Abstract

Latar belakang: Remaja memiliki peran yang penting dalam pelaksanaan program kesehatan, salah satunya berkaitan dengan penggunaan teknologi oleh remaja dalam media penyebaran informasi dan komunikasi kesehatan khususnya terkait kesehatan ibu dan anak dengan sasaran para ibu milenial. Tujuan: Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan peran serta remaja dalam upaya peningkatan kesehatan ibu dan anak.. Metode: Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Oktober 2022 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Poncol. Tahapan kegiatan antara lain koordinasi, FGD, dan sosialisasi kepada remaja yang berasal dari karang taruna di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Poncol. Hasil: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap. Pada tahap FGD, didapatkan hasil bahwa remaja masih kurang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan ibu dan anak, namun mereka memiliki keinginan untuk berkontribusi dalam upaya tersebut. Sehingga dibutuhkan penekanan dan penjelasan mengenai peran apa saja yang dapat dilakukan oleh para remaja. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan dengan menjelaskan peran remaja dalam kesehatan ibu dan anak, isu kesehatan ibu dan anak yang perlu menjadi perhatian, dan lain sebagainya. Kegiatan sosialisasi dihadiri oleh perwakilan dari 10 kelompok Karang Taruna di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Poncol. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan terlaksana dengan baik pada seluruh tahapannya. Respon remaja cukup baik, meskipun beberapa kelurahan hanya mengirimkan beberapa perwakilan saja akibat permasalahan waktu dan agenda. Mereka berharap terdapat pendampingan lebih lanjut untuk sasaran kesehatan remaja ke depannya.

Abstract

Partnership is relationship that was build between various parties both individuals, groups and organizations that interacted with each other and coordination in achieving common goals. In carrying out health development the Government cannot move on its own without involving non-government stakeholders who have an important role in tackling stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine stakeholder commitment in a partnership to reduce stunting through sensitive nutrition interventions. The types of qualitative research were analyzed descriptively and in-depth interviews and observations. Research location in Central Maluku Regency, 2019. The results of the study explained that there was already a division of roles of the relevant regional apparatus organizations in terms of stunting efforts within the scope of local government and community leaders but there was no division of roles with non-governmental organizations. In terms of partnership experience, all relevant regional apparatus organizations have collaborated, but there is no experience in partnering with non-government organizations. For special fund allocations, there is no budget allocation for special funds for stunting prevention in the regions, thus hampering the smooth operation of partnership activities. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there has been no partnership relationship established between the local government and non-governmental organizations in terms of stunting prevention efforts, this is evident in the division of roles and experiences in partnering with stunting prevention efforts not yet involved, and for the allocation of special funds for stunting prevention has not been regulated in the regions because there is no regional action plan yet.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is affected by the quality of care provided by hospitals. Background: According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2022, the waiting time in Indonesian hospitals is still far from ideal. Lean can be used as a method to solve this problem. Lean is a systematic approach to eliminate waste and improve efficiency. Lean Hospital aims to improve the quality of patient care by reducing waiting time. This study aims to determine the effect of lean management on the efficiency of hospital services in Indonesia. This study was a systematic review and meta-analysis using the PRISMA diagram. The search for articles was based on the eligibility criteria of the PICO model. P = Hospital Management; I = Hospitals that Implement Lean Management; C = Hospitals that Do Not Implement Lean Management; O = Service Efficiency. The articles used were from 4 databases, namely: Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, PubMed, and Researchgate. With keywords including "Lean" AND "service efficiency" AND "hospital" AND "cross sectional". The articles were analyzed using the PRISMA diagram and the Review Manager application. The implementation of Lean hospital services can significantly improve efficiency, as indicated by an odds ratio of 2.43, consistent with previous studies. The p-value in the heterogeneity test is less than 0.05, indicating no heterogeneity problem.

Abstract

Good health services provide services that are effective, safe, and of high quality.  Efforts that have been made by the management of Tegal MS Hospital in maintaining and improving the quality of service, namely by holding training and simulation of excellent service, socializing BPJS Health related to a tiered referral system, equipping medical and non-medical equipment, repairing infrastructure, and carrying out standardization according to accreditation guideline assessments.  This research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on BPJS Health patient satisfaction in the outpatient unit of Tegal MS Hospital. This type of research is observational research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were BPJS Kesehatan patients in the outpatient unit of Tegal MS Hospital who met the inclusion criteria of this study. Based on calculations with the Slovin formula above, a research sample of 99.9 was obtained, and the results were rounded up to 100 respondents. Data analyzed use univariate analysis, bivariate analysis, and multivariate analysis. The infrastructure variable positively and significantly influences patient satisfaction with a p- value of 0.026 <0.05. Research results from Infrastructure variable, variable Personnel Quality, Clinical Care Process Variables, Administrative Procedure Variables, Variables Patient Safety Indicator, Hospital Image Variable, Social Responsibility Variable, Trust Variable to House Sick has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction variables with the results of p- values each variable < 0.05. To examine patient satisfaction, apart from using service quality as the dependent variable, future researchers are also expected to be able to add other dependent variables such as hospital cost factors, patient emotional factors, or family economic conditions and even other variables that might affect the level of patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Background: Breast milk is optimal for infant nutrition, and to ensure its sustained practice, maternal assistance from partners is essential, so that the breastfeeding process runs according to the expectations of the couple. Objectives: To identify the forms of support offered by partners for breastfeeding continuity. Methods: This research was conducted through a systematic review of qualitative research using three databases, namely PubMed, Scopus, and ScienceDirect, published from 2014 to 2023. The JBI Critical Appraisal Checklist for Qualitative Research was utilized to critically evaluate the included publications, resulting in the inclusion of five studies. Results: Within the breastfeeding context, "husband support" can refer to several types of assistance, including emotional support, seeking breastfeeding information, helping with the mother's work, assisting in parenting responsibilities, and confiding in the mother and financial support. Only two of the seven studies indicated receiving financial support to replace the husband's role. Support from a partner makes a mother feel more confident about breastfeeding her baby. A positive response from the partner will help the mother feel more comfortable while breastfeeding her child. Conclusions: This systematic review provides a valuable reference for future research development by considering the phenomenon of spousal support for breastfeeding participation.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kualitas memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat dengan kepuasan pasien, yaitu kualitas memberikan suatu dorongan kepada pasien untuk menjalani ikatan hubungan yang kuat dengan rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, yang pada gilirannya menghasilkan kepuasan pasien dan kesetiaan pelanggan kepada rumah sakit yang memberikan kualitas yang memuaskan.3 Layanan harus memenuhi lima dimensi utama untuk memastikan pelanggan puas. instrument pengukuran untuk perspektif mutu menurut pelanggan yang meliputi lima dimensi, yaitu: Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy dan Tangible.5 Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan menjadi hal penting perlu diwujudkan oleh sarana pelayanan kesehatan seperti rumah sakit. Untuk memenuhi standar ini, fasilitas kesehatan harus terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas perawatan yang mereka berikan. Tujuan: Tujuan studi narrative literatur review ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap tingkat kepuasan terhadap pelayanan rawat jalan. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah 2019 sampai 2024. Sumber artikel berasal dari jurnal nasional dan internasional yang diperoleh dari database Google Scholar, dengan kata kunci: kepuasan pasien, mutu pelayanan kesehatan, dan rawat jalan rumah sakit. Artikel kemudian disaring berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Hasil : Telaah terhadap 7 jurnal menunjukkan beberapa indikator kualitas pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien, yaitu keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik. Kesimpulan: Dari hasil analisis jurnal dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan pasien rawat jalan dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Semakin baik mutu pelayanan, semakin baik pula respon pasien terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit khususnya bagian penunjang. Salah satu dampak positifnya adalah loyalitas pasien yang meningkat dan pasien percaya dengan hasil penunjang yang diperoleh, sehingga mereka cenderung kembali untuk berobat ke rumah sakit dan merekomendasikan kepada khalayak umum untuk dapat berobat ke rumah sakit.

Abstract

Kesehatan remaja merupakan hal yang krusial untuk diperhatikan. Kelurahan Bulusan Kota Semarang telah mengaktifkan posyandu remaja sejak tahun 2022. Meskipun demikian, penggalakan kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai hidup sehat baik fisik, mental maupun sosial pada remaja perlu untuk dilakukan. Oleh karena itu dilakukan pelaksanaan pengabdian untuk penggerakan hidup sehat (healthy lifestyle) pada remaja dengan melibatkan lintas sektor seperti Forum Kesehatan Kelurahan, Kelurahan, dan Kecamatan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan pada bulan September hingga November 2023. Dalam pelaksanaannya dilakukan koordinasi perizinan, pengembangan media edukasi, pelaksanaan sosialisasi, dan evaluasi. Penguatan kesehatan fisik, mental, maupun sosial perlu dilakukan dan diperlukan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, tidak hanya sektor kesehatan tetapi juga non kesehatan.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data Puskesmas Padangsari, diketahui bahwa cakupan pelayanan balita sudah mencapai 100% atau sebanyak 1.167 balita pada tahun 2023. Namun, kasus penyakit pada balita masih cukup tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan masyarakat, khususnya ibu balita untuk menerapkan MTBS berbasis masyarakat di lingkungan rumah untuk penurunan angka kesakitan pada bayi dan balita. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2024 dengan peserta kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah ibu bayi dan balita, kader FKK, dan kader kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Padangsari. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Posyandu di Kelurahan Jabungan. Pada kegiatan tersebut disampaikan mengenai tanda bahaya pada balita, upaya perawatan di rumah untuk kasus diare, demam, dan batuk, perlindungan dari kekerasan dan kekerasan seksual bagi balita, dan lain sebagainya. Ibu balita di wilayah Puskesmas Padangsari khususnya di Kelurahan Jabungan menunjukkan partisipasi yang baik. Para ibu balita menunjukkan komitmen yang baik untuk melakukan pemantauan kesehatan balita mereka.

Abstract

All healthcare facilities are required to implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR). The implementation of this policy faces various challenges, one of which is the bureaucratic structure in hospitals. This study aims to analyze the success of EMR implementation with a focus on the aspect of bureaucratic structure based on George Edward III's policy implementation model. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach conducted in three type C hospitals. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, and documentation studies involving 13 informants, which included the head of the medical records installation, the head of the information technology installation, medical recorders and health information, information technology officers, and the head of the medical services department. Hospitals that form special teams for EMR implementation have more controlled and efficient processes compared to hospitals that rely on existing organizational structures. The presence of a special team facilitates coordination, socialization, and training of healthcare personnel in the use of EMR. Meanwhile, hospitals that do not form a special team experience obstacles in coordination and delays in system adoption, despite receiving support from the system developers. An effective bureaucratic structure plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of EMR. Therefore, hospitals are advised to form a special team for the implementation of EMR to accelerate system adoption and improve the quality of healthcare services.

Abstract

AbstrakPembangunan kesehatan program utamanya adalah program Indonesia sehat yang pencapaiannya direncanakan melalui Rencana strategis Kementrian Kesehatan Tahun 2015-2019 yang ditetapkan melalui Kemenkes RI Nomor HK.02.02/Menkes/52/2015.  Program Indonesia sehat adalah salah satu program agenda ke -5 Nawa Cita yaitu meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia Indonesia. Indikator keluarga sehat antara lain: 1) keluarga mengikuti program Keluarga Berencana (KB), 2) ibu melakukan persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan, 3) bayi mendapat imunisasi dasar lengkap, 4) bayi mendapat air susu ibu (ASI) eksklusif, 5) balita mendapatkan pematauan pertumbuhan, 6) penderita tuberkulosis paru mendapatkan pengobatan sesuai standar, 7) penderita hipertensi melakukan pengobatan secara teratur, 8) penderita gangguan jiwa mendapatkan pengobatan dan tidak ditelantarkan, 9) anggota keluarga tidak ada yang merokok, 10) keluarga sudah menjadi anggota Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), 11) keluarga mempunyai akses sarana air bersih, 12) keluarga mempunyai akses atau menggunakan jamban sehat.. Tujuan dari literature review ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep, model atau teori yang efektif digunakan untuk mengeketahui gambaran indeks keluarga sehat di beberapa daerah Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dengan cara melakukan pencarian beberapa studi yang diterbitkan melalui database Google Scholar. Studi yang dipilih diterbitkan dari tahun 2017-2021. Setelah dilakukan pencarian artikel dengan kata kunci tersebut maka total artikel yang di review dalam tinjauan literatur ini sebanyak 5 (lima) artikel. Berdasarkan hasil uji Univariat terhadap data penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar klasifikasi indeks keluarga sehat (IKS) terdapat pada status pra-sehat, yaitu di Desa Suguling 80%, di daerah terpencil di Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 52%, dan di Desa Nulle sebesar 56.49%. Kata Kunci: Pencapaian, Program, Indonesia Sehat AbstractThe main health development program is the Healthy Indonesia program, the achievement of which is planned through the Ministry of Health's Strategic Plan for 2015-2019 which is stipulated by the Indonesian Ministry of Health Number HK.02.02 / Menkes / 52/2015. The Healthy Indonesia Program is one of Nawa Cita's 5 years programs agenda, namely improving the quality of life of Indonesian people. Healthy family indicators include: 1) the family follows the Family Planning program, 2) the mother gives birth at a health facility, 3) the baby gets complete basic immunization, 4) the baby gets exclusive breast breastfeeding, 5) the toddler gets monitoring growth, 6) patients with pulmonary tuberculosis receive treatment according to standards, 7) patients with hypertension receive regular treatment, 8) people with mental disorders receive treatment and are not neglected, 9) family members do not smoke, 10) the family is a member of the Health Insurance National, 11) families have access to clean water facilities, 12) families have access or use healthy latrines. The purpose of this literature review is to find out concepts, models or theories that are effectively used to determine the description of the index of healthy families in several areas. Indonesia. The method used is by searching for several published studies through the Google Scholar database. Selected studies were published from 2017-2021. After searching for articles with these keywords, the total number of articles reviewed in this literature review was 5 (five) articles. Based on the results of the Univariate test on research data, it shows that most of the classifications of healthy family index are in pre-healthy status, namely in Suguling Village 80%, in remote areas in Sikka Regency at 52%, and in Nulle Village at 56.49%.Keywords: Attainment, Program, Healthy Indonesian
