Abstract

Peran Murabbi dalam pesantren tidak sekadar mengajarkan ilmu, melainkan membina akhlak, spiritualitas, dan kepribadian santri secara menyeluruh. Pondok Pesantren Persatuan Islam 153 Al Firdaus menjadi contoh lembaga pendidikan yang menempatkan murabbi sebagai figur utama dalam pembentukan karakter dan prestasi santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran murabbi sebagai pendidik dalam membentuk santri yang berprestasi dan berakhlak mulia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas murabbi, santri, dan pengurus pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa murabbi berperan signifikan dalam proses pendidikan, bukan hanya pada aspek akademik, tetapi juga dalam pembiasaan ibadah, kedisiplinan, serta pembentukan karakter melalui keteladanan sehari-hari. Program pembinaan seperti ZM3T (Ziyadah, Muroja’ah, Talaqqi, Tasmi’) dan SD2T2I (Sholat, Dirosah, Tanzif, Tanawul, Istighsal, Istirahah) terbukti efektif dalam mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif, spiritual, dan sosial santri. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peran murabbi sebagai pendidik merupakan faktor sentral dalam keberhasilan pesantren mencetak generasi berprestasi dan berakhlak, sehingga dapat menjadi model bagi pengembangan pendidikan Islam di era modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji internalisasi nilai akhlak melalui sastra (short movie dan puisi) di Madrasah Aliyah, merespons dominasi metode ceramah yang kurang efektif bagi generasi digital. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian mengintegrasikan teori Al-Ghazali, Konstruktivisme Sosial, Pembelajaran Transformatif, dan Estetika Resepsi. Data dikumpulkan via observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen, lalu dianalisis tematik-fenomenologis. Hasil menunjukkan sastra menciptakan pengalaman edukatif emosional dan reflektif, membangkitkan partisipasi aktif serta diskusi kolektif. Proses internalisasi berlangsung melalui paparan, apresiasi, identifikasi, integrasi, hingga implementasi, selaras dengan tazkiyatun nafs. Pendekatan kolaboratif guru dan keragaman interpretasi siswa memperkuat konstruksi makna sosial. Sastra terbukti menyentuh dimensi kognitif, emosional, sosial, dan spiritual secara holistik. Integrasi hikmah Islam dan teori kontemporer menjadikannya model transformatif dan kontekstual. Rekomendasi mencakup pengembangan kurikulum, peningkatan kompetensi guru, dan inovasi media sastra di lembaga Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pembinaan karakter wanita salihah dalam organisasi Persistri, khususnya melalui program halaqah yang diselenggarakan di Pimpinan Jama’ah (PJ) Babakan Ciparay. Meskipun program ini telah berjalan dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama, efektivitasnya dalam membentuk wanita muslimah yang berilmu, berakhlak mulia, dan mampu mengamalkan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari belum terungkap secara ilmiah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program halaqah dalam membentuk karakter wanita salihah. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada konsep pendidikan Islam dan pembinaan akhlak, yang memandang halaqah sebagai sarana strategis dalam internalisasi nilai keagamaan dan penguatan peran wanita di keluarga, jama’ah, dan masyarakat.Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PJ Persistri Babakan Ciparay dengan subjek penelitian terdiri atas pengurus, fasilitator halaqah, dan anggota aktif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara interaktif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program halaqah telah dilakukan secara sistematis, dengan fokus pada pembentukan akhlak dan keterampilan hidup islami. Pengorganisasian berjalan efektif melalui struktur kepengurusan yang jelas serta koordinasi yang baik antar pihak terkait. Pelaksanaan program menggunakan metode variatif seperti ceramah, diskusi, simulasi, dan praktik langsung yang berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan dan keterampilan praktis anggota. Evaluasi program memperlihatkan adanya perubahan positif pada sikap, perilaku, dan kedisiplinan beribadah peserta. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi program halaqah Persistri di PJ Babakan Ciparay terbukti efektif dalam membentuk wanita salihah yang berilmu, berakhlak mulia, dan mandiri. Program ini juga berpotensi menjadi model pengembangan pembinaan anggota bagi tingkat jama’ah lainnya.

Abstract

This article examines the poetic explanation of K.H.E. Abdullah (1918-1994) about time in Q.S. al-Fajr [89]: 1-5. The poem K.H.E. Abdullah not only interprets Q.S. al-Fajr [89]: 1-5 as a phenomenon of the circulation of time in the universe but also as a metaphor for the journey of human life. His interpretation was published in the Iber Sundanese magazine in the October-December 1970 edition in the rubric of Tafsir Al-Qur'an. E. Abdullah is the second generation activist of the Islamic Unity organization (PERSIS) after A. Hassan. Based on library research and the descriptive-analytical method, this article shows that the verse about the phenomenon of time in al-Fajr/89: 1-5 is interpreted metaphorically as a description of human life in the world. The word al-Fajr means youth before ruruntuk (old age) comes. Laya>l 'asr is interpreted as alternating nights describing the increasing age. Al-syaf' interpreted as a whole moon night, represents a perfect age as an adult. Al-watr interpreted when the night turns dark reflects the time of getting older. The passage of youth into old age means wa al-layl iz\a> yasr (by night when it passes). From the Sundanese literary approach, E. Abdullah's pupujian poem generally shows the works that refer to the rules of pupujian, as seen in the number of lines, syllables of arrays, and the final rhyme of each line (a-a-a-a). This pupujian poem emphasizes that although E. Abdullah is active in the modernist Islam movement, he still preserves the tradition of pupujian in his work to bring himself closer to the local culture.

Abstract

Pepsin dari lambung ikan tuna merupakan salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan hasil samping berupa enzim proteolitik yang dapat digunakan dalam bidang pangan. Enzim pepsin dapat diaplikasikan pada daging. Daging sapi merupakan salah satu bahan pangan dengan kandungan protein yang cukup tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan pengaruh penambahan enzim pepsin dari lambung ikan tuna sirip kuning dan perlakuan tusukan terhadap protein daging sapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rancangan acak lengkap faktorial (RALF) dengan dua faktor yaitu konsentrasi enzim (0, 14.000, dan 28.000 U/mg) dan faktor tusukan (dengan tusukan dan tanpa tusukan). Kombinasi penambahan enzim dan perlakuan tusukan memengaruhi proporsi protein daging. Penambahan pepsin dengan aktivitas 14.000 U/mg dengan tusukan menghasilkan total protein daging terlarut sebesar 19,03 ± 0,64 mg/g, kandungan protein sarkoplasma daging terlarut 15,16 mg/g, protein sarkoplasma 9,09 mg/g dan protein myofibril sebesar 23,51 mg/g. Penambahan enzim pepsin dan perlakuan tusukan memengaruhi kadar sarkoplasma dan profil protein. Enzim pepsin dan tusukan pada daging memengaruhi kelarutan protein miofibril, tetapi tidak mengurangi kadar protein miofibril. AbstractTuna gastric pepsin is a fishery by-product waste in the form of proteolytic enzymes that can be used in the food segment. The pepsin enzyme can be applied to meat. Beef is a food source of high protein. This study aimed to determine the effect of adding the pepsin enzyme from yellowfin tuna stomach and stabbing treatment to beef protein. This study used a completely randomized factorial design with two factors, namely enzyme concentration (0, 14.000, and 28.000 U/mg) and stabbing factor (with and without stabbing). The combination of enzyme addition and stabbing treatment affects the protein proportion of the meat. The addition of pepsin 14.000 U/mg with stabbing showed results with a total protein solubility value of meat was 19,32 mg/g, sarcoplasmic protein solubility of meat was 15,16 mg/g, sarcoplasmic protein content was 9,09 mg/g, and myofibril protein content was 23,51 mg/g. The treatment with the addition of pepsin enzyme and stabbing affected the sarcoplasmic levels and protein profile. Enzyme treatment and stabbing affected myofibril protein solubility, but did not reduce myofibril protein levels.

Abstract

This article examines the mentoring program at Masjid Syamsul Ulum, Telkom University, as a model of Islamic character education based on campus mosques, integrated with the values of Harmony, Excellence, and Integrity (HEI) in a technology-based higher education environment. This study aims to describe the structure, implementation, and evaluation of the mentoring program, including its curriculum and its contribution to students' spiritual, social, and leadership competencies. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through document analysis (program proposals, modules, evaluation reports, and organizational statutes), complemented by student perception data collected via a questionnaire. The results indicate that the mentoring program at Masjid Syamsul Ulum is systematically designed with modules, measurable evaluation rubrics, and a sustainable mentor regeneration system, and is well-received by students. This integration has successfully internalized Islamic values while strengthening students' collaboration, soft skills, and social responsibility as digital native learners. In conclusion, the campus mosque mentoring program is proven to be strategic in supporting professional, adaptive Islamic character development and is worthy of replication in other universities.

Abstract

This article examines the Strengthening of Character through Comparative Rhetoric and Istifham (Rhetorical Questions): A Study of E. Abdurrahman’s Thoughts on Moral Education. As a second-generation activist of the PERSIS organization, besides being proficient in the field of fiqh, E. Abdurrahman demonstrated significant attention to moral education. He published at least 87 articles on moral education in various Islamic magazines between 1936 and 1983. The findings of this study indicate three key principles of moral education: moral education should be elevated from mere ability (bisa) to habitual practice (biasa); it must culminate in loyalty to God; and it should be student-centered, grounded in the philosophy of ngajeujeuhkeun. The concepts of "giving and sustaining life," "ensuring and promoting safety," and "establishing and maintaining security" are three essential terms used to define the goals of moral education. From the 87 articles, E. Abdurrahman’s core materials on moral education can be categorized into eleven topics: the purpose of life, the profile of the ideal human, the urgency of moral education, heart cultivation, life resources, justice, balance, the inner dimension of worship, food and drink, death, and shame. From the perspective of strengthening moral education, Abdurrahman positioned tawahum (empathy) as a pillar for determining the methods of moral education. At the implementation level, tawahum is associated with the teacher's ability to engage in persuasive communication by employing various rhetorical styles that touch emotions, such as comparative rhetoric and istifham.

Abstract

Indonesian shortfin eel (Anguilla bicolor bicolor) is a high economic value fish and a high nutritional content. However, their utilization can be limited because of hypersensitivity cases in individuals allergic to fish. This study aimed to determine the characteristics of the fish major allergenic protein, parvalbumin in different parts of the eel fillet and the effects of boiling technique on the content of this protein. The samples were boiled with 100 mL of water in an Erlenmeyer flask at 95°C for 10 min. The eel fillet was divided into three parts: the front, middle, and rear part of the body. Protein profiles from each part were identified using sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and Bradford assays. Parvalbumin was further purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation. The concentration of protein in the different parts of the eel was not significantly different, whereas the processing treatments (meat with water (F1 extract) and meat without water (F2 extract)) affected protein concentration. Eel meat contained proteins with molecular weights ranging from 10 to 186 kDa. Parvalbumins are highly water-soluble, as their content was reduced in the fillet, but were observed at a high concentration in the water after boiling. Parvalbumins of eel were purified by ammonium sulfate 70-90% with high purity. Interestingly, two different bands were observed in SDS-PAGE, suggesting the presence of a protein variant. The molecular weight of parvalbumin obtained from purification ranged from 10 to 11 kDa, similar to that of other fish.

Abstract

This study critically examines the various characteristics of the Sundanese translations of the Bible and the Qur’an. It focuses on two translations of each scripture—S. Coolsma’s 1891 and the LAI 1991 editions of the Bible, alongside Miwah Tarjamahna (2002) and MORA (2020) translations of the Qur’an. Using library research and employing Venuti’s theory of foreignization-domestication, as well as Vermeer’s Skopos theory, this study examines linguistic orientations in both target and source languages. The findings reveal significant distinctions in translation strategies. Bible translations into Sundanese predominantly adopt domestication strategies, emphasizing fluency and accessibility in the target language. In contrast, the Qur’anic translations preserve source language structures through foreignization, reflecting fidelity to original Arabic forms. These tendencies are shaped not only by textual and doctrinal considerations but also by historical and sociolinguistic contexts. Specifically, Bible translations are characterized by colloquial expression and dynamic shifts in Indonesian Bible translation movements, while Qur’anic translations maintain formal diction and syntactic patterns rooted in Arabic. The analysis further identifies lexical, semantic, and syntactic patterns that reveal each scripture’s translation ideology. These differences illustrate how theological authority, religious tradition, and institutional policy influence linguistic choices. The study highlights the importance of understanding translation as a cultural and ideological act, particularly in multilingual and multi-religious regions such as West Java.

Abstract

Parvalbumin merupakan protein penyebab utama alergi ikan. Namun, penderita alergi ikan menunjukkan reaksi yang berbeda terhadap jenis ikan yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu, purifikasi dan karakterisasi parvalbumin pada berbagai spesies ikan penting untuk dilakukan sebagai upaya pengembangan teknologi deteksi alergi ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan saturasi ammonium sulfat terbaik untuk purifikasi parvalbumin dan mengkarakterisasinya secara in silico. Parvalbumin dari ikan patin dan gurami mentah dan hasil pemasakan dimurnikan dan dikarakterisasi. Parvalbumin dimurnikan dengan metode presipitasi amonium sulfat (20-90% saturasi), kemudian diidentifikasi menggunakan metode SDS-PAGE. Sifat alergenisitas parvalbumin dari gurami dan patin dianalisis secara in silico. Identifikasi profil protein menunjukkan adanya 2 pita yang merepresentasikan parvalbumin dengan bobot molekul 11 dan 14 kDa. Pemurnian menggunakan amonium sulfat belum menghasilkan parvalbumin yang murni karena masih ditemukan adanya pita-pita protein lain yang cukup tebal. Namun, amonium sulfat dengan saturasi 80-90% menghasilkan profil yang terbaik pada proses pemurnian parvalbumin dari ikan mentah dan 90-100% untuk ikan yang dimasak. Hasil analisis bioinformatika menunjukkan adanya 7 sekuen parvalbumin untuk ikan patin, tetapi tidak ditemukan adanya sekuen parvalbumin untuk ikan gurami. Sekuen parvalbumin ikan patin dengan kode XP_026772003.1 memiliki kemiripan yang tinggi dengan parvalbumin dari spesies lain misalnya salmon dan tilapia yang terbukti alergenik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar dalam karakterisasi parvalbumin lebih lanjut untuk mendukung adanya diagnosis yang lebih baik.
