Abstract

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut pembelajaran yang berakar pada realitas empiris dan mampu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, rasional, serta keterampilan menyelesaikan persoalan nyata. Filsafat realisme memposisikan realitas objektif sebagai sumber pengetahuan yang dapat diverifikasi melalui pengalaman dan observasi ilmiah. Prinsip tersebut memberikan arah bahwa proses pendidikan tidak hanya berfokus pada penguasaan teori, tetapi menekankan keterhubungan antara pengetahuan dan dunia faktual. Perspektif ini memiliki relevansi kuat dengan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), yang dirancang untuk mengaitkan materi pembelajaran dengan konteks kehidupan peserta didik melalui kegiatan inkuiri, refleksi, kolaborasi, dan pengalaman belajar autentik. Artikel ini bertujuan menelaah relevansi filsafat realisme dalam penerapan CTL sebagai strategi pembelajaran modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan analisis tematik terhadap literatur filsafat pendidikan dan pembelajaran kontekstual. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa CTL merupakan representasi praktis dari nilai realisme, karena memungkinkan peserta didik menyusun makna melalui pengalaman langsung dan pemecahan persoalan faktual. Integrasi keduanya berpotensi menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna, ilmiah, adaptif, dan relevan dengan tuntutan perkembangan sosial serta teknologi. Pembelajaran berbasis realitas memberikan kontribusi terhadap pembentukan peserta didik yang mandiri, reflektif, dan siap menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence creates new opportunities to transform biology teacher education; however, its pedagogical integration must be grounded in students’ actual learning needs. This study examined biology education students’ needs for AI-supported collaborative and reflective biology learning as a preliminary foundation for developing a pedagogical model. A quantitative descriptive survey was conducted with 290 biology education students from higher education institutions in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Data were collected using a 29-item questionnaire covering five constructs: social-emotional learning, metacognitive awareness, self-regulated learning, reflective thinking, and collaborative-interactive biology learning context. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, convergent validity indices, and inter-construct correlations. The findings showed that all constructs were categorized as high, with mean scores ranging from 3.628 to 3.738 and percentage scores ranging from 72.570% to 74.760%. Reflective thinking obtained the highest mean score (M = 3.738; 74.760%), followed by metacognitive awareness (M = 3.712; 74.240%), indicating the importance of reflective and metacognitive scaffolding in AI-supported biology learning. The questionnaire demonstrated acceptable measurement quality, with standardized loadings of 0.621–0.907, Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.800–0.938, Composite Reliability values of 0.871–0.951, and AVE values of 0.632–0.765. Strong positive inter-construct correlations (0.804–0.903) suggest that students’ learning needs are closely interconnected. This study positions AI as a pedagogical scaffold for reflective, collaborative, metacognitive, and self-regulated learning rather than merely as a technology-driven intervention.

Abstract

Strategy in a way general is plan or the approach used for reach objective certain. Strategy service refers to the approach used by a person organization for give quality and fulfilling services need customer in a way effective and efficient. This study aims to identify strategies that can improve service quality in the Land and Building Acquisition Tax sector at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency. Using a qualitative approach, this study utilized data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results revealed that the strategies implemented by the Land and Building Acquisition Tax at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency to improve service quality have been implemented through various methods. This is reflected in several indicators, such as professionalism, responsibility, friendly attitude, the ability to complete tasks on time without complaint, and well-structured procedures. In addition, staff are also actively providing support to customers, providing clear guidance, and ensuring effective, good, and consistent service. In addition, employees also provide adequate information regarding tax payment administration procedures to improve service quality. As one of the office service publics will serve various type daily transactions in give service to people and the performance of BPHTB at the Regional Revenue Agency reflects how much good tax managed, from aspect acceptance, compliance, system support and services public related with transaction land and buildings. Evaluation performance often done for identify obstacle or challenge in collection of BPHTB so that it can repaired.

Abstract

Kegiatan penghijauan di lingkungan sekolah merupakan salah satu upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan sekaligus menanamkan nilai kepedulian lingkungan kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan program penghijauan melalui teknik pencampuran media tanam dan penataan tanaman di SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi di kelas dan praktik langsung di lapangan yang melibatkan 15 siswa kelas XII. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu pemberian materi, praktik sederhana, persiapan alat dan bahan, pencampuran media tanam dengan perbandingan 1:1:1 atau 2:1:1 (tanah bekas pembakaran, sekam, dan pasir), selanjutnya penanaman dan penataan tanaman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terkait teknik penghijauan dan mampu mengaplikasikannya secara langsung. Selain itu, program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap kondisi lingkungan sekolah yang menjadi lebih hijau, rapi, dan estetis. Penataan tanaman yang dilakukan secara sistematis juga meningkatkan kenyamanan lingkungan belajar. Keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam kegiatan ini turut membentuk sikap peduli lingkungan serta keterampilan praktis. Dengan demikian, program penghijauan ini efektif sebagai sarana pembelajaran kontekstual dan berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve teachers’ understanding and skills at SDN 155 Atakka Soppeng in integrating STEAM and Science Process Skills (SPS) through an SDGs-based Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) project. The program employed an empowerment-based mentoring approach consisting of socialization, training, hands-on LOF production, pre-test and post-test evaluation, and sustainability reflection. The pre-test indicated that teachers’ initial understanding of STEAM, SPS, and LOF was varied and not yet applicable. After mentoring, the post-test showed improved understanding, positive responses to the activity, and teachers’ ability to connect LOF with science learning activities, such as observing, measuring, drawing conclusions, and communicating findings. The hands-on activity also produced LOF with observable changes in color, odor, and texture, indicating the fermentation process. These findings demonstrate that the LOF project can serve as a contextual learning medium that connects teacher capacity building, STEAM learning, SPS development, organic waste management, and sustainability education in elementary schools. Further mentoring on LOF application, growing media, hydroponics, and formulation development is recommended to support sustainable environmentally-based IPAS learning.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas literasi digital masyarakat Desa Pancana, Kabupaten Barru, sebagai upaya mendukung terwujudnya desa cerdas (smart village). Rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk kegiatan produktif, keterbatasan kemampuan penggunaan platform digital, serta minimnya pemahaman keamanan digital menjadi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, monitoring, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Peserta terdiri atas pelaku UMKM, perangkat desa, pemuda, dan masyarakat umum. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap peserta terhadap teknologi digital. Masyarakat mulai mampu memanfaatkan media sosial, marketplace, dan layanan digital untuk mendukung aktivitas ekonomi dan pelayanan publik. Selain itu, terbentuk komunitas digital desa yang berperan sebagai agen perubahan dalam mendorong transformasi digital berkelanjutan. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital masyarakat serta memperkuat fondasi pengembangan smart village yang inklusif, produktif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of microlearning video coordination system in improving the learning outcomes of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. This study used a pre-experimental design method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research sample consisted of 30 grade XI Biology 1 students selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was a multiple-choice learning outcome test consisting of 15 questions given before learning (pretest) and after learning (posttest). The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and the N-Gain test to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes after the implementation of microlearning videos. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes after the implementation of microlearning videos. The average pretest score of 49.77 increased to 79.77 in the posttest. In addition, the results of the N-Gain analysis obtained an average of 60.83 which is in the moderate or quite effective category. Most students are in the quite effective category with a percentage of 63.43%, while 3.33% are in the effective category. These results indicate that the use of microlearning videos has a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes in the coordination system material. Therefore, microlearning videos can be used as an alternative, engaging, flexible, and effective learning medium in biology learning.

Abstract

Pendidikan sebagai sarana transfer ilmu dan jalan filosofis yang berperan penting dalam membentuk kepribadian serta menumbuhkan kesadaran individu. Artikel ini membahas jejak filosofis pendidikan dengan menempatkan proses belajar sebagai pengalaman eksistensial yang menuntun setiap individu memahami diri, keberadaan, dan tujuan hidup. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan kajian kepustakaan, dilakukan analisis literatur filsafat eksistensialisme dalam konteks pendidikan modern. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan yang berlandaskan filsafat tidak hanya mengarahkan peserta didik sekadar menguasai pengetahuan, tetapi juga pembentukan karakter, dan kesadaran eksistensial. Guru dipandang sebagai cermin kebebasan yang menuntun peserta didik menemukan makna hidup dalam kebebasan dan tanggung jawab. Oleh karena itu, nilai-nilai filosofis dan eksistensialisme dalam pendidikan mampu menuntun individu menjadi pribadi yang bertanggung jawab dalam kehidupan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study was done to create and check a Biology learning module that uses videos to teach people about the human immune system. The goal was to see if this module is really good if it is useful and if it actually works. The study looked at the Biology learning module and the immune system to find this out. Methods: This study employed the ADDIE development model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research was conducted with Grade XI students at SMA Negeri 4 Bulukumba, Indonesia. The module was validated by two experts and evaluated for practicality through questionnaires completed by two biology teachers and 23 students. Its effectiveness was assessed with 41 students (23 in the experimental class and 18 in the control class). Data were analyzed using Gregory’s validity coefficient, descriptive percentage analysis, and normalized gain (N-gain). The ADDIE model provided a systematic framework for developing a valid, practical, and effective biology learning module integrated with microlearning videos. Findings : T he developed module achieved a Gregory validity coefficient of 1.00, indicating very high validity. Teacher and student practicality scores reached 91.88% and 80%, respectively, indicating that the module is practical for classroom use. Furthermore, the experimental class achieved a higher N-gain score (0.72, high) than the control class (0.49, moderate), demonstrating that integrating microlearning videos into the Biology module effectively improved students' learning outcomes on the human immune system. Research Implications: The findings suggest that the developed module can serve as an effective instructional resource for teaching abstract Biology concepts while supporting independent and technology-enhanced learning in senior high schools. Originality: Unlike previous studies that primarily examined microlearning videos as standalone instructional media, this study integrates microlearning videos into a systematically developed Biology learning module and comprehensively evaluates its validity, practicality, and effectiveness, thereby contributing to the development of innovative Biology teaching materials for senior high school education.

Abstract

This research is a research and development (R&D) type formative research Tessmer which aims to develop a three-tier multiple choice diagnostic test that can identify student misconceptions on circulatory system material. The product development stage consists of two stages, namely the preliminary stage and formative evaluation (self evaluation, prototyping). The subjects in this study were students of class XI MIPA SMAN 10 Bone. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the final prototype or final product of the three-tier multiple choice diagnostic test instrument developed as a whole is included in good quality in terms of validity, reliability, level of difficulty and differentiation. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the three tier multiple choice diagnostic test instrument is successful and effective in identifying student misconceptions on circulatory system material with the percentage of students who experience misconceptions is 38.6%
