Abstract

This research aims to provide an exercise that can increase the endurance of Dojo Ziezoyuki Karate Academy athletes. Because by providing good endurance training, an athlete will be able to apply techniques and tactics to the maximum, so that with excellent endurance abilities the opportunity to achieve achievements will be easier. This research is experimental research, where this research is used to determine whether there is an influence or effect on an object that has been studied. In this study, data collection was carried out using a multiple choice question type test using an initial test (pretest) and a final test (post-test). The population of this study were all karate athletes who actively trained at the ZIEZOYUKI KARATE ACADEMY Dojo, totaling 20 karateka. sample of 30 people with a sampling technique using total sampling. The instrument used in this research is the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). In this research, data collection was carried out during the pre-test and post-test. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using Paired-test with the help of SPSS at a significance level of 5%. . The normality test was carried out using the IBM SPSS 20 software. The homogeneity test was carried out with the help of the IBM SPSS 20 software using the Levene's test with reference to the probability value or Sig. based on mean. The VO2 pretest results for men showed that the minimum value was 22.25, the maximum value was 40.13, the mean was 31.5625, the median was 31.1900, and the standard deviation was 5.80528. Meanwhile, the VO2 pretest results for women had a minimum value of 6.60, a maximum value of 31.19, a mean of 20.2075, a median of 23.3650, and a standard deviation of 8.25331. After carrying out the VO2 posttest, the maximum value increased to a minimum value of 28.95, a maximum value of 45.72, a mean of 37.7108, a median of 36.2200, and a standard deviation of 6.09969 for men, while for women the posttest VO2 result was a minimum value of 11.07 , maximum value 37.90, mean 23.0863, median 23.9250, and standard deviation 8.79715. It is proven that efforts to increase VO2 Max through shuttle run training have an influence on increasing VO2 Max Karateka Dojo ZIEZOYUKI KARATE ACADEMY in 2023, and have a big influence on performance when Karateka competes directly.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent of the integration of local wisdom (ethnoscience) in the science learning evaluation instrument. The study conducted in the form of the type of instrument developed, measurement of instrument quality and also the instrument development model used. This study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) study using the PRISMA method with the stages of formulating research questions, collecting literature, determining inclusion and exclusion criteria, collecting data from literature that is still in the inclusion criteria, data analysis and data presentation. The literature was excavated from the Google Scholar and eric.ed.gov websites in the period 2015 – 2025. The number of literature that met the inclusion criteria was 12 articles. The results of the study stated that: 1) the integration of local wisdom (ethnoscience) in the science learning evaluation instrument is limited to the form of tests; 2) the measurement of instrument quality carried out in the form of validity, reliability, discrimination and difficulty level tests and 3) the test development model used partly uses the ADDIE development model.

Abstract

Sebagian besar siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami dan menguasai teknik dasar tersebut secara optimal. Model pembelajaran konvensional yang lebih berpusat pada guru cenderung membuat siswa pasif dan kurang termotivasi. Oleh karena itu, perlu diterapkan model pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa secara aktif dalam memahami dan mempraktikkan teknik dasar passing bawah bola voli.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan model pelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap hasil belajar pasing bawah bola voli. PBL ini menekankan masalah pada kehidupan nyata, pada penelitian ini ditemukan rendahnya hasil belajar pasing bawah bola voli. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes tulis dan tes keterampilan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakkan pretest dan postest  design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII A dan B SMP Negeri yang berjumlah 61 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis yaitu uji deskriptif, uji deskriptif N-Gain ternormalisasi, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan T-test. Hasil uttama penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap hasil belajar pasing bawah bola voli pada peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bawah bola voli pada peserta didik kelas VIII.

Abstract

The growing demand for students to think critically, creatively, and solve complex problems highlights the importance of assessment models based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). However, implementing evaluation models that genuinely promote higher-level thinking skills remains challenging, particularly in designing and applying appropriate instruments in the classroom. This study aims to systematically review various HOTS-oriented assessment models within primary and secondary education contexts. A systematic literature review was conducted on scientific articles published between 2015 and 2024. The findings indicate that HOTS-based evaluation models commonly integrate performance assessments, projects, case studies, and open-ended questions that require analysis and synthesis. The study also reveals that the successful implementation of HOTS assessment models is strongly influenced by teachers’ competencies, curriculum support, and the use of appropriate scoring rubrics. These findings imply the need for ongoing professional development for educators to effectively design and implement assessment models aligned with the development of higher-order thinking skills in a contextual and sustainable manner

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi tuntutan profesional guru sosiologi untuk menerapkan asesemen dalam pembelajaran sesuai amanat kurikulum merdeka. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan penerapan asesmen dalam Pembelajaran Sosiologi Kurikulum Merdeka di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Mataram. Lokasi Penelitian di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Mataram. Adapun yang menjadi narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah guru sosiologi, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, dan perwakilan siswa kela X dan XI. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Penemuan hasil penelitian 1) Penerapan asesemen Pembelajaran Sosiologi mengikuti 3 Jenis asesmen kurikulum merdeka berupa asesemen diagnostik, formatif, sumatif; 2) Guru menggunkan berbagai metode inovatif dalam menerapakan asesemen; 3) Asesemen memiliki peran penting membantu siswa memahami materi, meningkatkan motivasi, dan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis; 4) Tantangan utama dalam penerapan asesemen seperti asesemen diagnostik dan formatif yang belum optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum across various educational institutions in Indonesia through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) supported by bibliometric analysis. A total of 30 Scopus-indexed articles, were analyzed using the PRISMA protocol to identify implementation strategies, key challenges, and student learning outcomes following the curriculum adoption. The findings indicate that common implementation strategies include teacher professional development, school leadership enhancement, project-based learning, and the integration of local values into the curriculum. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, such as limited pedagogical competencies, inadequate digital infrastructure, and disparities in curriculum quality across regions. In terms of learning outcomes, the Merdeka Curriculum has shown potential in enhancing student engagement, critical thinking, and independent learning, particularly in institutions with strong institutional readiness. The study recommends policies to improve teacher capacity, reduce administrative burdens, ensure equitable access to technology, and promote cross-sector collaboration as critical measures to strengthen curriculum implementation. This review contributes valuable insights for policymakers and educational practitioners in designing evidence-based strategies to support the success of Indonesia’s national curriculum reform.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang akan diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VI di SD No. 1 Sobangan Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025 yang berjumlah 25 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 13 putra dan 12 putri. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar tes dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menerapkan model pembelajaran Problemt Based Learning yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, hasil siklus I pada aspek pengetahuan peserta didik yang mendapatkan kategori tuntas sebesar (52%) dan pada aspek keterampilan peserta didik mendapatkan kategori tuntas sebesar (16%) Setalah diberikan siklus II pada aspek pengetahuan peserta didik yang mendapatkan kategori tuntas sebesar (84%) dan pada aspek keterampilan peserta didik yang mendapatkan kategori tuntas sebesar (80%). Berdasarkan hasil diatas menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajarn Problem Based Learning ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar terhadap peserta didik kelas VI SD No. 1 Sobangan Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025.

Abstract

Background: The development of learning independence is very necessary in the success of the learning process. Students who have high learning independence tend to learn better, are able to monitor, evaluate, and manage their study schedules effectively. More than that, students can estimate the time in working on the project. Aim: This study aims to examine the effect of the implementation of the project-based learning model on the learning outcomes of entrepreneurial crafts in terms of the learning independence of class X students. Method: This research is an experimental research with a factorial design method. The research data was obtained through a student learning independence questionnaire and also a student comprehension test. This study involved 32 students who were taken using a random sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 26, by conducting descriptive statistical tests, prerequisite tests namely normality and homogeneity tests, and then tested research hypothesis using two-way Anova. Findings: Project-based learning models are more effective than direct learning models in improving learning outcomes. Project-based learning models provide positive interactions with students' independent learning. Learning outcomes of students with high learning independence shows a significant difference between the Project-based learning and direct learning model. The learning outcomes of students with low learning independence show a significant difference between the learning model of Project-based learning and direct learning model.
