Abstract

 Abstrak : Perusahaan pada hakikatnya ingin menjadi pemimpin pasar pada persaingan yang dihadapi dalam dunia bisnis. Perusahaan dituntut untuk menggunakan strategi yang tepat dalam rangka mempertahankan produk agar tetap diminati oleh pelanggan lama dan menciptakan pelanggan baru. Pentingnya memahami keinginan konsumen dalam produk yang diinginkannya telah menjadi perhatian pada berbagai industri, termasuk pada industri olahraga. Hal ini disebabkan karena meningkatnya minat dan kesadaran berolahraga pada tiap individu dalam masyarakat berkembang pesat ditandai dengan berkembangnya pusat-pusat olahraga seperti gimnastik, lapangan futsal, lapangan sepakbola, jogging track di sekitaran rumah, dan masih banyak lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan antara kualitas produk berdasarkan delapan dimensi kualitas produk kinerja, daya tahan, kesesuaian spesifikasi, fitur, keandalan, estetika, kesan kualitas, dan kemampuan pelayanan sepatu olahraga adidas dan nike. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah komparatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara aksidental sampling dengan jumlah responden 100 didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji beda Mann U Whitney dan hasil penelitian yang sudah didapatkan adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan antara kedua sepatu olahraga tersebut. Kata kunci : kualitas produk, adidas, nike, mann u whitney.

Abstract

Small and medium micro businesses are currently increasing very rapidly, flown with modernity today which is better at opening up insights and knowledge about the younger generation so many prefer to run their own businesses to become employees, with the help of consequences and hunting that enhances micro business small and medium enterprises continue to grow rapidly. To find out how to retain customer retention and what are the components that build the customer’s emotional experience in local coffee shop. This research used descriptive analysis, in which the method is to explain about the opinions of customers who prefer to enjoy the products offered  in micro and small businesses based on their emotion and how according to their retention about the service and product. This study obtained conclusion, from  the results of research on people who make purchases on the local coffee shop. Based on the service they have received before and also the products they have obtained from the place of business, while for new customers, they use references from people they trust. Keywords: customer retention, customer emotion, emotional experience

Abstract

Abstract: Meikarta is the largest project ever developed by Lippo Group over the last 67 years. Meikarta will become the largest and most beautiful city in Southeast Asia to provide quality of life and a better place to work. Meikarta comes with a vision to create quality housing at affordable prices, in an effort to help the government reduce the number of home backlog of 11.4 million units. Initial survey showed sales of Meikarta influenced by product knowledge, sale promotion, and price especially in determining consumer purchase decisions. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of product knowledge, sale promotion, and price either simultaneously or partially on consumer purchase decisions at Meikarta Project. The method used associative using multiple linear regression analysis. The study population were 60 respondents who live in the city of Manado. The results show product knowledge, sale promotion, and price simultaneously and partially influence on Consumer Purchase Decision. Meikarta Group Management should increase the value of product attributes by improving product knowledge, sale promotion and price to encourage consumer purchase decisions.Keywords: product knowledge, sale promotion, price, consumer purchase decision

Abstract

Abstrak: Di era modern ini masyarakat mempunyai aktivitas yang beragam, dan untuk memenuhi aktivitas tersebut masyarakat memerlukan adanya transportasi sebagai alat penunjang salah satunya adalah transportasi online (GoJek). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Jasa Transportasi Gojek Online pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sam Ratulangi Manado. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh harga dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk bisa bertahan dalam persaingan Gojek online sebaiknya melakukan evaluasi sejauh mana harga yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan pangsa pasar.Kata Kunci: harga, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Abstract: The sophistication of smartphones increasingly sought after by consumers. In order to win the smartphone industry, company not only considering on the quality of the product but also the strategy to selling their product. Experiential marketing is as an activity to do some anticipation, management and achievement of customer satisfaction through the process of exchange which is personal events that occur as response or some stimulus.  The aim of this research is to analyze the customer perception of experiential marketing of iPhone. To achieve this objective, the researcher took the information from 15 informants using qualitative study which is in-depth interview. The result of the study is the five dimensions of experiential marketing affect the customer perception. Through sense experience, feel experience, think experience, act experience and relate experience. Apple Inc is one of the smartphone industry that using experiential marketing as their marketing strategy to attract customer that proved by the interview results. The recommendation for this study can be used as a reference for the development and deepening of knowledge about experiential marketing.Keywords: experiential marketing, iPhone

Abstract

Abstract : The Premiere XXI Manado Town Square is facility offered by cinema XXI if the visitors want to watch a different way and luxurious facilities with ticket prices more expensive than the regular ticket price. With that conditions researcher want to help The Premiere XXI Manado Town Square to see is there any significant different in customer relationship quality which is Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Trust and Commitment between male and female customers or not. The researcher analyzes data based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data is collected by distributing 100 questionnaires to 50 male and 50 female customers who have ever visited and using The Premiere XXI Manado Town Square facilities more than twice. Secondary data is collected by reading books, journal and internet. The researcher uses Independent Sample T-test. By using Independent sample T-test the result shows that there is no significant difference between Male and Female Customer in Relationship Quality. Based on the results, the data is normally distributed and homogenous. Abstract

This study aims to examine if there are significant effect of social media and word of mouth on purchase decisions at coffeeshops in Manado, the object of this study are local coffee shops in Manado. This study is a quantitative research by distributing questionnaires using Likert Scale. The sample in this research is consisting of 100 respondents. The purposive sampling was apllied in this research regarding to obtain information according to customers who have purchased at local coffee shops that already do social media marketing. This research is a comparative test which are social media and word-of-mouth has simultaneously effects on consumer purchase decision as the dependent variable and social media and word of mouth as one of independent variables partially affects consumer purchase decision in Local Coffee shops positively. Local Coffee shops need to create a competitive advantage in order to win market of Local Coffee shops.Keywords: coffeshop, marketing, word of mouth, social media, purchase decision

Abstract

Abstrak : Usaha Mikro Kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yaitu usaha ekonomi produktif yang secara berdiri sendiri, yang dikerjakan oleh pribadi atau badan usaha yang bukan suatu anak perusahaan atau bukan cabang perusahaan yang dimiliki, dikuasai, atau menjadi bagian baik langsung atau pun tidak langsung. Keputusan Membeli di pengaruhi oleh fasilitas, suasana dan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi keputusan pada membeli  di usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Di kecamatan Sonder yaitu: fasilitas, suasana, serta kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan membeli konsumen serta Secara langsung. Berdasarkan Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian assosiatif. Model pengukuran yaitu hubungan (nilai loading) antara indikator dengan konstruk (variabel laten). Model pengukuran disebut juga sebagai Confirmatory Factor  Analysis (CFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 5 faktor baru yang terbentuk dalam menentukan keputusan membeli UMKM di Kec. Sonder. Faktor pertama komunikasi, serviscape, manfaat dan penggunaan, pelayanan prima dan jaminan. Dalam usaha mikro kecil dan menengah dan konsumen agar turut mempertimbangkan lima faktor baru yang terbentuk yang menjadi penentu Keputusan Pembelian Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah di Kec. Sonder. Sebaiknya Produsen harus mempetahankan budaya organisasi yang ada untuk meningkatkan Komitmen Organisasi dan produsen juga harus meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan kerja karyawan agar komitmen organisasi dapat meningkat. Kata kunci: keputusan konsumen, kualitas pelayanan, suasana, fasilitas

Abstract

Abstract: Companies in this era of globalization are required to compete with each other. Consumers now prefer the products with good quality. In order to produce better products and mitigate defect in products, every company must implement a quality control system. Company will find means to implement a quality control system that is capable and reliable. One of the methods is using Statistical Process Control (SPC). The case studied in this research was the bottled drinking water product in PT.XYZ in Minahasa Utara. The SPC is including Control Charts, Pareto Diagrams and Fishbone Diagrams (Cause and Effect Diagram). Based on the analysis of control chart indicates that the process is out of control. This can be seen in the graph control where there is still a lot of outlier data. Based on Pareto diagram, repair needs priority is for the dominant type of defect is lid (75%). Based on the analysis of the factors causing defect by fishbone diagram, the types of defects originating from the methods, machines, and labor. Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha di Indonesia semakin lama semakin meningkat, terbukti dari semakin banyaknya perusahaan yang berdiri dan bergerak di berbagai bidang usaha, termasuk didalamnya usaha kuliner seperti bisnis café yang semakin menjamur tiap tahunnya. Store location merupakan salah satu faktor penentu terhadap tingkat kepuasan yang diperoleh konsumen sehingga terbentuk loyalitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi, baik secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen pada What’s Up Manado. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang pernah melakukan pembelian di What’s Up Manado dan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu insidental sampling. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa lokasi baik secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Kata kunci: store location, kepuasan konsumen, loyalitas konsumen
