Abstract

An e-commerce Website is a Website to aims to sell one or more goods or services by using electronic media as a media for the transaction of goods/services. Taichandel is a food outlet that sells a variety of foods,  Aim of this research to solve the problem that occurs at the Taichandel because  the transaction of  this outlet still manual.  The metodh of this research using waterfall metodh, this metodh is used to  develop the software start with analytic, design, code until testing. The results of this research is  design system and system implementation with programming languages as html, php and database MySQL.  Benefit of this research is this information system can help the process of managing data related to the Taichandel Store and speed up the process of buying, selling and selling transactions  and also the owners  can check  the transaction reports because all store data is stored in the database so as to maximize sales evaluation and minimize loss of sales data.

Abstract

Aesthetic Dental Clinic is one of clinic in Karawang. To keep old patients and attract new patients visiting Aesthetic Dental Clinic, it is necessary to develop a new marketing strategy in promotion. The metodh of data mining classification can be used to help determine promotional strategies to attract customers. The Naïve Bayes algorithm can be helpful to predict customer interest based on promos given by the ADC Clinic (Aesthetic Dental Clinic). The Naïve Bayes algorithm is a data mining classification algorithm that can be used to support an effective and efficient promotion strategy. The result of this research is the application of the data mining algorithm, namely Naïve Bayes, which can provide important information such as prediction results in an effort to attract customer interest. The data used in this study is customer data from October 2020 - November 2020. The accuracy value generated by Naïve Bayes using Rapid Miner was 31.74% and the result of kappa value was 0.183. With the accuracy value obtained, it is hoped that it can help to support promotional strategies that have an impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of promotions and can increase the number of new customers.

Abstract

Information and communication technology at this time is developing very rapidly, including in the easier dissemination of information. With the sophisticated technology in conveying information, it is possible that there is information that is not certain of its truth. The issue that occurs is due to the discrepancy of expectations expected by distributors, kiosks, and farmers.  The amount of issue data obtained greatly affects the efficiency of the results that will be obtained. Therefore, it is necessary to have a text analysis  to find out the issues spread in the field regarding the services of products and services provided by PT XYZ. In this study, it applied the CRISP-DM research stages and the application of the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm  which showed that the resulting accuracy rate was 93.88% with data of 2,500 data. And the highest precission value is obtained by the payment qualification of 98.67%.

Abstract

Roads play a crucial role in fostering economic development and facilitating transportation within communities. However, in the Madura region, issues such as cracks, potholes, and raveling are frequently observed, posing challenges to road quality and safety. This study aims to investigate the prevalent types of road defects in this area in order to inform better infrastructure planning and management. To achieve this objective, the research focused on provincial roads in the Madura region, utilizing a combination of field surveys and questionnaires with road users in Pamekasan. The findings of the study highlighted cracks, potholes, and grain detachment as the most commonly observed forms of road damage in the region. These results are essential for guiding decision-making processes related to road maintenance and repair, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and quality of road infrastructure. The insights gained from this study offer valuable guidance for policymakers and stakeholders involved in road infrastructure development. Recommendations arising from the research include prioritizing the management of road damage, ensuring adequate budget allocation for repairs, and implementing regular maintenance practices to prevent deterioration.

Abstract

Otomatisasi merupakan tuntutan di era saat ini. Kemampuan untuk memprogram kontroler untuk melakukan kerja secara otomatis, sangat dibutuhkan baik untuk bekerja di industri maupun berwirausaha yang mengandalkan teknologi. Secara umum, banyak lulusan SMK yang langsung bekerja maupun berwirausaha setelah lulus dari SMK. Oleh karena itu keterampilan memprogram kontroler secara otomatis sangat dibutuhkan. Solusi yang diberikan adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan mikrokontroler arduino untuk para siswa SMKN 3 Surabaya. Instruktur pelatihan adalah mahasiswa dengan tujuan memberi pengalaman kepada mahasiswa sekaligus agar siswa SMK lebih nyaman untuk berdiskusi karena kedekatan usia. Para siswa yang sebelum kegiatan pelatihan belum mengenal arduino, menjadi dapat memprogram arduino untuk aplikasi sederhana berupa penggunaan sensor gas, air, dan jarak.

Abstract

This research develops a 4-DOF robotic arm system that utilizes numerical codes for accurate, automated object handling, supporting advancements in sustainable industrial automation aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure (SDG 9). Key contributions include the integration of EasyOCR for reliable code recognition and a control mechanism that enables precise positioning. The robotic system combines a webcam for visual sensing, servo motors for movement, and a gripper for object manipulation. EasyOCR effectively recognizes numerical codes on randomly positioned objects against a uniform background while the microcontroller calculates servo angles to guide the arm accurately to target positions. Testing results show a success rate exceeding 94% for detecting codes 1 to 4, with minor servo angle errors requiring adjustments in arm extension by 30 mm to 50 mm. Positional error analysis reveals an average error of less than 1.5 degrees. Although environmental factors like lighting can influence code visibility, this approach outperforms traditional methods in adaptability and precision. Future research will focus on enhancing code recognition under variable lighting and expanding the system's adaptability for diverse object types, broadening its applications in industries demanding high efficiency.

Abstract

Abstract The principle of novelty that applied on industrial design dispute settlement in Indonesia and United States of America shows that the principle of novelty applied based on Article 25:1 TRIPs Agreement. In TRIPs Agreement, interpretation method that used based on ‘significantly differ’. The Panel of Judges at Supreme Court judged that the comparison between the design of the motorcycle industry garuda owned by the Defendant did not significantly differ from the design of the motorcycle industry owned by plaintiff. In the United States, in interpreting novelty, the Court constructed the design by implementing "ordinary obeserver" and "point of novelty" that have long been the standard for assessing patent design infringement. The 'unequal' provisions are not explained by Act No. 31 of 2000 on Industrial Design. As one of the provisions governing the issue of indsutrial design in Indonesia, the law does not expressly state the application of the principle of novelty used. So there is a legal uncertainty in the application of novelty principles in the protection of industrial design in Indonesia so that it must be guided by Article 25:1 TRIPs Agreement. Key word: novelty, industrial design, TRIPs. AbstrakPrinsip Novelty yang diterapkan dalam penyelesaian sengketa Desain Industri di Indonesia dan Amerika Serikat menunjukkan bahwa prinsip kebaruan diterapkan berdasarkan Article 25:1 TRIPs Agreement. Dalam TRIPs Agreement, metode interpretasi yang digunakan adalah merujuk terhadap ‘significantly differ’ atau perbedaan yang signifikan. Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Niaga menyatakan bahwa desain industri motor PT Anglo Sama Permata Motor (Tergugat) adalah baru dan tidak memiliki kesamaan dengan desain industri motor milik Honda Giken Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha (Penggugat). Namun, Majelis Hakim pada tingkat kasasi menilai bahwa perbandingan antara desain industri sepeda motor garuda milik Tergugat tidak berbeda secara signifikan dengan desain industri sepeda motor milik Penggugat. Di Amerika Serikat, dalam menafsirkan kebaruan, Pengadilan mengkonstruksikan desain paten yang diklaim dengan memberikan deskripsi verbal terperinci tentang produk dan menerapkan “ordinary obeserver” dan “point of novelty” yang telah lama menjadi standar untuk menilai pelanggaran desain paten. Ketentuan mengenai ‘tidak sama’ tidak dijelaskan oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2000 tentang Desain Industri. Sebagai salah satu ketentuan yang mengatur mengenai permasalahan Desain Indsutri di Indonesia, Undang-Undang tersebut tidak menyatakan secara tegas penerapan prinsip kebaruan yang digunakan. Sehingga terjadi ketidakpastian hukum pada penerapan prinsip kebaruan (novelty) dalam perlindungan desain industri di Indonesia sehingga mesti berpedoman pada Article 25:1 TRIPs Agreement. Kata kunci: prinsip kebaruan, desain industri, TRIPs.

Abstract

Desa Banyuajuh, Kecamatan Kamal, Kabupaten Bangkalan, Madura menjadi salah satu wilayah penerapan program pelatihan pemeliharaan alat listrik rumah tangga. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi masyarakat dalam merawat dan memperbaiki peralatan listrik rumah tangga untuk mendukung kehidupan sehari-hari. Pelatihan melibatkan warga di tiga RT, yaitu RT 4, RT 5, dan RT 6, dengan total peserta sebanyak 20 orang. Setelah pelatihan, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman warga mengenai perawatan peralatan elektronik di rumah. Peserta diberikan materi tentang identifikasi kerusakan, langkah-langkah perbaikan sederhana, dan pemeliharaan rutin alat elektronik. Pelatihan menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan sesi diskusi. Evaluasi menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari peserta, yang mayoritas baru pertama kali mendapatkan pelatihan semacam ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi adaptasi manajemen puncak dalam menghadapi transformasi tenaga kerja yang didominasi oleh Generasi Z. Generasiyang memiliki karakteristik unik seperti kecenderungan terhadap fleksibilitas, keseimbangan hidup, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital, menghadirkan tantangan baru bagi organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi untuk memahami perspektif manajemen dan dinamika organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi strategis, seperti penerapan kebijakan kerja hybrid, pengembangan karir berbasis teknologi, dan integrasi alat digital, dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan serta produktivitas karyawan Generasi Z. Selain itu, organisasi yang mendukung kesejahteraan mental dan menawarkan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif lebih mampu menarik dan mempertahankan talenta muda. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan integrasi Generasi Z ke dalam organisasi bergantung pada kemampuan manajemen untuk menciptakan kebijakan yang fleksibel, inovatif, dan berorientasi pada keseimbangan hidup. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penyediaan wawasan praktis bagi manajemen organisasi dalam merancang strategi adaptasi yang efektif terhadap kebutuhan dan ekspektasi Generasi Z, serta memberikan dasar empiris bagi pengembangan kebijakan SDM yang relevan dengan dinamika generasi baru di lingkungan kerja.
