Abstract

Kawasan SENTUSA direncanakan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi sebagai kawasan ekonomi baru yang mencakup tiga kabupaten (Tanjung Jabung Barat, Tanjung Jabung Timur dan Muaro Jambi). Kawasan SENTUSA termasuk Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif (ZEE) Laut Cina Selatan yang memiliki potensi perikanan laut mencapai 77.980 ton per tahun. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui basis potensi dan strategi untuk pengembangan sub sektor perikanan di Kawasan SENTUSA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei, penelusuran dokumen atau laporan, dan Fokus Group Diskusi. Metode analisis data terdiri dari metode Location Question (LQ) dan analisa SWOT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perikanan laut merupakan basis di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat dan Tanjung Jabung Timur, sementara budidaya perikanan darat, basis di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Skor kekuatan lebih baik dari kelemaham, namun ancaman lebih besar dari peluang untuk mengembangkan komoditas perikanan ke sektor industri olahan.The SENTUSA region has been planned by Government of Jambi Province as a new economic zone where coverage three distructs (Tanjung Jabung Barat, Tanjung Jabung Timur dan Muaro Jambi). The SENTUSA area includes the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of the South China Sea which has marine fisheries potential reaching 77,980 tonnes per year. This paper aims to find out a base of fisheries subsector development in SENTUSA. The data collection was conducted in the three ditsricts using survey, documents or reports review, and Focuses Group Discussion. The analysis method used include the Location Question and SWOT quantitiave. The results of the study show that The results of the analysis show that marine fisheries are based in West Tanjung Jabung and East Tanjung Jabung Regencies, while land fisheries cultivation is based in Muaro Jambi Regency. The strength score is better than weaknesses, but the threat is greater than the opportunity for developing the secondary sector.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how social marketing of waste banks increases people's income in the Mayang sub-district, Alam Barajo sub-district. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, observations and documentation. The data sources were obtained through primary and secondary data. This research was conducted to see how social marketing was implemented by the Barokah Bersama waste bank in the Mayang Manguari sub-district, Alam Barajo sub-district and whether there was an increase in income in the implementation of social marketing by the Barokah Bersama waste bank in the Mayang Mangurai sub-district, Alam Barajo sub-district.

Abstract

Persaingan para kontestan dalam meraih kemenangan pada Pemilihan Gubernur Jambi tahun 2020 adalah dengan menjalankan strategi marketing politik. Pertanyannya, bagaimana strategi marketing politik itu dijalankan? Bagaimana pengaruh strategi marketing politik tersebut dalam mendapatkan dukungan suara? Penelitian ini secara spesifik membahas tentang hal ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yang mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 300 responden, yang merupakan masyarakat pemilik suara pada Pilgub Jambi tahun 2020 di wilayah Kota Jambi. Data kemudian diolah dan dianalisis melalui bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tiga pasangan calon Gubernur Jambi menggunakan strategi marketing politik untuk memenangkan kontestasi dengan cara Push Marketing, Pull Marketing dan Pass Marketing. Variabel push marketing (X1) memiliki nilai signifikan (Sig) sebesar 0,000, yang artinya nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang merupakan dasar pengambilan keputusan. Maka hal ini menunjukan bahwa variable push marketing (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih (Y). Kemudian Variabel pull marketing (X2) memiliki nilai signifikan (Sig) sebesar 0,000, yang artinya nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang merupakan dasar pengambilan keputusan. Maka hal ini menunjukan bahwa variable pull marketing (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih (Y) pada Pilgub Jambi. Variabel pass marketing (X3) memiliki nilai signifikan (Sig) sebesar 0,004, yang artinya nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang merupakan dasar pengambilan keputusan. Maka hal ini menunjukan bahwa variable pass marketing (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih (Y) pada Pilgub Jambi. Secara simultan, hasil uji F memiliki nilai signifikan (Sig) sebesar 0,000, yang artinya nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable independent yang terdiri dari push marketing (X1), pull marketing (X2) dan pass marketing (X3) secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variable dependen yaitu keputusan memilih (Y) pada Pilgub Jambi.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mempertahankan konsumennya menggunakan strategi bauran pemasaran 4P (product, price, place and promotion) untuk mempertahankan konsumen pada minat beli pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel bauran pemasaran 4P (produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi) terhadap minat beli Pasar Malam Jambi dan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang dapat mempengaruhi minat beli Pasar Malam Jambi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna situs Zalora dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 210 orang. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh bahwa secara simultan Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Tempat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara parsial produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan tempat tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel produk merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap minat beli konsumen Pasar Malam Jambi dan besarnya kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap perubahan variabel terikat sebesar 48% (R Square = 0,48).

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examines the remuneration and recognition in influencing work engagement to increase lecturers’ workload. The research design used survey research with quantitative research. Sources of data in this study using a structured questionnaire. The target population in this study were lecturers who received remuneration (PNS) at Jambi University, the research sample amounted to 89 lecturers. The software used is smart-PLS. The results showed that remuneration has no effect to the lecturer's workload, recognition has an effect to the lecturer's workload, remuneration has no effect to work engagement, remuneration has no effect to work engagement in improving lecturer’s workload, recognition has an effect to lecturer’s work engagement, work engagement has an effect to the lecturer's workload, recognition has an effect to work engagement in improving lecturer’s workload. The remuneration has no effect to work engagement in improving lecturer’s workload, it is necessary to practice strong management in implementing remuneration so that it can be perceived as well as recognition which is able to create prosperity and strong attachment in carrying out their duties as a lecturer.

Abstract

Hidrogenasi merupakan reaksi hidrogen dengan senyawa organik, reaksi ini terjadi dengan penambahan hidrogen secara langsung pada ikatan rangkap. Senyawa yang bisa dihidrogenasi adalah senyawa yang kurang jenuh yaitu golongan alkena dan alkuna. Reaksi ini termasuk reaksi eksotermik yaitu reaksi yang membebaskan panas. Panas yang dilepaskan tersebut dikenal dengan panas hidrogenasi atau energi hidrogenasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan tingkat kemudahan senyawa hidrokarbon golongan alkena dan alkuna ketika dilakukan hidrogenasi, yang dilihat dari nilai panas hidrogenasinya. Studi komputasi ini menggunakan pendekatan teori DFT, fungsional B3LYP, dan basis set 3-21G. Dari hasil pengukuran menunjukan bahwa, pada hidrogenasi alkena rantai lurus, panas hidrogenasi tidak ditentukan secara signifikan oleh panjang rantai tetapi oleh posisi ikatan rangkap sedangkan pada rantai bercabang, adanya penambahan cabang pada senyawa alkena akan menyebabkan panas hidrogenasi yang dilepaskan semakin kecil sehingga secara termodinamis semakin sulit berlangsung. Hal ini disebabkan kemungkinan adanya efek sterik (rintangan oleh gugus/cabang) yang terjadi pada rantai bercabang. Pada alkuna, panjang rantai tidak berpengaruh pada tingkat mudah atau tidaknya hidrogenasi berlangsung secara termodinamis.

Abstract

The study question is: How does the Lubuk Basung Muhammadiyah Orphanage for boys shape the personalities of the children who live there? What elements encourage and hinder these formative experiences? The aim of this research is to identify the elements that encourage and inhibit the personality development of children at the Putra Muhammadiyah Lubuk Basung Orphanage, as well as the role of the orphanage in this process. This research design is qualitative, but also has descriptive elements because it seeks to fully characterize and clarify the issues raised. The participants in this research were thirty foster children and caregivers at the Putra Muhammadiyah Lubuk Basung Orphanage, three additional caregivers, and one caretaker. Interviews and observations were used as research tools, and qualitative analysis was carried out. Research findings show that personality development is a difficult process, therefore it is very important to develop children's personalities at the Putra Muhammadiyah Lubuk Basung Orphanage. by advising children to exercise discipline by studying the Koran and studying on time, by emphasizing the need to tell the truth and not hide anything, and by implementing strict guidelines to ensure that foster children in orphanages do not make any mistakes.

Abstract

CV Samudera Abadi is a company that runs a business in the Procurement of Goods and Services, CV Samudera Abadi was established since 2020 in Paal Lima, Kotabaru Jambi. The purpose of this study is to determine the current conditions experienced by CV Samudera Abadi and recommendations for alternative strategies that are suitable for developing CV Samudera Abadi in the procurement of goods and services and also the sale of goods to partners andcustomers nya, the number of informants in this study was 5 people consisting of, the director of CV Samudera Abadi, the first Admin of CV Samudera Abadi, the second Admin of CV Samudera Abadi, the receptionist of CV Samudera Abadi, and the partner of CV Samudera Abadi, namely from PTPN VI Jambi. The data in this study were obtained using the Triangulation technique and analyzed using the SWOT analysis technique and mapping of 9 elements onBusiness Model Canvas(BMC) to find out what strategy is used as an alternative development strategy. The results of the BMC study show that CV Samudera Abadi has been able to fulfill the 9 elements of BMC but still needs improvement for CV Samudera Abadi to be more advanced, the results of the SWOT study of CV Samudera Abadi show that it is in quadrant III which means that it has weaknesses internally or in the CV Samudera Abadi company itself, therefore there is still a need for a development strategy at CV Samudera Abadi, namely (1) creating a structured management system in the business sector (2) adjusting the products/services offered to be more in line with market needs andcustomer(3) developing new markets (4) improving service quality (5) improving office facilities.

Abstract

This research is exploratory in nature and aims to explore the relationship between stress, coping strategies, and academic performance among working-class students. The research adopted a survey questionnaire design. Data on the causes of stress among working-class students and its impact on their academic performance were collected using a questionnaire. The research sample was working-class students. In total, 50 complete and valid questionnaires were obtained for further analysis. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results show that stress does not impact performance, but the coping strategies used can mediate this impact. The conceptual model developed in this research can provide a basis for how to address stress in order to improve academic performance and understand how the academic environment should be designed to address these issues.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of the Korean wave, fan entrepreneurship behavior, and social media on entrepreneurial interest in the Armys.Luv community in Jambi City partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population in this research were BTS fans in the Armys.Luv community in Jambi City with using a sample of 95 respondents. Research data was obtained by distributing research questionnaires online. The analysis tool used is the SPSS version 25 application. The research results show that the Korean wave, fan entrepreneurship behavior and social media have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on interest in entrepreneurship in the Armys.Luv community in Jambi City. It is known that there is a market share in the Korean wave sector, so it can be utilized as a business opportunity. So besides enjoy the work and culture and being a fan, it can also learn and get to know more about things that are currently popular and trending on social media at the moment so that can use as business opportunities.
