Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of text engineering strategies, modeling strategies, and the differences between text engineering strategies and modeling strategies in learning to write scientific reports for grade XII students of SMKN 7 Bone. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique is in the form of a test to write scientific reports. The results of the study show that text engineering strategies are effectively used in learning to write students' scientific reports. The results of the t-test showed that the score was 18,058 > a value of 2,093 with a value of sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 so that H1 is accepted. The mean value of students' text engineering strategies before treatment was 48.75 with the low category, after treatment increased to 82.05 in the high category. Effective modeling strategies are used in learning to write scientific reports. The results of the t-test showed that the score was 23,614 > a score of 2,093 with a sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 so that H1 is accepted. The mean value of students' modeling strategies before treatment was 44.85 with the low category, after treatment increased to 84.05 with the high category. There was no significant difference between the two classes in learning to write scientific reports after being treated. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan keefektifan strategi rekayasa teks, strategi modeling, dan perbedaan antara strategi rekayasa teks dan strategi modeling dalam pembelajaran menulis laporan ilmiah siswa kelas XII SMKN 7 Bone. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa tes menulis laporan ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi rekayasa teks efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran menulis laporan ilmiah siswa. Hasil uji t-test menunjukkan bahwa nilai  sebesar 18.058 > nilai  sebesar 2.093 dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H1 diterima. Nilai mean strategi rekayasa teks siswa sebelum perlakuan adalah 48,75 dengan kategori rendah, setelah perlakuan meningkat menjadi 82,05 kategori tinggi. Strategi modeling efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran menulis laporan ilmiah. Hasil uji t-test menunjukkan bahwa nilai  sebesar 23.614 > nilai  sebesar 2.093 dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H1 diterima. Nilai mean strategi modeling siswa sebelum perlakuan adalah 44,85 dengan kategori rendah, setelah perlakuan meningkat menjadi 84,05 dengan kategori tinggi. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelas dalam pembelajaran menulis laporan ilmiah setelah diberi perlakuan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Audio Visual Media Use Learning Model to the Skills and Learning Outcomes of the Forward Roll in Physical Education Learning in Elementary Schools in Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative approach to descriptive analysis of the type of research, namely classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 30 students of grade V of SDI Bertingkat Labuang Baji Makassar. The focus of this study is the Application of the Audio Visual Media Use Learning Model and Learning Outcomes to the Forward Roll Skill with the theme of locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative movements. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, testing and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study use quantitative analysis. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the learning outcomes of students of SDI Bertingkat Labuang Baji Makassar in the subject of the combination of locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative movements in floor gymnastics activities, namely forward rolls with the Application of the Audio Visual Learning Model. In the Pre-cycle, student learning completeness only reached 67%. After the Action in cycle I, the completion increased to 77%, in Cycle 2, the student's learning completion reached 96%, this shows that the Action taken has been effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Land Deed Officials are required to act diligently and professionally, adhering strictly to the principle of prudence when preparing sale and purchase deeds, particularly those involving property owned by minors. According to the Indonesian Civil Code, guardians must notify the Orphans Chamber (Balai Harta Peninggalan) and conduct the transaction in the presence of a supervising guardian when selling immovable property belonging to minors. However, in practice, such transactions often bypass the Orphans Chamber, raising legal concerns due to the potential for guardians to misuse the proceeds from the sale. This study explores how Land Deed Officials implement the prudential principle in drafting deeds for the sale of minors' property. Using qualitative methods, the research analyzes relevant legal frameworks, sale documents, and interviews with Land Deed Officials, Orphans Chamber representatives, and guardians. The findings reveal that the application of prudence by Land Deed Officials remains suboptimal. Many rely solely on court decisions authorizing parental guardianship, overlooking the legally mandated role of the Orphans Chamber in safeguarding the interests of minors. The study underscores the critical need for supervisory oversight to ensure the protection of children’s rights in property transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of a simple practicum in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning on science process skills and abilities.Islamic Religious Education (PAI) on science process skills and critical thinking ability of elementary school students. critical thinking skills of elementary school students. The method used was a quasi-experiment with pre-test and post-test design, involving two groups: an experimental group thaatt participated in the simple practicum and a control grout who learned with traditional methods. The results showed that the experimental group experienced significant improvement in science process skills, with an average pre-test score of 58.3 increasing to 82.7 in the post-test. Meanwhile, the control group only increased by 16.4%. The questionnaire showed that students felt that the simple practicum helped them understand science concepts (average score 4.6) and increased interest in learning science (score 4.7). In addition to In addition, the practicum also contributed positively to the development of students' critical thinking skills (mean score 4.4). This finding supports constructivist learning theory, which emphasizes the importance of hands-on experience to increase students' cognitive engagement. to enhance students' cognitive engagement. Overall, this study shows that simple integrated practicum in learning is effective in improving students' understanding of science concepts and students' critical thinking skills, thus becoming an effective method in science science education in elementary school.

Abstract

Employee performance determines a company's success. Employee performance is influenced by two factors: self-esteem and self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to see if self-esteem and self-efficacy, either separately or together, had any effect on employee performance. This study employs a quantitative research design. With a sample size of 150, the population in this study was employees of PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera (SGS). The data analysis method uses multiple linear regressions. Data was collected through primary data sources, especially direct questionnaire distribution to respondents. Results and findings Self-esteem and self-efficacy were found to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The role of self-efficacy and self-esteem in improving employee performance: research implications Improve self-efficacy so that employees are confident in their ability to complete tasks. Employee confidence is increased by providing development efforts for individual employees, such as improving formal employee education, providing training, providing supervision in the execution of employee duties, and (ii) increasing self-esteem so that employee confidence increases. Efforts that can be made by delegating full responsibility and authority to employees based on their position, as well as providing opportunities for employees to gain self-development for their work, such as by promoting employees to different levels of positions, assigning assignments based on their competencies, and so on.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan baru bagi masyarakat Desa Hendea tentang pendidikan anak di Era digital. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Hendea Kabupaten Buton Selatan, Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Comumunity based Research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun bentuk kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan Focus Group Discussion, Kajian Pustaka, dan sosialisasi dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak antara lain yaitu Tim pengabdian , Keluarga, guru, kepala sekolah, masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terbagai 3 Tahapan Pertama adalah Tim Pengadian Masyarakat memberikan materi tentang pendidikan anak di Era digital terkait tantangan dan solusinya dengan dengan peserta guru PAUD, Orang tua anak dan masyarakat. Tahapan kedua melaksanakan FGD (Forum Group Dicussion) pada tahap ini terjadi diskusi antara pemateri dan peserta terkait dengan permasalahan yang sedang terjadi di lingkungan keluarga. Tahapan Ketiga Tim Pengabdian melakukan diskusi dan pengamatan kepada guru dan orang tua anak terkait dengan pendidikan anak di keluarga dan sekolah diera digital. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukan adanya pengetahuan baru bagi orang tua anak didik tentang petingnya dan bahaya teknologi bagi anak sejak dini. Orang tua mulai memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku anak dan strategi penangannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru PPKn dalam mengedukasi partisipasi politik siswa kelas XII sebagai pemilih pemula di SMK Negeri 7 Bone. Penelitian memberikan pemahaman bagaimana peran guru PPKn tentang hak dan kewajiban politik siswa serta mengembangkan kesadaran mereka akan pentingnya berpartisipasi dalam proses demokrasi, khususnya dalam pemilu. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan instrumen penelitian wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi terhadap guru PPKn, siswa, serta kepala sekolah SEMAKIN Negeri 7 Bone. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PPKn di SMK Negeri 7 Bone berperan penting dalam menanamkan pengetahuan politik melalui metode-metode yang relevan, seperti simulasi pemilu, diskusi, dan role playing. Selain itu, guru juga menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan integritas agar siswa menjadi pemilih yang kritis dan bijaksana. Faktor pendukung utama dalam proses pendidikan politik ini mencakup kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung, meningkatnya kesadaran siswa terhadap isu-isu politik, dan kemudahan akses informasi melalui media sosial. Namun, terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat, seperti minat siswa yang beragam terhadap politik, kesulitan dalam memahami materi yang kompleks, serta pengaruh hoaks yang memengaruhi pemahaman politik siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan pendidikan politik di sekolah dalam rangka menciptakan generasi muda yang terlibat secara aktif dalam sistem demokrasi Indonesia.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create (RADEC) learning model in Grade IV Mathematics instruction and identifies the supporting and inhibiting factors influencing its application. The research is motivated by the low levels of student participation and critical thinking in Mathematics learning, which remains heavily reliant on lecture-based methods. The RADEC model was selected for its emphasis on active, collaborative learning and its alignment with 21st-century skill development. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of learning activities. The implementation process follows five core stages: reading, answering, group discussion, explanation, and creative tasks. Key supporting factors include well-prepared teaching materials, teacher competence, student readiness, increased student engagement, and enhanced self-confidence. In contrast, inhibiting factors comprise limited instructional time, student difficulties during discussions, and challenges in understanding mathematical symbols. Additionally, some students perceived the model as overly serious and time-consuming. The study concludes that while the RADEC model positively influences student engagement and learning outcomes, its success depends on effective time management and adaptive teaching strategies that address students’ cognitive and emotional needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan kerang pesisir sebagai media pembelajaran di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Pembelajaran di PAUD menuntut pendekatan yang menyenangkan, kontekstual, dan berbasis lingkungan, namun inovasi media ajar berbahan lokal seperti kerang pesisir masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis 137 artikel dari database Publish or Perish, yang kemudian diseleksi secara ketat menggunakan pedoman PRISMA, hingga diperoleh 10 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kerang pesisir memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus, kreativitas, pemahaman konsep sains dan matematika dasar, serta menanamkan nilai cinta lingkungan dan kearifan lokal pada anak. Kerang juga mudah diperoleh, ramah lingkungan, dan mampu mengintegrasikan berbagai aspek pembelajaran secara interdisipliner. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan kerang pesisir sebagai media ajar merupakan alternatif strategis yang edukatif, ekonomis, dan kontekstual, serta layak dikembangkan dalam kurikulum PAUD berbasis lingkungan dan budaya lokal.
