Abstract

Spiritual-based character education is increasingly important in addressing the moral challenges of the younger generation in the era of globalization. This study aims to analyze the management of a spiritual-based guidance and counseling (BK) program at SMA Negeri 1 Way Khilau, Pesawaran Regency. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Research informants included the principal, BK teachers, religious teachers, and students. The results showed that the BK program management was carried out through four main stages: planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. This program integrated counseling services with spiritual habits such as Dhuha prayer, morning sermons, and Islamic mentoring. Program evaluation indicated increased discipline, student involvement in religious activities, and strengthening of religious character. The program's success was supported by a religious school culture and the principal's leadership, although obstacles remained such as a limited number of BK teachers and low parental involvement. This study confirms that the integration of spiritual values in BK services is an effective strategy for shaping student character and can serve as a model of good practice for other schools.

Abstract

Food security is a condition of food fulfillment for households that includes availability, access, and utilization. This study aims to analyze the influence of household consumption patterns on the level of food security in Riangbao Village, Lembata Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with the support of quantitative analysis through multiple linear regression. The sample consisted of 59 households selected using the slovin formula and purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation (primary data), and supported by secondary data from BPS and the village. The results of the research on 59 households found that food security and food insecurity were found in small households (1-3 people), while food insufficiency and food insecurity were found in medium households (4-5 people) and large households (>6 people). The average level of energy consumption was highest in small, medium and large households. The consumption pattern of Riangbao Village community is still dominated by carbohydrate sources with limited food diversity. The regression results show that the variable expenditure on rice, fish, vegetables, fruit and oil has a significant effect on household food security. The variables of income and number of family members did not show a significant effect. This finding indicates that food security is determined more by the composition of food consumption than by economic factors.

Abstract

Regulasi lembaga keuangan memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam menjaga stabilitas sistem keuangan dan melindungi kepentingan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas regulasi lembaga keuangan di Indonesia dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai indikator, seperti stabilitas sistem keuangan, perlindungan konsumen, inklusi keuangan, serta pencegahan kejahatan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research). Sumber data utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari berbagai literatur yang relevan, termasuk jurnal ilmiah, buku, regulasi pemerintah, serta laporan dari lembaga keuangan seperti Bank Indonesia (BI) dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa regulasi yang diterapkan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Bank Indonesia (BI) telah berkontribusi terhadap stabilitas sistem keuangan melalui kebijakan seperti persyaratan modal minimum dan stress test pada perbankan. Namun, tantangan masih ditemukan dalam sektor keuangan non-bank, khususnya terkait kasus gagal bayar dan penipuan investasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Inclusive education at the Early Childhood Education (ECE) level is a strategic effort to create a fair and supportive learning environment for all children, including those with special needs. However, its implementation still faces various challenges. This study aims to examine how inclusive education is implemented in practice, as well as the obstacles and expectations of educators, particularly in ECE settings. This qualitative descriptive research was conducted in several inclusive ECE institutions in Banda Aceh, involving four teachers with experience teaching children with special needs. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The findings show that teachers’ understanding of inclusive education is still limited, generally interpreted merely as placing children with special needs into regular classes without considering individual needs or adapting the curriculum. Implementation has not been effective, with teaching methods tending to be uniform and less accommodating to children’s diversity. The main challenges include limited facilities, low teacher qualifications in inclusive education, lack of parental involvement, and behavioral issues among children with special needs. Nevertheless, teachers have high hopes for improving inclusive education practices, especially through continuous training, support from specialists, and strong collaboration among teachers, parents, and other relevant stakeholders. ABSTRAK Pendidikan inklusif pada jenjang Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan upaya strategis untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang adil dan mendukung bagi semua anak, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Namun, pelaksanaannya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pendidikan inklusif di lapangan, serta hambatan dan harapan yang muncul dari para pendidik, khususnya di lingkungan PAUD. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini dilakukan di beberapa lembaga PAUD inklusif di Kota Banda Aceh, dengan melibatkan empat guru yang berpengalaman mengajar anak berkebutuhan khusus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman guru terhadap pendidikan inklusif masih terbatas, yang umumnya dimaknai sebagai sekadar menempatkan anak berkebutuhan khusus ke dalam kelas reguler tanpa memperhatikan kebutuhan individual atau adaptasi kurikulum. Implementasi belum berjalan efektif, dengan metode pembelajaran yang cenderung seragam dan kurang mengakomodasi keberagaman anak. Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan sarana, rendahnya kualifikasi guru dalam pendidikan inklusif, kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua, serta permasalahan perilaku pada anak berkebutuhan khusus. Meskipun demikian, para guru memiliki harapan besar terhadap peningkatan praktik pendidikan inklusif, terutama melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, dukungan tenaga ahli, dan kolaborasi yang kuat antara guru, orang tua, dan pihak terkait lainnya.

Abstract

Character education has been subjected to a top-down approach with a student center system. The values embedded completely come from the teachers or the school. This study explored how the participatory learning model could effectively instill character values in students. Students are given space to be involved and subjected to a series of character education processes. It aims to describe how students’ and teachers’ participation could compile the points of character values, how students apply the learning materials designed together, and how they are involved in providing evaluations for themselves and their friends. The qualitative descriptive method was employed in the current study. It aimed to observe and listen to the stories of students and teachers regarding their involvement in the process of curriculum development. Documentation on the learning modules was made for data collection. The data were taken by considering the representation of students and teachers. They engaged in every pulse of the learning process, which led to cognitive and affective development. The research proposed a cooperative investigation alongside other educational institutions, factoring in both the type and affiliation of these schools, aiming to produce more diverse and well-rounded outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe evaluation of madrasah education institutions has not functioned properly, causing gaps in improving the quality of madrasah ibtidaiyah education. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze the function of institutional evaluation in improving the quality of madrasah ibtidaiyah education in Bengkulu City. Using descriptive qualitative methods with a gap evaluation model approach, namely the gap between planning and implementation, the gap in capability standards set with reality, and the gap in achieving goals with planning. The results showed that the gap between planning and implementation, the gap in ability standards set with reality, and the gap in achieving goals with planning, and the results of the analysis of the institutional evaluation function in improving the quality of madrasah ibtidaiyah education showed that the evaluation serves to improve the program and also helps teachers, employees and students in producing learning and work effectively and quality including input, educational processes and outputs. So it can be concluded that the institutional evaluation function can improve the quality of madrasah ibtidaiyah education in the form of continuous assessment, monitor the learning process and progress of students and can increase learning effectiveness, and have a positive effect on improving the quality of madrasah ibtidaiyah education in Indonesia. Thus, it can be suggested, if you want to improve the quality of madrasah ibtidaiyah education, then improve the function of institutional evaluation. Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) telah menciptakan kesulitan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang menjadi persyaratan sebagai kualitas kinerja guru. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk memetakan dan menganalisis model pembelajaran mutiple intelegences dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru PAUD. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dsekriptif dengan pendekatan library reseach (studi kepustakaan). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat guru belum melakukan pembaharuan dalam proses pembelajaran kecuali merasa cukup dengan mengulang materi yang sudah diajarkan tahun sebelumnya, guru meninggalkan tugas pokok, fungsi dan tanggungjawabnya, hanya mengerjakan untuk keperluan-keperluan pribadi yang tidak jelas. guru juga tidak hadir tepat waktu atau mengakhiri pelajaran sebelum waktunya habis, guru belum mampu menciptakan kondisi kelas yang nyaman malah sebaliknya masih terdapat guru melakukan kekerasan secara psikologis kepada siswa, guru kurang kreatif, dan proses pembelajaran lebih banyak bersifat akademik dengan mengabaikan perkembangan anak usia bermain. Pembelajaran model multiple intelegences terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. pembelajaan berbasis multiple intelegences tidak hanya mampu mengembangkan intelektualitas masing-masing peserta didik, melainkan juga dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja guru, meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang berbasis pada pengembangan intelektualitas dan kreativitas siswa, sehingga menyebabkan adanya kesadaran tentang terlayaninya semua kebutuhan peserta didik secara beradab dan berkeadilan. Dengan demikian dapat disarankan, jika ingin kinerja guru PAUD, maka terapkanlah model pembelajaran multiple intelegences secara sempurna.

Abstract

Keharmonisan keluarga merupakan kondisi di mana anggota keluarga saling mencintai, menghargai, dan mampu menciptakan suasana yang damai dan bahagia di dalam rumah tangga. Sementara itu, need for affiliation merupakan kebutuhan seseorang akan dukungan, kehangatan, rasa percaya, serta keinginan untuk diterima dan menjalin hubungan positif dengan orang lain di lingkungan sosialnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran keharmonisan keluarga, gambaran need for affiliation, serta hubungan antara keduanya pada siswa SMA Negeri di Banda Aceh. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah populasi 737 siswa dari SMAN 3, SMAN 11, dan SMAN 15 Adi Darma Banda Aceh. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 229 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala keharmonisan keluarga dan skala need for affiliation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 87% (198 siswa) memiliki tingkat keharmonisan keluarga yang tinggi, dan 78,6% (180 siswa) memiliki need for affiliation yang tinggi. Analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang sangat kuat antara keharmonisan keluarga dan need for affiliation dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,846. Artinya, semakin baik keharmonisan dalam keluarga, semakin tinggi pula need for affiliation pada remaja SMA di Banda Aceh.

Abstract

The Family Welfare Empowerment Group (PKK) Petani village, as a driving force for food security was often underdeveloped. The purpose of this community service was to improve the knowledge and skills of PKK members in food diversification, balanced nutrition, and productive yard cultivation techniques; Encourage optimal used of household yards as a sustainable source of family food; strengthen the institutional capacity of the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) and increase public awareness of the importance of food security and balanced nutrition at the family level. The research problem formulation was to determine how to develop the PKK Group as a Driving Agent for Family Food Security in Farmer Villages. The service to society implementation method be carried out through a participatory approach. Data collection techniques through interviews. Based on the interviews, it was found that PKK groups in farmer villages had implemented various education and empowerment programs, but their success and impact had not been evenly distributed. Existing programs tend to be incidental and unsustainable. Significant challenges remain, such as a lack of physical facilities (land and seeds), capacity (training and coaching), and adequate financial support. Although PKK had a strong foundation because most of its members were farmers, long-term success depended heavily on strong external support, especially from the government, in the form of funding, facilities, and price stability to strengthen food security optimally and sustainably.
