Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the Bi Rate, Exchange Rate (IDR/USD), and Inflation on the Sharia Stock Index listed on JII. In this research, the population used was 30 Sharia Stock Index companies registered with (JII) during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. The data used as samples were Sharia Stock Index data, annual BI Rate data, Exchange Rates and Inflation. All research variable data uses annual data, so data is obtained for the period January 2020 – December 2020. Bi Rate, Exchange Rate and Inflation on the Stock Index simultaneously influence the Sharia Stock Index recorded on JII for the 2020 period. Bi Rate has a negative and significant effect on Sharia Stock Index recorded on JII for the 2020 period. The exchange rate has a positive and significant influence on the Sharia Stock Index recorded on JII for the 2020 period. Inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on the Sharia Stock Index recorded on JII for the 2020 period. Keywords: BI RATE, EXCHANGE RATE, INFLASI, Trade Volume, Stock Price

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and explain the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, entrepreneurial character, and digital literacy on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City. The sample used in this research was 90 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data test used is partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this research show that partially (t test) the entrepreneurial knowledge variable has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City, the self-efficacy variable has no significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City, the entrepreneurial character variable has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City and the digital literacy variable has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Self-Efficacy, Entrepreneurial Character and Digital Literacy

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Promotions, Cash on Delivery, and Viral Marketing on Purchasing Decisions in the Shopee marketplace. Type of survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Shopee application users who had made a purchase at Shopee at least once within the Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 75 respondents. Data was obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Analysis of this research data uses multiple linear regression analysis. This research contributes to knowing the factors that influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. The results of this research are that Promotion, Cash on Delivery, and Viral Marketing partially influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. Keywords: Purchasing Decisions, Promotion, Cash on Delivery,dan Viral Marketing

Abstract

Abstract This study is intended to examine and explain the impact of communication, emotional intelligence, and individual innovation capabilities on the performance of NK Cafe Malang employees. A total of 75 respondents were sampled in this research by applying saturated sampling techniques. Quantitative data analysis through multiple linear regression analysis is used as a data analysis method. Data testing was carried out using partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of the study show that partially (t test) the communication variable has a significant influence on the performance of NK Cafe Malang employees, the emotional intelligence variable also has a significant influence on the performance of NK Cafe Malang employees, and the individual innovation capability variable does not have a significant influence on the performance of NK Cafe company employees. Keywords: Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Individual Innovation Capability and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, profitability, company size on company value which is moderated by managerial ownership. The population in this research is primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2020 to 2022. Using the purposive sampling method, a total sample of 78 primary consumer goods sector companies was obtained, so the total observations in this research were 234 observations. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis technique is used to test the interaction of independent variables and moderating variables to see whether they have an effect on dependent variable. The results of this research show that capital structure as measured by DER has a significant influence on company value, profitability as measured by ROA has no effect on company value, company size has no effect on company value, managerial ownership is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of capital structure on company value, Managerial ownership is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of profitability on company value, while managerial ownership is not able to moderate the influence of company size on company value.   Keywords: Capital structure, profitability, company size, managerial ownership, company value

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Social Marketing and Brand Credibility on Purchase Intention with Customer Attitude as an Intervening Variable among Gojek Application Users (Study on Students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020). The population in this study is undergraduate students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020 from 10 faculties with a total of 2,347 students. Then from that number a sample of 85 people was taken using the maholtra formula. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable Purchase Intention, the independent variables Social Media Marketing and Brand Credibility, and the intervening variable Customer Attitude. The data analysis technique in this study uses path analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results show that 1) Social Media Marketing directly has a significant effect on Customer Attitude 2) Brand Credibility directly has a significant effect on Customer Attitude 3) Social Media Marketing directly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention 4) Brand Credibility directly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention 5) Customer Attitude directly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention 6) Social Media Marketing indirectly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention through Customer Attitude 7) Brand Credibility indirectly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention through Customer Attitude.  Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Brand Credibility, Purchase Intention, Customer Attitude

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, word of mouth, and price perceptions on purchasing decisions partially. The research method used is quantitative research method and this type of research is purposive sampling. The sample of this study were consumers of Swara Alam Cafe in Kepanjen with a sample size of 85 respondents. To obtain data, this study used a data collection method with a questionnaire. The data analysis used is instrument test, normality test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination using the SPSS 23 application. The results of this study indicate that service quality and word of mouth have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions at Swara Alam Cafe in Kepanjen. Meanwhile, price perceptions have no effect on purchasing decisions at Swara Alam Cafe in Kepanjen. Keywords: Service Quality, Word Of Mouth, Price Perception, And Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this study is to examine and elucidate how consumer behavior is impacted by financial literacy, lifestyle, and electronic money. Case Study of Management Students at the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020-2022. A sample of one hundred respondents was selected using random sampling methods from the Slovin formula for this study. This study used multiple linear regression analysis as a quantitative data analysis tool. Partial hypothesis testing is done using the data. The study's findings indicate that, to a lesser extent, the Lifestyle variable and the Financial Literacy variable have a significant impact on the purchase behavior of students enrolled in the Management study program at the Islamic University of Malang. Malang, the Lifestyle variable has a significant influence on the Consumptive Behavior of Management study program students at the Islamic University of Malang, Islamic University of Malang, and Electronic Money has a significant influence on the Consumptive Behavior of Management study program students at the Islamic University of Malang, Malang. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Lifestyle, Electronic Money, Consumptive Behavior

The research data linkage problem approach is presented in numerical form when the research data linkage problem is analyzed. In research that uses a combination of data search problems, there is a process that uses a combination of data search problems, data retrieval and identification of analytical tools. This type of research includes descriptive research, especially the problem of synthesizing research data, combining research data, exploratory research or photographing the problem of synthesizing research data, in-depth, broad and comprehensive research. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the effect of foreign direct investment, inflation rate, political stability on the trade balance in Indonesia. The population in this study is the trade balance ratio registered with the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in the monthly period from January 2019 to December 2023. By using the saturated sample method, a sample size of 60 was obtained. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) analysis technique is used to test the interaction of independent variables whether they affect the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that foreign direct investment and political stability have a significant effect on the trade balance, the inflation rate does not affect the trade balance. Keywords: Foreign Direct Investment, Inflation, Political Stability, Trade Balance
