Abstract

Abstract: This study objectives are to analyze the influence of organizational justice and self efficacy on knowledge sharing simultaneously and partialy in M-19 Shop at Manado. This research type is causal uses quantitative type of research. This study is conducted in M-19 Shop at Manado. This research was held at 2018. This research use employees as respondents. Sample of this research are 35 employees. Data analysis using validity and reliability test and regression analysis and hypothesis test. This research finding are: organizational justice, and self efficacy has a positive and significant influence on knowledge sharing. Organizational justice and self efficacy has significant and positive impact on knowledge sharing partialy. Organizational justice has the highest impact variable that influence knowledge sharing comparing to other variable. Self efficacy has the second highest impact variable that influence knowledge sharing. Suggestion of this research: organization in this research must pay attention to this research finding. Organization in this research must improve organizational justice or organizational fairness also self efficacy to improve knowledge sharing in organization. Abstract

Abstract: Aqua is a company which has released some green advertising and have green claim on its packaging. This study aims to find out the influence of green advertising and green claim toward green trust with misleading environmental claim as intervening variable of bottled water product Aqua. The amount of respondents are 100 people, and the respondents are the students from Faculty of Economics and Business Sam Ratulangi University who are consumers of Aqua product and ever seen Aqua advertisements before. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with path analysis method. The result shows that (1) green advertising and green claim have negative significant influence toward misleading environmental claim of Aqua product, (2) green advertising and green claim have positive significant influence toward green trust of Aqua product, (3) misleading environmental claim has significant influence as intervening of green advertising variable toward green trust of Aqua product, (4) misleading environmental claim has no significant influence as intervening of green advertising variable toward green trust of Aqua product. This study suggests that Aqua should develop the content of its green advertising, put some clear information about the green claims and prevent the issue of greenwashing.Keywords: green advertising, green claim, misleading environmental claim, green trust

Abstract

Abstract: Transportation has become one of the most important services for supporting people’s daily activities. One of transportation that exist in the whole world is airplane. Garuda Indonesia as one of airline in Indonesia should be focus on service quality. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality toward sales of ticket and membership of Garuda Indonesia. The analysis method that used in this research is Time Series Regression. Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are the independent variables of this research. While, dependent variables of this research are sales of ticket and membership. The population of this research is airplane in Indonesia and the sample of this research is Garuda Indonesia Airline. The result of this research shows that based on F test, all independent variables (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) have simultaneous influence on sales of ticket and membership. While, based on T test the independent variable that influences sales of ticket partially is tangible and independent variables that influence membershippartially are tangible, responsiveness and empathy.         Based on time series regression result, independent variable that has significant value less than 5% (<0.05) influence onsales of ticket and membership are tangible, reliability and assurance. Abstract

Hotel has became the new business that developing quickly in Manado. It is happened due to the Manado tourism city program established by the city government which indirectly opening up the opportunities for the growth of hospitality industry in Manado. The purpose of this study is to analyze the criteria hotel that influence consumer and analyze the most star rating hotel chosen by the people. This research held from May until June 2015 in Manado city. The respondent are 30 person with using purposive sampling technique to determine the respondent. The respondent must have an experience at least spend one night in three star rating hotel (Peninsula, Arya Duta, Novotel). The method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to compare each star rating hotel as the alternatives on each criteria developed based on the star rating hotel criteria and score it by using preference scale. As the result, there are two from four criteria that influence the consumer to choose star rating hotel. Price is the most preferred criteria followed by location in second position. In best hotel result, Peninsula become the best hotel chose by respondent, followed by Arya Duta and Novotel. The star rating hotel management hotel should consider about establish the price adjusted to the location and give the best service to consumer. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa kualitas layanan berdasarkan persepsi konsumen di Bank Nobu Cabang Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang memakai alat analisis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). kuesioner disebar ke seluruh 100 karyawan di Bank Nobu Cabang Manado. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kualitas layanan Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness) berada pada prioritas utama dimana perlu lebih diperhatikan lagi kinerja perusahaan untuk dimensi ini agar mampu meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah Bank Nobu Cabang Manado. Jaminan (Assurance) dan Empati (Empathy) adalah dimensi-dimensi yang perlu dipertahankan kinerjanya oleh perusahaan karena selain kepentingan nasabah yang tinggi akan kedua dimensi ini didukung juga dengan kinerja dari Bank Nobu akan dimensi ini yang baik sehingga perlu dipertahankan kinerjanya. Dimensi Bukti Fisik (Tangibles) merupakan dimensi yang memiliki tingkat kinerja perusahaan dan kepentingan nasabah yang rendah sehingga tidak terlalu di perhatikan oleh nasabah. Kata kunci : kualitas layanan, persepsi konsumen.

Abstract

Evercoss adalah sebuah produk handphone lokal asli Indonesia. Evercoss di pasarkan oleh CV Tristar Jaya Globalindo Manado yang merupakan perusahaan di bidang perdagangan. Perusahaan ini awalnya merupakan Dealer Provider XL, yang kemudian pada bulan Mei 2012 CV. Tristar Jaya mulai mengembangkan usahanya dengan memperdagangkan produk Handphone Evercoss. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan WOM  (Word of Mouth)  terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada CV.Tristar Jaya Globalindo. Penelitian ini sampelnya 50 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Regresi Berganda (Multiple Regression). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  secara bersama Kualitas Produk Harga dan WOM memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan  Pembelian  handphone Evercoss dan secara parsial Kualitas Produk Harga dan WOM berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Manajemen perusahaan sebaiknya meningkatkan kualitas produk dengan terus berinovasi dan menyesuaikan harga dengan kualitasnya sehingga dapat memberikan kepuasan bagi para konsumen. Abstract

Abstrak : Di era media digital seperti sekarang ini, memiliki bisnis online memang merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat menguntungkan. Setelah masyarakat mengenal sistem transaksi secara online, maka dewasa ini pun diketahui bahwa tingkat pengguna layanan jual beli online memang semakin meningkat. Hal tersebutlah yang membuat segmen bisnis online kini meningkat drastis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepercayaan, dan Motivasi Terhadap Minat Beli Secara Online Pada Anggota Pemuda GMIM Zaitun Mahakeret secara simultan dan secara parsial. Metode dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data regresi linear berganda. Jumlah sampel yang didapat dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling ialah sebanyak 60. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis T ditemukan bahwa model penelitian yang terdiri dari Kepercayaan dan Motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Membeli secara online. Penyedia online shopping sebaiknya memberikan informasi yang jelas, lengkap dan akurat tentang tata cara pemesanan produk dan pembayaran, prosedur pengiriman dan pengembalian, atau penukaran produk. Sedangkan, penjual produk online sebaiknya memperhatikan dan menjaga lebih baik lagi kepercayaan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan kepada konsumen mengenai kesesuaian barang yang dijual dengan yang diinformasikan secara lengkap.Kata Kunci: kepercayaan, motivasi, minat beli online

Abstract

Abstract: In today's competitive business environment marketing managers are more influenced from customerexpectation and meeting the demand for customer satisfaction is very important for them. Every organization must definecustomer satisfaction regarding their market. This study objectives are to influences of interface quality, informationquality and customer service on consumer satisfaction at online shop in Manado. This study is conducted in Faculty ofEconomics and Business Sam Ratulangi University at Manado. This research finding that the interface quality, informationquality and customer service has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Based on the results ofhypothesis testing found that interface quality, information quality, and customer service has significant and positiveimpact partially on customer satisfaction of online shop in Manado. Suggestions: for online stores in Manado, thesefindings must be taken into consideration in making decisions to increase the satisfaction of consumers who buy at onlinestores, especially for milineal consumers or the younger generation. This is because this consumer is one of the biggestconsumers who shop online and start buying online at a young age. Abstract

Abstract: The consumer convenience literature strong in certain respects, underdeveloped in other respects gives insufficient attention to service convenience. The prevailing pattern is either to treat service convenience generally or to lump services and goods together into an overall convenience construct. Consequently food consumption in Manado continues to increase, and increase consumer demand for fast food business. The aim of this research is to analyze service convenience between male and female of Pizza Hut Manado town measure by decision convenience, access convenience, transaction convenience and benefit convenience. This research is quantitative type of research, uses independent sample t-test as the analytical tool. The population of this research is peoples in Manado who has experience in Pizza Hut Manado Town Square, where the sample size is taken from 100. The result from this research found that there is no significant difference between male and female consumer of Pizza Hut Manado town square in access convenience and benefit convenience. Related with the findings there are recommendations for Pizza Hut that they can improve the quality of consumers’ waits for service.Keywords: comparative analysis, service convenience.

Abstract

Abstract: Packaging design is an important part of any marketing plan that involves product- not only is the messaging and visual identity of a package of reflection of consistent branding. Using Perceptual Mapping is the most important part of marketing because Customer perception are relate to how consumer evaluate a company’s product. The right perception will produce the right decision also to achieve sales of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the mapping of consumer perceptions of two soap products Lifebuoy and Lux body wash, based on four attributes, color, shape, image and typography. Data were obtained from questionnaires, study of literature and some observation directly to the purpose of the research. Analysis using multidimensional scaling techniques, samples taken 122 samples of people in Manado. The results showed that the consumer has its own perception of each product based on attributes of Lifebuoy and Lux body wash. Therefore, producer soap product, to pay more attention for the packaging design, more influence on customer perception. A better package design could lead to customer attraction and increasing sales.Keywords: perceptual mapping, marketing
