Abstract

Pan Brothers Tbk is one of the garment companies that adopted garment production in the form of 3D VR (Virtual Reality) as a garment prototype in Indonesia. In the process of making 3D VR products, many defective products must be revised. The study aims to implement the Six Sigma method and suggest improvements to reduce defects in 3D VR garment products using the Six Sigma method with the stages of defining, measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling. In the define stage, the identification of the production process using the SIPOC diagram and identifying the type of defect. In the measure stage, the DPMO and sigma value calculations are carried out. The most defects are fitting not balanced and properly with a DPMO value of 269619.2 and a sigma value of 2.11. In the analysis stage with a fishbone diagram shows the factors that cause defects, namely man, machine, material, method, and environment. In the improvement stage, suggestions for improvements are given to reduce defects in 3D VR garment products. In the control stage, quality control is carried out by conducting internal training, upskilling, creating inspection report forms, adding teams to the QC division, and adding SOPs for the 3D VR producing process.

Abstract

The number of electric vehicles in Indonesia is currently increasing. One of the problems that hinder the development of electric vehicles is the long charging time. Various ways have been done to overcome the problem of long charging times, including swapping batteries, but this is still not applicable to all types of electric vehicles in Indonesia. Electric vehicle charging facilities in Indonesia are still limited, so there is a need for a good business strategy to minimize queues and uncertainty in waiting times by customers. This study discusses the business schemes of several ways of charging electric vehicles in Indonesia and examines the advantages and disadvantages of each business scheme using SWOT analysis. The strategy in the SWOT analysis focuses on increasing promotion and education to the public, increasing services and the number of charging station locations, setting competitive prices, and expanding partnerships.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of e-commerce live streaming services and customer engagement on customer loyalty at Shaqila Baby Shop, a store adapting innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance customer interactions. E-commerce live streaming services provide an interactive platform where customers engage directly with sellers, view products in real time, and receive immediate responses, fostering a personalized shopping experience. Customer engagement is another critical factor, as it involves customers' attachment to the brand through regular purchases, interactions, and feedback, all of which can increase loyalty. A quantitative approach was utilized, employing multiple linear regression analysis on data collected through structured questionnaires from a sample of 100 respondents, determined using Slovin’s formula. The validity and reliability tests confirmed the robustness of the data collection instruments. Findings reveal that e-commerce live streaming services and customer engagement each have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Specifically, live streaming services enhance the overall shopping experience, while customer engagement fosters deeper connections with the brand. Furthermore, a simultaneous analysis shows that these factors collectively strengthen customer loyalty to a significant extent. This study provides valuable insights into how digital marketing innovations, such as live streaming and customer engagement efforts, can enhance customer loyalty, offering a practical model for businesses aiming to leverage e-commerce platforms effectively

Abstract

This research focuses on the design and development of the He Live Doc application, a web-based document management platform that supports real-time collaboration. Using a prototyping method with a user-centered design approach, this research aims to create a solution that increases productivity and efficiency in document management. The research methodology involves user needs analysis, system design, prototype development, and user evaluation. Results show a 30% increase in efficiency compared to traditional methods, with user satisfaction levels reaching 85%. The app offers a responsive interface, secure authentication system, real-time collaboration features, version control, and cloud storage integration. The main challenge identified was performance optimization for simultaneous editing by multiple users. This research contributes to the development of document collaboration technology and opens opportunities for further research in performance optimization and integration of artificial intelligence

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of government in the development of the halal industry. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that the government plays a very important role in the development of the halal industry. The strategies used in the development of the halal industry include strengthening the halal value chain, strengthening Islamic finance, strengthening the MSME sector, strengthening the digital economy, strengthening halal industry management, and strengthening halal product certification. In addition, there are five moves used by the government as the key to making Indonesia a global halal industry production base, including competitiveness (competitiveness), certification (certification), coordination (coordination), campaign (campaign), and cooperation (cooperation).

Abstract

To minimize or eliminate workplace hazards that could lead to accidents, implementing effective risk management is essential whose activities focus on the process of systematic scientific identification, evaluation, and prioritization of risks. This research seeks to identify potential hazards and propose solutions to reduce them at PT PNM Solo Branch. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation and interviews with 3 resource persons, namely 1 Head of Account Officer division and 2 workers in Account Officer division at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Solo Branch. Data analysis was carried out the research utilized the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method alongside Job Safety Analysis (JSA). The findings revealed that within the three types of tasks performed by the Account Officer division, encompassing 11 activities, 29 occupational accident risks were identified that could occur with 4 potentials categorized into the Extremely level and 1 potential in the medium category. The solutions provided are in the form of implementing the use of PPE, checking vehicle engines optimally, making work SOPs, and also better structuring the workspace.

Abstract

BRT Trans Jateng is a government mode of transportation that cannot be separated from the principle of good and quality public services for customers with disabilities. The aim of this research is to measure the effectiveness of Trans Jateng BRT services for customers with disabilities, especially in the city of Surakarta. The design of this research is to use the Fuzzy SERVQUAL method to measure the level of satisfaction of disabled customers with BRT Trans Jateng services. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling using 30 samples of disabled customers in the city of Surakarta. Here it can be seen that all of the five dimensions measured require improvement. Improvements are carried out based on the priority of the largest gap value. From the results of data processing, the first rank is the tangible dimension with a gap value of -2.0167, then the second rank is the empathy dimension with a gap value of -1.9583, the third rank is the responsiveness dimension with a gap value of -1.95, in the fourth rank is the assurance dimension with a gap value of -1.92, and the fifth rank of the reliability dimension with a gap value of -1.89

Abstract

According to data from the International Labor Organization (ILO), every year there are more than 2.78 million deaths and 378 million injuries due to work accidents or occupational diseases. At PT. XXX, since the site opened in 2014, there have been 16 accident cases, while in 2021 there were 9 cases recorded. OB removal production in 2014 reached 4,105,279 tons, and in 2021 it will increase to 16,942,212 tons. This research aims to analyze the relationship between implementing ISO 45001:2018 and efforts to increase productivity. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a sample of 30 people and an ISO 45001:2018 audit checklist to carry out gap analysis. The validity test using Bivariate Pearson correlation showed good validity (r > 0.5, p < 0.01), and the reliability test showed very high internal consistency with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.993. The gap analysis results show that most of the standard clauses have been implemented well (value > 3.00), such as leadership and commitment (3.77), participation and consultation (3.83), and hazard identification (3.25). However, determining the scope of the system needs improvement (value 2.80). The total gap analysis score reached 84%, which shows good implementation. Optimal implementation of ISO 45001:2018 has been proven to reduce accidents and injuries, which contributes to increasing productivity at PT. XXX.

Abstract

The Indonesian cement industry faces challenges in improving operational efficiency amid increasing competition. One critical factor in cement production is the operational stability of the Raw Mill, which depends on the performance of the Hydraulic Pump Unit. This study aims to optimize control communication in the Hydraulic Pump Unit to reduce downtime in the Raw Mill area of PT. Semen Gresik. Using the Seven Tools method, the study identified communication disruptions as the primary cause of downtime. Key issues include unreliable remote I/O PLCs, high operating temperatures, excessive loops, poor grounding, and procedural errors. To address these problems, the study proposes replacing remote I/O PLCs, adding Junction Boxes, relocating PLCs to a control panel room, redesigning the network topology, switching from Ethernet to Profibus, improving grounding, conducting training, and updating maintenance standards. The implementation of these solutions successfully reduced Raw Mill downtime, improved production efficiency, and enhanced control system reliability by creating new operational standards. These findings highlight the importance of effective control communication in maintaining stable and efficient cement production operations.

Abstract

Kondisi sentra industri rambak di Desa Plosowangi belum mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan. Usaha rambak masih dijalankan dengan sumber daya terbatas dan jumlah permintaan yang cenderung stagnant. Selama ini, belum ada upaya signifikan yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha rambak di sentra rambak kulit sapi Desa Plosowangi untuk mengembangkan usaha. Usaha rambak umumnya hanya dikerjakan oleh dua orang dalam satu keluarga dan diwariskan secara turun temurun. Selain itu, masing-masing penjual di sentra rambak kulit, Desa Plosowangi justru saling bersaing, termasuk dalam hal persaingan harga. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sentra industri rambak di desa Plosowangi, Kec. Cawas, Kab. Klaten sehingga dapat membuka lebih banyak lapangan kerja bagi penduduk sekitar pada khususnya, serta warga di luar sentra rambak tersebut pada umumnya. Solusi yang ditawarkan pada pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan tenntang product value, penggunaan marketplace dan media sosial dalam pemasaran, serta pembentukan struktur organisasi paguyuban sentra.
