Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between the characteristics of followers and social media exposure on the effectiveness of promotion of MSME products carried out in the Citarum river basin, Karawang Regency through social media. The population in this study were the followers of MSME social media in 4 sub-districts in the Citarum Watershed, Karawang Regency. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling and a sampling technique based on spontaneity, which means that anyone who accidentally meets their characteristics can be used as a sample (respondent). The results showed the Characteristics of Followers (X1) and Social Media Awareness (X2) had a sufficient and negative relationship, so the relationship between the two variables was that if the characteristics of followers were low, social media awareness was high and vice versa. Characteristics of Followers (X1) and Promotion Effectiveness (Y) have a strong and positive relationship. Chi square test is to see the relationship, so there is no relationship between Follower Characteristics and Promotion Effectiveness. The results of the spearman rank correlation analysis show that the correlation coefficient of Social Media Awareness (X2) and Promotion Effectiveness (Y) has a strong and positive relationship, so the relationship between the two variables is that if Social Media Awareness is high then the Promotion Effectiveness is high. Chi square testing is to see the relationship, so there is a relationship between Social Media Awareness and Promotion Effectiveness.Keyword: characteristics of followers,social media exposure, the effectiveness of promotion

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, 2) mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, 3) mengetahui kendala yang terjadi dalam proses pelayanan dari atasan kepada bawahan di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, 4) mengetahui solusi yang dilakukan terhadap kendala yang dihadapi oleh Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat dab merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan level staf di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, dan data penelitian ini berupa data primer yang bersumber dari kuisioner.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variable kepuasan kerja karyawan di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,9735. Besarnya kepuasan kerja 95,77% dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan, sedangkan sisanya 5,23% dipengaruhi oleh variable/faktor lainnya, yaitu ciri-ciri intrinsic pekerjaan, gaji penghasilan dan imbalan, serta rekan sejawat. Kata Kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indoensia for almost two years has caused changes in various aspects of life, especially having a significant impact on the public health aspect, thus demanding that people improve their health to be resilient to the threat of disease. This study aims to analyze the influence of product variants, promotions, prices,brand image on customer loyalty at the Rizal Bekasi Drug Store during the covid19 pandemic era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with primary and secondary data sources from research results. The questionnaires were distributed using purposive sampling technique (samplingwith certain considerations), as many as 100 respondents. The instrument test was carried out with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 points using SPSS version 20. The results showed that 1. Product variants had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 2. Promotion had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 3. Price had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 4. Brand image has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Product Variants, Promotion, Price, Barnd Image, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Analisa yang menentukan keputusan dalam menentukan kuliah di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menentukan keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M untuk melanjutkan pendidikan.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Jakarta kampus Blok M sebanyak 200 orang dan penelitian ini mengambil kuota sebanyak 80 orang sampel. Metode yang digunakan adalah Reliabilitas, Uji Cochran dan Deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil data output spss tentang faktor yang menentukan keputusan mahasiswa memilih Politeknik LP3I Jakarta kampus Blok M sebagai tempat kuliah berdasarkan 5P (product, price, place, promotion dan people) dengan menggunakan uji cochran yang dilakukan pada masing- masing indikator maka dapat diambil kesimpulan, setelah melalui 8 tahap Proses cochran dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dengan 80 responden dan nilai signifikan 0,098 lebih besar dari 0,05. maka diketahui faktor yang menentukan keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih kampus Politeknik LP3I Jakarta kampus Blok M untuk melanjutkan pendidikan adalah Kenyamanan, Sistem pembayaran dapat diangsur, Iklan, dan Pameran. Faktor yang paling dominan dalam menentukan keputusan dalam memilih UIEU sebagai tempat kuliah adalah Pameran, karena memiliki nilai ”YA” yang terbanyak yaitu sebesar 78. Kata Kunci : Marketing Mix

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance of PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative survey method with descriptive and associative research types. This study uses primary data, by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia as respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is the sampling technique using the probability sampling method, namely the simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 46 respondents. The dependent variable is employee performance at PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia, while the independent variable is the work environment and employee work discipline. Based on the F test, the results of this study indicate that the work environment and work discipline have a positive effect on the performance of PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia's employeesKey words:  Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performavance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business development strategy of Warung Zipau in Pandeglang in order to survive in the culinary business that is getting tighter today. Warung Zipau is one of the MSMEs in Pandeglang that sells snacks such as fish balls with a distinctive taste and seblak with various filling variants. The method used in this study is using quantitative methods. The population used is buyers/customers who have made purchases at Warung Zipau in 2023, which is 7,160 customers with a sample of 99 people taken using a simple random sampling technique. This study uses SWOT analysis techniques, which compares external factors of opportunities and threats with internal factors of strengths and weaknesses using the internal strategy factor matrix or IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) and the external strategy factor matrix or EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary). Warung Zipau based on internal strategies shows a strength score greater than a weakness score. While the external strategy shows an opportunity value score more than a threat value score. Reviewed through the calculation results in the IFAS and EFAS tables, it shows the results of the SO strategy which is in quadrant I, where this position supports an aggressive strategy, meaning that this position is a very profitable situation because Warung Zipau has a strong enough strength. To achieve business goals, the zipau stall business must develop future strategies by implementing a Growth Oriented Strategy.
