Abstract

The utilization of digital technology in non-formal education has become an important strategy to enhance the effectiveness of learning, including in scouting activities. This research aims to evaluate the Android-based Scout Guide Application from three main aspects, namely the quality of the user interface, technical performance, and its benefits in supporting scouting learning. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with instruments in the form of closed questionnaires. A total of 30 respondents, who are active participants in scouting activities, were involved in this study. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics through calculations of the mean, standard deviation, and frequency distribution. The research results show that the majority of respondents gave positive evaluations of the app's interface design, which they found attractive, informative, and easy to use. The application also demonstrated stable technical performance with quick responses and relevant, useful features, such as semaphore videos and knot-tying simulations. Furthermore, the application is considered capable of enhancing the understanding of scouting materials in a visual and interactive manner. In conclusion, this application has great potential for integration into digital-based scouting learning activities. Further development is recommended to refine features and expand user reach. These findings contribute to innovations in scouting learning media in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency has considerable human resource potential and local economic capacity; however, these have not been optimally supported by adequate knowledge management and entrepreneurial skills. This community service activity aims to enhance participants’ understanding and skills in applying knowledge management as a foundation for entrepreneurial development. The program was implemented through interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, and simple practical activities involving 30 participants consisting of beginner entrepreneurs and productive community members in a one-day training session.The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of knowledge creation, storage, sharing, and utilization, as well as increased motivation and readiness to develop their businesses creatively and innovatively. This activity contributes to fostering an adaptive and competitive entrepreneurial community in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis anatara Bank Muamalat Indonesia dan Bank Tabungan Negara terutama hal Reveneu, Cost, Remaining Business Proceeds, Current Ratio, Assets Turn Over, Net Profit Margin dan Rate of Return On Investment (ROI) . Alat keuangan yang dipergunakan adalah : Carren Ratio, Asset Turn Over, Net Profir Margin dan Rate of Return Invesment (ROI). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Bank Muamalah Indonesia dan Bank Tabungan Negara Indonesia. Bank Muamalat Indonesia terbukti setiap tahun meningkat, artinya pendapatan Bank Muamalat Indonesia Reveneu relatif stabil, Cost relatif stabil, Remaining Business Proceeds (SHU) meningkat, Carren Ratio  relatif meningkat, Assets Turn Over realtif stabil, Net Profit Margin meningkat, Rate of Return On Investment (ROI) juga meningkat setiap tahun dibandingkan Bank Tabungan Negara.

Abstract

Science education in elementary schools in Pinrang Regency is still dominated by conventional approaches. There is low integration of technology and limited development of 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. This study aims to develop and implement a Science teaching module based on TPACK and integrated with the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model. The goal is to enhance students' Four Cs skills. The research used a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) within a Mixed Methods design. Data were collected through expert validation questionnaires (Aiken’s V coefficient), teacher and student practicality questionnaires, structured classroom observation protocols (17 indicators, inter-rater reliability = 0.87), and semi-structured interviews with 12 teachers and 12 school principals. Pre-test and post-test instruments measured Four Cs competencies. Quantitative data were analyzed using normalized gain (N-Gain) calculations and paired-samples t-tests (SPSS v. 28). Qualitative data underwent thematic analysis following Braun and Clarke’s (2006) six-phase framework in NVivo 12. The results showed that the developed module had high validity and practicality. It achieved average validity and practicality scores of 90%. The module effectively improved students' Four Cs skills, with an average N-Gain score ranging from 0.49 in the limited trial to 0.51 in the wide-scale trial. This study contributes to the development of a teaching model that integrates technology and project-based methods to improve 21st-century skills in elementary education, especially in regions with limited infrastructure. The findings also suggest that improving teacher training and providing adequate infrastructure support are essential for the sustainability of the model's implementation.

Abstract

This study examines the determinant factors influencing implementing zakat management policies in Enrekang Regency. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, the research adopts an explanatory phenomenological approach to explore and interpret zakat management's causal and chronological dimensions. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and documentation analysis using instruments such as interview guides, observation sheets, and document review protocols. The NVivo 12 Plus software assisted in data organization and interpretation. This findings indicate that several key factors significantly affect zakat policy implementation: government support, public awareness and trust in zakat institutions, the professionalism of zakat managers (amil), community religiosity, understanding of zakat regulations, inclusive socialization efforts in rural areas, comprehensive zakat implementation mechanisms, adaptability of information systems, local culture of sharing, and transparency of the UPZ (zakat collecting unit). These elements interact to shape the effectiveness of zakat governance, particularly in the digital era, where zakat institutions are increasingly required to integrate digital-based systems and respond to evolving information needs. The research highlights the necessity for BAZNAS and related stakeholders to enhance digital literacy, technological adaptation, and community engagement to improve zakat services.
