Abstract

Individual and organizational activity is a management process undertaken by human resources, no activity can be undertaken without human resources despite the rapid development of tenure at the present time. Organizations or companies make human resources as the primary element in existing resources in the organization or company. Human resources are all holistic human capabilities and capable of using these capabilities to achieve personal and organizational goals in accordance with Islamic Shari'a. So with the conduct of management activities in the element of human resources then every human or employee will perform its duties and functions with amah. With the existence of reliable human resources, the management of the organization or company takes place efficiently and effectively, and ultimately the goal is achieved. Organizational management or human resource based company, making spirituality as the main element and inseparable from the work culture and performance in the organization or Companies to achieve goals. The activity of human resources will achieve the goal that can develop the individual self in person and whole. Attitudes or mental spiritual or muraqabatullah in human resources will have a tremendous impact on the performance of employees and of course also for the capsity of organizations or companies that are efficient and highly competitive.

Abstract

Peningkatan dalam pendapatan perkapita ialah tujuan pembangunan ekonomi Nasional, keberhasilan dalam pembangunan nasional karena adanya indikator pertumbuhan ekonomi. Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk lapangan pekerjaan serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi karena menyerap banyak tenaga kerja sehingga UMKM bisa mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) merupakan manajemen tentang tenaga kerja atau karyawan baik di organisasi maupun di perusahaan. Tenaga kerja memang di butuhkan oleh perusahaan  sehingga dalam medapatkan tenaga kerja memerlukan rekrutment, seleksi, penilaian dan kompensasi. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan data sakunder dari website BPS. Apabila rekrutmen di kaitkan dengan pengguna internet maka pelaku usaha untuk mendapatkan tenaga kerja bisa melalui internet dengan akun sosial media dan pasang iklan untuk menarik pencari kerja. Seleksi dalam mencari tenaga kerja UMKM harus mempunyai pertimbangan. Semua pelaku UMKM harus menyadari akan pentingnya investasi Sumber Daya Manusia sehingga usaha yang di jalankan bisa tetap eksis meskipun perubahan lingkungan terjadi. Pentingnya pelaku UMKM harus mengikuti pelatihan pengembangan pengetahuan supaya bisa bersaing dengan usaha lainnya. Pemanfaatan internet sangat penting dalam menjalankan suatu UMKM. Peran MSDM sangat berpengaruh terhadap UMKM sehingga bisa menyumbangkan kepada PDB dan menjadikan penguatan dalam ekonomi nasional.

Abstract

Madura cattle development is stagnant due to natural conditions, human resources and technology. The introduction of crossbreeding and insemination gains community resistance. There is an assumption that innovation will destroy local germ plasma. What should be done so that technical and social considerations can run synergic. This research to know the cattle in the cattle version and the interests of the community. The study was conducted by indepth interview to farmers group and agricultural extension Observations concerning what is desired and done breeders. The research is intended to know the pattern of cattle breeding conducted by farmers and government policy for livestock development. The results at the farmer level there are two patterns of cattle farming conventional ranchers and semi-intensive breeders. Conventional breeders want to keep local cattle. Cross cattle are rare. Origin of seeds and seed quality are not considered. Products are traded in the local market for cut (meat). Semi-intensive breeders, do breeding and exclude seed cattle. Products are traded at home. Selling price is three times higher than ordinary cattle. If there are cows that are less qualified, newly sold in the market. Breeding and selection of seeds into a new culture. The local government established Waru as a local Madura cattle breeding center. Other types of cattle are not allowed to enter. Thus Madura cattle sustainability can be maintained.

Abstract

The main purpose in this study is to determine the quality of the human resources of Bumdes Mutiara Sgahara Eduwisata Salt in Bunder Village, Pademawu, Pamekasan. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected directly by the researchers from interviews with Bumdes Employee who played a role in managing salt tourism in Bunder village. This study applies indicators of the quality of human resources, namely knowledge, skills, and abilities. From the results of the discussion it can be concluded that the role of human resources is very important in relation to the success of a planning program that has been prepared. These results are expected to be useful as material for consideration for an institution in order to produce quality human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the distribution of zakāh in the Baznas of Pamekasan and the relevance of its zakāh distribution from ʿUmar ibn al-Khaṭṭāb's perspective. This study uses a qualitative research approach and includes qualitative explanatory research with a field research type. The research location is the Baznas of Pamekasan. Data were collected using non-participant observation methods, semi-structured interviews and document study. The study results show that the zakāh distribution pattern at the Baznas of Pamekasan from a regulatory aspect follows Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning zakāh in Indonesia, while the zakāh distribution policy pattern at the Baznas of Pamekasan has relevance to ʿUmar ibn al-Khaṭṭāb's zakāh policy.

Abstract

There are three focuses becoming study in this research that is: a) Response ( appresiation ) Syari'ah Bangking and Financial Institution of Syari'ah in Pamekasan, b) Expectation of Syari'ah Bangking and Financial Institution of Syari'Ah in Pamekasan to grad, c) Elementary compentence which must be had by grad. This research uses the approach qualitative trying to watch closely the response of the head Syari'ah Bangking and Financial Institution of Moslem law in Pamekasan to opening of Study Program of Syari’ah Banking in STAIN Pamekasan. Result of this research showing that: Response of Financial Institution and Syari’ah Banking in Pamekasan to opening the Study Program of Syari’ah Banking in STAIN Pamekasan is very good, and they are also ready for cooperating in powering the Study Program of Syari’ah Banking in STAIN Pamekasan. Expectation of Syari’ah Banking and Financial Institution of Syari'ah in Pamekasan to grad of Study Program of Syari’ah Banking in STAIN Pamekasan, that is; the grad of Study Program of Syari’ah Banking STAIN Pamekasan next, absolute mastering the conception of Syari’ah Banking supported with knowledge of conventional banking concept and domination of information Technology Skill. Elementary compentence which must be had by the grad of Study Program of Syari’ah Banking in STAIN Pamekasan, that is; some of responders assess is competent, and some of other assess still many conventional banking payload, less payload of syari’ah banking, and still less subjects which uplift the skill and practice because the next grad have to ready to work in banking area.

Abstract

Sesuai dengan fungsi dan jenis dana yang dapat dikelola oleh KJKS diperlukan berbagai macam jenis produk Founding dan Lending oleh KJKS salah satunya dengan menggunakan akad mudharabah. Masyarakat selaku pemilik dana, tentunya ingin mengetahui apakah usaha yang dijalankan KJKS sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan bagaimana prospeknya. Dari latar belakang masalah di atas, maka dapat dirumuskan beberapa permasalahan: Apa sajakah nama produk KJKS dan UJKS Koperasi dengan akad Mudharabah di Pamekasan, Bagaimanakah Standart Oparating Procedur produk KJKS dan UJKS Koperasi dengan akad Mudharabah di Pamekasan, Apakah jenis akad Mudharabah yang di pakai dalam produk KJKS dan UJKS Koperasi dengan akad Mudharabah di Pamekasan, Apakah metode bagi hasil yang digunakan dalam produk KJKS dan UJKS Koperasi dengan akad Mudharabah di Pamekasan, Apakah metode pencatatan pelaporan akuntansi keuangan yang digunakan dalam produk KJKS dan UJKS Koperasi dengan akad Mudharabah di Pamekasan. Bagaimanakah analisis SWOT produk KJKS dan UJKS Koperasi dengan akad Mudharabah di Pamekasan. Jenis penelitian kwalitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif ekploratif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah stake holder KJKS dan UJKS Koperasi di Pamekasan. Hasil penelitian menjastifikasi bahwa produk dengan akad Mudharabah di Koperasi Syariah yang ada di Pamekasan baik produk faunding maupun lending cukup bervariatif dan inovatif rata-rata setiak Koperasi Syariah memiliki lima produk faunding dan satu produk lending dengan akad mudharabah. Implementasi produk mudharabah di Koperasi Syariah di Pamekasan sesuai dengan syarat dan rukun mudharabah. Akad mudharabah yang dipakai dalam produk penghimpunan dana maupun penyaluran dana di Koperasi Syariah di Pamekasan adalah akad mudharabah muthlaqah. Metode penghitungan dan pembagian bagi hasil yang dipakai dalam produk penghimpunan dana maupun penyaluran dana di Koperasi Syariah di Pamekasan adalah metode Profit Sharing. Metode yang dipakai dalam pencatatan laporan akuntansi dan keuangan dalam produk penghimpunan dana maupun penyaluran dana di Koperasi Syariah di Pamekasan adalah metode Cash Basis. Ada berbagai kekuatan, kelemahan, faktor pendukung dan penghamabat yang dimiliki Koperasi Syariah dalam menghadapi persaingan sesuai analisis SWOTnya.
