Abstract

PT. United Tractors is a heavy equipment distribution company selling spare parts such as oil filters. The results of the problems being faced by PT. UT cannot meet customers' demand; therefore, an oil filter sales forecasting analysis uses the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA), Exponential Smoothing (ES), and Trend Moment method. The results of calculations and research carried out after processing data from 2013 to 2022, the slightest error value is obtained in the Exponential Smoothing method with the Double Exponential Smoothing model using a= 0.9. The accuracy values obtained are MAD= 5.021, MSE= 59.674, dan MAPE= 0.086%, when compared to ARIMA, MAD= 8.192, MSE= 131.473, and MAPE= 0.152%, and Trend Moment MAD= 132.447, MSE= 17788.856, and MAPE= 2.261%. So, the chosen method is Exponential Smoothing.

Abstract

The roller conveyor bearing housing is one of the injection molded products from a plastic manufacturing company in Sidoarjo. During the production process, there is an issue concerning the mismatch of the bearing housing diameter with the specified tolerance limits, which also slows down the production process. This study aims to find the optimal process parameter combination on the injection molding machine used for producing roller conveyor bearing housings. The response variable observed is the bearing housing diameter. The material used is polypropylene. The varied parameters include injection pressure, injection time, and cooling time. Data analysis utilizes the response surface method with a Box-Behnken experimental design comprising 15 experiments and 3 replications. From the experimental results, the optimal combination for both the housing diameter and cycle time responses includes an injection pressure of 60 bar, injection time of 6 seconds, and cooling time of 30 seconds. Injection pressure contributes 8.4%, injection time contributes 38.43%, and cooling time contributes 14.85% to the overall response

Abstract

PT. Ometraco Arya Samanta, a construction services company specializing in civil and steel construction, experienced problems with the CNC Punch machine in the Hall 3 fabrication area . The P 15 type FICEP CNC Punch machine stopped operating due to software and sensor damage. As a result, most of the workload is shifted to the Model TPPRD130 SCM CNC Punch & Drilling machine. These machines experience deterioration in performance and component damage due to increased workloads. To overcome this problem, the researcher calculates the availability rate, performance rate, and quality rate values to calculate the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), which is then multiplied by the utilization of the machine to get the Total Effective Equipment Performance (TEEP) value. The results of the analysis show that the TEEP of the SCM Model TPPRD130 CNC Punch & Drilling machine for the period of December 4, 2023 — December 16, 2023 is 16.56%. The magnitude of Total Effective Equipment Performance (TEEP) is still not in accordance with the TEEP global standard value of 80%. there is still a very wide difference of 63.44% between the global standard value of TEEP and the value of TEEP in the Company

Abstract

CV. Anugrah Masrurah Teknik (AMT) is a company in the molding industry, especially Plastic Injection Molding, which produces interlock floors. The company often experiences a shortage of raw material inventory, causing uneconomical purchases and problems in the inventory and financial sectors. The main problem is raw material inventory planning that has not been maximized. This study uses the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to identify the optimal purchase amount and prove whether this method can minimize the total inventory cost. The research objective is to determine the economic order quantity, order frequency, reorder point and safety stock. The results of the EOQ calculation show that the economic amount of raw material inventory is 1438 kg and results in cost savings of Rp. 17,157,133.

Abstract

PT. Ometraco Arya Samanta which is engaged in steel manufacturing and civil engineering that produces project buildings. The company found a waste problem that occurred in the production process so that there was a delay in product delivery. In this problem, waste was found in the production process, the causes and alternative improvements that can increase the efficiency of the production process. This causes an inefficient production process, so by reducing waste it can increase production efficiency and company performance and productivity. Analysis of the Lean Manufacturing approach using the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT) methods can help identify waste, analyze the causes of waste, and provide proposals in minimizing waste occurrence. The results of the calculation on process activity mapping with a result of 104.4, supply chain response matrix with a result of 55.5, production variety funnel with a result of 16.8, quality filter mapping with a result of 23, demand amplification mapping with a result of 35.1, decision point analysis with a result of 23.6, physical structure with a result of 23.4. From the results of the questionnaire distribution, the lowest results were obtained by waste environmental health and safety and waste over production and the highest results were obtained by waste motion, transportation, waste waiting. The main cause of waste is because the distance between the previous process and the next process takes a lot of time to move it, occurs because the material in the warehouse has run out and the delivery from the supplier is late, so workers are waiting for material confirmation. It is rare for sudden orders to customers in the middle of the production process that are not in accordance with the purchasing order (PO), causing the effect of delays.

Abstract

CNC TruLaser Tube 5000 TRUMPF machine is used to perform cutting process in PT. Dempo Laser Metalindo. The quality of the cut product produced is required to have minimum roughness value, but in every cut result especially on Square Pipe St 37 material there is cutting defect. Cutting defect in the product result is surface roughness. Surface roughness can affect the cutting rate on the material, the solution to get cutting quality with minimal roughness and maximum cutting rate is to analyze the parameters that affect the response by optimizing the parameters. The parameter variables to be optimized are focus point, cutting gas pressure, nozzle distance, and laser power. This study uses Square Pipe St 37 material and the experimental design uses Taguchi Method combined with Grey Relational Analysis using orthogonal matrix L9 (34). From the results of the research that has been conducted, it was obtained that the most optimal combination of parameters for cutting rate and surface roughness is the focal point at level 2 which is 2 mm, nozzle distance at level 3 which is 1,1 mm, and laser power at level 3 which is 2700 W. The focal point parameter provides a percentage contribution of 38.60%, while the nozzle distance parameter provides a percentage contribution of 6.42%, and the laser power parameter provides a percentage contribution of 35.92%.

Abstract

Untuk memfasilitasi pendidikan daring, Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya (PPNS) telah mengadopsi Sistem Manajemen Pembelajaran (LMS), yang sangat berguna sejak epidemi. Salah satu kendala untuk sepenuhnya memanfaatkan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi adalah membuat siswa mengadopsi LMS. Dengan menggunakan Model Adopsi Teknologi (TAM), penelitian ini berupaya untuk menentukan aspek apa saja yang memengaruhi adopsi sistem manajemen pembelajaran (LMS) di PPNS. Hubungan antara Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (PEOU), Persepsi Kegunaan (PU), Sikap terhadap Penggunaan (ATU), dan Penggunaan Aktual (AU) dianalisis di sini menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa PEOU dan PU secara signifikan memengaruhi ATU, yang selanjutnya memediasi pengaruhnya terhadap AU. Nilai R-Square (R²) sebesar 0,729 untuk ATU dan 0,667 untuk AU menunjukkan bahwa model tersebut memiliki daya prediksi yang kuat dalam menjelaskan penerimaan LMS. Studi ini menyoroti perlunya meningkatkan kemudahan penggunaan, kegunaan yang dirasakan, dan upaya sosialisasi strategis untuk meningkatkan adopsi LMS di PPNS.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam seharusnya berperan sebagai mata kuliah vital untuk pengembangan kepribadian mahasiswa untuk pembentukan pribadi yang berakhlak mulia. Pendidikan agama Islam di perguruan tinggi khususnya mahasiswa di pendidikan jalur vokasi mengutamakan penerapan konsep pada implementasinya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran experiential learning agama Islam di pendidikan tinggi vokasi terhadap kualitas sikap kerja mahasiswa vokasi saat melaksanakan On The Job Training (OJT) dual system di industri. Penelitian ini akan mampu menemukan gap analisis kesenjangan antara target kompetensi kurikulum, pengaruh pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam klasikal di kelas dan ekstrakurikuler eksisting di kampus terhadap implementasi sikap mahasiswa di dunia kerja saat pelaksanaan OJT dual system. Hasil penelitian ini akan memberikan identifikasi defisiensi kurikulum yang akan menjadi acuan pada pengembangan role model pembelajaran agama Islam yang lebih sesuai bagi pola pendidikan vokasi yang mengutamakan aspek penerapannya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis IPA (Indicator Performa Analysis) diketahui prioritas utama softskill yang perlu diperbaiki adalah kepekaan dan kepedulian sosial dengan GAP tertinggi dikarenakan kurangnya dukungan kurikulum prodi. Sementara itu, dari hasil regresi linear diketahui pembelajaran PAI klasikal dikelas maupun model ekstrakurikuler berpengaruh signifikan terhadap implementasi sikap saat didunia kerja khususnya OJT dual system

Abstract

Pekerja engineering supporting jasa perbaikan pembangkit listrik merupakan pekerja yang menyediakan service solution seperti Maintenance dan Overhaul pembangkit listrik. Aktivitas operasional yang berlangsung dapat berpengaruh pada perilaku tidak aman (unsafe action). Pada Tahun 2022 - 2023, telah terjadi 68 unsafe action dan 49 accident yang disebabkan karena pekerja tidak memahami Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), pekerja tidak memahami bahaya dan risiko serta peran pengawas yang kurang optimal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh pengawasan K3 dan pengetahuan K3 terhadap unsafe action pada pekerja engineering supporting jasa perbaikan pembangkit listrik serta penentuan rekomendasi yang dapat meminimalisir risiko K3. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu uji chi square dan regresi logistik biner untuk melihat hubungan serta pengaruh pengawasan K3 dan pengetahuan K3 terhadap terjadinya unsafe action. Hasil pengujian uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan K3 dan pengetahuan K3 memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap unsafe action dengan pengawasan K3 memiliki nilai p-value (0,019) < 0,05 dan pengetahuan K3 memiliki nilai p-value (0,006) < 0,05. Hasil pengujian serentak menujukkan bahwa pengawasan K3 dan pengetahuan K3 berpengaruh serentak terhadap unsafe action dengan p-value (0,000) < 0,05. Pengujian parsial menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing pengawasan K3 dan pengetahuan K3 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap unsafe action dengan pengawasan K3 memiliki p-value (0,022) < 0,05 dan pengetahuan K3 memiliki p-value (0,007) < 0,05. Rekomendasi yang diberikan untuk meminimalisir unsafe action di antaranya pelatihan, promosi K3 (safety campaign, safety sign, safety talk), sosialisasi penggunaan APD yang benar dan inspeksi APD.

Abstract

Quality is an important factor for people in selecting and enjoying a product or service in addition to competitive prices. Therefore, for companies to survive and maintain its existence, it is required to remain continuously maintain and improve the quality of the products or services they offer. PT. X is a company engaged in the steel plating with Hot Dip Galvanize method. In the implementation of quality control in PT. X, after analysis on coating processes steel material elbow 50 x 50 x 5 (mm) in length 2000 mm Type SS540 processed vertically in the period January - December 2014. By using SPC method, that is especially by calculation using the map control x̅, R and S is still a point of being out of control that indicates the thickness of the coating out of provisions. However, the number of points out of the control limits is still relatively small. However, PT. X must remain continuously maintain and improve the quality of their products and services by taking into account four factors that influence the final armor plating that is the human factor, the factor labor process, machine factors and material factor.
