Abstract

The development of community-based tourism is an alternative approach to improving the welfare of a community. Based on this concept, community service activities are carried out to strengthen tourism management competencies for the community in the Sawarna Beach Area. The activities are carried out using off-site and on-site concepts through the application of training modules and workshops on the preparation of an electronic catalog. Pokdarwis Tanjung Layar as a partner for community service activities shows full support in the form of participating in all series of activities and providing input on packaging thematic tour packages. The results of this activity are in the form of 5 (five) electronic catalogs regarding the theme of tourism products in the Sawarna Beach Tourism Area, namely adventure, culture, nature, fishing and geoparks. This community service activity is expected to be followed up by tourism actors in the Sawarna Beach Tourism Area in order to sharpen and expand the benefits of the activities that have been carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of transfer pricing variables, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership to tax avoidance either partially or simultaneously. This research method used is quantitative method by using descriptive explanative method. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017 to 2021 with a population of 33 companies and 132 samples. The analytical method used to measure the effect of transfer pricing, ownership structure to tax avoidance is multiple linear regressions. The results show that transfer pricing does not affect tax avoidance because it does not have significant implications (no effect) because the potential taxable income (although shifted from one to another agency) was still within the same jurisdiction of taxation. Meanwhile, the result of the research shows that the variable of institutional ownership has a negative effect on tax avoidance because the large concentration of institutional ownership will influence the aggressive tax policy and the managerial ownership does not affect the tax avoidance because the company in Indonesia has a very small managerial ownership of about 5%.

Abstract

The movement of cellular operators to other brands is of course a picture for the company. Therefore companies must be able to increase product innovation both from all aspects of the product attributes offered, such as service quality and pricing that meet consumer desires or needs for product variations. This study aims to determine whether brand switching behavior is really influenced by product attributes and also variety seeking, and researchers also use the consumer trust variable as a mediator. The research method used was a descriptive and explanatory survey with a total sample of 384 people. The results of the study prove that product attributes and variety seeking have a positive and significant influence in forming consumer trust, and consumer trust has a positive and significant effect in shaping brand switching behavior. It can be seen that this variable has the greatest test value so that it can be concluded that customer trust is a the biggest influence on brand switching on customers

Abstract

The Employment conditions have various labor problems ranging from wage policies, working time, occupational safety and health, social security and maternity protection, equality of opportunity and non-discrimination, and freedom of association, to the lack of employment opportunities and the increasing unemployment rate. Within the framework of the MEA, Indonesia and Malaysia need to develop labor institutions through the development of human resources in preparing competent workers according to the directives of the AEC blueprint. HR development can be carried out in accordance with the rule of law by preparing the workforce of each country at the ASEAN level. MEA facilitates the movement of skilled workers to be accepted in ASEAN member countries and the flow (in and out) of labor between ASEAN member countries is very open, for that there will be competition between countries in skilled labor.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kerangka terintegrasi untuk menganalisis peluang dan serta ancaman utama yang terkait dengan eksploitasi teknologi Big Data (BD) dalam manajemen modal intelektual (IC). Melalui tinjauan literatur terstruktur (SLR) dari literatur yang masih ada tentang BD dan IC, studi ini mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan khusus dari teknologi BD dan menghubungkannya dengan dimensi tradisional IC. Munculnya BD tidak secara signifikan mengubah risiko dan peluang manajemen IC yang telah dikaji dalam literatur-literatur sebelumnya. Namun, hal itu secara signifikan memperkuat besarnya dan kecepatan dari BD dalam memanifestasikan diri. Dengan demikian, penulis merasa diperlukan revisi solusi manajerial tradisional untuk menghadapi perkembangan BD yang semakin pesat.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengobatan gratis yang diselenggarakan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bandung Barat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 November 2022 bertempat di kantor Kecamatan Padalarang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Diikuti oleh orang-orang dengan status pekerjaan buruh harian. Pelaksanaannya dilakukan bekerja sama dengan beberapa pihak terkait yaitu Ikatan Dokter Indonesia, beberapa relawan seperti Tingkat Kemanusiaan Indonesia, PMI, Disdukcapil, BPJS Kesehatan, dan Puskesmas terdekat. Begitu pula dengan instansi pemerintah dan kepolisian. Kegiatan yang termasuk pengobatan gratis ini tidak lepas dari kegiatan pengurusan administrasi dimana sebelumnya pasien telah melakukan pendataan yang akan digunakan sebagai dokumen pendaftaran. Dan akan dikoordinasikan dengan pihak terkait. Namun pada kenyataannya kondisi dan situasi yang terjadi masih banyak terjadi ketidaksesuaian data pada dokumen pasien yang akan berobat. Seperti data kepala keluarga, data pekerjaan, dan data nama ibu kandung. Hal ini sangat menyulitkan BPJS Kesehatan untuk mendata kebenaran informasi yang tidak dapat diperoleh di Disdukcapil. Dan menyebabkan koordinasi antar relawan yang mengantarkan pasien menjadi tidak teratur. Dan pada akhirnya dilakukan tata alur pendaftaran pengobatan gratis mulai dari validasi lembar pendaftaran dan persyaratan pada pihak Lingkaran Kemanusiaan Indonesia dan Gabungan IGD Disdukcapil yang berfungsi untuk dapat memperbaiki kesalahan data yang tidak akurat. Serta loket penerimaan BPJS bagi yang datang tanpa membawa lembar pendaftaran sebelumnya.Kata Kunci: Administrasi, Manajemen, Registrasi

Abstract

This study aims to develop an instrument to measure the influence of leadership, motivation, and work culture of principals on teacher performance. The research method used is quantitative by using statistical analysis, while data collection for the preparation of instruments using questionnaires compiled based on literature reviews combined with the results of FGD with experts. The results showed that the research instrument was valid and reliable with an average validity value of 0.51 and the reliability value was 0.86, therefore it can be concluded that the instruments developed for leadership, motivation, work culture and teacher performance variables can be used for further studies. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan budaya kerja Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis statistik, sedangkan pengumpulan data untuk penyusunan instrumen menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan tinjauan literatur yang dikombinasikan dengan hasil FGD dengan ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian adalah valid dan reliabel dengan nilai rata-rata kevalidan adalah 0,51 dan nilai reliabilitas adalah 0,86, maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen-instrumen yang dikembangkan untuk variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi, budaya kerja serta kinerja guru dapat digunakan untuk penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the correlation between the independent variables namely internalization (X1) and the design of actualization (X2), with the dependent variable (Y) which is the achievement of civil servants values, namely: Accountability, Nationalism, Public Etiquette, Commitment of quality, and Anti-Corruption (ANEKA), located in respondent’s training workplace. This study is based on quantitative data, which is obtained through questionnaires and documentation study, as the data collection techniques; involving 118 participants from Pra-jabatan training mentors, in class, 3, 4, and 13 in 2019; participant of the training as many as 118 participants from various institutions in Kemendikbud -as the subject and the respondents to the study. The results showed that the actualization of understanding and level of achievement does not have a significant correlation, while the correlation between design actualization, and the level of achievement actualization has high significance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel bebas yaitu internalisasi (X1) dan desain aktualisasi (X2), dengan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu pencapaian nilai-nilai PNS yaitu: Akuntabilitas, Nasionalisme, Etika Publik, Komitmen Mutu, dan Anti Korupsi (ANEKA), bertempat di tempat pelatihan responden. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada data kuantitatif, yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi, sebagai teknik pengumpulan data; melibatkan 118 peserta dari Pra-jabatan pembimbing pelatihan, di kelas, 3, 4, dan 13 tahun 2019; peserta pelatihan sebanyak 118 peserta dari berbagai instansi di Kemendikbud -sebagai subyek dan responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktualisasi pemahaman dan tingkat pencapaian tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan, sedangkan hubungan antara aktualisasi desain dengan tingkat aktualisasi pencapaian memiliki signifikansi yang tinggi.

Abstract

The digital agro-educational holiculture tourism museum in Purwakarta Regency has designed a digital exhibition, Visual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technology to try to display cultural and educational tourism in the space using advanced technology and can pamper visitors while providing learning about horticulture. In communicating agro-educational audiovisual equipment and interiors that support the creation of an animated atmosphere combined with the conditions for seeding vegetable plants, fruit plants, ornamental plants, and biopharmaceutical plants in Purwakarta Regency, so that visitors can learn, see, and feel, and enjoy both inside museums or in a plantation area of ​​10 hectares in the tourist area of ​​Giri Harja Tajug Gede, Cikopo Village, Bungursari District, Purwakarta Regency. The technique of presenting animated images of plants combined with artificial interiors creates a virtual biosphere that will amaze visitors. Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to determine if knowledge sharing and competence, has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Syariah Bank Company in Indonesia. This study has three variables, namely knowledge sharing and competence as an independent variable and the performance of employees as the dependent variable. Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires to employees in Syariah Bank Companies in Indonesia with a sample size of 145 people. This research method using descriptive method and the method of verification. Data processing is done by using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that Knowledge sharing positive effect of 28.9% in the form of employee performance, which means that with improvements in the implementation of knowledge sharing Syariah Bank Company, then it will be better the performance owned employee. Besides competence also have considerable influence, namely 10.2% in the form of employee performance  Keywords : Knowledge sharing, competency, employee performance
