This research aims to test; (1) the influences of organizational eReadiness to success of development, (2) the influences of external eReadiness to success of development, (3) the influences of organizational eReadiness to eCommerce benefit, (4) the influences of external eReadiness to eCommerce benefit, and (5) the influences of succces development to eCommerce benefit. Survey method is applied in this research. The data primary and secondary data. The population is the entire SME (small medium entreprises) in Jarum village, Bayat sub district, Klaten regency in Central Java. The sample quantity is 31 SME (small medium entreprises). The technique of sample drawing used is method of purposive sampling. This research applies statistical technique of Partial Least Square (PLS). The conclusion of all the hyphoteses proposed are; (1) there are no influences of organizational eReadiness to success of development, (2) there are influences of external eReadiness to success of development, (3) there are no influences of organizational eReadiness to eCommerce benefit, (4) there are influences of external eReadiness to eCommerce benefit, and (5) there are influences of succces development to eCommerce benefit.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis manajemen pengetahuan dan pembelajaran organisasional sebagai predictor dari kinerja organisasional dimediasi inovasi. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dan menggunakan 40 supervisor dari PT. NSK Bearings Manufacturing Indonesia. Jenis penelitian adalah sensus karena populasi sama dengan sampel. Teknik analisis menggunakan SMART PLS software. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa : (1) ada pengaruh positif signifikan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap inovasi, (2) ada pengaruh positif siginifikan pembelajaran organisasional terhadap inovasi, (3) ada pengaruh positif signifikan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja organisasional, (4) ada pengaruh positif signifikan pembelajaran organisasional terhadap kinerja organisasional, (5) ada pengaruh positif signifikan innovation terhadap kinerja organisasional, (6) ada pengaruh positif signifikan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja organisasional dimediasi inovasi. (7) ada pengaruh positif signifikan pembelajaran organisasional terhadap kinerja organisasional dimediasi inovasi pada supervisor PT. NSK Bearings Manufacturing Indonesia.

This study discusses and analyzes the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment mediated by organizational cynicism on employees at the Shirvano Consulting Yogyakarta company. The population and sample in this study are 31 respondents who are startup employees at Shirvano Consulting. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analytical test tool used in this study is SmartPLS v.3.0 with SEM analysis method. The results of data analysis in this study are: (1) Transformational leadership has a significant negative effect on organizational cynicism; (2) Organizational culture has no significant negative effect on organizational cynicism; (3) Organizational cynicism has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment; (4) Transformational leadership has no significant positive effect on organizational commitment; (5) Organizational culture has no significant positive effect on organizational commitment; (6) Transformational leadership has no significant positive effect on organizational commitment mediated by organizational cynicism; and (7) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment mediated by organizational cynicism. Three hypotheses are accepted, while the other four hypotheses are rejected. The implication of the theory is to contribute to increase organizational commitment by considering aspects of transformational leadership and organizational culture by the mediating effect of organizational cynicism. The managerial implication is that companies or organizations can implement strategies and policies related to these four aspects.

Nurses have shown on increasing interest in understanding knowledge sharing behaviour in their hospitals. This study uses Ajzen’s theory of planned behavior (TPB) to develop and test a research model to asses the variables that influence encouragement of knowledge sharing intention and behaviour by nurses. The data from a survey shows nurses uses empirically to test the proposed research model. Generally, in the TPB model, the analytical result shows that the research model fit the data well and the main determinants of knowledge sharing behaviour are the encouraging intentions of nurses. Additionally, nurses’ subjective norm and perceived behavioural control are found a positively influence intentions to encourage knowledge sharing. Nurse’s subjective norm is found influence to attitudes positively. An intention to knowledge sharing is found influence to knowledge sharing behavior positively.

This study examines if organizational change readiness will affect the organizational learning and using data from the Indonesian state-owned company that has recently been merged with other stated owned companies. This study devises a multifaceted model based on three constructs of organizational change readiness, namely aggressive attitude toward change, passive attitude toward change and the readiness attitude in coordination with change, and tests their effects on organizational learning, including knowledge creation and expantion. This study examines if partner characteristics will affect the relationship capital and using data from the Indonesiaan state-owned company that has recently been merged with other stated owned companies. This study devises a multifaceted model based on three constructs of partner characteristics, namely interdependence, cultural compatibility and relative influence, and tests their effects on relationship capital, including reciprocal commitment. Empirical results indicate that partner characteristics have positive affect to relationship capital (reciprocal commitment).

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and perceived organizational support on job performance mediated by work engagement on employees of Data Center and Information System of the Ministry of Agriculture in Jakarta, Indonesia. Respondents in this study are 75 employees of the Data Center and Information System of the Ministry of Agriculture. The analytical test tool used is the SMART PLS software with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method.The result of this study indicates that transformational leadership has a positive effect on work engagement, perceived organizational support has a positive effect on work engagement, work engagement has a positive effect on job performance, transformational leadership has a positive effect on job performance, perceived organizational support has a positive effect on job performance, transformational support has a positive effect on job performance mediated by work engagement, and perceived organizational support has a positive effect on job performance mediated by work engagement.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze workplace loneliness and work stress on employee performance mediated by Islamic spiritual values. The research was conducted at Bank BNI Syariah Yogyakarta with a sample size of 75 respondents and using quantitative methods. The data collection technique was carried out by using a questionnaire distributed via google form, then the results of the study were analyzed statistically using SEM (structural equation modeling) with the help of SMART PLS software. The results of the study found that there was no positive and significant effect of workplace loneliness on Islamic spiritual values in employees, there was no positive and significant effect of workplace loneliness on employee performance, then there was a negative and significant effect of work stress on Islamic spiritual values, there was a negative and significant effect on work stress. On employee performance, there is no positive and significant influence of Islamic spiritual values on employee performance. In addition, Islamic spiritual values cannot significantly mediate the relationship between workplace loneliness and employee performance and show that Islamic spiritual values significantly mediate the relationship between work stress and employee performance in employees at Bank BNI Syariah Yogyakarta.

Justice is an important factor in improving employee performance. In its application, companies must apply good business ethics so that the relationship between justice and performance can increase. Several previous studies have discussed the relationship between fairness and performance, but still few have linked it to business ethics, especially Islamic business ethics. This study aims to determine This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on employee engagement moderated by Islamic work ethics at Ratu Samban University (UNRAS), Bengkulu. The sampling technique used in this study is the census method, which is taking the entire population as a sample of the study. Based on the number of population then the sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The research variables consist of independent variables namely distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice, the dependent variable is the Employee Engagement, and the moderation variable is the work ethic of Islam. Data analysis in this study using hirearki regression analysis. The results of this study prove that Distributive Justice has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Procedural Justice has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Interactional Justice has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Islamic Work Ethics moderate the effect of Distributive Justice on Employee Engagement, Islamic Work Ethics moderate the effect of Procedural Justice on Employee Engagement and Islamic Work Ethics moderate the influence of Interactional Justice on Employee Engagement.

Dieng merupakan kawasan yang memiliki dataran tinggi. Dieng memiliki potensi wisata yang sangat menjanjikan dan sangat menarik untuk ditawarkan. Pendekatan community based tourism diharapkan bisa dipakai sebagai salah satu pendekatan yang bisa melibatkan partisipasi masyakarat lokal bekerjasama dengan pemerintah, perusahaan dan perguruan tinggi. Kekuatan pendekatan ini adalah bertumpu pada masyarakat dan berorientasi pada lingkungan alam serta menjunjung tinggi nilai budaya tradisional dengan tetap mempertahankan kearifan lokal. Objek pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Kepakisan, Kecamatan Batur, Banjarnegara. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pengabdi beserta aparat pemerintah dan masyarakat lokal melakukan; (1) pemetaan potensi wisata dan penentuan skala prioritas lokasi wisata, (2) menjembatani pendanaan melalui dana program tanggung jawab social lingkungan (TJSL) BUMN (Perum BULOG), (3) pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan pembersihan telaga dan melakukan pelatihan UKM olahan makanan kepada mayarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberdayaan masyakarat dengan melibatkan secara langsung aparat pemerintah dan masyarakat lokal melalui pendekatan community based tourism. Hasilnya masyarakat Desa Kepakisan memiliki telaga yang bersih dan bermanfaat untuk kegiatan pemancingan, lokasi berkumpulnya warga untuk kegiatan nasional, penjualan usaha makanan dan minuman di lokasi setempat, pengairan untuk perkebunan dan destinasi wisata sehingga bisa menggerakkan kegiatan perekonomian masyarakat lokal.
