Abstract

AbstractGood food for school children is a food that contains many varieties and in accordance with the recommended dietary allowance, one through breakfast habit. In fact, not all school children have breakfast habits. Only 10.6% of the children breakfast sufficient energy (>30%) and still very lack of breakfast with diverse food. Breakfast habit is important not only taught at home, but also need to be socialized at school. Teacher, as parent in the school need to understand the importance of a healthy breakfast habit and are able expected to socialize. This activity is one of the implementation of the Circular of Kementerian Dalam Negeri No. 444/1123/ PMD dated 4 February 2013 to the Governor throughout Indonesia, to support and implement the Week Breakfast National or Pekan Sarapan Nasional (PESAN) with campaigning and encouraging people to adopt a healthy breakfast behave through seminars. This event aims to disseminate a healthy breakfast for any teacher PAUD/ kindergarten for a whole West Jakarta through seminars, conducted in Ballroom Kemala Esa Unggul University. Socialization is done with providing counselling and using comics "Come Breakfast" or “Ayo Sarapan” as a medium of education. A total of 302 teachers early childhood /kindergarten throughout West Jakarta attended and participated in this well. Understanding and socialization reinforced by educational media used and given to participants, so easy to understand and can be applied in everyday life. Events like this are important to do every year to different participant, so socialization healthy breakfast can be achieved with good.Keywords : healthy breakfast, teacher, schoolAbstrakMakanan yang baik untuk anak sekolah adalah yang beraneka ragam jenisnya dan sesuai dengan kecukupan gizi yang dianjurkan, salah satunya melalui kebiasaan sarapan. Pada kenyataannya, tidak semua anak sekolah mempunyai kebiasaan sarapan. Hanya 10.6% dari sarapan anak yang mencukupi energi (>30%) dan masih sangat kurangnya sarapan dengan makanan yang beranekaragam. Kebiasaan sarapan tidak hanya penting diajarkan di rumah namun juga perlu disosialisasikan di sekolah. Guru, sebagai pengganti orang tua siswa di sekolah perlu memahami pentingnya kebiasaan sarapan sehat dan diharapkan mampu mensosialisasikannya. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu implementasi dari Surat Edaran Kementerian Dalam Negeri Nomor 444/1123/PMD tanggal 4 Febuari 2013 kepada Gubernur di seluruh Indonesia, untuk mendukung dan melaksanakan Pekan Sarapan Nasional (PESAN) dengan mengampanyekan dan mendorong masyarakat agar menerapkan perilaku sarapan sehat melalui seminar. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mensosialisasikan sarapan sehat kepada Guru PAUD/TK se-Jakarta Barat melalui seminar, yang dilakukan di Ballroom Kemala Universitas Esa Unggul. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan menggunakan media komik “Ayo Sarapan” sebagai salah satu media edukasi. Sebanyak 302 Guru PAUD/TK se-Jakarta Barat hadir dan mengikuti kegiatan ini dengan baik. Pemahaman dan sosialisasi diperkuat dengan adanya media edukasi yang digunakan serta diberikan pada peserta sehingga mudah dipahami dan dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan seperti ini penting dilakukan setiap tahun dengan target sasaran yang berbeda-beda, sehingga sosialisasi sarapan sehat dapat tercapai dengan baik.Kata Kunci : sarapan sehat, guru, sekolah

Abstract

AbstractViseral fat is the fat stored in the bodys adipose tissue or intra-abdominal fat. The accumulation of high visceral fat causes a metabolic syndrome that is at risk of degenerative disease. Visceral fat checks can monitor health so as to prevent degenerative diseases.  The results of the early survey indicate that as as a large community school Asshiddiqiyah West Jakarta does not check health in a sustainable. Handling this problem can be done through community service as one of the tridarma college. The purpose of this activity is to increase public awareness of the importance of routine health monitoring that can prevent the occurrence of degerative diseases.Examination of health done is visceral fat examination using BIA, anthropometry examination using scales and microtoa, blood pressure examination using sphygmomanometer.Conclusion: Increased community resistance to the prevention of degenetif disease can be done by conducting a medical examination and explaining the state of health through the results of the examination. It is recommended to monitor health three months. Keywords : degenerative disease, visceral fat, medical examination AbstrakLemak viseral adalah lemak yang disimpan dalam jaringan adiposa tubuh ataudisebut sebagai lemak intra-abdominal.Penumpukan lemak viseral dalam jumlah yang tinggi menimbulkan sindrom metabolik yang menjadi resiko terjadinya penyakit degeneratife. Pemeriksaan lemak visceral dapat memantaukesehatan sehingga dapat mencegah timbulnya penyakit degeneratife. Hasil survei awal menunjukkan bahwa sebagai besar masyarakat pesantren Asshiddiqiyah Jakarta Barat tidak memeriksa kesehatan secara berkelanjutan. Penanganan masalah ini dapat dilakukan melalui pengabdian masyarakat sebagai salah satu tridarma perguruan tinggi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah  meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pemantauan kesehatan secara rutin yang dapat mencegah terjadinya penyakit degeratif. Pemeriksaan kesehatan yang dilakukan yaitu pemeriksaan lemak visceral menggunakan BIA, pemeriksaan antropometri menggunakan timbangan dan mikrotoa, pemeriksaan tekanan darah menggunakan sphygmomanometer.Kesimpulan : peningkatan pemahanan masyarakat akan pencegahan penyakit degenetif  dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan dan menjelaskan keadaan kesehatan melalui hasil pemeriksaan tersebut. Disarankan untuk memantau kesehatan setiap triwulan. Kata kunci : penyakit degeneratif, lemak visceral, pemeriksaan kesehatan

Abstract

Background : Adolescence is a period that is still experiencing growth, especially the reproductive system with menstruation is supported adequate nutrients. Objective : The aim of this study was to determined  the association of the sufficient of protein, vitamin B12, vitamin C, iron intake, nutritional status with cycle mestruasi on vegetarian adolescent at IVS Jakarta 2017. Method : This design research was observation analytic with cross sectional approach. Sampling technique were used total sampling. The technique of data collection were used menstrual cycle questionnaire, Semi Quantitatif Food Frequency, food model, nutrisurvey, BMI for age. Results : There was 35,71 % respondents have an oligomenorrhea. Food intake (protein, vitamin B12, vitamin C, iron) were inadequate, while vitamin C was intake adequate. Based on statistical analysis of Spearman Rank test, There were significant relation between sufficient intake of protein (p =0,001), sufficient intake of vitamin C (p = 0,003) sufficient intake of iron (p = 0,001) with menstrual cycle. There was no significant relationship between vitamin B12 intake (P = 0.34) nutritional status (P = 0.54) with menstrual cycle. Conclusion : food intake (protein, iron, vitamin C) associated with the menstrual cycle. vitamin B12 intake and nutritional status not associatied with the menstrual cycle.

Abstract

Hyperurisemia is a condition that uric acid levels in blood above the normal value. Uric acid levels are influenced by consumption of purines, carbohydrate intake, protein, fat, vitamin C and Body Mass Indeks (BMI). The purpose of study was to describe correlation of consumption of purine, carbohydrate intake, protein, fat, vitamin C, BMI and uric acid level in man (aged 26-45 years old) in RW 05 sub-district Bukit Duri Jakarta, 2017. This study was used a cross sectional design with sample of 56 man aged 26-45 years old. Data of carbohydrate , protein, fat,vitamin C and purine intake were collected from Food Frequency Questionaire semi quantitative used food phothograph. BMI was measured by is a person?s weight in kilograms divided by the square of height in meters. Uric acid levels was measured by GCU Easy Touch. Data was analyzed by Pearson?s test and One-Way ANOVA test. There are  56 respondents, as many as 57.1% had normal uric acid levels. While 37.5% respondents have high uric acid levels. Based on statistical Pearson?s test showed there are significant relation between consumption of purine (0,001), protein intake (0,001), fat intake (0,001), vitamin C (0,008) and uric acid levels. There is not relation between carbohidrat intake (0,259), IMT (0,117). Another One-Way ANOVA test founded that there are differences consumption of purine, carbohydrate intake, protein, fat, vitamin C based on uric acid levels (p<0,020). The higher  intake of  the purin, protein and fat increases uric acid levels. The higher intake of the vitamin C can reduce uric acid levels

Abstract

Background:&nbsp;The prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding among infants aged 0-6 months in 2014 was 52.3%, then the prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding among infants aged 0-6 months in DKI Jakarta in 2014 was 67.1%. The low level of exclusive breastfeeding has an effect on the inadequate nutrition intake for infants that can cause growth and development disorder. This study was conducted to determine the association between breastfeeding with weight gain, nutritional status and illness incidence among infants aged 1-5 months in Grogol, West Jakarta. Methods:&nbsp;It was cross sectional study design, the population in this study were 96 infants aged 1-5 months recorded in all Posyandu in the area of ??Grogol, West Jakarta. The sample in this study were 47 infants selected by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed with chi-square and fisher exact tests. Results:&nbsp;The results showed that there were no association between breastfeeding with weight gain (p = 0.989), nutrition status based on weight/age (p=1.000), length/age (p=0.237), and weight/length (p=0.352). There was association between breastfeeding with illness incidence (p&lt;0.01). Conclusion:&nbsp;There is significant association between breastfeeding with illness incidence among infant aged 1 ? 5 months.

Abstract

According to the National Household Health Survey (SKRTN), heart disease is the greatest causes of mortality (about 26.4%). In Bengkulu, out of ten, cardiovascular disease is the second most prevalence disease. We aimed to examine the association of dietary fiber and fat intake and physical activity with Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) level among coronary heart diseases (CHDs)’s patient. The study was Cross-sectional study design. Samples were 52 which taken from total sampling method. Intake nutrients were collected using 24 hours food recall. Physical activity measured physical activity level questionnaire. LDL levels in CHDs’s patient were obtained from medical records. Results showed that two variables significantly associated with LDL levels in CHDs’s patient, namely fat intake (p value =0,008) and physical activity (p value = 0,019) while fiber intake was not significantly associated with LDL levels in CHDs’s patient (p value = 0,194). Fat intake in accordance with individual needs accompanied by good physical activity can affect the value of LDL level among CHDs’s patient. Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi atau peralihan dari masa anak-anak menuju dewasa yang ditandai dengan adanya perubahan fisik, psikis, dan psikososial. Salah satu masalah yang terjadi pada remaja ialah status gizi kurang dengan siklus menstruasi yang panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan asupan zat gizi makro dan mikro berdasarkan status gizi dan siklus menstruasi pada remaja putri di SMP Gatra. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Cross Sectional. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 60 siswi kelas VII, VIII, dan IX menggunakan teknik total sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan ialah uji t-test independent. Hasil Uji perbedaan asupan karbohidrat berdasarkan status gizi normal dan tidak normal didapatkan p 0.037, asupan protein p 0.177, asupan lemak p 0.030, asupan kalsium p 0.024, asupan magnesium p 0.080, dan asupan zat besi p 0.269. Hasil uji perbedaan asupan karbohidrat berdasarkan siklus menstruasi normal dan tidak normal didapatkan p 0.057, asupan protein p 0.190, asupan lemak p 0.452, asupan kalsium p 0.861, asupan magnesium p 0.0624, dan asupan zat besi p 0.890. Berdasarkan hasil uji perbedaan tersebut asupan karbohidrat, lemak dan kalsium berdasarkan status gizi normal dan tidak normal memiliki nilai p 0.05, artinya ada perbedaan asupan karbohidrat, lemak dan kalsium berdasarkan status gizi normal dan tidak normal. Hasil uji perbedaan asupan makro dan mikro berdasarkan siklus menstruasi normal dan tidak normal memiliki nilai p 0.05, artinya tidak ada perbedaan asupan asupan zat gizi makro dan mikro berdasarkan siklus menstruasi normal dan tidak normal.

Abstract

AbstractBackground: The elderly are vulnerable to health problems and nutritional problems. One of the health problems that occur in the elderly can be in the form of a decrease in physical fitness cused by a reduced number of cell in the body. Aim: Analyzed the relationship between macro nutrient intake (energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate), nutritional status and physical activity on fitness level in the elderly in jasugih village, Banten province. Method: The study uses a quantitative approach with cross sectional design. The sample was taken   using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 44 elderly as respondents. Bivariate analysis used Fisher’s exact test. Result: The age everage of the respondents in the Jasugih village Banten province is 65-80 years. Based on the results of the  Fisher exact test, it shows that there is a significant relationship between energy intake and fitness level (p-value = 0.037), there is no significant relationship between protein intake an fitness level (p-value = 0.554), there is a significant relationship between fat intake and fitness level (p-value = 0.033), there is a significant relationship between carbohydrate intake and fitness level (p-value = 0.034), there is no significant relationship between nutritional status and fitness level (p-value =  1.000), there is a significant relationship between physical activity and fitness level (p-value = 0.000). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between energy intake and fitness level, there is no significant relationship between protein intake and fitness level, there is a significant relationship between fat intake and fitness level, there is  a significant relationship between carbohydrate intake and fitness level, there is no significant relationship between nutritional status and fitness level, there is a significant relationship between  physical activity and level.   Keyword: Elderly, Macro Nutrient Intake, Nutritional Status, Physical Activity   AbstrakLatar Belakang: Lansia sangat rentan terhadap masalah kesehatan maupun masalah gizi. Masalah kesehatan yang terjadi pada lansia salah satunya dapat berupa penurunan kebugaran jasmani yang disebabkan berkurangnya jumlah sel-sel yang ada di dalam tubuh. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan asupan zat gizi makro (energi, protein, lemak, karbohidrat), status gizi dan aktivitas fisik terhadap tingkat kebugaran pada lansia di kampung jasugih provinsi banten. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 44 lansia sebagai responden, analisis bivariat menggunakan uji statistik Fisher (Fisher Exact Test). Hasil: Rata-rata usia responden dikampung jasugih provinsi banten adalah 65-80 tahun. Abstract

Background: Generation Y (Millennial) and generation Z (IGeneration) are proven to be the two generations that dominate the use of information communication technology today. Living in a rapidly developing technology era and abundant information should make them have nutritional knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards a good visual balanced nutrition. However, Riskesdas 2018 shows an increase in the prevalence of obesity in adults by 21.8%. This high prevalence is said to be an indicator of low knowledge about balanced nutrition even though the two generations live in an era of abundant information.Objectives: Analyzing differences in nutritional knowledge, attitudes and behavior regarding visual balanced nutrition between generation Y and generation Z.Methods: This research is an observational analytic study with cross sectional design. Selection of research subjects with total sampling. A sample of 40 respondents was obtained from generation Y and 40 respondents from generation Z. Using the independent t-test statistical test to determine differences in nutritional knowledge, attitudes and behaviors regarding balanced nutrition visuals (balanced nutrition cone and my plate) in generation Y and generation Z.Results: There are differences in nutritional knowledge in generation Y and generation Z (p = 0.0001), there are differences in attitudes about visual balanced nutrition in generation and generation Z (p = 0.0001), and there are differences in nutritional behavior towards visual balanced nutrition of generation Y and generation Z (p = 0.029). From the above values, it can be said that the value of sampling bias on nutritional knowledge and attitudes is smaller than behavior.Conclusion: The three results show that there are differences in nutritional knowledge, attitudes and behavior between these two generations.

Abstract

AbtractCraniotomy patients are particulary susceptible about metabolic stress. Adequate intake of enteral feeding will increase serum albumin and hemoglobin level as indicators in the wound healing process and reduce bleeding. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of inadequate enteral feeding on serum albumin and hemoglobin level for post craniotomy patients at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Jakarta. This is a Quasi Experiment with design one group pre test and post test. The population in this study is 25 post craniotomy patients with enteral feeding intake per NGT. Bivariat test with Mc Nemar’s test on SPSS ver.17. Our result showed that inadequate enteral feeding decrease serum albumin and hemoglobin level significantly (p<0,05). Conclusion: Energy and protein inadequately from enteral feeding intake (below daily dietary) will decrease serum albumin and hemoglobin level for post craniotomy patients. Keywords: enteral feeding, hemoglobin level, post craniotomy, serum albumin AbstrakLatar Belakang: Pasien post craniotomy merupakan pasien yang rentan terhadap stres metabolik dan dengan asupan enteral feeding yang adekuat akan meningkatkan serum albumin dan kadar hemoglobin untuk proses penyembuhan luka dan mengurangi perdarahan. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh asupan enteral feeding dibawah kebutuhan sehari terhadap perubahan serum albumin dan kadar hemoglobin pasien post craniotomy di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Jakarta. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment dengan design one group pre test dan post test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 25 responden kraniotomi dengan asupan enteral feeding NGT. Analisa bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Mc Nemar pada SPSS versi 17. Hasil: Uji statistik menunjukkan ada pengaruh asupan enteral feeding dibawah kebutuhan sehari terhadap perubahan serum albumin dan kadar hemoglobin (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: Asupan enteral feeding berupa energi dan protein dibawah kebutuhan sehari (tidak adekuat) mengakibatkan penurunan serum albumin dan kadar hemoglobin. Kata kunci: enteral feeding, kadar hemoglobin, post kraniotomi, serum albumin
