Abstract

The Board of Trustees (MABIN) of the Al-Qur'an An-Nahdliyyah Education Park in Metro City was formed and ratified under the auspices of the Branch Management of the Ma'arif NU Educational Institution in Metro City which aims to strengthen capacity and reinforce identity, namely strengthening the capacity of TPQ under the auspices of MABIN TPQ Annahdliyah and confirming the identity that the use of the Annahdliyah method in TPQ is truly the hallmark of TPQ NU. Based on the appreciative findings through various work programs that have been carried out by the management of MABIN TPQ Annahdliyah Metro city and the discovery of problems in structural management and filling in the TPQ Emis data, there is an opportunity to provide assistance to the Management of the Board of Trustees (MABIN) Al-Qur'an An Education Park. - Nahdliyyah Metro City. With the intention that all TPQ units can carry out TPQ structural management properly and can fill in TPQ Emis data. The assistance provided to the management of MABIN TPQ Annahdliyah used the ABCD approach. Assistance in this approach prioritizes the utilization of the potential and assets that the community already has. In this approach, the main capital of the community in achieving change is the ability or potential. The results of the mentoring show that the TPQ-TPQ continue to improve the structural management of their respective TPQs, so that the results of these improvements can complement the data needed in the TPQ Emis data.

Abstract

The quality of this product/service is critical because it is a component of consumer needs that provides an assessment of the product that has been purchased; consumers will buy the product again if the quality matches existing specifications; and consumers will indirectly recommend it to other consumers who will purchase it. The same product of established quality. Clue for business actors: product/service quality is essential for a company's survival; ongoing quality improvement measures in response to competition that can match product quality; and minimizing faults in the manufacturing process. PT. XYZ, the findings of this study will help to reduce waste (defects) by recognizing, understanding, and managing the quality of drinking water glass products in a measured and systematic way. The results show that there is a lot of waste that occurs in product faults (27), and it can be noted that activities have a VA value of 11%, NNV 64%, NVA 11%, and a sigma value of 3, dpmo 12,256 in 250ml bottled glass drinking water goods. There is a need for repairs and control, material inspection prior to the process, regular operator training, warning operators not to make mistakes, replacing or replacing machine units that are no longer suitable, and providing clearer work procedures to resolve defects and waste problems.

Abstract

Industri ritel pakaian mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan seiring meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap tren berpakaian. Dalam persaingan yang ketat ini, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi faktor kunci dalam mempertahankan keberhasilan usaha. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Toko Pakaian Takasimura di Wangkal, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 96 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regersi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R2), dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan nilai signifikansi X1 dan X2 sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan harga dan kualitas pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai F hitung 108,800 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,701 menunjukkan bahwa 70,1% variabel kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh harga dan kualitas pelayanan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi harga dan kualitas pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di sektor ritel pakaian

Abstract

Reading skill is one of main skills in Arabic learning. The problems of learning in Arabic Language Education Study Program in Islamic Institute of Ma’arif NU Metro Lampung isthe method and its use in teaching the skill of reading.It is still taught in grammar translation method and direct method, which were categorized as traditional approach and method.This study aimed to measure the effectiveness of reading skill material based on experiential learning model to improve the students' reading comprehension. Quantitative research was used in this research. This research emphasized on the result of students' abilities from the specific and field experience, and conducting the pretest and post test.The objectives of this researchwas to measure the effectiveness reading skill material based on Experiential Learning model in improving the reading comprehension with 25 participants from students. The results was found thatthe reading material which is developed based on experiental learning model has given significant influence for the improvement in reading skill of student, it could be seen from the reading study result improvement of Arabic Language Education in Islamic Instituteof Ma’arif NU Metro Lampung. This research found thatExperiential Learninghas the significant impact to improve basic reading skill of students.

Abstract

The Islamic Boarding School of Nahdlotul Ulum Metro faces challenges in teaching Arabic to elementary school students, resulting in limited vocabulary and boredom. This research aims to enhance students' speaking skills and vocabulary by employing thematic dictionaries. Conducted through qualitative field research, data was collected via observation, interviews with the head of the Islamic Boarding School, an Arabic teacher, and eight students, along with documentation. Employing technical and temporal triangulation, the researcher cross-verified information. After applying thematic dictionaries to improve speaking skills, students exhibited significant progress. They mastered Arabic letter writing, including recognizing letters at the beginning, middle, or end of words. The school's method of teaching alphabet basics and gradually introducing word formation contributed to this success. Students progressed from letter recognition to practical application in constructing words and speaking in Arabic. The positive outcomes underscore the effectiveness of thematic dictionaries in enhancing beginners' vocabulary and speaking skills. The research also presents a storyboard detailing the successful application of thematic dictionaries, offering a valuable resource for educators. This study contributes to addressing the initial challenges faced by the Islamic Boarding School, providing insights into practical methods for improving Arabic language instruction for elementary school students.

Abstract

Desa Labuhan Maringgai menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola limbah ampas tahu yang sering dibuang atau digunakan sebagai pakan ternak murah. Limbah ini meskipun kaya akan nutrisi, dapat mencemari lingkungan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan limbah ampas tahu menjadi produk kerupuk yang bernilai ekonomis, serta meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang nilai gizi dan ekonomi dari pengolahan limbah tersebut. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui dua tahap: pertama, penyuluhan tentang pemanfaatan limbah ampas tahu; kedua, pelatihan praktis pembuatan kerupuk ampas tahu. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan berbasis masyarakat dengan melibatkan anggota PKK Desa Labuhan Maringgai. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang tinggi, dengan tingkat kehadiran mencapai 98%. Sebanyak 90% peserta memahami materi yang disampaikan dan berhasil membuat kerupuk dari ampas tahu. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi keluarga dan mengurangi dampak limbah ampas tahu di masyarakat.

Abstract

Miniplant, UMKM  Roby Jaya is a seafood processing company that has quality control issues due to product defect levels.  The purpose of this study is to identify the most common types of faults, investigate the causes, and suggest improvement measures to improve production quality. The Seven Tools technique was employed in this study, which included check sheets, flowcharts, pareto diagrams, histograms, scatter diagrams, control charts, and fishbone diagrams, while the 5W + 1H concept was used to develop improvement proposals.  The investigation revealed that the most common forms of flaws were broken meat (72.31%) and unclean meat (27.69%), with humans, the environment, materials, and production procedures serving as the primary causes. To improve product quality, the organization should raise employee labor effectiveness, optimize the production process, and conduct periodic evaluations.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of holistic education through annual activities in shaping the character of female students at Darussalam Gontor Putri 8 Modern Islamic Boarding School. Holistic education at Gontor is not limited to classroom instruction but is also embedded in various extracurricular and institutional traditions such as Khutbatu-l-‘Arsy Introduction Week (PKA), Porseni, Panggung Gembira, and scouting activities. These activities serve not merely as formal events, but as systematic platforms for internalizing core character values including discipline, responsibility, leadership, cooperation, and independence. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, this research collected data through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, with participants comprising fifth- and sixth-grade female students, supervising teachers, and archival records of annual activities. The findings reveal that students’ active involvement in planning and organizing these activities fosters comprehensive character development. They acquire leadership experience, decision-making ability, conflict resolution skills, teamwork, and accountability across diverse roles. Moreover, the activities nurture honesty, managerial competence, and solidarity within the student body. In conclusion, annual activities at Gontor function as a vital mechanism in implementing holistic education, effectively cultivating sustainable character values among female students. This study contributes to the discourse on character education by demonstrating how structured extracurricular traditions within Islamic boarding schools can serve as integral instruments of holistic education. It provides practical insights for educators and policymakers seeking sustainable models of character formation that extend beyond classroom learning, thereby reinforcing the role of institutional culture in shaping students’ moral and social competencies

Abstract

Ikan sidat (Anguilla sp.) merupakan jenis ikan yang mempunyai nilai permintaan ekspor yang tinggi di Indonesia. Tetapi pada tahun 2011 volume ekspor menurun sebesar 39.1% yang diakibatkan oleh lambatnya laju pertumbuhan karena rendahnya daya cerna protein, karbohidrat dan lemak dalam pakan oleh sidat. Pemeriksaan histopatologi merupakan salah satu cara dalam mendiagnosa adanya perubahan sel dalam jaringan ikan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksperimental dengan dosis probiotik yang berbeda 10 ml/kg; 15 ml/kg; 20 ml/kg dan 25 ml/kg dan penambahan minyak ikan masing-masing 5%. Dari hasil penelitian, nilai skoring kerusakan histopatologi lambung terendah pada perlakuan dosis 15 ml/kg diperoleh rata-rata dan standart deviasi kerusakan jaringan sebesar (1.40±0.20) radang; (1.27±0.23) kongesti dan (1.53±0.43) nekrosis. Sedangkan nilai makrofag tertinggi pada dosis 15ml/kg dengan nilai 2.13±0.31 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai tersebut mampu memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap histopatologi lambung pada ikan sidat (Anguilla sp.) selama masa pemeliharaan. Penggunaan probitoik dapat menurunkan resiko kerusakan histopatologi lambung ikan sidat dan dapat lebih efektif meningkatkan daya cerna ikan sidat sehingga dapat diaplikasikan pada budidaya ikan sidat (Anguilla sp.) dengan dosis 15ml/kg dan minyak ikan 5% pada pellet guna meminimalisir kerusakan jaringan pada sel.Kata kunci: Ikan sidat, Kesehatan ikan, Probiotik, Histopatologi
