Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara empiris pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi kepala dusun di Desa Era Baru, Kecamatan Tellulimpoe, Kabupaten Sinjai. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala dusun berperan aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan, antara lain koordinasi kerja bakti rutin, pengawasan pembangunan rabat beton, keterlibatan dalam rapat-rapat penting desa, serta dukungan terhadap pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik. Peran ini menegaskan posisi kepala dusun tidak hanya sebagai pelaksana administratif, tetapi juga sebagai penggerak sosial, koordinator pembangunan, dan fasilitator pemberdayaan masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, pelaksanaan tugas kepala dusun masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, seperti keterbatasan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, minimnya akses terhadap pelatihan formal, koordinasi internal yang belum optimal, serta meningkatnya tuntutan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik. Faktor pendukung yang memperkuat kinerja kepala dusun meliputi partisipasi aktif masyarakat melalui tradisi gotong royong, dukungan kepala desa dan perangkat desa, serta adanya inisiatif lokal berbasis potensi masyarakat. Adapun faktor penghambat mencakup keterbatasan sarana dan fasilitas kerja, minimnya insentif dibandingkan beban kerja, serta ketiadaan mekanisme evaluasi kinerja secara berkala. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas kepala dusun dipengaruhi oleh kapasitas personal, dukungan kelembagaan, serta partisipasi masyarakat. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya penguatan kapasitas kepala dusun melalui pelatihan teknis dan manajerial, peningkatan kesejahteraan, penyediaan sarana penunjang, serta penerapan sistem evaluasi kinerja berbasis kebutuhan lokal. Abstract

This study was related to government policies , especially PP No 60 / 2007 article 19 of the mandate of the establishment of network of marine conservation areas in various levels, both local ( provincial ), national, regional and global. One aspect is the establishment of a network of ecological data availability . The method used is the spatial analysis techniques combined with field surveys in the waters of the West Coast of South Sulawesi , especially in the waters of Makassar . Research shows that the condition of each ecosystem ; seagrass with range from 32.5 to 72.5 % with an average of 54 % (Good Condition) condition of coral reef ecosystems which range covered of 17.5 to 57.5 % with an average of 39.5 , % (critical condition ) and condition of mangrove ecosystem with moderate conditions with an area 142 hectares which in the category of dence

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi praktik perjudian dari bentuk konvensional menjadi perjudian berbasis daring yang semakin mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik judi online sebagai bentuk kejahatan siber serta mengkaji pengaturannya dalam hukum positif Indonesia dan perspektif hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Data penelitian diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan yang bersumber dari peraturan perundang-undangan, buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan mengenai perjudian dalam hukum positif Indonesia diatur dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP), Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1974 tentang Penertiban Perjudian, serta Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik yang secara khusus mengatur perjudian online sebagai kejahatan berbasis teknologi informasi. Praktik judi online menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif, antara lain kerugian ekonomi, gangguan psikologis, konflik sosial, serta meningkatnya potensi kejahatan siber. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, perjudian termasuk dalam kategori maisir atau qimar yang secara tegas dilarang dalam Al-Qur’an dan hadis karena mengandung unsur spekulasi, taruhan, serta perolehan harta tanpa usaha yang sah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan regulasi, penegakan hukum yang konsisten, serta peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat guna menanggulangi praktik judi online di era digital.

Abstract

This study explores the needs of EFL students in essay writing as an initial step toward the development of instructional materials grounded in the Process Genre-Based Approach (PGBA). Specifically, it seeks to examine students’ writing difficulties (lacks), learning preferences (wants), and expectations (goals) in order to inform the design of writing materials that are meaningful and responsive to their learning context. A mixed-methods design was employed, involving 42 EFL students and three lecturers teaching writing courses at a public university in Indonesia. Data were obtained through a 25-item questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the quantitative data, while the qualitative data were analyzed thematically. The findings suggest that students frequently struggle with organizing their ideas, developing coherent paragraphs, and applying grammatical structures accurately. At the same time, they show a clear preference for guided instruction, the use of model texts, and writing activities supported by feedback. In terms of expectations, students express a strong interest in writing materials that are structured, reflective, and motivating. These findings suggest that PGBA is well-suited to addressing students’ needs, as it combines process-oriented writing with genre awareness and provides systematic scaffolding throughout the recursive stages of writing. Overall, the study demonstrates that the principles of PGBA align closely with students’ needs and expectations, supporting its use as a pedagogical framework for EFL writing instruction and materials development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the difficulties experienced by students in reading Arabic texts and the teacher's efforts to overcome students' difficulties in reading Arabic texts in class VIII A MTs PPM Al-Ikhlash Lampoko, Polewali Mandar. The research method used in this study is qualitative research, the type of which is included in field research. Data collection in the study through interviews with research informants. Then analyzed using three stages, namely: 1) Data reduction, 2) Data presentation, and 3) Data verification and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the difficulties often experienced by students in reading Arabic texts vary. The difficulties often experienced by students in class VIII A MTs PPM Al-Ikhlash Lampoko are difficulties in recognizing Arabic letters, difficulties in pronouncing Arabic letters, and difficulties in reading and understanding long reading texts. 2) Teachers' efforts to overcome students' difficulties in reading Arabic texts can include; teachers listen to the contents of the text repeatedly to students before students read it themselves. Before giving reading texts to students, teachers provide vocabulary related to the reading text. And teachers provide reading texts that are relevant to students' daily lives.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan yang dialami siswa dalam membaca teks bahasa Arab dan upaya guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan siswa dalam membaca teks bahasa Arab di kelas VIII A MTs PPM Al-Ikhlash Lampoko, Polewali Mandar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, yang jenisnya termasuk dalam penelitian lapangan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan informan penelitian. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan tiga tahap, yaitu: 1) Reduksi data, 2) Penyajian data, dan 3) Verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kesulitan yang sering dialami siswa dalam membaca teks bahasa Arab bervariasi. Kesulitan yang sering dialami siswa di kelas VIII A MTs PPM Al-Ikhlash Lampoko adalah kesulitan dalam mengenali huruf Arab, kesulitan dalam melafalkan huruf Arab, dan kesulitan dalam membaca dan memahami teks bacaan yang panjang. 2) Upaya guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan siswa dalam membaca teks bahasa Arab dapat meliputi; guru mendengarkan isi teks berulang kali kepada siswa sebelum siswa membacanya sendiri. Sebelum memberikan teks bacaan kepada siswa, guru memberikan kosakata yang berkaitan dengan teks bacaan. Dan para guru menyediakan teks bacaan yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa.

Abstract

This study analyzes the distribution of economic responsibilities within multigenerational Bugis families in the West Tanete Riattang District from the perspective of Islamic law. The research employed a qualitative field method with a normative theological and sociological approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal four patterns of economic distribution: collective, separate households, supported by parents, and supported by children. Conflicts that arise regarding privacy, parenting styles, customs, and the division of roles are resolved through communication and deliberation. Under Islamic law, the husband remains the primary provider, while the involvement of other family members is voluntary and may be accepted as ‘urf ṣaḥīḥ as long as it does not contradict sharia. Based on the maqāṣid syarī‘ah, this practice is valid if it maintains a balance between the nuclear family, filial piety toward parents, and domestic harmony.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out if the application of cooperative learning method Type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Education subjects in grade IV SDN 012 Kualu Mining District Kampar Regency. This research is a Class Action Research (PTK). The subject of this study was a grade 4 student at SDN 012 Kualu. Data collection in this study uses student learning results test. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis techniques, which are performed as many as two cycles consisting of six meetings and two Block exams. The result of the research obtained from the absorbency of students in the final test was 76.12% (good category) and the completion of students' learning in the final test was 77.16% which means that classical learning has been completed. In conclusion, the application of cooperative learning method student team achievement division (STAD) can improve the learning outcomes of grade 4 students at SDN 012 Kualu, Kampar Mining District.
