Abstract

Maternal nutritional knowledge, attitude, behavior, and intake based on hydration statusBackground: Based on past studies, 49% of pregnant women had low knowledge of nutrition and hydration. Nutritional knowledge, attitudes, and behavior are positively correlated to nutritional intake, malnutrition and dehydration may disturb maternal health and pregnancy outcome.Objectives: To analyze maternal nutritional knowledge, attitudes, behavior, and nutritional intake based on the hydration status.Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted at Puskesmas Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta using a purposive sampling method. Subjects were 50 pregnant women who came to check their pregnancies. Subject’s characteristics, nutritional knowledge, attitudes, and behavior are collected with a questionnaire, nutritional intake with 1x24 hours recall. Hemoglobin (Hb) level is determined with Haemometer, urine specific gravity with Urinometer, and urine color with PURI card.Results: Subjects had an average age of 29.0±5.7 years, gestational age 21.3±11.3 weeks, weight 62.7±9 kg, height 158.1±4.1 cm, upper arm circumference 32.4±29.5 cm, Hb level 12.2±0.9 g/dL, urine color score 4±0.9, and urine specific gravity 1016±5.4. Based on urine specific gravity, 56% of the pregnant women were euhydrated and 44% were dehydrated. Based on the hydration status there were no differences in knowledge, attitudes, behavior, and macronutrient intake (p≥0.05), except for the fluid intake (p<0.05).Conclusions: Although the knowledge, attitudes, and nutritional behavior of pregnant women were not poor, optimization of the fluid consumption to 3L/day, and diversified food consumption is needed. Further research on external factors that can affect the nutritional status and hydration of pregnant women is recommended.

Abstract

Hypertension is a condition where systolic blood pressure greater than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure greater than 90 mmHg. One of the factors that can prevent hypertension is potassium deficiency. Foods that contain high potassium are bananas and mung beans. These foods can be developed as raw ingredients for making cookies for people with hypertension. In addition, cornstarch is used as a carbohydrate source which is commonly used in the making of snacks. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of adding banana flour and cornstarch to cookie’s nutritional and organoleptic content. The addition of mung beans is the same for all formulations. An experimental study with four formulations which are F0, F1, F2 and F3. This study involved 25 semi-trained panelists and 30 consumer panelists for organoleptic testing. Data analysis using ANOVA and Duncan test. Based on the ANOVA test results, there were significant differences in preference, quality and nutritional value between the four formulations. The selected cookie formulation is F2 with a ratio of 80% banana flour and 20% cornstarch which contains 442 kcal, protein 4.28 g, fat 16.82 g. 68.5 g carbohydrates, 0.25 g fiber and 4016 mg potassium per 100 g cookies.

Abstract

Scientometrics adalah studi tentang pengukuran dan analisis ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan inovasi berdasarkan topik kajian/penelitian, yang dapat menentukan pengukuran impact terhadap serangkaian sumber referensi serta pemahaman lansiran dari karya ilmiah (published). Dalam mencari solusi dari permasalahan ini dapat menggunakan perangkat lunak berbasis bibliometric, yaitu Publish of Perish (source metadata) CrossRef, Scopus - dan Dimensions. Langkah berikutnya dibutuhkan visualisasi mapping research diperlukan VOSviewer yang beroperasi secara daring sehingga diperoleh clustering berdasarkan bibliography dan textdata. Dengan menggabungkan hasil pengumpulan data publikasi dari ketiga metadata tersebut dihasilkan knowledge area kajian bibliography (metode fractional = 37 clustering dan metode full = 32) dan textdata (metode binary = 8 clustering dan metode full = 9) pada periode tahun 2017 2019 dengan sample kajian Internet of Things pada 98 Negara. Negara Indonesia menempati rangking 56, dengan pendekatan metode fractional (document = 79, citatons = 456 dan strength link = 36) dan untuk metode full (document = 79, citatons = 456 dan strength link = 50), negara yang menempati rangking 1 dipegang oleh United State of America.

Abstract

Background: Maternal behaviour during pregnancy is closely related to the condition of the fetus. Malnutrition in pregnant women can cause Low Birth Weight Babies (LBW) and also a decrease in the level of intelligence. The prevalence of stunting in 2021 decreased by 1.6 from 2019, that shows from 27.7% to 24.4%.Objectives: This study aims to determine the impact of nutritional status and maternal behaviour on infant growth in West Jakarta.Methods: This study was a cross-sectional, starting on July 2017 until January 2018. A total of 66 subjects of pregnant women aged 18-35 years chosen to take part in the study from their 37th weeks of pregnancy to delivery. Drinking alcohol, traditional herbs, medicines, and smoking are indicators of maternal behaviour. Maternal IGF-1 concentrations, body weight, body length, and infant heart rate were indicators of infant growth. Chi-Square test and Independent T-Test were used for the statistical analysis.Results: The subjects showed a mean of 26.0±4.8 years old, body height of 154.0±4.9 cm, body weight in third pregnancy of 66.4±11.3 kg, BMI of 22.6±3.7 kg/m2, MUAC of 27.2±3.3 cm, and body temperature of 36.2±1.3°C. Maternal behaviour and nutrional status did not significantly affect infant growth (p≥0.05). However, MUAC was a factor that affected to heart rate in infants (p<0.05).Conclusions: Nutritional status is one of indicator that affects to infant growth; therefore, pregnant women need to more attention to keep their nutritional status, nutritional intake and healthy living behaviour during pregnancy.

Abstract

As many as 31.7% of mothers had less knowledge about nutrition and hydration and about 57.1% pregnant women were dehydrated. Currently, the use of technology as an educational medium is important to use in increasing one's knowledge. This activity is an activity in an effort to improve the knowledge, attitudes and skills of midwives in providing information to pregnant women by utilizing the educational media application "Perisai Bumil-Plus". This activity involved 171 subject midwives who are members of the EBSCO community. Conducted for 3 months (June – August 2022). The form of this activity consists of outreach activities using the lecture method, online discussions (on the network) and counseling via WhatsApp by previously providing educational media through the "Perisai Bumil-Plus" application. The socialization activity with the lecture method was carried out for 30 minutes and for approximately 60 minutes a discussion was held. Counseling activities are given to subjects who are included in the nutrition and hydration educator midwife group. This group is open for 24 hours, if there are questions, each subject has the same opportunity to ask the facilitator team. The provision of information is carried out using audio-visual media and discussions through online groups (WhatsApp). This media requires an Augmented Reality card consisting of 10 messages, which have previously been sent to midwives to be able to learn the contents of the educational message from the card. Most of the subjects in this activity had fairly good knowledge, attitudes and behavior (> 70.0%), although there were still some questions below 70.0%, namely about fluid and vitamin D needs. to provide knowledge related to nutrition and pregnancy to midwives.

Abstract

Bibliometric merupakan analisis statistic dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dalam mengukur data produktivitas dan kualitas penulis, jenis dan tahun diterbitkan, topik artikel, h-index, g-index, citation, dan co-citation serta publisher. Manfaat dan tujuan bibliometric dapat juga menampilkan visualisasi (bibliography dan textdata) jaringan, overlay dan density, memetakan state of art, dan menentukan arah atau trend seorang penulis dalam merencanakan dan merancang suatu penelitian. Metode dalam pemetaan pada aplikasi VOSviewer dikenal counting method, pada bibliography terdiri 2 (dua) full dan fractional serta textdata terdiri 2 (dua) pula yaitu binary dan full. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam format RIS dengan mengoptimalkan ketiga portal metadata - Crossref, Scopus dan Dimensions AI – dengan asumsi title words “Internet of Thing” periode tahun 2017-2022

Abstract

Stunting is a national health problem with a prevalence of 21.6% from SSGI data in 2022, and this has not yet reached WHO standards. Reducing stunting is one of the targets of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) and the first of 6 targets of the Global Nutrition Targets program in 2025. Nutrition plays a role in the human life cycle, including nutrition in children-under-five. The golden age starts from 0-24 months where there is growth spurt and development. Therefore, this activity aims to provide basic knowledge to cadres about balanced nutrition and MPASI-Local Como Mackerel at Posyandu RW 021, Serua Ciputat, South Tangerang. The method used is lectures and discussions (focus group discussions). There are 17 cadres involved in this activity. This activity is divided into two, namely socialization through lectures and discussion through FGDs either in offline or online. Socialization activities were carried out for approximately 3 hours which were then continued with offline discussions about 1.5 hours. After that, by using the WhatsApp Apps (WA) media, education and discussion forums were continued. Some Posyandu cadres have served for more than 2 years and are generally housewives. There is an increase in mother's knowledge and attitude during education through socialization and discussion activities. Most of the mothers (more than 50.0%) were interested in the refresher material on balanced nutrition and local complementary foods. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out assistance and training to be able to develop local MPASI products that have high calories and protein as a follow-up effort.

Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus jenis baru yang belum pernah teridentifikasi pada manusia. Berdasarkan data nasional dibulan mei (8/52020) tercatat 13112 kasus pasien positif covid-19 di Indonesia. Sementara itu, Jawa Barat merupakan wilayah terbesar kedua setelah DKI Jakarta yaitu sebesar 1404 pasien positif Covid-19. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait dengan gizi dan imunitas pada saat pandemic Covid-19 dilingkungan kampus Unsika, Karawang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi dilakukan melalui online yang diikuti oleh 169 mahasiswa aktif Universitas Singaperbangsa (UNISKA) Karawang, selama 2 jam. Dimana terdiri dari pemaparan 40 menit dan diskusi tanya jawab 80 menit. Sebagian besar subjek berasal dari mahasiswa yang tinggal di luar daerah Karawang, berjenis kelamin perempuan 88.2%, dan rerata usia 20.1±2.8 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi grup, sebesar 50.3% mahasiswa masih belum banyak memahami kaitan imunitas dan gizi. 52.1% mahasiswa bersikap negatif terhadap asupan gizi dan imunitas. Setelah dilakukan edukasi secara online dengan pemaparan materi dan diskusi lebih lanjut, didapat bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan sikap terhadap asupan gizi dan imunitas masing-masing sebesar 78.1% dan 71.6%. Olehkarenanya, edukasi gizi secara online perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan intensif dilingkungan Kampus dalam upaya perbaikan kesehatan khususnya di masa pandemic Covid-19

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan informasi awal melalui observasi rekam medis maka diperoleh informasi kunjungan rawat jalan RS. Masmitra di tahun 2022 tidak mengalami kenaikan kunjungan.Data hasil survei pelanggan yang di lakukan sekitar 8% menjawab ragu ragu akan melakukan kunjungan ulang kembali. tujuan penelitian ini Menganalisis pengaruh daya tanggap,kehandalan,empati tenaga kesehatan dan bukti fisik rumah sakit terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan BPJS di Rumah Sakit Masmitra tahun 2022.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menjabarkan kausalitas dengan rancangan cross sectional.Pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini bersifat non random (non probability) sampling yaitu dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling.jumlah responden 100 orang pasien rawat jalan BPJS.tehnik analisa data dengan desktiftif dan regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan uji hipotesis di dapatkan H1, H2, H3, H4 di terima arti nya faktor daya tanggap, kehandalan, bukti fisik, empati memberi pengaruh significant pada minat kunjungan ulang rawat jalan pasien BPJS di rumah sakit. Rumah Sakit di harapkan meningkatakan kualitas pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Masmitra dengan cara mempertahanakan serta semakin meningkatkan kerja tenaga kesehatan meliputi kemampuan dan ketanggapan dalam menangani pasien.serta memperlengkapi fasilitas kesehatan rumah sakit sesuai SDM yang ada.
