Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menganalisis kualitas sistem informasi pelanggaran siswa pada SMK Nurul Ihsan Wringin. Penelitian ini meliputi analisis, desain, implementasi serta pengujian kualitas sistem dari sisi perangkat lunak berdasarkan ISO 9126. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu membantu proses pengelolaan data pelanggaran siswa dan mengoptimalkan ketersampaian informasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research & Development (R&D) dengan metode pengembangan system waterfall. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk faktor kualitas functionality berupa testcase, factor kualitas usability berupa kuesioner, faktor kualitas maintainability dengan menggunakan tool dan menghitung maintainability index, sedangkan faktor kualitas efficiency, reliability dan portability berupa tool. Sistem diujicobakan ke admin dan pengguna umum. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan: 1) Sistem Informasi Pelanggaran Siswa Pada SMK Nurul Ihsan Wringin telah berhasil dibuat melalui serangkaian proses dari analisis hingga pengujian dan telah sesuai dengan spesifikasi; 2) hasil analisis kualitas dari sisi perangkat lunak telah memenuhi standar faktor kualitas perangkat lunak dari factor kualitas functionality dengan kategori sangat baik, reliability dengan kategori sangat baik, usability dengan kategori baik, efficiency dengan kategori sangat baik, maintainability dengan kategori tinggi dan portability dengan kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the AKHLAK values by State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) on employees of PT PP Semarang-Demak, particularly within the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT) and Toll Road Regulatory Agency. Through a four-month internship program, the author was directly involved in human capital activities. The research methods employed include in-depth interviews, direct observation, and literature review. The results indicate that all informants understand and consider the AKHLAK values as important behavioral guidelines for employees. These values have been internalized into daily operational activities and have positively influenced employee performance. However, the evaluation process of the AKHLAK values implementation is not yet structured quantitatively due to the lack of specific measurement tools. This study recommends that PT PP Semarang-Demak develop a more structured and consistent evaluation system, as well as strengthen the internalization of the values through training and leadership example, so that the AKHLAK values can become a work culture that supports the company's long-term performance.

Abstract

Development of chrysanthemum plants in the medium plains is still facing obstacles due tounfavorable climate. Until today, the availability of tolerant chrysanthemum seeds grown in the mediumplains is not maximized so that the necessary effort in order to increase the genetic diversity as thematerial selection to obtain tolerant chrysanthemums grown in medium plain. This research is beingconducted in order to follow up the problems of availability of tolerant chrysanthemums seeds grown inthe medium plains at several stages. Stage one is the induction of callus after gamma ray irradiation invitro. This research has been conducted in tissue culture laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture UPN"Veteran" Yogyakarta from February to June 2015. Tested regeneration media is ½ MS with the additionof IAA 0.1 mg/l; 0.2 mg/l; 0.3 mg/l; 0.4 mg/l and 0.5 mg/l. The results showed that ½MS regenerationmedia with the addition of IAA 0.3 mg/l spur sprouts emerge percentage (100%); while growing sprouts(8.67 days), height are about sprouts (3:10 cm) and number of sprout (7:00). Abstract

The unfortunate events occurring during the COVID-19 pandemic have forced many companies to promote work-from-home procedures and consequently have put forth the urgency to identify critical success factors and develop best practices for the use of social technologies. In the long run, these practices may turn out to be the main practice of doing business, rather than being an emergency response to external conditions. A better understanding of the relationships between social technology on decision-making is vital for an organization since the intensive use of social technology would require several changes in an organization’s culture and business process. For this reason, this paper offers a framework for understanding how the fit and viability of tasks, technology, and organization through the use of social technology effects decision-making performance. The framework suggests three propositions: 1) fit has a positive effect on social technology use, 2) viability has a positive effect on social technology use, and 3) social technology use has a positive effect on decision-making performance.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of intrinsic motivation and financial compensation on affective commitment: the mediating role of job satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population studied in this study were employees of CV. Mulya Sukanta Makmur numbered 70 people. The data analysis method used in this study isStructural Equation Model (SEM) by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect of intrinsic motivation on affective commitment, there is a positive and significant effect of financial compensation on affective commitment, there is a positive but not significant effect of intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect of financial compensation on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on affective commitment, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between intrinsic motivation and affective commitment, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between financial compensation and affective commitment

Abstract

Nugie Wedding Organizer is a service that helps prepare and organize wedding events. For those who are inexperienced and do not have enough time and energy to prepare for a wedding, this service provides facilities to carry out and launch all desired wedding activities. The process of ordering customers for Nugie Wedding Organizer services is still done manually where customers have to come to the office directly to place orders and pay for packages, so it takes a lot of time. And the customer data recording system is also done manually, namely by recording in the book. To facilitate the work of the owner of the Nugie Wedding Organizer, there needs to be an update which changes the old system with the new system. The goal is to make it easier for customers to make the process of ordering wedding packages online through a new system that was created and make it easier for Nugie Wedding Organizer owners to serve orders and process customer data. This new system utilizes the codeigniter framework in making programs to be more organized and focused on the functionality needed when building this wedding organizer booking application. The research method used is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which goes through several stages. The results of research conducted using internal and external tests obtained a value of 81.67% which can be concluded that this new system is approved for use.

Abstract

Purpose – The primary objective of this research is to analyze the influence of Sharia Compliance on increasing the intention of Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Business Owners to use Islamic crowdfunding in Indonesia.Methodology – This research employed a mixed method, utilizing purposive sampling for data collection. This study targeted Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) owners in Jakarta in April 2021. Data were collected through the online distribution of questionnaires to 75 respondents and in-depth interviews were conducted with three informants. Subsequently, the data were processed using partial least squares analysis with SmartPLS software.Finding – The results of this research indicate that the variable of sharia compliance had a direct and significant influence on perception, whilst the variables of ease of use, knowledge and subjective norms had no influence on perception. Sharia compliance was a significant factor influencing intention. Meanwhile, ease of use, knowledge, subjective norms, and perception were not statistically significant in relation to intention. Perception cannot function as a mediating variable.Implication – The function and role of the Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) in the business of Islamic crowdfunding is very important and strategic, so that ‘sharia compliance’ can truly be accomplished.Originality – The original contribution of this research lies in emphasizing that Sharia compliance truly needs to be integrated into the business process of Islamic crowdfunding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the need to redesign the position of Gapoktans management towards job satisfaction. This research is a survey research using qualitative approach. The data were collected using interviews, photos, and notes in the field. Populations in this research are stakeholders (Gapoktan committee, farmers, government) who also become a key participant in Hargobinangun, Kaliurang Sleman Daerah istimewa Yogyakarta. The Gapoktan committees participant is 5 person, the government is 3 person, and farmers group is 4 person. The result conclude that a position can be redesigned if the job in that position was used to improve the work method, minimize failure and mistakes, eliminate the work load handling that is unnecessary and work duplication, reduce the fatigue, improve the responsibility, and eventually can increase job satisfaction of the management. All of that can be analyzed by job description and job specification which attached to of each management so that eventually the job satisfaction of the management can be improved.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of quality culture toward the implementation process of ISO 9001:2008 and its impacts on organizational commitment. The researcher analyzed the lecturers and staffs perception at Management Master Program, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta (MM UPNVY) on the role importance of quality culture in the implementation process of ISO 9001:2008 and its impacts on organizational commitment. This study was expected to give benefits for MM and UPN Veteran Yogyakarta in implementing ISO 2008:9001, so the best policies and decision can be taken to improve the performance of MM UPNVY. The population of this study was lecturers and staff at MM, UPNVY. The samples were taken by census. Then, the data were analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical technique. The result showed that (1) quality culture gave positive and significant influence toward the implementation of quality management system, (2) the implementation of quality management system gave positive and significant influence toward organizational commitment.

Abstract

Pengembangan game simulasi untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran reaksi unsur kimia telah menjadi topik yang semakin menarik dalam dunia pendidikan. Jurnal ini membahas penerapan teknologi Virtual Reality (VR) dalam pengembangan permainan simulasi untuk memperkenalkan konsep-konsep kimia kepada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) atau sederajat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Scrum dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi secara iteratif dan efisien. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam pembelajaran reaksi unsur kimia di sekolah, seperti ketidaktersediaan bahan praktik, keterbatasan anggaran, dan risiko kecelakaan, dengan menyediakan pengalaman interaktif yang mendalam dan aman bagi siswa. Dengan menggunakan Unity Game Engine dan Oculus VR Quest 2, lingkungan simulasi yang realistis dan menarik bagi pengguna berhasil diciptakan. Hasil pengujian yang melibatkan ahli media dan pengguna menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap aplikasi ini. Sebagian besar pengguna menyatakan bahwa aplikasi ini membantu mereka memahami konsep kimia dengan lebih baik dan meningkatkan minat mereka terhadap pelajaran unsur kimia. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa 95,45% dari seluruh responden merasa aplikasi game simulasi ini membantu mereka dalam memahami konsep eksperimen kimia dengan lebih baik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi permainan simulasi kimia berbasis VR ini berhasil memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembelajaran kimia di sekolah dan memperluas potensi penggunaan teknologi VR dalam pendidikan.
