Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the moderating role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the relationship between Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and firm value. Good Corporate Governance in this context is proxied by managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and the proportion of independent commissioners. The research employs a sample of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period, resulting in a final sample of 66 firm-years. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. The findings reveal that, partially, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and independent commissioners have a significant positive effect on firm value. Furthermore, the moderation analysis indicates that Corporate Social Responsibility moderates the effect of managerial ownership on firm value. However, CSR does not moderate the relationship between institutional ownership or independent commissioners and firm value.

Abstract

As an effort to break the chain of spreading Covid-19, the campus is implementing Distance Learning activities. There are many things that educators must prepare in carrying out distance learning activities, one of which is a platform for conducting exams. This study aims to analyze the exam platforms that are chosen by undergraduate students during Distance Learning activities. This research is quantitative descriptive. This study involved 119 students who were randomly selected. The research data was collected using Google Form. The data that has been collected were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that students chose Quizizz as a fun exam platform during Distance Learning activities. The reason is that students consider Quizizz to have an attractive design, easy to access, fun and challenging, and provide information about the results obtained and feedback. Thus, Quizizz can be an alternative choice for lecturers in giving exams to students, especially in Distance Learning activities.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis identitas diri siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan berdasarkan teori perkembangan psikososial Erikson, khususnya tahap identity versus role confusion yang menjadi tugas perkembangan utama pada masa remaja. Kajian ini menelusuri bagaimana konsep diri, hubungan teman sebaya, dukungan sosial, serta dinamika lingkungan sekolah berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan identitas diri siswa di SMKN 51 Jakarta. Menggunakan metode cluster sampling, sebanyak 30 siswa berusia 16–19 tahun berpartisipasi sebagai responden melalui pengisian kuesioner psikososial yang dirancang untuk mengukur aspek identitas diri dan faktor-faktor psikososial yang memengaruhinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memiliki konsep diri positif, relasi sosial yang baik, serta keterlibatan aktif dalam kegiatan sekolah cenderung menunjukkan identitas diri yang lebih matang, tercermin dari kemampuan memahami diri, mengenali minat dan potensi, serta merencanakan masa depan secara lebih terarah, baik dalam hal pendidikan lanjutan maupun pilihan karier. Sebaliknya, siswa yang menghadapi hambatan dalam hubungan sosial atau memiliki konsep diri negatif lebih rentan mengalami kebingungan identitas dan kesulitan dalam melakukan penyesuaian diri di lingkungan sekolah. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa lingkungan sekolah yang suportif, termasuk peran guru, konselor, dan teman sebaya, sangat penting dalam memfasilitasi proses eksplorasi dan pembentukan identitas diri remaja. Oleh karena itu, sekolah perlu menyediakan program yang mendorong refleksi diri, eksplorasi peran, serta penguatan hubungan sosial sebagai bagian dari upaya mendukung perkembangan psikososial siswa di pendidikan kejuruan. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the self-identity of Vocational High School students based on Erikson’s psychosocial development theory, particularly the stage of identity versus role confusion, which represents a central developmental task during adolescence. This research explores how self-concept, peer relationships, social support, and school environmental dynamics contribute to the formation of students’ self-identity at SMKN 51 Jakarta. Using a cluster sampling method, a total of 30 students aged 16–19 years participated as respondents by completing a psychosocial questionnaire designed to assess aspects of self-identity and the psychosocial factors influencing it. The findings indicate that students who possess a positive self-concept, maintain strong social relationships, and actively participate in school activities tend to demonstrate a more mature sense of identity, as reflected in their ability to understand themselves, recognize their interests and strengths, and develop clearer plans for their future in terms of continuing education or choosing a career path. Conversely, students who experience difficulties in social relationships or hold a negative self-concept are more vulnerable to identity confusion and face challenges in adjusting to the school environment. These results highlight the essential role of a supportive school environment—including the involvement of teachers, counselors, and peers—in facilitating the exploration and formation of adolescent identity. Therefore, schools need to implement programs that foster self-reflection, role exploration, and the strengthening of social relationships as part of efforts to support students’ psychosocial development in vocational education settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and develop a bureaucratic simplification model for processing permits for the use of road sections in the Development Work Area (WKP) I of Banten Province during the era of Industrial Revolution 5.0. The main issue addressed is the complexity of licensing procedures that cause service delays, despite the significant potential for revenue generation. Using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews with 13 companies applying for permits. The analysis is grounded in Max Weber's rational-legal theory, which emphasizes the role of formal rules, hierarchy, and division of labor, while also highlighting the need for greater bureaucratic flexibility. The findings reveal that implementing bureaucratic simplification through full digitalization of licensing, system automation, enhanced human resource capacity, technology- and human-centered services, and GPS- and GIS-based monitoring can improve transparency, efficiency, and accountability. Consequently, this model is expected to enhance the public service system in Banten Province, making it more responsive to the needs of communities and business actors in the era of Industrial Revolution 5.0.

Abstract

Abstrak: Di tengah tuntutan era digital akan inovasi untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha di kalangan siswa. Penelitian ini dilandasi oleh keprihatinan atas tren menurunnya kreativitas siswa yang berkorelasi dengan rendahnya ketertarikan pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan, serta diperburuk oleh kesadaran yang minim akan pentingnya minat wirausaha. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain penelitian asosiatif, studi ini mengkaji hubungan sebab-akibat antara kedua variabel tersebut. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 138 siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 66 Jakarta yang bertindak sebagai responden. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05). Temuan ini mengafirmasi penerimaan hipotesis penelitian, yang menyatakan bahwa semakin tinggi pemahaman siswa mengenai kewirausahaan, maka akan semakin besar pula minat mereka untuk terjun ke dunia wirausaha. Dengan demikian, penguatan konten dan metode pembelajaran kewirausahaan menjadi sebuah intervensi strategis yang esensial untuk memupuk dan menumbuhkan generasi wirausahawan masa depan. Abstract: Amidst the demands of the digital era for innovation, this study investigates the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge levels on entrepreneurial interest among students. This study is motivated by concerns over the declining trend of student creativity, which is correlated with low interest in entrepreneurship subjects, and exacerbated by minimal awareness of the importance of entrepreneurial interest. Using a quantitative approach and an associative research design, this study examines the causal relationship between the two variables. Participants in this study were 138 12th-grade students at SMK Negeri 66 Jakarta who acted as respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed in depth using a simple linear regression test. The results of the analysis indicate a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This finding confirms the acceptance of the research hypothesis, which states that the higher students' understanding of entrepreneurship, the greater their interest in entering the entrepreneurial world. Thus, strengthening entrepreneurship learning content and methods is a crucial strategic intervention to cultivate and nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs.
