ understanding of HOTS. Keywords: understanding, hots, pedagogic

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of use of interactive learning media in software application and interior design subjects. This study aims to develop efficient and interactive tiktok video-based learning media in order to help students more easily understand the learning material delivered by the teacher. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) development model and the ADDIE research method which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. To determine the feasibility of this learning media, a design validity test was conducted by media experts, material experts, and users (students). The results of the media expert validity test get a value with very feasible criteria, as well as the results of the material expert validation get a value with very feasible media result validation criteria, the results of small group trials on students get a value with a percentage of 91.54%, then on the other hand the results of large group trials on students get a value with a percentage of 86.79%. Thus, Tiktok Video-Based Learning Media for XII DPIB Students of SMK Islam 1 Blitar in Software Application and Interior Design Subjects can be said to be feasible to use as supporting material in learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze collaboration through teaching factory (TEFA) in making village profile videos as a practice-based learning method involving students, college students, teachers, and the community. The research method used is a case study approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results showed that students successfully improved technical skills, such as camera operation and video editing, as well as soft skills, including teamwork, communication, and problem solving. For students, the project served as a professional development platform in mentoring, team management, and leadership. Teachers act as facilitators, while students become mentors who help students put theory into practice. This collaboration reflects the application of Gray's collaboration theory and Vygotsky's social constructivism through the process of scaffolding and social interaction. In addition, the resulting profile videos positively impacted the village community by promoting local potential and increasing community-based economic awareness. This research proves that TEFA is effective in linking theory and practice and directly contributes to skills development and local economic development.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kulit jengkol (Pithecellobium lobatum Benth.) merupakan limbah organik yang melimpah di pasar tradisional namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kulit jengkol mengandung senyawa aktif seperti alkaloid, flavonoid, glikosida, steroid antrakinon, tanin, saponin, dan asam fenolat yang diketahui memiliki potensi antibakteri. Senyawa-senyawa ini dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri dengan merusak struktur peptidoglikan pada dinding sel sehingga integritas sel terganggu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak kulit jengkol terhadap Streptococcus viridans secara in vitro. Metode: Penelitian eksperimental ini menggunakan rancangan post-test only control group design. Ekstraksi kulit jengkol dilakukan dengan metode maserasi, kemudian dilarutkan dalam DMSO menjadi lima konsentrasi (5%, 10%, 20%, 40%, 80%). Chlorhexidine gluconate 0,2% digunakan sebagai kontrol positif, sedangkan DMSO sebagai kontrol negatif. Uji antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode difusi cakram Kirby-Bauer pada media MHA dengan empat kali pengulangan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 29 dengan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, homogenitas Levene test, dilanjutkan ANOVA dan Post Hoc LSD. Hasil: Rata-rata diameter zona hambat meningkat seiring konsentrasi: 5% (7,325 mm), 10% (9,550 mm), 20% (10,400 mm), 40% (11,800 mm), dan 80% (14,775 mm). Terdapat perbedaan signifikan antar kelompok (p=0,001), kecuali antara konsentrasi 10%-20%, 20%-40%, dan 80% dengan kontrol positif (p>0,05). Simpulan: Ekstrak kulit jengkol efektif menghambat pertumbuhan Streptococcus viridans secara in vitro.Effectiveness test of jengkol peel extract (Pithecellobium lobatum benth.) against Streptococcus viridans growth: a laboratory experimental studyIntroduction: Jengkol peel (Pithecellobium lobatum Benth.) is an abundant organic waste often discarded in traditional markets but remains underutilized. It contains active compounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides, steroids, anthraquinones, tannins, saponins, and phenolic acids, many of which exhibit antibacterial potential. These compounds can inhibit bacterial growth by disrupting the peptidoglycan structure in the bacterial cell wall, thereby compromising cell integrity. This study aimed to analyze the antibacterial effectiveness of jengkol peel extract against Streptococcus viridans in vitro. Methods: This laboratory experimental study used a post-test-only control group design. Jengkol peel was extracted using the maceration method and dissolved in DMSO to obtain five concentrations (5%, 10%, 20%, 40%, and 80%). Chlorhexidine gluconate (0.2%) served as a positive control, and DMSO as a negative control. The antibacterial activity was evaluated using the Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method on Mueller-Hinton agar (MHA), with four replicates per treatment. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 29 with Shapiro-Wilk test for normality, Levene’s test for homogeneity, followed by one-way ANOVA and post hoc LSD tests. Results: The mean inhibition zone diameters increased with higher concentrations: 5% (7.325 mm), 10% (9.550 mm), 20% (10.400 mm), 40% (11.800 mm), and 80% (14.775 mm). Significant differences were observed among treatment groups (p=0.001), except between 10%-20%, 20%-40%, or 80% and the positive control (p>0.05). Conclusion: Jengkol peel extract demonstrates antibacterial activity against Streptococcus viridans in vitro.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam menciptakan perubahan positif dan membangun iklim organisasi yang kondusif, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan. Artikel ini membahas pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas pengambilan keputusan di SMKN 1 Sukorejo. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dituntut untuk memiliki keterampilan inovatif dalam merespons kebutuhan dunia kerja dan industri melalui pengambilan keputusan yang strategis. Implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional tidak hanya meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan seluruh pemangku kepentingan, tetapi juga menghadirkan solusi untuk tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Melalui analisis mendalam, artikel ini menawarkan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi dan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan di lingkungan pendidikan kejuruan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi pasar tenaga kerja di Indonesia berdasarkan kerangka Key Indicators of the Labour Market (KILM) yang dikembangkan oleh International Labour Organization (ILO). Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja meningkat, namun sektor informal masih mendominasi. Produktivitas tenaga kerja, tingkat pengangguran usia muda, ketidakaktifan, dan disparitas upah menjadi tantangan utama. Sektor pertanian tetap menjadi penyerap tenaga kerja terbesar, memperlambat transformasi struktural ekonomi. Kesimpulannya, diperlukan reformasi ketenagakerjaan berbasis peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, pelatihan vokasional, dan penciptaan lapangan kerja formal untuk mewujudkan pasar kerja yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi putaran mesin bubut terhadap kekasaran permukaan material komposit berbasis serat rami. Komposit dibuat dengan metode cetak menggunakan pipa PVC berdiameter 1 inci dan panjang 15 cm, dengan perbandingan volume antara serat dan resin yang telah ditentukan. Proses pembubutan dilakukan pada tiga variasi putaran spindel, yaitu 120 rpm, 660 rpm, dan 1100 rpm. Hasil pengukuran kekasaran permukaan menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan putaran spindel menyebabkan nilai kekasaran meningkat secara signifikan. Kekasaran permukaan terendah sebesar 19,22 µm diperoleh pada putaran 120 rpm, sedangkan nilai kekasaran tertinggi sebesar 37,73 µm terjadi pada putaran 1100 rpm. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa kecepatan putar tinggi meningkatkan gaya potong dan suhu kontak, yang dapat merusak struktur permukaan komposit. Dengan demikian, pemilihan parameter pemesinan yang tepat sangat diperlukan untuk menjaga kualitas permukaan komposit serat rami. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap optimasi proses pemesinan material komposit berbasis serat alam untuk aplikasi teknik dan industri ringan.  Kata kunci— komposit serat rami, kekasaran permukaan, putaran mesin bubut, permesinan komposit.

Abstract

Vocational education is a form of education that prepares students to be ready to enter the world of work in certain fields of work. Currently, the development of Vocational High Schools (SMK) as providers of formal vocational education programs refers to the Merdeka Curriculum, one of which is to improve the relationship between schools and the world of work through the concept of links and matches between schools and industries. Competency Level Test (UTK) is a vocational education development program in the form of learning and competency testing developed by the Automotive Department of SMKN 1 Blitar. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of UTK quantitatively with indicators of context, input, process, product, and outcome aspects. This research is an evaluation study through a descriptive quantitative approach and survey through the CIPPO model (context, input, process, product, outcome). The population in this study were students and alumni using non-probability sampling techniques. The results showed the percentage of the quality level of the context aspect 97.8%; input aspect 92.2%; process aspect 93.8%; product aspect 96.9%; and outcome aspect 97.2%; meaning that the UTK program of the Automotive Department of SMKN 1 Blitar is effective as a student competency test program.

Abstract

The geospatial engineering skills program is a program that focuses on understanding surveying and mapping techniques. At SMK Negeri 1 Singosari in Cartography lessons for class X, learning uses conventional media and 2D printed maps, so efforts are needed to encourage active participation of students. This research aims to develop fun learning media for class X Geospatial Engineering students at SMK Negeri 1 Singosari. The research model applied in developing 3D contour map learning media is Research and Development. The research and development model is carried out using the ADDIE model. The resulting product is a miniature 3D contour map for class X cartography learning in Geospatial Engineering. The contour chosen in this media is the contour of the Mount Bromo area. This miniature 3D contour map media can be accessed using barcodes on Google Earth. The results of the assessment by material experts, media experts, small group and large group students showed a very good category. The learning media developed has advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of learning media are that it includes learning objectives, is equipped with access to the Google Earth application, and is equipped with guidelines on how to read 3D contour maps. Meanwhile, the weakness of this learning media is that it is large.
