Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kepuasaan pelanggan terhadap switching intention   rumah kos di gunung kelua. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 responden dari semua populasi yang merupakan para pelanggan rumah kos di gunung kelua. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap  switching  intention  dan  hasil pengujian  hipotesis  kedua  menunjukan  bahwa kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap switching intention Dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulakan bahwa dari kedua variabel tersebut mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap switching intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh etika bisnis dan prinsip manajerial syariah terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Asuransi Askrida Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan Metodepengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tekniknonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh dimana semua populasidijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 30 responden. Metode analisis data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alatbantu program SPPS versi 23.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Etika bisnis berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada  karyawan PT Asuransi Askrida SyariahSamarinda. (2) Prinsip Manajerial bengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawanPT Asuransi Askrida Syariah Samarinda. Adapunkontribusi dari variabel etika bisnis syariah dan prinsip manajerial syariah terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Asuransi Askrida Syariah Samarinda hanya 94,6% sedangkan sisanya5,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the factors that affect employee performance in higher education, consisting of job satisfaction and psychological well-being, where to produce high performance requires positive employee job satisfaction as well as the psychological well-being of employees in the institutional environment. Design/methodology/approach: The research used in this study is quantitative research Findings: There is a significant influence of job satisfaction and psychological well-being on employee performance at universities in Balikpapan or hypothesis 1 is accepted. good job satisfaction will result in good performance as well and Good psychological well-being at work is when individuals have motivation, are involved in a job, have positive energy, feel happy with all the activities undertaken and last long at the job they are currently doing. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh Self efficacy dan Motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pada Kinerja Driver PT. Solusi Transportasi Indonesia (GRAB). Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Self efficacy dan Motivasi intrinsik, sementara variabel terikat adalah Kinerja Driver. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Driver PT. Solusi Transportasi Indonesia (GRAB) yang terdiri dari 70 responden. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan menguji Self efficacy dan Motivasi intrinsik terhadap Kinerja Driver. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis Analisis Regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS 25 (Statistical Product and Service Solution 25). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Driver, (2) Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Driver PT. Solusi Transportasi Indonesia (GRAB).

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul Digital Marketing untuk memahami dan dapat diterapkan dalam berbisnis melalui pelatihan digital marketing. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang banyak melakukan inovasi melalui pemanfaatan Teknologi Infomasi. Permasalahan yang sering timbul salah satunya adalah penyalahgunaan fasilitas ini. Untuk itu diperlukan sosialisasi  terpadu pada siswa-siswa SMK Negeri 5 Samarinda. Kegiatan ini adalah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Dosen Pembimbing dan para mahasiswa. Peserta sosialisasi dalam kegiatan ini adalah siswa kelas X jurusan pemasaran Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 5 Samarinda. Metode yang digunakan pada sosialisasi adalah presentasi materi dan tanya jawab dengan model tatap muka di kelas. Materi sosialisasi adalah Digital Marketing yaitu salah satu inovasi teknologi yang disukai sebagai bentuk inovasi yang dapat ditiru siswa agar pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi tepat, berguna dan memiliki nilai ekonomis. Hasil yang terlihat adalah ketertarikan siswa-siswa pada saat melihat contoh aplikasi berbasis internet serta berbagai platform media sosial dan antusisme siswa-siswi yang terlihat di sesi tanya jawab dimana banyak pertanyaan yang mengarah kepada keingintahuan siswa-siswi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence between Job Insecurity and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). It was expected that Job Insecurity was positively related to Job Performance and to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). Some Firefighter And Rescue Department in East Kutai Regency sampled in this study and the result of the proposed hypothesis is acceptable. Job insecurity was in fact positively correlated with Job Performance and positively with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). However, results of this research indicate to improve the performance required not only the safety and personal health of employees physically but also the work security from the psychological side of within the workers themselves. This applies not only to firefighters but also to other sector workers. Limitations of the study are the use of a sample of only one hundred and twenty-six firefighter and a need for more in-depth interviews to more Firefighter And Rescue Department in East Kutai Regency.Keywords: Job Insecurity, Occupational Safety and Health, Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan pada PT. Astra International Tbk – Isuzu Sales Operation Cabang Samarinda saat ini, mengetahui bahwa kinerja karyawan sangat penting bagi keberlangsungan perusahaan, karyawan yang memiliki kinerja tinggi akan mempengaruhi kualitas kerjanya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 orang yang merupakan karyawan tetap PT. Astra International Tbk – Isuzu Sales Operation Cabang Samarinda. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah NonProbability Sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengumpulan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi Finansial dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Astra International Tbk Isuzu Sales Operation Cabang Samarinda.

Abstract

In the last few decades, tourism communities have continued to improve to develop destination attributes. The interest of tourists is certainly a reference that contains hope and reality after they visit a destination. Samboja is one area that has the most tourist destinations, both at the level of Kutai Kartanegara Regency and East Kalimantan Province (Indonesia). However, their natural destinations as beaches are not yet a priority for the local community, so their income from their development is still minimal. Through a semi-structured survey approach to 185 respondents (visitors) in four predetermined destinations, we dig deeper into the extent of the predictions of the existence of tourist visits (ETV) with several influencing variables. Regression estimates prove that tourist income, travel costs, and travel time have had a significant impact on ETV. From a similar test, the cost of travel to other attractions and facilities actually has an insignificant effect on ETV. The empirical evidence from this study is likely to be the right policy and can be applied by the tourism development community there.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mutations on work life balance, work motivation, and employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Samarinda. The research method used a questionnaire with a Likert scale and data analysis was carried out with Partial Least Square (PLS) and Structural Equation Model (SEM). The study population was all employees at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Samarinda Branch office, with a total population sample of 110 people. The results showed that job transfer has a significant effect on work-life balance and work motivation, but has no direct effect on employee performance. Work-life balance and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. The measurement and structural models showed high validity, good reliability, and decent predictive ability. This research confirms the importance of effective management in managing job transfer, work-life balance, and work motivation to improve employee performance. Suggestions include the development of work transfer policies that are oriented towards work-life balance, training programs to increase motivation, and further research to understand the full impact of work transfer.

Abstract

Strategic management as a series of strategic decisions that guide a company to achieve a number of organizational goals and objectives. The scope ranges from corporate values and responsibilities, managerial capabilities, to administrative systems related to strategic and operational decision-making at all levels of the hierarchy. One of the main roles of strategic management is to fully incorporate the various functional areas of the organization, as well as, to ensure these functional areas are well aligned and put together. Qualitative Research Method with Research Library, which is combining several data collection methods with pre-existing data sources. The result of this research is that In marketing, the importance of integrating Islamic values, such as honesty, trust, and justice, ensures that activities do not only focus on profit, but also on common welfare. By involving all stakeholders—teachers, students, and parents—schools can create a sense of ownership of the program, while an effective monitoring and training system ensures that Islamic values are integrated into every aspect of education.
