Abstract

Artikel ini betujuan untuk melihat kebijakan pendidikan islam di Indonesia pada masa reformasi, sebagai bahan kajian dan pelajaran bagi proses dan pengambilan kebijakan dewasa ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka, di mana sumber atau data-data yang dihadirkan pada penelitian ini berasal dari berbagai literature yang dianalisis secara komprehensif, sistematis dan filosofis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kebijakan pendidikan islam di era reformasi sudah sangat baik, bahkan bisa dibilang kebijakan yang dikeluarkan sudah sangat berpihak pada pengembangan pendidikan islam baik secara proses maupun secara lembaga.

Abstract

The leaves and fruits of Indonesian Syzygium spp such as white pakoba, red pakoba and bombongan have been extracted by ethanol. The ethanolic extract was partitioned with polar solvent gradient using n-hexane, ethyl acetate and n-butanol repeatedly. Each fraction was tested for antidiabetic activity and exhibited varying degrees of antidiabetic activity when tested with α-glucosidase method. Antidiabetic test indicated that the ethyl acetate and butanol fractions of the leaves of pakoba white, red pakoba and bombongan has potential as a source of active compounds.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis kadar Fe(III) pada sampel air sumur galian yang dikonsumsi masyarakat sebanyak 10 sampel yang tersebar dibeberapa wilayah Kota Gorontalo. Sampel diasamkan dengan 0.3 mL HNO3 4M dan 0.5 mL KSCN 2M dan absorbansi diukur dalam Spektrometer UV-Visible. Nilai absorbansi dari hasil pengukuran larutan standar dengan deret konsentrasi 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7 dan 1 ppm larutan induk Fe 100 ppm diperoleh persamaan regresi linier y = 0.000x + 0.016 dengan nilai regresi (R2) = 0.9860. (λMax) 490 nm dengan nilai absorbansi (A) tertinggi yakni 0.043. Data ini digunakan untuk pengukuran sampel di lokasi I. Untuk Lokasi II, Nilai absorbansi dari hasil pengukuran larutan standar dengan deret konsentrasi 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7 dan 1 diperoleh persamaan regresi linier y = 0.036x + 0.006 dengan nilai regresi (R2) 0.9800. (λMax) 510 nm dengan nilai absorbansi (A) tertinggi yakni 0.025. Hasil pengukuran sampel untuk Lokasi I yakni kode sampel A = -0.1060, B = -0.0303, C = 0.3780, D = 0.1667 dan E = 0.3636. Untuk Lokasi II yakni kode sampel A = 0.175, B = 0.050, C = 0.3780, D = 0.050 dan E = 0.675. Disimpulkan bahwa, kandungan konsentrasi Fe di 5 lokasi ini masih dibawah NAB yakni ˂ 1 mg/L karena konsentrasi Fe yang dianjurkan oleh WHO minimal adalah 1 mg/L. Pada air tanah bervariasi mulai dari 0,01 mg/l - 25 mg/l.

Abstract

Kegiatan KKN-Tematik ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir melalui pengolahan ikan di Desa Luhuto Kecamatan Biau Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan KKN-Tematik ini berupa metode pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan  memberikan pelatihan dan praktek pengolahan yang meliputi pemilihan bahan, pengembangan produk, dan pemilihan kemasan. Kegiatan KKN ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu persiapan dan pembekalan yang diawali dengan melakukan survey lapangan, memberikan materi persiapan dan pembekalan kepada mahasiswa, dan melaksanakan program KKN yang telah direncanakan serta merencanakan program lanjutan. Target dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir Desa Luhuto Kecamatan Biau Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan cara pengolahan ikan menjadi makanan yang dapat bernilai jual tinggi. Luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah 1) menghasilkan olahan ikan yang berupa ikan nugget, ikan bakso dan perkedel ikan; 2) meningkatnya keterampilan masyarakat pesisir  dalam mengolah hasil laut untuk menjadi menjadi makanan yang bernilai jual tinggi., dan 3) meningkatnya keterampilan masyarakat pesisir dalam memasarkan hasil olahan ikan yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to remove Pb(II) from waste water of Tolangohula sugar factory, Gorontalo. In this study, coagulation technique was developed using chitosan as coagulant. Chitosan was obtained from Peneaus monodon shell. The effect of coagulant mass was studied by varying the mass of chitosan: 0, 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10 g. In addition, effect of pH was also examined by varying the pH of solution: 2, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. The results showed that the utilization of 10 g chitosan gave the optimal Pb(II) removal of 72.36% or 22.28 x 10-6 mg/g. Additionally, Pb(II) removal was optimum (83%) or 25.44 x 10-6 mg/g at pH 9. It could be concluded that chitosan coagulant had the ability to adsorb the Pb(II) in the waste water from Tolangohula sugar factory Kabupaten Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the validity of the vibration, waves, and sounds – related guided inquiry learning material assisted by Google sites. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach that is focused on the validation test process through expert validation tests. The instrument used in this research is the expert validation sheet. The learning material validated in this study include lesson plans, student worksheets, teaching materials, learning media and learning outcomes tests. The results of lesson plans validation by experts obtained an average score of 3.3 (valid). For the validation of the student worksheets, the average score is 3.1 (valid). The validation of teaching materials obtained an average score of 3.4 (valid). The validation of learning media obtained an average score of 3.4 (valid). And the learning outcomes test obtained validation results with an average score of 3.2 (valid). From these results, the overall average value of the validation of learning tools is 3.3 and is included in the valid category. So it can be concluded that the guided inquiry learning material assisted by Google sites on the material of vibration, waves, and sound developed is feasible to be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Pulut corn has various physicochemical characteristics compared to non-pulut corn. Adequate nutritional content makes pulut corn potentially capable of supporting the diversification of the food industry, one of which is used as fermented corn milk. The purpose of implementing this activity is for the community to gain knowledge about the processing of corn pulut as fermented milk. The activity was carried out in Bumi Bahari Village, Popayato District, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province in November 2022. The resulting data were analyzed descriptively which described the implementation of the activities, including preparation and implementation. Based on the results of observations, it was found that the people involved were very enthusiastic and showed a positive and independent attitude during the activity process. In addition, from the results of interviews with the training participants, it was found that they were greatly helped by this training activity. So far, the training participants only know that pulut corn is processed as boiled pulut corn, and Gorontalo's special food.

Abstract

Generic science skills are very important for students, in addition to being able to improve students' understanding of concepts, by measuring generic science skills teachers can understand the character and skills possessed by students. This study aims to determine students' generic science skills in solving chemistry problems on salt hydrolysis material by high school students of class XI IPA SMA Muhammadiyah Batudaa. The focus of this study is to describe students' generic science skills in solving chemistry problems on salt hydrolysis material. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method using tests. The data was obtained through a description test, which was done in writing by 66 students at SMA Muhammadiyah Batudaa. The data that has been obtained will then be analyzed first through the code on the answers given by students, as well as through the scores of each component of the student answers. The results showed the achievement of generic science skills, namely indirect observation 78.41% (good), symbolic language 59.85% (less), law of cause and effect 62.06% (sufficient), logical frame 73.48% (sufficient), logical consistency 64.44% (sufficient). In general, the mastery of generic science skills of grade XI science students of Muhammadiyah Batudaa High School obtained an average percentage of 63.42%, including in the sufficient category.

Abstract

Sry Rahmawaty s. Guge. 2023. “Pembuatan Nano Kitosan Dengan Meggunakan Metode Gelasi Ionik”. Skripsi Program Studi S1-Kimia, Fakutas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG). Pembimbing I Prof, Dr. AstinLukum, M.Si. dan Pembimbing II Wiwin Rewini Kunusa, S.Pd, M.Si. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui karakteristik sifat fisik nano kitosan yang dihasilkan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan nano kitosan dengan menggunakan metode gelasi ionik serta uji marflogi menggunakan Scaning Electron Microscopy (SEM) . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa pembuatan nano kitosan dengan menggunakan metode gelasi ionik dengan perlakuan ± 2 jam dapat mendistribuskan ukuran partikel yang lebih homogen dengan pengaruh alat menggunakan magnetic stirrer, konsentrasi TPP, surfaktan dan waktu yang sesuai menunjukkan bahwa kerutan pada partikel semakin berkurang dengan ukuran partikel 278-350 nm.

Abstract

Corn (Zea mays) is a widely cultivated crop in Gorontalo and has high economic value as well as an important role in food security. Fertilization is one of the key factors that influence the productivity of corn plants. This research aims to determine the combination of NPK fertilizer doses granulated with Biochar-Chitosan in enhancing the growth and productivity of corn plants, as well as its impact on the quality of total N soil content. The study was conducted by planting corn, applying fertilizer, and observing its growth through measurements of plant height, leaf length, stem diameter, cob weight with husk, and cob weight without husk. The observational data were then analyzed descriptively, summarizing or classifying the data set to provide an overview of the data. Additionally, the analysis of soil N-total content was conducted before and after the application of fertilizers. The research results show that the combination of NPK-Biochar fertilizer doses has a significant impact on the growth and productivity of corn plants. The 7.5-gram NPK-Biochar fertilizer dose yielded the best results in increasing plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, and cob weight with and without husks compared to other doses. Soil chemical property analysis also indicates that the application of NPK-Biochar fertilizer has a positive impact on the quality of the soil's total nitrogen content.
