Abstract

Kontrak asuransi jiwa merupakan suatu perlimpahan resiko, maka inti dari kontrak tersebut adalah mengenai uang pertanggungan yang akan diterima dan premi yang harus dibayar pada waktu yang telah ditentukan dan disepakati dalam kontrak tersebut; dengan demikian, kontrak asuransi dapat dikatakan sebagai suatu perjanjian yang mengandung hak dan kewajiban tiap pihak dalam kontrak tersebut. Para pihak tersebut adalah pertama - penanggung atau asurandor, yaitu orang atau badan hukum - perusahaan asuransi yang bersedia mengambil alih dan/atau menerima resiko, dalam bentuk pembayaran kerugian. dan yang kedua - tertanggung yang berkewajiban membayar premi dan menerima penggantian kerugian apabila terjadi suatu peristiwa yang telah ditentukan pula dalam kontrak tersebut. Akan tetapi, pihak tertanggung dapat mengajukan perubahan terhadap ketentuan dalam polisnya, dengan mnegajukan kepada pihak perusahaan asuransi untuk merubah polis tersebut menjadi polis bebas premi ataupun memperkecil jumlah premi sesuai kemampuan tertanggung berdasarkan kesepakatan kedua belah pihak; apabila terjadi suatu perselisihan atau sengketa, maka pihak tertanggung dapat mengajukan ke pengadilan negeri atau melalui Arbitrase sesuai dengan Pasal 16 Keputusan Menteri Keuangan No: 422IKMR/0612003 yang melarang adanyapembatasan upaya hukum bagi para pihak.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran praktik chasis dan pemindah daya kompetensi pemeliharaan dan perbaikan sistem power steering dan mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan guru dan  siswa  mengenai  perangkat  pembelajaran  yang  telah  dikembangkan  tersebut.  Penelitian  ini  menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan 4D (define, design, develop ,disseminate ). Hasil validasi ahli terhadap RPP (4,2), modul (4,16), job-sheet (4,06), power point (4,13) adalah sangat valid dan dapat digunakan dengan sedikit revisi. Rata-rata hasil angket respon guru terhadap perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan adalah 329,75 dengan kategori baik. Rata-rata hasil angket respon siswa terhadap perangkat pem- belajaran adalah 4034,6 dengan kategori baik. Pembelajaran yang dikembangkan telah layak untuk digunakan ber- dasarkan respon siswa dan guru. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran sedangkan untuk pada penelitian selanjutnya, efektifitas perangkat pembelajaran perlu diamati melalui perbandingan dengan perangkat pembelajaran sebelumnya.

Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar pada tingkat sekolah dasar mata pelajaran sains memerlukan pembelajaran konkret yang mampu menciptakan kondisi belajar peserta didik lebih menarik, dan menyenangkan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan ragam media belajar terhadap hasil belajar, aktivitas belajar dan tanggapan peserta didik terhadap pemanfaatan ragam media belajar pada materi organ tubuh manusia dan hewan di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimental design nonequivalent pre-test and post-test control-group design. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, metode tes, metode observasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian meliputi ketuntasan hasil belajar dianalisis dengan one sample t test, peningkatan hasil belajar dianalisis dengan uji N-gain, uji perbedaan rata-rata dua kelompok dianalisis dengan independent sample test, aktivitas peserta didik, aktivitas guru dan tanggapan peserta didik dianalisis dengan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas peserta didik dan guru menjadi sangat aktif dan kategori sangat baik. Tanggapan peserta didik terhadap ragam media tergolong kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sistem informasi administrasi yang baik merupakan faktor penting dalam proses administrasi perpustakaan sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah berbais web dengan wordpress dan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem yang dirancang. Data-data yang digunakan dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara serta dokumentasi. Jenis metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Research and Develompment (R&D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model waterfall. Prinsip pendekatan sistem yang diterapkan model ini terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu analisis, disain, coding, pengujian serta implementasi & maintenance. Sedangkan platform CMS yang digunakan adalah Wordpress serta software phpMyAdmin sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai manajemen basis data (pengelola database). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah berbasis web dengan wordpress yang dirancang dinyatakan valid dan praktis untuk dapat digunakan sebagai sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah berbasis web ini akan mampu memberikan layanan perpustakaan yang lebih baik bagi siswa, guru dan staf. Sehingga keberadaan sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah berbasis web dengan wordpress memberikan beberapa manfaat dalam proses pelaksanaan layanan perpustakaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the validity of the Plotagon animated educational video about photosynthesis material in Class IV SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. The research used in development research is the ADDIE model which refers to the Robert Maribe Branch. in this stage using 5 stages of development namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The learning media uses the Plotagon application which was developed by applying learning, especially in the photosynthesis process material. The method of collecting data in this study is using observation, interviews, and questionnaires.This validity assessment was adjusted to the overall assessment of the validity test results of this development research to produce a product in the form of a plotagon animation video on photosynthesis material with details (1) the material expert validator test obtained results suitable for use and a small revision was needed with a value of 83 (2) the material expert test obtained the results are very feasible with a value of 75 (3) the media development test for students obtains a value of 76. Based on the results of the due diligence test it is concluded that the animated video plotagon on photosynthesis material is suitable for use as learning media at SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang in a good category and can be used properlyr

Abstract

Karaoke is basically a form of entertainment involving the use of a karaoke machine which provides audio, visual, and also textual information at the same time. Having these features, karaoke offers some promising and potential uses to the language teaching, because it involves both linguistic processing and language articulation. This research aims at investigating the effect of karaoke activities on students’ English pronunciation. Employing the one-group pretest-posttest design, 34 students of the X MIPA 3 class of SMA Negeri 14 Jakarta in academic year 2018/2019 learnt pronunciation through karaoke activities in five sessions. Using Wilcoxon Sign Ranks Test, the hypothesis test revealed that karaoke activities significantly affected the tenth graders’ English pronunciation at SMA Negeri 14 Jakarta.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: (1) improve learning outcomes on the theme of Technology Development through the Flipped Classroom model, (2) improve reading comprehension skills on the theme of Technology Development through the Flipped Classroom model, (3) increase teacher activity on the theme of Technology Development through the Flipped model. Classroom. This research is a CAR that is planned and carried out by the researchers themselves assisted by colleagues as observers which is carried out in three cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of Class III A SD N 01 Sidomulyo for the academic year 2020/2021 as many as 21 students. The results of this study indicate that: (1) learning outcomes on the theme of the development of Indonesian language content in terms of knowledge (KI 3) which are seen from the learning outcomes test are 90.4% in cycles 1 and 2 and reach 100% in cycle 3, from in terms of skills (KI 4) as seen from the LKPD containing Indonesian as much as 90.4% in cycle 1, 95.2% in cycle 2, and reaching 100% in cycle 3. (2) Reading comprehension skills on the theme of Technological Development refer to indicators of reading comprehension skills presented by Widasari, MU (2017: 15) with details of the achievement of indicators in cycle 1 as much as 71.5%, cycle 2 as much as 85.7%, and reaching 100% in cycle 3. (3) Teacher activities using the application of the Flipped Classroom model was measured using an observation sheet on the application of the Flipped Classroom model, the results obtained in cycle 1 were 59%, cycle 2 was 74%, and cycle 3 was 87.5%. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the Flipped Classroom model can improve learning outcomes, reading comprehension skills, and teacher activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the picture related to euthanasia that occurs and applies in Indonesia. What if, due to technological advances, there is "taking other people's lives" or "letting other people's lives be stolen by death. This research uses normative legal analysis. The data collection method uses the snowball method to continuously dig from various sources, books, other related literature studies. The results of this study illustrate that 1) The perspective of the Criminal Code in Indonesia is that convicting a person is not only because he has committed an act that fulfills the elements. - only the elements of the formulation of offenses (criminal act, actus reus) but still have to be taken into consideration is the problem of whether or not the person concerned is accountable for his actions (criminal responsibility, men's rea), 2) As a philosophical basis regarding the prohibition of euthanasia states, all kinds of killings are against morals.

Abstract

Leadership and management are pivotal in enhancing service quality within faith-based educational institutions. This study examines how leadership and management synergy improves school services in a faith-based educational institution in Madiun, East Java. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that effective leadership fosters collaboration among stakeholders, optimizes resource allocation, and implements innovative educational strategies that enhance interdisciplinary learning and student engagement. The school also emphasizes character education to support holistic student development, integrates digital tools to modernize teaching practices, and adopts adaptive assessment strategies to ensure comprehensive evaluation of student competencies. Furthermore, the dual governance system, blending religious identity with national educational standards, highlights the importance of adaptive leadership in maintaining institutional balance. Challenges identified include disparities in resource allocation, scalability of character development programs, and uneven implementation of technology integration. These findings offer a framework for other faith-based institutions to enhance service quality by prioritizing collaborative leadership, professional development, and sustainable management practices. This research contributes valuable insights into effective leadership models in the context of faith-based education and provides actionable recommendations for achieving long-term excellence in service delivery.
